The Official Skripal Story is a Dead Duck 734

One of the striking things about the official Skripal story is the way its more wildly improbable aspects have been released to the mainstream media over a long period, so as to manage their impact. So, for example, police acknowledgement that the perfume bottle Charlie Rowley found was sealed and could not have been the container used on the Skripals is comparatively recent, and it took nine months for us to learn that, by a truly wonderful coincidence, the first person to find the Skripals ill on the bench was the Chief Nurse of the British Army.

I covered these points in full in my article on the ten points I do not believe in the official story – an article which nobody has sought to refute, other than to yell “conspiracy theory”, as though that was an argument.

But today we learn from the Guardian (quoting the New York Times) that Donald Trump was only convinced to back the UK government line after being shown photos of dead ducks and hospitalised children by CIA director Gina Haspel.

The problem is that, there were no hospitalised children. No children have been reported as becoming ill following their duck feeding with the Skripals. We have heard from one of the parents that they were shown by the police extremely clear CCTV footage of the duck feeding, which has never been made public. Surely if the child had been hospitalised, the parent would have been mentioned it?

Dr Stephen Davies of Salisbury Hospital’s letter of 16 March 2018 to the Times has been explained away as poorly written or edited, in relation to the cause of the Skripals’ illness. But be that as it may, one thing the doctor’s letter does without any shadow of a doubt, is rule out the possibility of hospitalised children.

There were no hospitalised children.

We also know that the duck feeding was the time that “Boshirov and Petrov” were physically closest to the Skripals. But this is the first time there has ever been any mention of any harm to the ducks. Dead ducks would have been noticed by the public.

Possibly the Guardian and New York Times are inventing utter drivel, as in the Manafort meeting Assange story. That would in itself be worrying. The other possibility is that the security services produced fake photographs of hospitalised children and slaughtered some ducks, in order to convince Donald Trump. If the latter explanation is true, then the entire Skripal saga looks more and more staged.

I don’t know the provenance of this website*. In this article, they copy a tweet from a Bellingcat operative (a trainer?) by the name of Alex Toler which refers to Craig.

On British TV, Russian ambassador repeats debunked poisoning narrative
Stories in the ‘Context” section are not fakes. We publish them in order to provide greater insight for our readers about the techniques, methods and practices used by the Russian government in its information war.

    You get the drift.

Good morning Tatyana, I am recently back from my trip around Russia. I was a bit nervous about visiting Rostov as I expected it to be full of troops on the way to or from the Ukrainian border…but hardly saw any. No propaganda style posters etc. When I was in Kiev and Odessa last year everywhere I went there were photos of soldiers on the front line against Russia. Even the museum’s am art galleries had pictures of soldiers in action in between pictures or historical artefacts . In the streets I was hassled for money “for the soldiers on the front”. Rostov in contrast was relaxed.
On another matter when I was in Moscow I visited St Andrews the Anglican church there which is raising money for reparations.. I noticed that the Mayor of Moscow had agreed to donate $2.3m so long as the church itself could raise $350,000.

        • Ray Raven

          Anglican church in Russia??
Some sort of remnant fron the mid 1800s Krim war. Captured troops perhaps?
From the bleetings of the west, there aren’t too many Angles (or is it Angloes) in Russia.
I though that they (Angloes / Anglos) were all in Anglo-Saxony (currect In-ger-land, ’66 and 2 world wars notwithstanding – but that only works againast the krauts).

        • Tatyana

Thanks for sharing your impression, Geoffrey. What you write about Rostov fits perfectly into a popular joke:

Senya and Monya are talking on the phone.
          – Senya, what’s going on?
          – Well, Ukraine is a little at war with Russia…
          – So, are there losses?
          – Yes, Ukraine lost the Crimea, a couple of areas, several airplanes and helicopters, tanks, a lot of people…
          – What did the Russians lose?
          – Monya, you will not believe it, the Russians have not yet come to war…

      • Ray Raven

I’m not saying that Russia is monoculture, but that the An glical church is the church of In-ger-land,
I’m quite sue that the Russian Orthodox churches ( and for that matter any other Orthodox churches) in In-ger-land (or here in Oz) have been established to cater to the permanent immigrants / expats (Rooskies and Greekos respectvely).
I’m of aware of Rooskies and Greekos emigrating to In-ger-land and Oz for a better life (financial), however migration from In-ger-land to Russia (or for that matter Greece (including Cyprus – which is a Greek island) is minimal).Russia is a fedration that includes a wide variety of native religions, Anglicism not being one of these (I strongly suspect).
I suspect that the probability of a Lutheran church in Russia would be quite high due to its close proximity (adjacency) to the Baltics,
there is a large Muslim populaion in Russia, as there would would strong support for easrter / far easterrn (asiatic) religions.
State and religion should be separated.

I should imagine Trump has been assured pictures he has been shown of dead ducks and sick children in Salisbury were provided by the British security services and vouched for as genuine by Haspel’s UK contacts. He will presumably have been told the denials issued by authorities in Salisbury were a formality to avoid alarming the public who are being “protected” from the real truth. If you were Trump who would you believe?

    • michael norton

I think some journo ought to ask the U.K. Home Secretary for a new time-line for the Salisbury Novichocking.

Give them a chance, to re-align their ducks.

The journo could start by saying “Home Secretary, hardly any person in the United Kingdom believes any of this twaddle, could
you give us your latest re-assessment of the facts and timeline”

      Long pause…..

    • Tatyana

If I were Trump, I would contact Putin first and get his comments on the case. The other question is that Trump was not allowed to. Most possibly, he is persuaded to behave in that special rough manner with Russia.

    • Tatyana

      thanks, cimarrón
this was brilliant – “…Germany, France, Spain and America also have large Russian migrant communities. But for some reason, they keep dying in Britain.”

  • Ros Thorpe

It’s such amateurish shenanigans, it’s hard to imagine what the truth is and what the purpose of it all is. I am baffled but maybe that was the aim?

