The mainstream media for the most part has moved on. But there are a few more gleanings to be had, of perhaps the most interesting comes from the Daily Mirror, which labels al-Hilli an extremist on the grounds that he was against the war in Iraq, disapproved of the behaviour of Israel and had doubts over 9/11 – which makes a great deal of the population “extremist”. But the Mirror has the only mainstream mention I can find of the possibility that Mossad carried out the killings. Given Mr al-Hilli’s profession, the fact he is a Shia, the fact he had visited Iran, and the fact that Israel heas been assassinating scientists connected to Iran’s nuclear programme, this has to be a possibility. There are of course other possibilities, but to ignore that one is ludicrous.
Which leads me to the argument of Daily Mail crime reporter, Stephen Wright, that the French police should concentrate on the idea that this was a killing by a random Alpine madman or racist bigot. Perfectly possible, of course, and the anti-Muslim killings in Marseille might be as much a precedent as Mossad killings of scientists. But why the lone madman idea should be the preferred investigation, Mr Wright does not explain. What I did find interesting from a man who has visited many crime scenes are his repeated insinuations that the French authorities are not really trying very hard to find who the killers were, for example:
the crime scene would have been sealed off for a minimum of seven to ten days, to allow detailed forensic searches for DNA, fibres, tyre marks and shoe prints to take place.
Nearby bushes and vegetation would have been searched for any discarded food and cigarette butts left by the killer, not to mention the murder weapon.
But from what I saw at the end of last week, no such searches had taken place and potentially vital evidence could have been missed. House to house inquiries in the local area had yet to be completed and police had not made specific public appeals for information about the crime. No reward had been put up for information about the shootings.
Behind the scenes, what other short cuts have been taken? Have police seized data identifying all mobile phones being used in the vicinity of the murders that day?
The idea that the French authorities – who are quite as capable as any other of solving cases – are not really trying very hard is an interesting one.
Which leads me to this part of a remarkable article from the Daily Telegraph, which if true points us back towards a hit squad and discounts the ides that there was only one gun:
Claims that only one gun was used to kill everybody is likely to be disproved by full ballistics test results which are out in October.
While the 25 spent bullet cartridges found at the scene are all of the same kind, they could in fact have come from a number of weapons of the same make.
This throws up the possibility of a well-equipped, highly-trained gang circling the car and then opening fire.
Both children were left alive by the killers, who had clinically pumped bullets into everybody else, including five into Mr Mollier.
Zainab was found staggering around outside the car by Brett Martin, a British former RAF serviceman who cycled by moments after the attack, but he saw nobody except the schoolgirl.
Her sister, Zeena, was found unscathed and hiding in the car eight hours later.
Both sisters are now back in Britain, and are believed to have been reunited at a secret location near London.
There are of course a number of hit squad options, both governmental and private, which might well involve iraqi or Iranian interests – on both of which the mainstream media have been very happy to speculate while almost unanimously ignoring Israel.
But what interests me is why the Daily Telegraph choose, in the face of all the evidence, to minimise the horrific nature of the attack by stating that “Both children were left alive by the killers”? Zainab was not left alive by design, she was shot in the chest and her skull was stove in, which presumably was a pretty serious attempt to kill a seven year-old child. The other girl might very well have succeeded in hiding from the killers under her mother’s skirts, as she hid from the first rescuers, and then for eight hours from the police.
The Telegraph article claims to be informed by sources close to the investigation. So they believe it was a group of people, and feel motivated to absolve those people from child-killing. Now what could the Daily Telegraph be thinking?
It’s hard not to notice that questions are being asked online about the helicopter footage of the Sandy Hook incident. A parallel universe?

Maestro, some spooky music please. Bluebird’s link to MS magazine connects to a law firm in Tampa, with connections to Clinton, Obama, Abramoff and Saddam, which is monitoring the MZT pages, and likely Craig Murray too.
Go to MZT and read:

It’s obvious we “know too much” and we’re being tracked. But we don’t know what the “too much” is that we know. Could it be the location of Saddam’s gold is encoded in the Irish horse racing pages? 🙂
I will put a mirror on a stick so I can check the bottom of my skateboard for tracking devices, etc. before boarding. 🙂
On second thought that’s not a good idea, since a mirror on a stick is a dual-use device, like burglary tools or Krytons, and cops will say I am a perv. They will not believe my story of danger from Clintons, Obamas and passing Mossad on motorbikes. 🙂
Interesting question posed.
He did have (or had) a home in France.
Where ? I don’t know. But I know he had one.
(It’s over to Blue on that one).
Then again there are lots of Brit’s with homes in France.
And lots of eggbeaters buzzing around the Alp region
Interesting stat.
How many “helichoppters” have crashed in London Zone (CTR) or in the London city areas ?

