If Ardin’s account is true, Assange is clearly no angel – in fact he’s an ass. But not a criminal. The main complaint seems to be that he made her feel uncomfortable in a sexual situation. That’s poor sexual etiquette, indeed. He slightly wounded her feelings for a while, the cad.

However, if this can sustain a legal prosecution, I’d like to put several former partners in the dock for similar crimes: for instance, of initiating congress with false reassurances of oral contraception, or of locking me in a leghold when I tried to withdraw before emission. Other misdemeanours could be brought into consideration: e.g. coercing performance under threat of an almighty strop, and seeking oral attention in a state of dubious menstrual hygiene. Ugh! OK, I wasn’t emotionally devastated but I was a bit annoyed and made my reluctance clear. But they pressed ahead regardless. Consequently, those evil harlots should be extradited to Sweden (one indeed was a Swedish citizen) to face criminal charges in a closed court.

People can argue that the woman bears extra pressure in these situations due to her potential to become pregnant. But there is a straightforward remedy: (morning-after pill + pregnancy test) = peace of mind. By contrast, a man who has been duped doesn’t have the power to enforce such a course of action, and could go on fretting for months about being an unwilling father.

Assange(l) has committed an arguable ethical transgression, but if we were to construe it as an actionable crime, most of the population could be sent to the dock. The fact that Sweden is prepared to fund a huge police operation and provoke a serious international diplomatic crisis for such a mundane episode of wounded feelings only goes to prove there is a hidden hand at play.

If Anna Ardin’s police statement is an accurate recollection of their encounter it would appear that Julian Assange got none of the benefits of condom use (their prophylatic effects) and all of the disadvantages (their de-sensitizing effects).

However, I guess the other point might be that a woman might feel an implicit sense of threat more than a man might in that kind of situation, assuming that in a specific case, the man had greater physical strength. The alleged unprotected ‘sleep event’ is troubling. Nonetheless, right now, these are simply allegations and no doubt the other party (Assange) will deny some of them. I guess the point is, as Craig and many others rightly have suggested, he needs to face these allegations in a court of law but requires an assurance that, regardless of the outcome, he won’t be spirited off to the USA.

One of the problems with this whole, ploraised, subtextual discourse, it seems to me, is illustrated by the fact that simply by suggesting what I’ve suggested above, I have been attacked by some on a social media network as, “a rape apologist”. I am 100% convinced that many of the stories published as news occasionally bear some resemblance to the truth, and that some are complete fabrications. This matters because over 90% of us tell the truth over 90% of the time, and we expect better standards from our media and those in authority over us,than what we achieve.

In the 1930s in the south of the United States of America there was a “stitch up” case of two white women alleging that some black boys had raped them on a train. Now, it is one thing to say that the foregoing case was back in the racist bad old days in the US south, and quite another in 2012 to seek advance of a case where the condom produced as evidence does not have any DNA of the person accused of sexual misconduct in relation to said condom. In the interview with Petra Ornstein, it is reported in the interview that Ardin saw the condom rolled back to the base of Assange’s penis. Now the evidence produced, as that condom, has a slit to the top of the condom, no DNA, and surely does not look like a condom busted in the act of sexual intercourse. Petra did not get the impression that Anna was afraid of Julian ( see Petra’s statement) – and this is the person who sexually molested you her and is worthy of being convicted for his “criminal wrongdoing”?

The Scottsboro boys case did involve a racist judicial system in one country, the US. There is no element of “race” in the Assange matter, but these members of the “international community” are doing a pretty good job, in a manner similar to the Scottsboro boys case, of compromising and debasing the process of justice, where the weak, unreliable and strained nature of the “evidence” would not permit a charge to be laid in any fair and decent justice system.
One of the points in extradition matters is the duality of the offence, being recognised as a criminal offence in both jurisdictions – the country seeking the extradition and the one requesting extradition.
While the Scottsboro boys case was a national tragedy, the Julian Assange matter is an international conspiratorial scandal which debases both the British and Swedish justice systems. Assange is being framed to shut him up.

This case ought to be Ardin v Condom manufacturer. and the fact that she kept reaching to feel the condom was in place; left, right, and centre, is a good enough case for any jury to reach a verdict of her finger nails wot done it and let the manufacturer off the hook.

