This is news for me, I’ve never met it mentioned anywhere before.
My thoughts? Well, we have another base in our own territory, what’s the surprise? Nothing worth attention here, just another military object.

I’m sure they’ll be securing the North Way. It’s new shorter maritime path and it needs special ships to clean the way from ice.

Hey mods, I’m just an ordinary Joe! I’m an engineer so I don’t tend to read the small print! Tatyana is Russian so that’s why I mentioned her! Also, I’m open minded and not too opinionated about a lot of stuff unlike a lot of the posters.

I find this BBC item very bizarre. Our great enemy has invited our state broadcaster to their Arctic military base for a look around. I started with I don’t know what to make of this because I don’t know what to make of this.

I did notice that reporter is the only one wearing a mask in most of the shots!

Can you imagine our military inviting RT in for a wee peek?