    • michael norton

It was rather amateurish, far to stupid to have been a full on long term plan.
Obviously we have plans prepared for most circumstances.

Something happened, then some people awakened one or more plans.
      It went wrong.

  • Duncan

Lying is a Federal offence, as per the US Penal Code.

NYT are standing by the story.
Ms Haspel, a government employee lied to her boss. Sanctions came about because of this.
The pictures were fabricated by the CIA, in order to influence POTUS.
    OR

HMG constructed the pictures, and made up the materials.
PHE, and Wiltshire County Council deny this.
If true, images of children were transmitted without parents’ permission, patient privacy breached, data protection laws broken.

Is there no one in the US with a anti -CIA agenda in Congress wanting to shed more light on this?
If the second stage of sanctions goes ahead, then we really are in strange times.
If you review the “official” timeline for Sunday March 4th, the duck feed did not exist.
Even though the Mirror reported it, and the Sun had a reporter and photographer do a story on the incident with Mr and Mrs Cooper, the parents of Aiden.
The reason it is off the official narrative is that it makes the door handle dosing impossible.

  • tom smythe

The blogmire actually spoke with Aiden’s mother, Victoria Cooper, about the Sun’s staged re-enactment (undisclosed) of Aiden holding bread in front of healthy ducks in a Salisbury pond in QE Gardens. The Sun was not able to take the photo at the Avon Playground (within The Maltings) where the actual encounter with the Skripals took place (as verified by CCTV shown the family) because access was still closed off.

The parents were not present at the original scene; Aiden and two pals were preposterously tested TWO WEEKS LATER but never hospitalized.

“She remembers the time of the incident on the CCTV as being 1:15, but the father Luke believes it was 1:45. If it was 1:15, this would seriously mess up the police timeline, as they have stated that Mr Skripal was driving down Devizes Road towards the City at 1:35. However, if it was 1:45, this would fit well with that timeline, and with their statement that Mr Skripal parked in Sainsbury’s car park at 1:40. At least we can be sure that the duck incident took place pre-Zizzis.”

Yulia is said to be standing behind Sergei. That makes it sound like no second bench, just standing there by the water feeding the ducks.

Mrs. Cooper continues, “we didn’t think anything of it until TWO WEEKS LATER when then the police knocked on our door. It was terrifying. We took Aiden to hospital for a load of tests and then the police told us they had to burn everything Aiden was wearing that day.” That is a preposterous recommendation along the lines of the baby wipes, and indeed a very dangerous method of disposal of nerve agent.

It is not clear where the CCTV camera was positioned. A great many posts back, someone here knew how to locate all such Salisbury cameras. There are many reasons why it would be instructive to see the video, its time stamp, the red purse that Yulia was carrying, whether anyone met with them, and so on. However the whole episode is missing from the official timeline and no CCTV has been released.

    • Duncan

      Tom, good summary.
We of course remember that the table at Zizzi’s was so heavily contaminated that it had to be destroyed.
The official timeline has the duck feed missing, and the Mill Pub before Zizzi’s restaurant visit.
Jane Corbin’s Panorama fantasy documentary had no duck feed.
Earlier reports (March 5th/6th) had the Mill as the last venue before the park bench.
So the Met changed that for a reason too.

      • Borncynical

I recall hearing or reading a day or so after “the incident at Zizzis” (well that was where we were initially told that the poisoning took place) that the table was heavily contaminated with the poison in the form of a fine but clearly visible white powder which was to be seen all over the table. I wonder how the investigating authorities explain that now and the need for such urgency in incinerating the table, which – to anyone else – would surely be a key item of evidence. Were they really telling us that with Porton Down on the doorstep no one had the means or wherewithal (a) to confirm that it was ‘novichok’ and not icing sugar or dust, and (b) to secure, transport and store the table in a safe way?

  • michael norton

What would be “Very interesting to know” would be,
what did the McCourt daughter and mother do, after the Novichoking, on the bench in Salisbury.
Did Alison and Abigail both go to hospital to be to be given the once-over, did they go to Porton Down to be de-contaminated
or did they just get on with their birthday party?

The answer to this question will be rather useful.

If they carried on with the birthday party without getting de-contaminated or attending hospital, then there never was a Novichok incident ( at this time)

If they went straight to Porton Down, it would indicate, there was a Novichok incident at this time.

To understand this Novichok scene, what the McCourt family did next, will be revealing.

Reply to D regarding DS Nick Bailey’s house. We had a look at it on 8th April 2019. The house is empty. There is no for sale sign. The carpets in the sitting room and dining room have been removed. There is no sign of any internal work being carried out. It’s just been emptied and left.

We also had a look for CCTV in Salisbury. There is a camera to the right of the library windows at the end of Market Walk arcade. This camera would have seen the Skripals walking from Sainsbury car park direction and over the bridge into the arcade to go to Zizzis and then back out again. It would also have seen them walking along The Maltings shopping area to go to The Mill pub and back again. It would also have seen them at the bench on the corner outside G&T’s. There is a sphere camera attached to the celing at the other end of the arcade and would have seen them walking the ENTIRE length of the arcade and turn left to go to Zizzis and then back again. But the Met say that at some time they went to The Mill before going to Zizzis. All the reports at the time were Zizzis first, then The Mill at 3pm. The Met appealed for witnesses but released no CCTV footage although they knew THE EXACT TIME of where they went and when and probably saw what happened to them shortly before they became ill near the bench.

Karen Gardner from BBC from BBC Radio Wiltshire was outside 47 Christier Miller Road watching Wiltshire police coming in and out of the property USING THE FRONT DOOR on 6th March 2018, some with and some without protective clothing. Wiltshire police were at the property from 5pm on Sunday 4th to Tuesday 6th March BEFORE they handed the investigation to the Met.