So if this is an accurate record of Anna Ardin’s statement to police, how are we to consider her internal monologue? Apparently, she struggled with Assange in the belief that he was to have sex with her without using a condom despite the fact he “must have known” that she wanted him to use one. It seems she can read his mind and, in turn, he is expected to read hers.

I don’t think this is really a case of he says, she says. More like a case of he thinks, she thinks.

Thx, DonnyDarko and David Landy. To trouble you further, can you see if the DNA test is reported? If the condom was torn by someone not wearing gloves, DNA would have been left on it. Anecdotally, no DNA was found. But the tearer’s should have been detectable (or the tearer wore gloves, which is not something I normally do in bed, at any rate…)

I do think Tony Opmoc has a point here, incidentally. Since 2010, an astonishing amount of information on this case has leaked from the Swedish police, and others. I am cautious about taking it at face value.

Swedish plod have no interest in questioning Assange further – they just want him in jail awaiting charges.

The same crooked legal system that imposed a ridiculous bail amount (and conditions) will now extort all the money it can from Assange’s backers – regardless of the fact that they can’t prevent his seeking asylum and shouldn’t anyway as it can’t by any reasonable measure be considered ‘jumping bail’. It has to be considered part of the appeal process. But they’ll take the money – you can bet on it.

Komodo, the Evening Standard article shows just how desperate Hague and company are to fulfil their obligations to their US masters. I think a fund should be set up to cover the losses of those who stood surety for Julian Assange. If all his supporters slip in a fiver it will probably solve the problem. I know I’d contribute.

Appealing will just increase the sum. Are we seeing a new tactic here, more psy ops? will this bail bondage be a new lever on JA? And if anyone can’t pay, an arrest, court case and subsequent jailing might now be considered the only way of forcing him out of his refuge.

Those facts you presented re-inforce the view that Assange was set up, an idea beyond the pale for the AAA (Anti-Assange Alliance) – BBC, neo-cons, extreme feminists. Being a conventional Brit, I always found it strange that Ardin seemed happy to share Assange with the other girl. But then I suppose the AAA would argue that there is nothing wrong with that and in fact that is the beauty of Sweden – an egalitarian society where people share everything. And naturally, Swedes are so honest that if one of them shouts rape, that alone is proof.

The AAA has cleverly taken advantage of Sweden’s long-standing image as a judicial and moral paradise – sexually liberated but honest to a fault. On the facts alone, the case against Assange looks like a farce. The real battle is being fought at a public relations and image level. This is exactly how the AAA wants it.

Let’s clarify something here. Either Ardin was the witting honeytrap here or not. If she was, then it is exceedingly unlikely that she would be leaving a trail of text messages indicating that she was happy with entertaining Assange. A much more cautious attitude would have been assumed.

My opinion is that neither girl was a knowing participant in a so-called honeytrap. Although they may have been used by others when Assange went to Sweden in expectation that he would certainly slip up.

Assange thinks Assange should face the allegations, if a safe way can be found for him to do so.

One thing strangely absent from this debate is ‘what else was Assange doing in Stockholm?’

Assange was finalising a deal with the Pirate Party, offered two weeks previously, in which the PP would host Wikileaks’ servers (along with Pirate Bay’s, which Wikileaks had previously been using, and which, following Wikileaks Afghan releases, had come under scrutiny and attack).)

Assange’s naivete re. the Swedes is horribly apparent here:

But the timing (13-17th Aug 2010)does suggest a causal connection between the reinstatement of the rape allegation by Ny and her Social Democrat friends (20th Aug 2010) and attempts to shut down Pirate Bay and/or Wikileaks. (The Pirate Party is the largest party outside Parliament in Sweden, and had at one point 2 MEP’s.)

One person however, who I think was possibly prearranged was Daniel Domscheit-Berg. Assange doesn’t talk about him anymore despite accusing him of irrevocably deleting important files on the Bank of America. Is there more to know regarding him? I think there is.

However it fails to mention the relationship between the police interrogator, Irmeli Krans, and Anna Ardin, and why the two women visited a police station at which Krans worked rather than one nearer their homes. Krans could not take Ardin’s statement because she knew Ardin. And the fact that Ardin was present at the time of Wilen’s interview is most improper. Just as improper is the alteration to Wilen’s statement a week after it was taken.

Very interesting detail on Ardin’s tweets. He was the one who discovered her attempts to destroy evidence.

