The mainstream media for the most part has moved on. But there are a few more gleanings to be had, of perhaps the most interesting comes from the Daily Mirror, which labels al-Hilli an extremist on the grounds that he was against the war in Iraq, disapproved of the behaviour of Israel and had doubts over 9/11 – which makes a great deal of the population “extremist”. But the Mirror has the only mainstream mention I can find of the possibility that Mossad carried out the killings. Given Mr al-Hilli’s profession, the fact he is a Shia, the fact he had visited Iran, and the fact that Israel heas been assassinating scientists connected to Iran’s nuclear programme, this has to be a possibility. There are of course other possibilities, but to ignore that one is ludicrous.
Which leads me to the argument of Daily Mail crime reporter, Stephen Wright, that the French police should concentrate on the idea that this was a killing by a random Alpine madman or racist bigot. Perfectly possible, of course, and the anti-Muslim killings in Marseille might be as much a precedent as Mossad killings of scientists. But why the lone madman idea should be the preferred investigation, Mr Wright does not explain. What I did find interesting from a man who has visited many crime scenes are his repeated insinuations that the French authorities are not really trying very hard to find who the killers were, for example:
the crime scene would have been sealed off for a minimum of seven to ten days, to allow detailed forensic searches for DNA, fibres, tyre marks and shoe prints to take place.
Nearby bushes and vegetation would have been searched for any discarded food and cigarette butts left by the killer, not to mention the murder weapon.
But from what I saw at the end of last week, no such searches had taken place and potentially vital evidence could have been missed. House to house inquiries in the local area had yet to be completed and police had not made specific public appeals for information about the crime. No reward had been put up for information about the shootings.
Behind the scenes, what other short cuts have been taken? Have police seized data identifying all mobile phones being used in the vicinity of the murders that day?
The idea that the French authorities – who are quite as capable as any other of solving cases – are not really trying very hard is an interesting one.
Which leads me to this part of a remarkable article from the Daily Telegraph, which if true points us back towards a hit squad and discounts the ides that there was only one gun:
Claims that only one gun was used to kill everybody is likely to be disproved by full ballistics test results which are out in October.
While the 25 spent bullet cartridges found at the scene are all of the same kind, they could in fact have come from a number of weapons of the same make.
This throws up the possibility of a well-equipped, highly-trained gang circling the car and then opening fire.
Both children were left alive by the killers, who had clinically pumped bullets into everybody else, including five into Mr Mollier.
Zainab was found staggering around outside the car by Brett Martin, a British former RAF serviceman who cycled by moments after the attack, but he saw nobody except the schoolgirl.
Her sister, Zeena, was found unscathed and hiding in the car eight hours later.
Both sisters are now back in Britain, and are believed to have been reunited at a secret location near London.
There are of course a number of hit squad options, both governmental and private, which might well involve iraqi or Iranian interests – on both of which the mainstream media have been very happy to speculate while almost unanimously ignoring Israel.
But what interests me is why the Daily Telegraph choose, in the face of all the evidence, to minimise the horrific nature of the attack by stating that “Both children were left alive by the killers”? Zainab was not left alive by design, she was shot in the chest and her skull was stove in, which presumably was a pretty serious attempt to kill a seven year-old child. The other girl might very well have succeeded in hiding from the killers under her mother’s skirts, as she hid from the first rescuers, and then for eight hours from the police.
The Telegraph article claims to be informed by sources close to the investigation. So they believe it was a group of people, and feel motivated to absolve those people from child-killing. Now what could the Daily Telegraph be thinking?

Apparently Zygier did have some sort of top secret trial and an attorney.
From a reader’s comment in one of above: “He was a member of the radical Left “Shomer Hatzair” youth movement. Maybe this should have been expected. Udi Adiv was also Shomer Hatzair.”

Can somebody else consider the following videos about the Russian Meteor(ite)s. Out of the 8 videos at the bottom a couple numbers 5 & 6 clearly show 2 trails of them having already passed and then after a minute or so an explosion loud enough to set off car alarms and break windows injuring in excess of 500 people.
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/02/15/meteorite-streaks-across-russian-urals_n_2691904.html#slide=2111504
I am struggling to get my head around the expected speed of the meteor and the length of time between the chem trails being created (not known as before the start of the video) and then the very loud explosion.