On 8th March 2018 Angus Macpherson Salisbury Police Commissioner tweeted that DS Bailey was “sitting up and talking today”, just 2 days after he was admitted to hospital. DS Bailey stated on the Panorama farce, he was conscious the whole time “One moment you’d have a nurse coming in with a sandwich for you, dressed top to bottom in protective gear, closely followed by my wife and children, who were allowed to just walk in. It was very confusing.” He contaminated everything but not his wife and 2 children.

There are more slip ups to do with the 2 Russians and also Dawn Sturgess and Charlie Rowley.

      from your above reference

      Alison McCourt
“As a qualified nurse it was a fairly routine situation for me but my daughter was amazing. Her prompt actions, spotting them in difficulty, and the way she assisted me to put Yulia Skripal in the recovery position had a significant impact on the outcome of the two victims.”

      Do you think Alison means
fairly routine in dealing with the victims of a Novichoking?

  • Anon

The pair walking behind the woman with white jacket and shoes and dog on a lead are definitely Yulia and Sergei. The time of the video is 4pm. Yulia is wearing the same dark jacket with fur trimmed hood and white bag that she had at the airport in Moscow. It’s also the same ‘bob’ hairstyle. Sergei was wearing a dark green coat according to one policeman.

    https://www.thesun.ie/news/2285134/cctv-video-footage-shows-ex-russian-spy-sergei-skripal-and-daughter-yulia-walking-with-mystery-woman-moments-before-they-were-found-poisoned/
    https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/world-news/poisoned-spys-daughter-yulia-skripals-12390351

They’re walking at a very brisk rate, might be their ticket had run out in Sainsbury’s car park. The Met say they arrived at the car park at 13.40. Freya Church left Fitness First where she worked at 4.03pm and walked past them on the bench a couple of minutes later at the corner of G&T’s. As you can see there is nothing wrong with them at 4pm, until a few minutes later. There is a blind spot at the corner of G&T’s from Market Walk and the CCTV camera, if you stay close to the wall.

It was Abby who decided to go over because she thought Sergei was having a heart attack, her brother was with her. Her mother and father had gone off to do some shopping, propably Sainsbury’s not far from the bench. Abby phoned her mother and they came to the bench. By that time they had to put Yulia on the ground in the recovery position and give her mouth to mouth, so no, they obviously didn’t know it was supposed to be “Novichok”.

“The incident was reported at 16:16 hours on the 4 March 2018,” according to the Wiltshire police report, “by way of what we term a silent 999, i.e. with nothing said to the operator. A further call was then received stating that there was a male and female on a bench ‘passed out’ this was deemed to be a medical incident and an ambulance was tasked as well as police unit”. (A silent 999 call means the caller added 55 indicating the person needs help but can’t speak.)

The first “official” responders to turn up were Sgt Tracey Holloway and PC Alex Collins. She said they thought they were dealing with a Spice drug incident initially, apparently rife in Salisbury. The paramedics then thought it was Fentanyl, apparently rife in Wiltshire.

    https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2018/dec/14/we-did-our-best-police-who-rushed-to-skripal-scene-tell-of-shock-and-pride

I personally think Abby completely buggered the whole operation by going to the Skripals aid, if she hadn’t, they would probably have died. I can’t see Alison McCourt put her daughter up for an award if Alison had been involved in the Skripals attempted murder.

It was the end of Exercise Toxic Dagger which ran from 20th February to 4th March, now that’s a coincidence I find very suspicious.
There are secret US facilities at Porton Down which operate under diplomatic immunity, meaning the facilities, although on British soil, are treated as being on US soil, like an embassy. All staff are directly employed by the US. Gary Aitkinhead has no access to these facilities unless accompanied at all times.

    https://www.gov.uk/government/news/exercise-toxic-dagger-the-sharp-end-of-chemical-warfare

So the Skipals are walking briskly through the arcade at 4pm, Freya Church leaves Fitness First at 4.03pm and walks past them at the bench circa 4.05pm. There’s a camera above the arcade that would have seen what happened to them. It’s definitley an MI6/CIA job and had disturbing similarities to the death of Diana.

It would be useful to have a second by second written history of the McCourt family involvement with the Novichoked Family Skripal.

Were sister and brother joined by mother and father at the bench the family Skripal were resting on?
Were both daughter and mother vomited on?
Did both give mouth to mouth, for example one McCourt gives mouth to mouth with Yulia, while the other McCourt gives mouth to mouth with Sergei?
Did the McCourt family decide of their own volition to attend hospital?
Did The Family McCourt attend the Very Same Hospital as the family Skripal were hospitalised in or did they attend a different hospital.?
How long did each individual member of the family McCourt stay in hospital?

Were any of them actually hospitalised?
At what stage did Alison know of the Novichoking?

  • Anon

All 4 Mccourts were at the bench. It sounded as though Alison gave the mouth to mouth and one of them did get sick on her hands. Sergei did not need mouth to mouth. He was still sat on the bench and they had difficulty in getting him into the ambulance because his muscles had gone rigid – so he was still in a sitting position when they moved him.

Not sure what the father and son did. They went to Salisbury hospital, where the Skripals were, for tests only. Don’t know when they went or who contacted them.

It wasn’t “Novichok” but some form of NEW incapacitant.

    • michael norton

Perhaps Parliament should have an inquisition on the Novichok events.
They could bring Colonel Alison McCourt before them and quiz her on her understanding of events.
      Then Sergei Skripal
      and his understanding of events.
Then Yulia Skripal and her understanding of events.
Then Nick Bailey and his understanding of events.
Then Charlie Rowley and his understanding of events.

    The questions to ask are:
    – why were people walking in and out of 47 Christie Miller Road from 5pm 4th-6th March with and without protective clothing using the front door and none, except Bailey, became ill.
    – why were Bailey’s wife and 2 children not affected, why was he up and talking 2 days after admission to hospital, why did his blood test results from Porton Down show he had significant poisoning.
    – why was there no CCTV footage of the Skripals last movements on Sunday 4th March, althought the Met appealed for witnesses, and Salisbury council cofirmed the CCTV system was working and the camera over Market Walk would have shown their EXACT movements, including covering the bench.
    – why was there no description of what they were wearing. Yulia had the same dark jacket with fur trimmed hood, cream coloured shoulder bag with long tan straps and dark jeans that she had at Moscow airport. Her hair was the same colour and hairstyle as Moscow airport and Reuters interview. Sergei was wearing a dark coloured coat and dark coloured trousers or jeans. They were both unharmed and well at 4pm.