He may have omitted the Krans connection because he came to the conclusion that Wilen’s statement reflected no crime. He does however make the point somewhere that the police failed to investigate the the full extent of the relationship between A and W and the circumstances that brought them together. Further that both statements should have been video recorded or taped at the very least.

Sweden, for a little country, that couldn’t solve in all these years the open public assassination of its Prime Minister in downtown Stockholm, leaves me with the impression that they are utterly incompetent in the investigation dept.

Thank you Villager. I have now read the statement of Göran Rudling. It is amazing. It is probably the strongest proof of a police and political cover-up imaginable. Göran Rudling describes himself as a law reform activist. He is particularly interested in rape cases because his mother was raped by her step-father. As might be expected he is concerned that rapists are prosecuted. But he also believes in justice and realising there was something wrong in the prosecution case.

As you say, he discovered Anna Ardin’s tweet deletions, and her 7 step revenge on men who dump their women, which Ardin also tried to delete. From his statement it appears that he persistently sent information to the Swedish police that they have been unable to locate. He is a very credible and reliable witness which shows this case to have been flawed from the start, with clear political objectives. The UK media is disgusting in not presenting this to the public.

I’ve tweeted John Pilger twice to see whether a fund could be started among supporters for Julian Assange to ensure those who put up bail do not go out of pocket suggesting small donations of say £5. The trouble is Pilger probably gets too much traffic to respond. Anybody have a direct line?

@John Goss – Any fund you want to set up should be in consultation with Assange’s lawyers and the Wikileaks defence fund. I also don’t think it will be allowed. Bail or surety, I believe, is not just about money but also an expression of confidence from a reputable person that someone will front court. The money they put up is supposed to reflect their confidence and if others insure this amount, then the person’s confidence would be appear less credible. The American system is quite different, turning the whole bail system into a pawn shop.

Still, it is worth looking into. I’d chip in a couple of dollars. And I wouldn’t expect to get it back – Hah!

Regarding the British Left’s failure to support Assange, it’s worth noting that left wingers generally are not libertarian in nature. Indeed, they have historically been authoritarian. Assange is on the southern end of the political compass, opposite those who would like a heavy handed, centrally controlled bureacracy. Add to this, the infiltration and embedding of New Left principles of Feminism and their typically aggressive response to the subject of r-pe. This subject is emblematic of their identity as victims of men.

Also, the British Left think they owe nothing to Assange. He’s not one of them. He doesn’t work within their political frameworks. He’s a Johnny-come-lately outsider, an interloper, the new kid on the block. The space taken up on the front covers of newspapers with Assange and Wikileaks is space stolen from traditional left wing issues and the current line-up of personalities.

Hence, the Left are jealous and mistrusting of Assange. They want him gone.

Conversed with forensiker Anders Nilsson at SKL to get a clarification on DNA samples.

In previous PM, I have written to the condom used at Anna Ardin, they had not found the DNA.

It is not true according to Anders Nilsson. He said that they see “something” but that it goes into deciphering. It has been chosen to analyze the sample in a more refined method. This method takes about. two weeks. At the previous PM et was into Anders Nilsson I spoke with.

Anders Nilsson explained that into the amount of DNA that always determines whether they can see the DNA. There are many reasons that they fade get a clear picture.

- Somewhat disturbing analysis such as dirt, etc..
- Small amounts of DNA
- People will emit different amounts of DNA
- The study material has been affected by the use, for example, washed, dried off.

This was some of the things that can affect the analysis of DNA, but there are more factors that influence.

So, ‘The Left’ (as though it were a monolith) is being slammed for supporting Assange (“rape apologists!!”) and slammed for not supporting Assange (“femi-nazis!!”).

Jon quoted correctly from the article in a socialist ‘paper, and it presented a pretty balanced picture, more or less similar to that which Craig presented.

People have differing opinions – but perhaps the convenient whipping-post of ‘The Left’ now will be slammed for not being monolithic enough (yet somehow also anti-Libertarian). Here is a Lib Dem blogger merrily joining in the multi-pronged attack on ‘The Left’ (of course, to some extent, it depends what one means by ‘The Left’, eg. the Labour Party now is a Centre Right organisation, etc.). I am aware that the NewStatesman publishes some fine work. You regularly publish John Pilger for example which is very much to your credit.