My thoughts are that these arent from space due to the incorrect speed and time elapsed before the explosion.
More:-
The Russian Academy of Sciences estimates the meteor weighed about 10 tonnes and entered the Earth’s atmosphere at a speed of at least 33,000mph – 15 times the speed of a rifle bullet – and shattered up to 32 miles above ground.
http://news.sky.com/story/1052514/meteorite-shower-hits-russia-injuring-500
If 33,000 mph is at all close and say a minute between vapour trail and the explosion then 33000/60 = 550 miles away. No way the explosion would break glass etc from that distance.
Not to allege or even hint at anything for fear of a letter from Carter Ruck. Just some strange name coincidences.
A Benjamin Burrows, not necessarily the Benjamin Burrows, recommended some high-level, highly-rated Freeware, UBCD4Win, that’s used by IT techs to maintain large systems and servers. It’s made by BBS Technologies, Inc., which is now part of Idera Corporation, Houston TX.
There is an Idera Pharmaceuticals, also of Houston, TX, apparently unconnected to Idera, Inc., above, but noteworthy for having absorbed by merger, in 2004, Hybridon, Inc., a biotech company that had “an interesting roster of investors” (according to the authoritative Wikipedia) including Yahia M. A. Laden (8.67%), half-brother of the more infamous Osama bin Laden; Nicris Limited, directed by Yehia bin Laden, and represented by Magnin Dunand et Associées (8.59%)
Faisal Finance Switzerland, the first Islamic bank registered in Switzerland, and a fully owned subsidiary of Dar al-Maal al-Islami Trust, recently under investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice in two separate terrorism financing probes(6.58%).
Russian Meteor:-
Ok I can see my error the relevant speed is of the shockwave from the location of the explosion to the city instead of the meteor passing overhead.
@Felix et. al. Off Topic re JD/AC Norfolk Broads:
For the second time, not to allege or even hint at anything for fear of a letter from Carter Ruck. Just some strange name coincidences.
There a a fellow conspiracist, a Marty [Martin?] D. of Northbrook, IL, no connection to JD,ED,TD,TT,TAT that I saw.
He posted a comment on ynetnews.com re Zygier and has comments on other sites on many conspiracies. Often quotes Lyndon Larouche and some Bankers’ Conspiracy in 1933.
Interesting thing is, in one discussion about a cluster of suspicious CEO/CFO deaths, he alleges the upper elites are assassinating their lesser elites at 4 hospitals – one of them in Chicago, and probably more now. Claimed to have inside “family” info.
What if that’s what JD/AC were investigating. A CEO “knows too much” and is not trustworthy. Takes “ill” at home. Suddenly the hospice nurse appears. She realizes patient isn’t really terminal, but is assured by doctor he or she is and to proceed accordingly.
Perfect summary Marlin
15 Feb, 2013 – 4:34 am. This has become the norm it seems for Britain, USA and Israel. It is a calculated exercise. Ignore human rights standards (incarcerate, torture, murder in person or from the air) and if or when the partial details start emerge (the dead can’t speak) do a deal that swaps public money – that’s yours and mine – for silence and no fuss. Anything and everything can be excused in the interests of “state security” and no-one is in a position to challenge. Is Haig’s latest initiative a desperate attempt to turn back the tide? Do you remember the “Ethical Foreign Policy” and what happened to the man who proposed it?
Benjamin Burrows or Borroughs? “Israel’s Prison X commits suicide : Voice of Russia

15 Feb, 2013 – 4:55 am very interesting. Of course we have to take what the head of Mossad says with a large pinch of polonium (OK I know that’s Putin’s department).
I picked up this conversation on my cleverly placed bug in Binny’s office and am happy to share it with you all.
“Now the cat’s out of the bag and an international storm brewing, the hush money worked but leak from another quarter, need to put our heads together. So the reason confining Ziggy to stop news of the Dubai assassination job getting out but ironically that didn’t work either. Somehow we failed to plug the Dubai gap there boys. The Western police are so much more stupid, compliant. So what better way to lessen the inevitable impact than blackening the agent’s name. It worked so well with Milligan and Williams that’s our best chance. Uphold our claim to superior justice system by saying he had a secret trial with an attorney. That should silence the left wing civil rights lot. Then say not only was he one of the Dubai attackers (that makes him a murderer) but also that it was him that leaked the plot (that makes him a traitor). That should take the wind out of their sails. Who wants to defend a murderous traitor after all? So now the sticky problem of how he died in a suicide-proof cell/facility? We’re working on that one. Watch this space. Then finally those pesky Australians. I reckon a bit of ‘bureaucratic bungling’ should do it, lost in the post etc., perhaps a few heads, should cover that one. Sincere apologies, new rules, never happen again … all the usual stuff until it all dies down.”