What in that information is a security risk to the country. The only answer is – it a cover up.

  • michael norton

On 15 March 2018, in the wake of the Salisbury poisoning, Williamson answered a question about Russia’s potential response to the UK′s punitive measures against Russia by saying that “frankly, Russia should go away, and it should shut up”. The remark attracted media attention and criticism in the UK.

At last Mrs.May has told Gavin to go away and shut up.

    1. It is claimed that Charlie found a 3” x 3” x ½” box of perfume in a large dumpster behind a charity shop in Salisbury, 16 weeks after the Skripals fell ill.
    a. The dumpsters are emptied on a weekly basis.
    b. There is CCTV overlooking the area.
    2. Why did it take 11 days for forensics to find the glass bottle on a kitchen worktop, in plain sight, if they already knew what they were looking for?

    b. “Investigators are working on the theory the substance was in a discarded perfume bottle” [20th July].

Why did the Met search the room of the 2 Russians at City Bay Hotel on 4th May when:
    a. Sir Mark Sedwill, UK National Security Adviser told a House of Commons Defence Committee hearing on 1st May they had no suspects
    b. Ben Wallace, Minister of State for Security tweeted on 19th July, in response to media reports about the suspects being identified, “it was ill informed and wild speculation.”
    c. The Met released CCTV images of Ruslan Boshirov and Alexander Petrov on 5th September, when the metadata showed the images were prepared on the morning of 9th May, four months before they were released.

4th March 2019 Karen Gardner, BBC Radio Wiltshire

“By Tuesday [6/3/2018], sites across the city were being cordoned off, including Zizzi’s restaurant and the Mill pub. I was here that morning in Christie Miller Road outside Sergei Skripal’s house. As the counter-terrorism Network and the Metropolitan Police officers were taking over the investigation, Wiltshire Police were here in some numbers. A handful of officers going in and out of the house, not all wearing protective clothing, carrying drinks flasks and sandwich wrappers. We didn’t know then how infamous that front door was going to become. When I was here a year ago, I watched Wiltshire police officers with no, or minimal protective clothing, going in and out of that front door. They were carrying coffee flasks, they appeared to have had refreshments in the house overnight. That was two days after the Skripals had collapsed, at the point the Met had taken over the investigation.”

6th March 2018 Karen Gardner, BBC Radio Wiltshire

“At the moment there’s quite a lot of activity. When I arrived, there were six or seven police officers and PCSOs coming out of the door. Some of those have left, a couple more have arrived. There is a visible presence outside the house, and severe frowning when I walk too close. A lot of the windows are open and I did see coffee flasks and provisions, empty boxes and things brought out, so it looks as though perhaps there was a lot of activity here late last night overnight.”

    9th March 2018 The MailOnline
Lord Blair, who was Scotland Yard Commissioner when Russian Alexander Litvinenko was murdered in London in 2006, suggested that the house could be at the centre of the inquiry. ‘Clearly what they’re trying to find out at the moment is how was this delivered personally. There are some indications. The officer [DS Bailey] has actually been to the house, whereas there’s a doctor who looked after the patients in the open who hasn’t been affected at all.’

    28th March 2018
Police announce that the highest concentration of Novichok was found on the door handle of 47 Christie Miller Road (24 days after the Skripals were taken ill).

    • michael norton

“whereas there’s a doctor who looked after the patients in the open who hasn’t been affected at all.”

I wonder who the doctor was, scrubbed from official accounts?

Your first example doesn’t make sense. You say it is from 4th March but she talks about “by Tuesday 6th March” as if it was past tense – so that 4th March date at the top of your example is confusing as she can’t have said that on the 4th.

I assumed that he had been drinking, so I wanted to get some food into him, and he did take something. We had an opportunity to have a very brief chat. Around 200 people attended the event, including many families and children, but nobody else has suffered any ill effects.”
    • 15.00 They return to Charlie’s flat. Sam Hobson: “He started feeling really hot and sweaty so he went and had a shower. He was in his bedroom for a while and then he came out and felt a bit weird and started acting all funny. He started swinging back and forth and his eyes were bloodshot.”

    • Angus Macpherson, Salisbury Police and Crime Commissioner tweets: “There’s no reason to think it’s connected with matters of last month. I haven’t seen anything in this incident yet that I would consider to be an overreaction in terms of previous incidents, it all seems fairly textbook.”
    • Metropolitan Police: “On Monday 2nd July, due to concerns over the symptoms the man and woman were displaying, samples from both patients were sent to Porton Down laboratory for analysis. Following the detailed analysis of these samples, we can confirm that the man and woman have been exposed to the nerve agent Novichok, which has been identified as the same nerve agent that contaminated both Yulia and Sergei Skripal.”

    8th July 2018
    • Metropolitan Police statement:
    • They announce the death of Dawn Sturgess.
    • Charlie and Dawn must have received a high dose of Novichok.
    • They must have handled a container, it’s likely to be made of glass, they may have carried it home or put in a bin.
    • The Sun: Although police did not reveal the mum’s cause of death, it is thought she suffered heart failure. A family member said: “Dawn died before 10 o’clock tonight. Her body just shut down. With her drink and drug addiction, her body wasn’t strong enough to deal with this.”
    • Angus Macpherson tweets that at the site of Charlie Rowley’s home in Muggleton Road, he welcomed Home Secretary Sajid Javid and Wiltshire Chief Constable Kier Pritchard.

