Plans for Iran attack go nuclear?
Seymour Hersh publishes today in the New Yorker on the Bush adminstrations plans for war on Iran and the possible use of tactical nuclear weapons.
The Bush Administration, while publicly advocating diplomacy in order to stop Iran from pursuing a nuclear weapon, has increased clandestine activities inside Iran and intensified planning for a possible major air attack. Current and former American military and intelligence officials said that Air Force planning groups are drawing up lists of targets, and teams of American combat troops have been ordered into Iran, under cover, to collect targeting data and to establish contact with anti-government ethnic-minority groups....
A BBC interview with Seymour Hersh, in which he comments on the importance of Blair in facilitating a possible attack, can also be heard here

Does this article come as a surprise to anyone?
Here's an article (for anyone who's missed it!) showing how Blair always tries to do what is moral and right. Incidentally, getting rid of Blair isn't going to change much; if anything, his successor could be even worse (someone wake me up if I turn out to be wrong):
Activist was Unlawfully Killed in Israel, Says Inquest Jury

"Mr Hurndall's family...were 'astonished and shocked' not to receive any high-profile support from either Tony Blair or the Foreign Secretary, Jack Straw.
"It fell to his father, Anthony Hurndall, to piece together the events of that day which contradicted the original assertion that the Israel Defence Force had fired at a Palestinian gunman in camouflage."
-
The Israeli authoritities deliberately deceived the parents of Thomas Hurndall over their son's death.
So what did Tony Blair do?
Tony Blair stuck two fingers up to the Hurndall family, and spat on Thomas Hurndall's grave.
Tony Blair doesn't care about anyone's life. He's a ruthless, cold-blooded murderer. And he believes death TRULY is the end. He does not expect to wake up after his heart stops and brain activity ceases.

A lot of people know all this, but I thought I'd make a post in case anyone visits here who isn't aware of the deliberate targetting of British citizens by Israeli soldiers.
Americans have also been shot and killed. Good site here for Americans, and, indeed, any English speaker:
