Each cylinder is around 3.5 meters in diameter judging from the scale of the walkways on top. In the right of the image there is a smaller or similar sized tank located an undiscernable distance away.

These subjects, some rubble and some pipework are obscured by the mess of barbed wire, indecypherable grey lines and a random grey blob (possibly from another domain) on the far right.

The picture is too small and messy to prove deliberate tampering, but all it ostensibly features is some pipework and the 70 million dollar turbines sitting uncovered and unhouse outside.