19th July 2018 Inquest into the death of Dawn Sturgess
The inquest was opened and adjourned until January 2019. David Ridley Senior Coroner for Wiltshire and Swindon confirmed:
    • a post mortem was carried out on Tuesday 17th July
    • her body had was released to her family
    • the cause of death would not be confirmed until further tests had been carried out

20th July 2018 Metropolitan Police statement
    • Charlie is discharged from hospital and is taken into protective custody.
    • Investigators are working on the theory the substance was in a discarded perfume bottle found by the couple in a park, or somewhere in Salisbury city centre, and Ms Sturgess sprayed Novichok straight on to her skin.
    • It is understood Ms Sturgess was exposed to at least 10 times the amount of nerve agent the Skripals came into contact with.

    • michael norton

Wow Dawn was exposed to ten times the amount of nerve agent the Skripals came into contact with.

If any of this is true, maybe Dawn was the real target?

  • Anon-1

The doctor and the nurse are actually Alison McCourt, medical professional may of been a better way of saying it, but the MSM aren’t particularly good at English.

Dawn did not actually die of Novichok poisoning – it was most probably heart failure due to a combination of alcohol, prescription drugs, liver problems and possibly non-prescription drugs, that’s why the inquest keeps getting postponed, the death certificate doesn’t say the right thing. They’re just hoping people will have forgotten about the whole thing by October. Don’t forget, it was being treated as a drugs overdose until Tiny Tim from Porton Down decided it wasn’t. None of the story stacks up – there’s more to come. There’s even a clue in the name of the perfume PREMIER (World Cup), obviously an MI6 joke.

    7th July 2018 The Sun
The son of Novichok victim Dawn Sturgess fears she may have been left brain-damaged after her heart stopped for 30 minutes. Teen Ewan Hope says his mum is only alive thanks to quick-thinking paramedics, following her heart attack.

A close pal has now revealed all about Dawn and how the mum-of-three’s life spiralled out of control after suffering post-natal depression. “She’s on the brink of death, basically. She’s done a lot of abuse to her body already.” They explained how Dawn switched from a popular pupil at Durrington school in Wiltshire to a homeless alcoholic due to post-natal depression when Aidan was born. “Her personality changed. She became like a zombie. She didn’t care about anything and just let everything go. She started smoking weed and over the course of time she turned to harder drugs.”

    • michael norton

If the only person to die from a Novicoking was Dawn Sturgess and she got a dose ten times greater than either Yulia or Sergei, then are we to assume the reason Yulia and Sergei lived because they were intentionally given sub-lethal doses?

    THE INTERVIEWS
24th July 2018 ITV interview with Charlie Rowley
“Dawn was talking about finishing dying her hair, because she’d been dying her hair down by the river the day before. At some stage, I remember finding a box with a perfume product in. I believe I might have had it for a couple of days. We were in Salisbury the night before. Everything is a little bit vague, where I found it. I believe it may have been in the Salisbury area or possibly Amesbury, I’m not sure. It was a cosmetic bottle. It may have been on the side of a path, it would be wrong of me to say I found it in a place and not be sure. It might’ve been hanging around the flat for a couple of days. I realised I still have it and I approached Dawn with it and show her and she recognised the brand. I do have a memory of her spraying it on her wrists and rubbing them together. I guess that’s how she applied it and became ill. I guess how I got in contact with it is when I put the spray part to the bottle and I ended tipping some on my hands, but I washed it off under the tap. It had an oily substance and I smelled it, and it didn’t smell of perfume. It felt oily so I washed it off and I didn’t think anything of it.
It all happened so quick, within 15 minutes I believe. Dawn said she felt she had a headache and asked me if I had any headache tablets. I had a look around the flat and within that time she said she felt peculiar and needed to lie down in the bath, which at the time I thought was a bit strange. I went into the bathroom and found her in the bath, fully clothed, in a very ill state. I didn’t know what to do. My first reaction was maybe she’s just overreacting or something, but I could tell it was more than that. Within a minute I could tell she wasn’t faking anything. She was having a proper attack of some sort. I was talking to her the whole time, I couldn’t get any response, she was fading so quickly. I thought it might have been something to do with – she had complained of a headache and she asked for paracetamol and I thought maybe she had taken her own medication that she had at the time. I thought at the time maybe it was a reaction to the medication she had taken.

The time I touched the bottle was the same time Dawn had touched the bottle. I had it on my hands and was fortunate enough to wash my hands, unfortunately, Dawn didn’t. I spilled it, my hands were covered in the stuff, it was an oily substance with very little odour, I just washed it off very quickly. I didn’t put two and two together at all. When the police came round, when I came round weeks after, and the police mentioned a bottle they’d found in the flat, they’d run tests on it, and I can pretty much guarantee that the contents in the bottle was perfume and it was nothing to worry about, and they run tests on it, and I was in complete shock when they told me it was Novichok.”

24th July 2018 ITV Audio interview with Charlie Rowley
“It was a 3 x 3 inch box about half an inch thick, which contained a glass bottle, so you had to remove the bottle from the cellophane wrapper and put the pump dispenser on the bottle and I ended up tipping some on my hands, but I washed it off under the tap. My hands were covered in the stuff, it was an oily substance with very little odour. They ran tests on it, and I was in complete shock when they told me it was Novichok. I do have a memory of her spraying it on her wrists and, I guess, rubbing them together. Within 15 minutes, I believe, Dawn said she had a headache. She asked me if I had any headache tablets. I went into the bathroom and found her in the bath fully clothed. Laid in the bath in a very ill state.”

17th December 2018 Explicite France Interview with Sam Hobson
“Dawn had complained of a headache that morning. She did not want to take medication because she didn’t want to mix with those she was already taking, anti-depressants. To calm the pain, she had a shower but then collapsed.”