Another point if BM and SM are cycling on the same road and BM was not overtaken by SM which is what we have been told recently but only saw him ahead at the bottom of the hill then that is odd because it would mean BM on his mountain bike had been gaining on SM on his racing bike or SM at halted somewhere allowing BM to get close enough to see him ahead.
SO really the overtaking of BM makes sense but the seeing him ahead does not unless SM made a stop somewhere.
Or the builder missed one or the other of them on the other road which would be possible as he would only have to move his stuff for cars I guess.

Suicided Aaron Swartz worked for the Edmond J. Safra Center for Ethics. This Ethics center is located at Harvard as well as in Israel and offers funds for students.
The IT center of the Edmond J. Safra Center for Ethics is in Safra’s former home in the university of Aleppo.
Here the director of the Safra Center confirms Swart’ participation:
http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/colleagues-of-seer-of-the-web-aaron-swartz-face-dark-questions-over-his-suicide-8451389.html
We already discussed Edmond Safra, killed founder of Hermitage Capital, when we were talking about the Magnitsky case and the two killed Russian agents in the UK.
Step by step everything makes a bigger picture.
Swartz was suicided on the 12th. What did they want to know from him? Swartz was an Anon activist. He was active in the Operation Darknet. Not unlike Stan Maillaud he had data of a pedo mafia collected. What did he know and what data and documents were hidden in the IT departement of the university of Aleppo. Now lets follow a timeline. When did mercenaries destroy the IT departement in the university of Aleppo and kill students and employees there? Why did they exactly destroy the IT departement bit not the dep.of medicine or law or politics? The more of such events there are, the more puzzle pieces we get.
Safra Ethics Center closed another circle

17 Jan, 2013 – 4:09 pm my point entirely. As you are well aware, an old tried and tested method was to use a book or publication (note the innoculous nature of the thing) to provide the key to whatever code is being used. So my horse example is not so far fetched after all. Of course the big problem is not knowing what is being used, now no doubt on the internet to convey the message. What is the point of using such a complicated system when a simple telephone call “Job done in accordance with the plan and we got away without difficulty. See you tomorrow as arranged.” I’ll leave you to work that one out yourselves. With the names already discussed it occurred to me that the horse world might have been such a chosen conduit if for no other reason that strange names are so common. I suppose it would be too much to expect in some public forum we might come across suspicious messages immediately before or after 5th Sept? If we did it might lead somewhere….
of course now I ve floated the idea no doubt someone will be speedily task to wet wipe.

You are correct that Pete Barnes lived in France. I could not find out where, but the closest hint would be Issy close to Paris.

crossed the channel in a 206 where I took him as a safety pilot as I had my wife and my daughter and I wanted some professional backup. Half way over the channel it turned out we lived almost next to each other in a tiny village in France. Then at max gross he carefully and gently helped me get out of Issy le Mol without overtorquing anything only to get a call from ATC to tell me that my daughter had left her laptop in the terminal and we had to return for another go half a pound lighter. I could have cried at having to do the whole thing again and he didn’t even bat an eyelid.

Nothing complicated, Tim V. I think it might be interesting to let one of those hawkers of salt to do a demonstration, all the while posing some challenging questions. You know, like what about the controversy surrounding the source of that salt, and other things.
Okay, this is strange. Pete Barnes was travelling from Redhill Aerodrome to Elstree to pick up a client.

“Was Pete Barnes and his flying featured in any of the movies that he worked on, or was his role transporting VIPs to the movie shoots? Was Pete Barnes a “stunt double” for other pilots?”
The company below provides complete camera crews, pilots, camera operators, etc., and has him on their roster: “Pete Barnes: Credits: London Olympics 2012, Treasure Island, Golden Compass, Bond, Tomb Raider, WRC, Agent Cody Banks-2.”
“Helicopter Film Services Hangar M
Denham Aerodrome Hangar Road
Uxbridge London. UB9 5DF”
http://www.helicopterfilm.tv/crew.php
He isn’t listed in the credits of the films, but that may be because he didn’t want a credit, uses a “stage name” for his film work, or the company providing the helicopter(s) takes the credit.
The film “Golden Compass” credits 17 helicopter pilots, including those in the BOHAG – Berneroberländer Helicopter AG die der Swiss Helicopter Group, kurz SHG, angehört.
Misc: “Barnes had his own company, Helivision, based at his home in Goddards Green, Berkshire.” Our first GREEN clue! 🙂

Abramoff, Tony Rudy, Tom DeLay, Ralph Reed, Ralph Hall, Rev. Louis Sheldon, Fred Singer, the late Rev. Moon’s Unification Church all link together. The shortest explanation of Moon’s connection is on a Portuguese page:
“… the Assembly of God in Christ… Rio de Janeiro, launched the book “The Strategy: the Homosexual Plan to Transform Society”… inexplicably does silence regarding the bizarre association of Assemblies of God with the Rev. Moon’s sect, involved in scandals more burlesques, such as imprisonment for tax evasion and the enticement of minors.”
” “The Strategy” was written by the Rev. Louis Sheldon, founder of the “Traditional Values Coalition” an organization categorized by “Southern Poverty Law Center” (civil rights defence organisation) as a hate group.”
“The Traditional Values Coalition was … formed by the Reverend Lou Sheldon and his daughter, Andrea Sheldon Lafferty, as crazy as the father; on one occasion she claimed to have faced a witch who played spells on the Senate.”
“The foundation of Sheldon was accused of receiving bribes from a client of Lobbyist Jack Abramoff…”

From 1994 to 2001 Abramoff was a top lobbyist for the firm of Preston Gates & Ellis, and then for Greenberg Traurig until March 2004.

16 Jan, 2013 – 6:20 am. How are going to organise this. Maybe we could just be “democratic” and in the first instance just ask everyone who has contributed on here, to submit ONE pertinent question? They would need to be collated and a decision made to whom they should be submitted. I suggest the Editors of the National Press in Britain (and France?)and TV stations. They would be unascribed and submitted in the name of this site if that were acceptible to Craig? A request would have to be attached as to feedback. Maybe some of the media might make a story out of the request in itself? So if it helps I will start collating here and add just one of my own)
1. When did the SAH’s leave Claygate and what was their route and timing to Annecy? (NR)
2. Why did Eric Maillaud claim, and keep claiming, the English cyclist Brett Martin had made the initial call at 3.48, when it must have been clear (he being British and speaking little French) that it could not have been him and why was this later changed to a Mr Philippe Didierjean, who it was reported lived locally but cannot be traced? (TimV)
3. At what time Laurent Fillion-Robin saw the green 4×4 and motorbike pass by and what time did the forestry vehicle stop the motorbuke and where? (Pink)
4. Is the ex-policeman involved in the investigation of child abduction and abuse, Christian “Stan” Maillaud, who suspiciously disappeared from police custody on the 22nd September, 2012, and has not been located or in contact since, in any way connected, by family or profession, to Eric Maillaud, the Public Prosecutor for Annecy? (TimV)
5. Why was the crime scene opened up to the press two days after the event, whilst significant forensic matterial (i.e. blood-stained earth and leaves, cigarette buts, broken glass, used cartridges) was still there? (TimV)
6. Where and for whom did Pete Barnes (the helicopter pilot in the recent Vauxhall, London crash) work from Sept. 5th-8th and who was the second victim? (BB)
as far as i am aware, only one set of syndicated DM aerial photos have appeared. this suggests that only one (almost certainly) helicopter got through before restrictions were imposed or we would surely have had more? it would be interesting to know whether the DM chartered locally (the most likely) or brought an English pilot and aircraft over for the shoot. And who flew it? It is clear that Mr Barnes included flights to France in his itinery and been much involved with ferrying celebrities and Hollywood film of a certain kind. We shall see.
DM: “During his 25-year career, he also worked as a contract pilot on adverts, TV programmes and Hollywood films including Bond movie Die Another Day, The Golden Compass, Agent Cody Banks 2, Tomb Raider 2 and Saving Private Ryan.
“In an interview with a local paper in 2006, Mr Barnes described his varied professional life, saying: ‘One minute you’re flying paramedics to scenes of carnage and devastation, then you’re flying VIPs and doing corporate entertainment at Ascot, Silverstone and the world rally driving championships.
The report described how Captain Barnes meticulously co-ordinated stunts in Hollywood films, such as a multiple abseil from a helicopter in Agent Cody Banks
When not working on films, he regularly took celebrities and A-list stars to and from yachts in Monaco and also flew race-goers to Ascot dressed in a top hat and tails.
One picture shows him beside a helicopter with Formula One racing driver Lewis Hamilton.
Working as what he described as an ‘aerial chauffeur’, he ferried world leaders to and from the 2005 G8 conference in Scotland.

Well found for helicopter shot Pink
17 Jan, 2013 – 9:07 pm Part of the difficulty is is time dating the footage if it’s not imprinted. (Even then it can cause difficulty as we have seen with the notorious 3.15 photo!) However the DM aerial shots must post date the removal of bodies but pre date the removal of vehicles. This I think places it at about lunch time on the 6th September i.e. 20-22 hours after the incident. Nothing before the DM shots as far as I am aware though I think several news agencies might have had flights up afterwards come to think of it. Anyway back to your clip – is it still the afternoon of the 5th or more likely the morning of the 6th. If the latter this could be a press heli. as distinct from the police one deployed on the 5 with heat seeking equipment or the one (air ambulance) that conveyed Zainab to Grenoble. So how about the one parked at the bottom of the hill on the 6th? What was that used for?
As you probably know Q

I don’t think you can attach to much importance to the pilot flying the helicopter that was his job so it would not be suprising if he was doing it .
I am not sure what you mean about the one parked at the bottom of the hill unless its the photo of some POB being brought to the crash scene I saw that in one of the papers.

Sorry I meant Murder scene not crash scene .