I think we can safely assume that your readers are generally aware that the USA has employed kidnapping and torture on a vast scale (i.e. “renditions”). Your readers are probably aware that Sweden has in the past colloborated in some way with the USA on “renditions”.

But are your readers aware that two Egyptian men were raped and tortured in Stockholm by US and Egyptian agents? Are your readers aware that rape and torture took place in the presence of Swedish officials who were already accomplices by virtue of the fact that they handed the victims over to those foreign agents? Are your readers aware that none of the perpertators (or their accomplices) of rape and torture that took place in Stockholm have been convicted or even prosecuted by Sweden?

David Allen Green downplayed the relevance of this case to Assange’s case. I should not have to spell out whay that was outrageous.

Who will be saying that to your readers? Who will be balancing David Allen Green’s calls for “due process” for Assange wilh equally persistent calls for the criminal prosecution of the perpetrators of rape and torture in Stockholm?

“The condom in question was handed in to police by Anne Ardin on 25 August 2010 (12 days after the event to which it relates) as evidence of her claims that Assange “did something” to deliberately tear it halfway through sex. The condom was sent by police to the SKL (Sweden’s National Forensic lab) the same day. The first set of results could find no chromosonal DNA – male or female – on it at all, although it did have a tear in it and look ‘used’ (there are pictures, if you really must…). The lab did find a tiny speck of ‘something’ on it so the police requested a second test. Apparently this tiny speck did contain mitochondrial DNA but bear in mind two things: 1) Mitochondrial DNA, if there is no chromosonal DNA present, can ONLY come from hair or nails, 2) any condom used for sex should be awash with chromosonal DNA from both parties. I will forego saying what I personally think this lab result does to the credibility of Anne Ardin’s allegations and instead restrict myself to what it does to the credibility of the Swedish prosecutor’s action. The 2nd set of results arrived back from the lab on 25 October 2010, at least three weeks before the Swedish prosecutor described the ‘deliberate tearing’ of this condom on the EAW extradition warrant (18 November) as the offence of “sexual molestation”.

As regards one of Anne Ardin’s other allegations – the ‘forced pinning down’ to stop her from reaching a condom as she twisted her legs sideways to prevent penetration – described on the EAW extradition warrant as sexual assault and coersion, what seems to have been overlooked is that the very next sentence of her witness statement describes Assange asking what on Earth she was doing. She explained for the first time that she wanted him to use a condom. He let go. She fetched one. He put it on and they resumed.

The second woman’s witness statement describes being “half asleep”, which the prosecutor has bumped up to “fully asleep” on the extradition warrant.

Stop trying to make the stories of two individual women stand in for ALL women’s experiences of sexual violence. Stop believing that because women routinely experience sexual violence all over the world and are generally poorly served by the courts in getting justice that individual women can NEVER be being untruthful if they make such claims. One thing that jumped out at me from the translations is that it seems that the two condoms are from different people, referred to only as “MA1″ and “MA2″.

I can only think that the DNA-less condom was supplied by SW, who was less willing to cooperate with a prosecution?

And the condom tip (with DNA) is from AA.

Is this the lady that’s the known CIA asset? If so, they are highly trained professional liars.

@Jives – I don’t know why you think it such a deeply disturbed world view that I’m pointing out that men are committing rape and not being charged with it, due to the attitude of; “well he’s a nice bloke; he wouldn’t do anything like that’. What is depressing is the misogyny surrounding this case and the subject of rape in general. Not only in the way the two alleged victims are being discussed here, but also the dismissive way women are spoken to in the comments section.

Ardin did produce a condom split across the top to police as evidence. However forensic examination showed not only that there was none of Assange’s DNA on the condom, but that it had never been worn by anybody.

Craig, I think you need to publish a correction to your blog post.

The original police report states that there were in fact TWO condoms analysed from the homes of two different people (see above for link to pdf in swedish, and my posts above for google translation).

a) There was a complete condom from the home of someone referred to as “MA2″ which had (as you say) no DNA, and

b) There was a condom tip from the home of SOMEONE ELSE who is referred to as “MA1″. This condom tip DID have male DNA on it, and it matched the male DNA from a vaginal swab taken from the same MA1. This condom tip was stated to have been found under the part of the bed where Assange had been adjusting the condom, and had been cut off with a knife or scissors.

(So, presumably, MA1 is Anna Ardin, and MA2 is Sofia Wilen.)