    24th July 2018 2018 Mail Online
Grinning and looking healthy despite a slight limp he [Charlie Rowley] was captured on CCTV [23/7/2018] at a shop in central Salisbury buying lager yesterday afternoon. The shopkeeper, who served him and asked not to be named, said: “I was surprised to see him come in but physically he looked as well as can be expected. I asked him how he was and he said “Bad”. He then said “So, can you serve me alcohol now that I’m a famous person?” I asked him what his doctors had said and he replied that they said he could still drink. He said he’d been drinking whiskey for the last couple of days and wanted something different so bought four cans of Polish lager. He pulled out a bundle of notes, paid for the drinks and left. Other than a limp, he didn’t seem to be in such bad health.”

Matthew Rowley, Charlie’s brother, “He’s being driven stir-crazy. He’s being kept in a plain room without TV or newspapers because they don’t want to upset him. Police have said he mustn’t say anything about where he is, all he told me was that he was safe. He sounded really weak, almost as if he’d been drinking too much. He sounded pretty fed up. He’s been given a strange new number which doesn’t always connect. I’ve only been able to speak to him once. I’m hoping I’ll be able to find out where he is and visit him soon.” Charlie told him “I’d really like to go out for a bottle of wine I’m very glad to be out of hospital but I’m trapped in a room and on a lot of medication. I’ve been let out for a cigarette but I’m very bored.”

    Monday 30th July 2018
Dawn’s funeral takes place at Salisbury Crematorium.

5th September (67 days later): The Metropolitan police announce
    • Charlie told police he found a box he thought contained perfume in a charity bin on Wednesday 27th June. Inside the box was a bottle and applicator. He tried to put the two parts together and in doing so got some of the contents on himself.
    • Two bins from behind shops in Catherine Street, Salisbury, were removed on 2nd August and taken to Porton Down for testing.
    • During a search of Charlie’s home on 10th July a small box labelled Nina Ricci Premier Jour was recovered from a rubbish bag in the kitchen.
    • On 11th July a small glass bottle with a modified nozzle was found on a kitchen worktop. Tests undertaken at Porton Down established the bottle contained a significant amount of Novichok.

    6th September 2018
The Met had been making regular visits to the City Bay Hotel since 4th May without telling Silman Mir, the owner, that the hotel had been contaminated with ‘low levels’ of the nerve agent, before TV crews turned up on 6th September. The hotel never underwent any decontamination process.

If there ever was any Novichok, why would Yulia and Sergei be given sub-lethal doses.

The only thing that springs to mind would be as a warning.
But who would be sending the warning?

Why would Dawn need to be killed and not warned?

      It is a mystery.
I wonder if Mrs.Theresa May could shed any light on these matters?

  • Anon-1

It was a joint MI6/CIA job designed to point the finger directly to Russia by the use of the word “Novichok” and to punish and humiliate Russia, as much as possible for:
    • Nord Stream-2
    • Crimea
    • Syria
    • World Cup

Just look at these to see how paranoid the government is – there are 7 short videos in the first one complete with sinister music:

    https://www.gov.uk/government/news/novichok-nerve-agent-use-in-salisbury-uk-government-response
    https://www.gov.uk/government/speeches/putins-sinister-threats-and-lies-extend-far-beyond-his-own-country-article-by-boris-johnson

It’s also an excuse to increase military budgets/spending. Their pay packet at the end of the month depends on it. Their performance review at the end of the year complete with pay-rise depends on it. Their non-contributory, final-salary pension depends on it.

I don’t know if you know about the “Golden Shower” Trump Dossier that was paid for by Hilary Clinton. Also called the “Insurance Policy” in the unlikely event that Trump won the election. When he did, he was presented with the dossier and was expected to step down, but he just laughed if off and called it fake. The source of the dossier is Christopher Steele. He worked for MI6 from 1987 until his retirement in 2009. He ran the Russia desk at MI6 headquarters in London between 2006 and 2009. In 2009 he co-founded Orbis Business Intelligence a London based “private intelligence” firm which was paid by the Clinton campaign to dig up some dirt on Trump. Orbis was recommended by the British government.

Sergei was recruited by Pablo Miller, an MI6 agent in Tallinn in the 1990s. Christopher Steele was working under diplomatic cover in Moscow at the time. Miller lives in Salisbury which was the reason why Sergei chose to live in Salisbury. Sergei and Miller had regular lunch meetings. Miller’s Linkedin page had him working for Orbis. Since the Skripal affair, when Miller’s name got out, his Linkedin page has been deleted. Miller’s name and email were on a mailing list from Integrity Initiative that was leaked online.

Sergei was almost certainly involved in the Trump dossier. Sergei is also believed to have wanted to return home to Russia, for obvious reasons. His wife died of cancer, his son died of liver failure, Yulia had returned home and was planning on getting married and starting a family, his mother is in her 90s. The UK/US were frightened of the embarrassment he could cause. I was watching a video of an ex MI6 agent and he said “national security” is more about saving the government/country/royals from embarrassment. Sergei was expendable and perfect for achieving the UK/US political aims. All the stars were in alignment, Yulia coming for the weekend, the two Russians coming for the weekend, Toxic Dagger, it couldn’t have worked out better.

There was no perfume bottle in a bin behind the charity shop. How could Charlie find a bottle 16 weeks after the Skripals were poisoned if the bin is emptied on a weekly basis? Read his interviews with ITV again and you can telll he hasn’t got a clue about the “perfume bottle”. They used drugs on him to “plant” a false memory, much like the bottle would have been planted in his flat. If Dawn had really received a dose 10 times higher than the Skripals, she would have died instantly (and most probably Charlie) and there would be no problems with the inquest. More about the drugs to come.

    Issues Regarding the Perfume Bottle/Poisoning

    2. Why did it take 11 days for forensics to find the glass bottle on a kitchen worktop, in plain sight, if they already knew what they were looking for?
    a. “it’s likely to be made of glass” [8th July].
    b. “Investigators are working on the theory the substance was in a discarded perfume bottle” [20th July].
    c. “During a search of Charlie’s home on 10th July a small box labelled Nina Ricci Premier Jour was recovered from a rubbish bag in the kitchen.” [5th Sept]
    d. “On 11th July a small glass bottle with a modified nozzle was found on a kitchen worktop.” [5th Sept]
    e. Why were police “working on a theory the substance was in a discarded perfume bottle” on 20th July, if they already found the bottle on 11th July?