So it seems we have some rather strange and interesting synergies. Mahmoud al-Mabhouh, senior commander of the Palestinian paramilitary group Hamas, a man who had topped their hit-list for more than 20 years since his alleged involvement in the killing of two Israeli soldiers, assassinated by Mossad hit squad on the 18th January 2010. This is the same date that Australian Lachlan Cranswick, nuclear technologist, goes missing at Canadian nuclear plant in Ottawa. It is also about the same time Australian Ben Zygier goes missing in Israel, who, after extrordinary measures to keep the matter secret, it is revealed was secretly tried and convicted of treachery and then commits suicide under suspicious circumstances. Rather amazingly this happens on the same day (10th June 2010) as Lachlan’s body is found in the river. So BOTH disappearance AND discovery dead, coincide! It is an open question whether it had been there for five months.
Then both Lachlan, who it was said “had used his own resources to develop and distribute CD-based software for crystallography for people in Third World nations that did not have internet access”, and Zygier attended the same Australian University – Monash – that specialized in Middle Eastern affairs, at about the same time. (I must check actual dates) That just happens to be the place that Hashim al Hilli, son of his famous namesake and cousin of our Saad, both trained and worked during the relevant time.
If a co-incidence, there are lots of big ones here. Questions: did Zigier, Lachla and Al hilli know one another, communicate after they left Monash. Was information passed via this route about the Dubai operation to Saad? Was Saad aware via this route of this and other Israeli covert operations that made his death a priority?

@Tim V: It is highly unlikely that a body left floating in a river for six months would still be completely intact, including heavy boots. Although heavy boots might explain a body being caught up in a snag, the water where Cranswick’s remains were found was only 30 inches deep.
Ontario is known as a leader in the study of diatoms for forensic science, yet we do not know if diatoms were found in Cranswick’s lungs. If diatoms were found, we do not know if they originated in the river where he was found, or elsewhere. Diatoms have their own unique signatures.
We also do not know if DNA testing occurred as one brother indicated it might, nor do we know the results of such testing, if it occurred. We do know that Cranswick’s remains were cremated, so there is no going back for retesting.
The chief coroner at the time had worked as a military flight surgeon. Nothing implied, nothing meant, just stating a fact.
The coincidence of another body being found downstream in the same river, supposedly on the previous day (but with the sun indicating another day, the 11th of June 2010, when Cranswick’s body was allegedly found), near the PM’s residence in the nation’s capital, is another one of those unanswered questions. That body was also fully clothed, although in strangely mismatched items. There was some confusion over photographs of the two separate incidents, with the news media seeming to confuse the distinctive markings of Ottawa police cars for the very different markings of Deep River police cars.
Unnamed fishermen in canoes discovered both bodies. The shallow bay where Cranswick was located is rocky, and not good for fishing, according to an outdoor sports forum on the web. No one witnessed the removal of Cranswick’s remains, and a photo of an Ottawa police car was published in news accounts. It is very confusing, as you can see.
Another fact: the town of Deep River is near a military base at Petawawa. Soldiers from Petawawa were shipping out to Afghanistan at the time. They would take a bus to CFB Trenton, the hub for transport planes headed overseas.
For another bizarre coincidence, a retired AECL executive was also found dead at a lake across the border in Quebec a couple of months later. There are a lot of big fish in those parts.
Stories like this tend to get messed up, not unlike what happened at Chevaline. Surely a domestic author would know the simple facts about the behavior of wolves, ice, and local fishing spots, etc.
Not every individual, whose body is recovered from water, has drowned.
When a body is recovered from water, the significant issues raised are frequently:
Is the estimated post mortem interval consistent with witness evidence?
Is there any pathological evidence to indicate cause of death?
Is there any pathological evidence of natural disease, ante mortem injury or assault capable of providing an explanation for how the deceased came to find himself/ herself in, or fail to remove himself/ herself from, the water?