This raises a contradiction between Anna Ardin’s statement that she had heard him (Assange) tearing the condom, and the lab analysis which states that it’d been cut with something sharp (knife or scissors) – which would presumably have sounded quite different to tearing.

Not to mention, how do you exactly “tear” a condom? They are phenomenally strong. Not to mention the snap-back if you succeeded… ouch!!!

And is she (Ardin) saying Assange carried with him a set of condom-snipping scissors to his love-making activities, “just in case”? Or did there just happen to be one handy in the bedroom???

The length of time between the complaint being made and this condom tip being “found” (12 days I believe) would have given plenty of time to fabricate and plant evidence, if this were the case.

Plus, Anna Ardin is known to be a liar, as she lied to eg Donald Bostrom about not having slept with Assange, when she in fact already had. And her testimony changes over time, which makes her doubly-suspect.

We also have to wonder why MA2 (Sofia Wilen) provided an unused condom to the police for analysis… the article above states that she was an unwilling complainant and didn’t want to press charges, she just wanted Assange to take an HIV test. This would back this assertion up.

@David Landy MA1 is Sofia Wilén and MA2 is Anna Ardin. I think it has been pointed out already, but it’s not easy to find among all the comments.

@Rudling When I asked about what time Boström got the phone call from Ardin I was referring to the comment preceding it, about Ardin calling Boström telling him that they had been to the police station. The details of her phone calls during that day could tell quite a lot, I imagine.

I see no reason to call Craig a “liar”. Nobody knows all the facts and people sketch the events based on what they know. The picture may need som tweaking, but that’s just normal. Trying to piece together the exact details of what happened during that day is a work in progress and will be for some time. It’s more constructive to help with additional sources and pieces of information than to call someone liar when there’s no intent to mislead. Besides, it’s the big picture that matters and I think he got that right.

I think Ardin made her interview on the 21st, not 22nd as Craig suggests, but that doesn’t matter for his argument, so there’s no point wasting space calling anyone names. Ardin may not have been present during Krans’s interview with Wilén, but Ardin and Wilén had been in touch before they went to the police station so she probably knew the story anyway. In fact her support of Wilén was based on her having experienced something similar (or so she says) so she must have known the general story, at least parts relevant for the rape accusations, whether she was present during that particular interview or not. Even without her presence there are enough strange circumstances, like the date it was registered (26th), that a friend of Ardin conducted it, later additions, that it doesn’t appear to have been signed, and so on.

In the evening of the 20th Ardin went to a party. I wonder what Wilén did …

Igår, den 18 augusti, släpptes pilotexemplaret av tidningen Islam & Politik, en tidning om tro och politik som ges ut av nätverket för troende socialdemokrater.

Anna Ardin från Broderskapsrörelsen har varit projektledare för tidningen, och hon säger att det huvudsakliga syftet är att visa att man kan vara troende och vänster, och att man kan vara progressiv och muslim.
“Man kan vara progressiv och muslim”

Det finns ju väldigt mycket fördomar om muslimer, att de tycker det ena eller det andra, eller att de är väldigt konservativa eller fundamentalistiska. Vilket ju inte stämmer, eftersom den absoluta majoriteten av muslimerna i förra valet röstade röd-grönt. Och det förknippar vi ju oftast inte med konservatism, säger Anna Ardin.

Islam & Politik är en projekttidning som ges ut av Broderskapsrörelsen – en organisation för Sveriges Kristna Socialdemokrater. Det är ett så kallat pilotprojekt, och det är ännu inte klart om det blir en fortsättning eller inte. Men det första numret kommer i alla fall ut i 50 000 exemplar, som i stort sett alla redan är förbeställda, och den kommer distribueras bland annat via Socialdemokraternas valstugor och i en del moskéer och föreningar.

Tidningen innehåller både debatt-artiklar och mer nyhetsinriktat material. Bland annat en artikel om hur det kan vara svårt för muslimer att köpa bostadsrätt, eftersom räntan vid pengalån av många anses vara haram, det vill säga orent.

Men varför ger en kristen organisation ut en tidning om Islam?

Broderskapsrörelsen är en kristen organisation som bildades på 1920-talet, när kristna hade svårt att hitta en plats i Socialdemokraterna, berättar Anna Ardin.