    3. Charlie: “It was a 3” x 3” box about half an inch thick, which contained a glass bottle, so you had to remove the bottle from the cellophane wrapper and put the pump dispenser on the bottle”
    a. WHAT made Charlie open a box of women’s perfume, if it was a present for his girlfriend?
    b. How did he KNOW he HAD to “put the pump dispenser to the bottle/spray part to the bottle” if it was in a box sealed with cellophane?
    c. HOW did he know it wasn’t a normal perfume bottle inside the box?
    d. He can give a detailed description of the dimensions of the box but cannot recall where he found it.
    e. He cannot give any description of what was removed from the bottle prior to the insertion of the pump dispenser, merely, “put the pump dispenser to the bottle/spray part to the bottle”

    4. Charlie: “It was an oily substance with very little odour”.
    a. Why did he give it to Dawn if it obviously wasn’t perfume?
    b. Why did Dawn spray it on her wrists if it obviously wasn’t perfume?

    5. Something had to be removed from the bottle prior to the insertion of the spray nozzle. Why is it missing from the exhibits?
    6. If Dawn had received “10 times the amount of nerve agent” [20th July] why were the Air Ambulance paramedics who treated her, not affected? There are clear photographs of them NOT wearing any protective clothing.
    7. Why was the block of flats not immediately evacuated on 2nd July when blood tests were sent to Porton Down, or 4th July when they were confirmed as containing Novichok?
    8. Why did it take 83 days to begin the “clean-up operation” of Charlie’s first floor flat?
    9. Why were the other flats ie, those above, below, adjoining and opposite, not part of the “clean-up operation”?

    THE DRUGS – CHARLIE

    METHADONE

    Saturday 30th June 2018
12.00 Charlie and Sam visit Boots the Chemist in Amesbury to collect a Methadone prescription. Quote: “Do not use alcohol or medications that contain alcohol while you are receiving treatment with methadone.”
13.45 Charlie and Sam visit Amesbury Baptist Church for a free hog roast. Reverend Roy Collins: “Charlie was incoherent. He did stand out a little bit, he was not very well dressed and was rather dishevelled in his appearance. I assumed that he had been drinking, so I wanted to get some food into him, and he did take something. We had an opportunity to have a very brief chat. Around 200 people attended the event, including many families and children, but nobody else has suffered any ill effects.”

The symptoms of a Methadone overdose are not too dissimilar to Novichok:
    • Pinpoint pupils
    • Vomiting
    • Muscle spasms
    • Dizziness
    • Confusion
    • Seizures
    • Coma

    BENZODIAZEPINE

This is a quote from the first link, bearing in mind it’s a translation from Russian to English:

Claes Borgstrom (being the chairman of the disciplinary committee of the Swedish Bar Association) was a lawyer for a Swedish psycho named Thomas Quick. This psycho loved fame and pretended to be a maniac. Claes persuaded this psycho “to cooperate with the investigation”…… Police and prosecutors were also involved in this unpleasant business. Kwick’s case is a disgrace for the Swedish legal system: 8 murders of 1964-1993 were pinned on an innocent man with the help of “brilliant” interrogations under the drug Benzodiazepin. Under such a drug you can confess to the Kennedy murders. Poor Kwick took those deaths with great enthusiasm, having learned the clues of the investigation. Then the “law enforcers” got into the act and another 10–20 corpses from all over Scandinavia were going to be pinned on him, but then the Norwegian police were outraged and said: “don’t touch our bodies!”

Benzodiazepines may be used to treat:
    • ****alcohol withdrawal****
    • anxiety
    • as a muscle relaxant

The shopkeeper: “He said he’d been drinking whiskey for the last couple of days and wanted something different so bought four cans of Polish lager. He pulled out a bundle of notes, paid for the drinks and left.”

Matthew Rowley: “He sounded really weak, almost as if he’d been drinking too much.”

Charlie Rowley: “I’m very glad to be out of hospital but I’m trapped in a room and on a lot of medication.”

An MI5/6 debriefing appears to consist of:
    • Isolation
    • Whiskey
    • “medication”
    • Money

    THE DRUGS – DAWN

    Friday 29th June 2018
During the afternoon Dawn is seen buying alcohol (no soft drinks) in several shops in Salisbury with Charlie and Sam Hobson. They visit Elizabeth Gardens where they spend the afternoon drinking alchohol. It was 28/29 degrees in Salisbury that weekend.

    Saturday 30th June 2018
Charlie Rowlay interview with ITV: “I thought it might have been something to do with – she had complained of a headache and she asked for paracetamol and I thought maybe she had taken her own medication that she had at the time. I thought at the time maybe it was a reaction to the medication she had taken.”

Sam Hobson Interview with Explicite France: “Dawn had complained of a headache that morning. She did not want to take medication because she didn’t want to mix with those she was already taking, anti-depressants. To calm the pain, she had a shower but then collapsed.”

    Antidepressants and Alcohol

    • It’s best to avoid combining antidepressant and alcohol. It may worsen your symptoms and it can be dangerous.
    • You may be at risk of a dangerous reaction if you take MAOIs. When combined with certain types of alcoholic beverages, antidepressant called monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) can cause a dangerous spike in blood pressure.

7th July 2018 The Sun: The son of Novichok victim Dawn Sturgess fears she may have been left brain-damaged after her heart stopped for 30 minutes. Teen Ewan Hope says his mum is only alive thanks to quick-thinking paramedics, following her heart attack.

    1st March 2018
    • At 19.44 they buy tickets for Aeroflot SU2588 from Sheremetyevo to Gatwick for 2nd March, seat numbers 19c & 19f.