An additional problem for those investigating the deaths of those recovered from water is identification; frequently a body recovered from water is not capable of being identified by visual means, and other forms, such as dental or DNA identification will be required.

Q
15 Feb, 2013 – 6:44 pm I agree, six months in a river environment would most surely result in gross putrefaction and deterioration even at low water temperatures. Presumably if found in June ambient temperatures will have risen significantly. If his body was relatively intact it can only point to one thing: it had entered the water relatively recently either dead or alive.
“A 2002 study in the journal Legal Medicine examined nine bodies that had drifted hundreds of kilometers in cold waters off the coast of Portugal and Spain. Bodies recovered in the first week were in good condition, but the beginning signs of decomposition were present on a body recovered after eight days. The two bodies recovered after 20 days were highly decomposed and could only be identified through DNA analysis or dental records. As for warmer water, A 2008 study on two human bodies recovered following aircraft accidents found one body off of Sicily to be partially skeletonized after 34 days and a second body off of Namibia to be completely skeletonized after three months.* http://www.scientificamerican.com/blog/post.cfm?id=how-long-do-dead-bodies-remain-inta-2009-06-10
“15. There are no universally acccepted diagnostic laboratory tests for drowning. The diatom test
is used in some British laboratories and may provide corroborative evidence of death by drowning.
For the Thames, Simpson offers the following guidelines for resurfacing times:
June to August: 2 days; April, May, September and October: 3-5 days;
November, December: 10-14 days; January, February; possibly no resurfacing.
At water temperatures persistently below 45°F there may be no appreciable
decomposition after several weeks.

I strongly recommend to read the two links completely. That interview could explain a lot of recent events and the SAH killing, williams death and more.

http://www.canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/52005
I do not know how reliable that interview is, but what he says makes sense.
SAH was a “database designer” Saltman had “fastdata”. The people working on that project did work from their homes. Those who dare to speak out would get killed in a public way to warn others to avoid whistleblowing.
Quote:
DH: Those who have been “purged” – why haven’t we seen anyone speak out about what’s going on?
RB: They’ve been threatened. Some were not worth even being threatened and became “examples.”DH: Like who?RB: Oh c’mon, look at the recent mysterious deaths. Pick one.
DH: Okay, but wouldn’t they be safer by speaking out, by telling everything they know? Some ordinary people might call them cowards. Why not just go public[interrupted/over talk]
RB: Yeah, how’d that work out so far? And go public to who? CNN? They are in real danger, and so are their families. Anyone close to them. Even if one or two would go public, how do you think that would work out for them? I’ll tell you how. They would make [Senator] McCarthy look like an American hero, which he was, but that’s… They’ve made it so that no one will be able to make any real difference to their agenda. They know that.
DH: So no one is going to say anything – ever?
RB: That’s not what I said. Some will talk when the time is right. Some have “insurance policies” that will be used at the right time, when they will make the most difference.
Some more about Zygier
http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-4344730,00.html
And some more random connections. Again, not to allege or even hint at anything for fear of a letter from Carter Ruck or worse — these lawyer dudes are part of a world-wide loose association of 16,000 lawyers. Just some strange name coincidences.
From the ynetnews timeline: “Ben Zygier, Ben Allen, … Works at the prestigious Israeli law firm of Herzog Fox & Neeman”
They’re part of the:
http://www.theworldlawgroup.com
As is Greenberg Traurig LLP, Tampa, Florida, connected to the Jack Abramoff scandal. No other direct connection between the two firms except they’re both listed a mentors of this very cool Israeli company:
http://www.lool.vc/team/
” “Lool” is a Hebrew word, and it stands for both Crib and Hatchery or Chicken Coop. In fact, we like to think of lool ventures as all of these combined – a hatchery where precious things are born and incubated, a crib in which young ideas are nurtured and grown, and chicken coop because that’s what it sounds like when you put the combined energies of dozens of entrepreneurs in a single room.”
Remember that SAHs family allegedly owned a “poultry farm” or “egg laboratory” or “chicken ranch” in Iraq. BTW, did anyone ever locate the businesses or factories that SAH’s father was alleged to have owned in England.