Då bildades Broderskapsrörelsen för att de skulle kunna hitta en plats att driva sitt politiska engagemang i kombination med sin tro. Och det är just det som har varit drivkraften för många muslimer som har sökt sig till oss. Vi har ju arbetat tillsammans med muslimska organisationer sedan 1994, och sedan 2007 har vi ett formellt nätverk för muslimer.

Men att koppla ihop politik och religion är inte en självklarhet. Anna Ardin menar att det främst handlar om att man även som troende ska kunna ha en plats i politiken. Men poängterar också att Broderskapsrörelsen tycker att det är viktigt att staten är sekulär och att det råder religionsfrihet i samhället.

Tro är för många av oss i Broderskapsrörelsen en viktig del i motivationen till att man engagerar sig, och man drivs av en syn på fred och rättvisa som i hög utsträckning är inspirerad av religionen.

Anna Ardin berättar att tidningen kom till efter att man tillsammans med nätverket för muslimska socialdemokrater diskuterat att det saknas en bra medie-kanal för svenska muslimer. Att jämföra med exempelvis alla tidningar som finns för kristna grupper.

När projektgruppen sedan diskuterade vad tidningen skulle heta så ratades först förslaget Islam & Politik, för att det skulle låta för extremistiskt. Men efter lite diskussion säger Anna Ardin att de kom fram till att inte acceptera detta, utan istället försöka neutralisera begreppet.

Varför ska vi egentligen acceptera att Islam & Politik låter extremistiskt, när islam för de allra allra flesta muslimer är en religion som står för fred och rättvisa. Islam och politik är ju egentligen mycket mer neutralt än vad det ofta uppfattas som, säger Anna Ardin, projektledare för tidningen Islam & Politik.

The article is based on statements by Rick Falkvinge, and alludes to further such social occasions after these events.
How reputable are The Daily Mail for checking facts, or indeed what AA actually says or claims he did, as opposed to the prosecutor? Was it published also in a paper edition?
The article is certainly worth reading in addition to the Rixstep one.

Looking a little more widely at her role in the Brotherhood, she appears to be certainly no timid “office girl” writing press releases; rather she was more of a political player (strategist?) used to engaging with mainstream media.

A few months earlier she was in the media spotlight for the Swedish contingent which took part in the Ship to Gaza protest convoy.
She was the point contact for all communication with the ship by means of Satellite phone.

Acting as political secretary for the Christian Social Democrats Brotherhood movement, she spoke to their international secretary Ulf Carmesund who was on the ship with other notable figures including the author Henning Mankell.

The Brotherhood movement of the Christian Social Democrats decided around 2007 to include other faiths and open its doors to Muslims and others. Among the reported reasons were to help the Social Democrats better influence Swedish society. Hence they are also called the religious Social Democrats of Sweden.

Given that The Brotherhood are an arm of the Social Democrat Party, one wonders what internal conflicts were provoked by the announcement of the support of Wikileaks by the Pirate Party, a new rival of great concern at the time in the context of the September election. Was this a sudden surprise?

In stark contrast to today, at the time many groups were seeking to associate themselves with Wikileaks to garner popularity.

Peter Weiderud, the head of The Brotherhood of the religious Social Democrats of Sweden, has held various influential positions depending on the changing political landscape and the progression of his career. As well as various directorships on council of churches bodies, especially concerning international affairs and reducing armed conflicts, there are places on the board of the party, as well as in the government ministry when they were in power.

Peter Weiderud, appears in 2012 as “chair of the religious Social Democrats of Sweden”, commenting on the divisions in the party following the resignation of the leader Håkan Juholt in January.

Weiderud feels that the main division now in the party is not so much between the left and the right strands or even necessarily the urban and the rural strands per se, but between those looking to the past and those looking to the future.

Weiderud believes the next leader needs to remain true to Social Democratic values and favor change.

ong the multitudes of Political Experts, one finds there the aforementioned Peter Weiderud ranked the third highest in pay with 55.000 SEK pcm, being in the Dept. of Foreign Affairs (UD), topped by two other Political Experts for the Dept. of Finance. Only the Cabinet Ministers and Undersecretaries were paid more.

Anna Ardin spent a third of a year on an internship at the Swedish Embassy in Buenos Aires from 2 May to 16 September 2005. This was organised as pat of the course at the Department of Government, Uppsala University. This Embassy covers Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay.