    2nd March 2018
    • They check in at Sheremetyevo at 11.07. They did not have check-in luggage but brought hand-luggage for the plane’s cabin:
    • There is CCTV footage of them arriving at Gatwick with identical timestamps at 16.22.
    • They book into a cheap hotel room in east London with no private bathroom at the City Stay Hotel.

    3rd March 2018
    • At 7.42 they buy tickets for Aeroflot SU25852 from Heathrow to Sheremetyevo for 4TH March, seat numbers 22c & 22a.
    • They catch a train from Waterloo to Salisbury for a reconnaissance mission during the 5-6 hours Sergei is absent from his property driving to Heathrow to collect Yulia and back again. There is no CCTV footage.
    • There is CCTV footage of them at Salisbury train station at 16.11 for the return to London.
    • Their testimony: they find the transport system paralyzed because of the snow, they walk around for half an hour, get drenched, return to the station café for coffee and wait for the next train back to London. This appears to be confirmed by the absence of any CCTV footage of them, apart from the station for the return journey to London.

    16th September The Sun
“It was a Saturday night [3/3/2018] so it’s always quieter than a weekday but I could smell weed from their room, it was by the door and in the corridor, it was unmistakable. It must have been around 7pm. Later there was a woman in there. I think it was a prostitute. They were having sex, definitely. I heard them having really loud sex for a long time, it was definitely a woman. I don’t think the men were having sex with each other. I could still smell the pot.”

The angry guest complained to front desk staff at the hotel but the pair continued with their antics. He added: “It got too much so I went, Bang, bang, bang, bang, four times on the door. It stopped for a bit but carried on later. I went to the shared bathroom at about 11pm and saw one of the blokes, I later realised was Petrov, the one without the beard. I was coming out for a wee and he was coming in. I didn’t speak to him. You could hear them speaking Russian. I turned the TV up loud but could still hear them at it. I fell asleep at about 11pm and I’m a heavy sleeper. Most of the guests would have seen or heard them. There was shouting going on throughout the night.” The hotel guest complained a second time as he left for work on March 4th. When he returned later that day he was told the pair had an “altercation” with hotel staff as they were confronted over their behaviour before checking out.

    4th March 2018
    • Before leaving their hotel room, whilst suffering the effects of lack of sleep, alcohol and smoking marijuana, they prepare the perfume bottle ready for the trip back to Salisbury.
    • They check out of the hotel in east London after an “altercation” with staff.
    • They catch a train from Waterloo to Salisbury. There is no CCTV footage.
    • There is CCTV footage of them arriving at Salisbury train station at 11.48.
    • Their guilt pivots on CCTV footage of them walking past a Shell garage in Wilton Road at 11.58 on Sunday.
    • They walk past the shortcut opposite the garage (an alleyway leading to Montgomery Gardens and Christie Miller Road), instead they take the longer, main road route. They cross the road and turn right up Canadian Avenue, at the end they turn right, then first right again into Christie Miller Road. At the end of the road is number 47 in a cul-de-sac of eight houses, three either side and one adjacent to 47. From the Shell garage to number 47 is approximately 8 minutes walking.
    • They are supposed to have walked this route four times – twice on Saturday, twice on Sunday – but no one saw them.
    • They are supposed to have walked past the Shell garage four times, but there is only one CCTV image of them on Sunday at 11.58. Where is the CCTV footage of them walking back 16 minutes later?
    • There is CCTV footage of them in Fisherton Street at 13.05, 13.08, window shopping in Dauwalders at 13.49, before turning up at Salisbury train station at 13.50 (a walk of approximately 7 minutes from Dauwalders), for the return journey to London.
    • They check in at Heathrow at 18.18 for Aeroflot SU25852 back to Sheremetyevo.

Not only could their budget not extend to separate bedrooms with private bathroom, they could not afford a hire car. The train service to Salisbury could have been cancelled at any time because of the snow.

Police and intelligence agencies have failed so far to identify the individual or individuals who carried out the nerve agent attack in Salisbury, the UK’s national security adviser has disclosed. The comments by Sir Mark Sedwill UK National Security Adviser punctured hopes that the police and other security agencies had pinpointed suspects but were withholding the name or names from the public. Asked by an MP at a Commons Defence Committee hearing if he knew the individuals responsible, he replied curtly: “Not yet.” Sedwill, who coordinates the work of the MI6, MI5, the surveillance agency GCHQ and others, did not elaborate but among problems that have hampered the agencies is a lack of CCTV coverage in Salisbury compared with London.

The Met arrive at City Stay Hotel and search the hotel for four months.

    19th July 2018
    • The BBC: A source with knowledge of the investigation told the Press Association that investigators believe they have identified the suspected perpetrators of the Novichok attack through CCTV and have cross-checked this with records of people who entered the country around that time. The pair had left the UK after the attack.
    • Ben Wallace Minister of State for Security Tweets at 4.29am “I think this story belongs in the ill-informed and wild speculation folder”.

    5th September 2018
Police release CCTV images of Alexander Petrov and Ruslan Boshirov walking around Salisbury, six months after the Skripals were taken ill. The metadata showed the images were prepared on the morning of 9th May, four months before they were released.

    6th September 2018
The Met had been making regular visits to the City Bay Hotel since 4th May (4 months) without telling Silman Mir, the owner, that the hotel had been contaminated with ‘low levels’ of the nerve agent, before TV crews turned up on 6th September. The hotel never underwent any decontamination process.

    CONCLUSION:
    1. Karen Gardner’s eye-witness account appears to remove the possibility of there being “Novichok” on the door handle during the period Sunday 4th to Tuesday 6th March, before Wiltshire Police handed the investigation over to the Metropolitan Police.
    2. There is no actual evidence the two Russians were involved in the attempted murder of the Skripals other than their nationality and visiting Salisbury.
    3. The evidence suggests they were nothing more than tourists on a cheap, city break weekend and the possibility of their sourcing “dietary supplements” in the form of legal/illegal substances.