@ James 14 Feb, 2013 – 10:35 pm
“SAH’s father had a high powered brother that came to a sticky end. But SAH’s father didn’t. He got out. I wonder what deal was done there. If there was a deal….did it then get repaid “in kind” ? Did someone else “get out” in 2003 ? Name, passport, place to live, income (I mean Bank account) ? already trained in “Engineering” ? …they did like engineering in the old Iraq I recall.”
A Middle Easterner commented somewhere along the way that SAH’s father could not have been on total outs with Saddam’s regime or the family property would have been seized outright by the govt. when he went into “exile” in England. According to what was reported, the family retained some interest in those properties.
Gareth Williams body was found on 23 August 2010. Is it a custom for agencies to do deeds in August/September? A harvest season — the grim reaper?

“DH: Go on.
RB: The instructions seemed very specific. Infiltrate web forums, collect screen names, avatars, and posters’ tag lines, and attempt to resolve these to their actual identities. I read one paragraph that listed circumstances when the “asset” was only to monitor but do not disrupt without authorization. There was another section titled “Divert, Disrupt and Destroy,” listing “how to’s” in certain cases.”
http://www.canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/52923
“Divert” – “The causes are all based in England”
“Disrupt” – Hold up investigation; let the press trample a crime scene before all the evidence has been collected
“Destroy” – what has happened to WBM’s (blood stained) clothes?
Just an unrepresentative sample?
Did SAH “Infiltrate web forums, collect screen names, avatars, and posters’ tag lines, and attempt to resolve these to their actual identities” ?
We heard that he was very active in web forums the DHS is certainly aware of and interested in.
Williams was an encryption/enigmaspecialist and sometimes communications are to be encrypted.
RB speaks of whistleblowers being threatened and sometimes assassinated, including their families.
SAH and Williams apparent whistleblowers?
And one more suggestion:
How much would a foreign state intelligence pay for such a database? Russia, Iran, Israel? They all would certainly want to get such a database. It must be hot including the names of suspects, drug barons, state financed terrorists, and spies from other organisations collected into such a database.
Who would pay for information from this database?
Dubai police? Mossad? Putin? Mobsters and mafia for getting names of competitors? Commercial headhunters for getting access to key people from other companies?
Probably there is a lot of interest for whistleblowers.
Does anyone have any observations on the strange timing of BOTH disappearance and fatal discovery of Lachlan Cranswick and Ben Zygier, both Australian and both attendees at the same Australian University (Monash) specializing in Middle Eastern affairs, where Hashim al Hilli studied and taught at about the same time? This when Israeli sources have indicated Cranswick was involved in the murder of Mahmoud al-Mabhouh in Dubai in January 2010. If this was the reason (of course there might have been another reason) for the extrordinary treatment of Cranswick, and SAH knew through Hashim, might it not be considered “necessary and sufficient” for action by Mossad?
Soros sold half of his gold investments last friday. Gold price down. What does he know what we don’t know?
RB said in his interview (see canadian free press link above) that we should look at the metal prices. Those will be warnings that what he did predict will be coming shortly.
What’s up with all the mass rapes of women and children in India? Is the Indian society suddenly going nuts or else is this a governmental false flag action like Sandy Hook to achieve unpopular measurements in the Indian society to be requested by the society? E.g. giving young men of certain classes and/or young men of Indian societies and/or young men of certain Indian religions certain drugs that will be making them impotent?
@Bluebird: You know that the other Williams, Russell, asked his wife in a note to take care of their cat, Rosebud.
@Tim V: I think there is a possibility that Lachlan Cranswick’s passport was used fraudulently. Noting that three of the Dubai assassin crew had false passports issued in 2003, two of them dated May 2003, and noting that Cranswick’s passport was damaged by water in December 2002, then he travelled to the U.S. in January/February, followed by his emigration from the U.K. where he was working, to Canada in May 2003, it is possible that his Australian passport, which would have been processed for visas at various points in 2003, and quite likely reissued that same year, was one of the ones found in possession of Mossad agents. One article said that some agents had 25 passports each.
How many passports did Zygier have? Did Zygier come into contact with Lachlan Cranswick (possibly at Monash University) in the 1990s? Did he have a false copy of Lachlan’s Cranswick’s passport? Cranswick travelled frequently for work. I don’t know if this is relevant, but Cranswick had worked at CSIRO, the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation, in Australia before leaving for the U.K.
@Tim V: I believe you meant to say Zygier was involved with the assassination, not Cranswick.
