Not Forgetting the al-Hillis 22278

The mainstream media for the most part has moved on. But there are a few more gleanings to be had, of perhaps the most interesting comes from the Daily Mirror, which labels al-Hilli an extremist on the grounds that he was against the war in Iraq, disapproved of the behaviour of Israel and had doubts over 9/11 – which makes a great deal of the population “extremist”. But the Mirror has the only mainstream mention I can find of the possibility that Mossad carried out the killings. Given Mr al-Hilli’s profession, the fact he is a Shia, the fact he had visited Iran, and the fact that Israel heas been assassinating scientists connected to Iran’s nuclear programme, this has to be a possibility. There are of course other possibilities, but to ignore that one is ludicrous.

Which leads me to the argument of Daily Mail crime reporter, Stephen Wright, that the French police should concentrate on the idea that this was a killing by a random Alpine madman or racist bigot. Perfectly possible, of course, and the anti-Muslim killings in Marseille might be as much a precedent as Mossad killings of scientists. But why the lone madman idea should be the preferred investigation, Mr Wright does not explain. What I did find interesting from a man who has visited many crime scenes are his repeated insinuations that the French authorities are not really trying very hard to find who the killers were, for example:

the crime scene would have been sealed off for a minimum of seven to ten days, to allow detailed forensic searches for DNA, fibres, tyre marks and shoe prints to take place.
Nearby bushes and vegetation would have been searched for any discarded food and cigarette butts left by the killer, not to mention the murder weapon.
But from what I saw at the end of last week, no such searches had taken place and potentially vital evidence could have been missed. House to house inquiries in the local area had yet to be completed and police had not made specific public appeals for information about the crime. No reward had been put up for information about the shootings.
Behind the scenes, what other short cuts have been taken? Have police seized data identifying all mobile phones being used in the vicinity of the murders that day?

The idea that the French authorities – who are quite as capable as any other of solving cases – are not really trying very hard is an interesting one.

Which leads me to this part of a remarkable article from the Daily Telegraph, which if true points us back towards a hit squad and discounts the ides that there was only one gun:

Claims that only one gun was used to kill everybody is likely to be disproved by full ballistics test results which are out in October.
While the 25 spent bullet cartridges found at the scene are all of the same kind, they could in fact have come from a number of weapons of the same make.
This throws up the possibility of a well-equipped, highly-trained gang circling the car and then opening fire.
Both children were left alive by the killers, who had clinically pumped bullets into everybody else, including five into Mr Mollier.
Zainab was found staggering around outside the car by Brett Martin, a British former RAF serviceman who cycled by moments after the attack, but he saw nobody except the schoolgirl.
Her sister, Zeena, was found unscathed and hiding in the car eight hours later.
Both sisters are now back in Britain, and are believed to have been reunited at a secret location near London.

There are of course a number of hit squad options, both governmental and private, which might well involve iraqi or Iranian interests – on both of which the mainstream media have been very happy to speculate while almost unanimously ignoring Israel.

But what interests me is why the Daily Telegraph choose, in the face of all the evidence, to minimise the horrific nature of the attack by stating that “Both children were left alive by the killers”? Zainab was not left alive by design, she was shot in the chest and her skull was stove in, which presumably was a pretty serious attempt to kill a seven year-old child. The other girl might very well have succeeded in hiding from the killers under her mother’s skirts, as she hid from the first rescuers, and then for eight hours from the police.

The Telegraph article claims to be informed by sources close to the investigation. So they believe it was a group of people, and feel motivated to absolve those people from child-killing. Now what could the Daily Telegraph be thinking?

    To the chase…

Al Hilli worked in Dubai (An airline hub in The Sandpit).
It seems he was mechanically minded.
Made me thik “pilot”…then “aircraft engineer” !

He joined an aircraft company (AMS1087) as a Co Director.

AMS1095 (nearish our Al Hilli) has a director who was an Aircraft Engineer/fitter). (Mr John Anthony Davies).

Not all that interesting….then there is another company, based up there also. Here’s there website….and dont the love motorbikes !

    http://www.ats-group.co.uk/index.php?act=viewDoc&docId=13&keepopen=0

  • James

Interesting CV of one of the directors.

“We are the sole designers, builders, operators and suppliers of the Gnat radio control target aircraft throughout Europe and the USA.

We have built data bases of over 20,000 panoramic site surveys for all of the major mobile telephone operators.

We supply high level photography to over 20 blue chip companies in the UK.

We are the only company able to carry out mobile network drive testing using specially adapted motorcycles enabling speedy results in all major city areas, this has proved to be invaluable during the 2012 Olympics”

  • James

    And his website.

    http://www.chrisbatha.com/

“Chris Batha is the Senior Instructor and Gunfitter for London Gunmakers E. J. Churchill.

He has over thirty years wing and competition clay shooting experience worldwide and a life long passion for fine guns”

    Fine guns ?

  • James

    So….

The company next to AMS1087….has a connection to drones. The make them.

…and a co director of a linked co, likes guns.
Infact he like “fine guns” AND is a blooming fantastic shooter.

And it wasn’t worth a mention.

14 Mar, 2013 – 9:23 am you highlight a very real dilemma. Being party to criminal activity (as I suggested some time ago in relation to the Al Hillis) can be dangerous and/or protective. All depends on circumstances. Clearly in the case of Saville it was the latter. As he said himself, he knew too much to be prosecuted. He was too high profile for a quiet “suicide”. No doubt if it had got to the point of naming names, unfortunate accidents might still have occured. Jimmy Saville is just one individual and representative of the dark underbelly of polite society.

Sex, as we all know, is and always has been a thriving industry just like any other, except it tends to be amenable to manipulation. This is why it has always been a favourite trap employed by the secret services. Knowing stuff can keep you alive and get you killed. The greatest danger happens when the information is imparted, or intended to be imparted, to third parties. The bigger the crime, the greater the danger.

In the case of Chevaline, if this was the cause, it was necessary to remove not just one but four individuals. This is a clue because it means that whatever it was, all four individuals probably had cognizance of it. Otherwise why not just the individual concerned?

The dilema that faces all whistle blowers is who to tell. Even when this is done for the best of reasons, the consequences are seldom positive for the whistle blower. Generally speaking, as has been shown in the case of News of the World etc. keeping quiet, is to be preferred except in this case, nothing went according to plan. The thing blew up in their faces rather like BP in the Gulf of Mexico. So we can say that it is a brave, and perhaps foolish man who “spills the beans” in commercial circles and even more so in the world of national/military secrets. Individuals are sitting ducks. They are weak and vulnerable when arraigned against the state, even apparently benign ones. E Howard Hunt is an example of one of the limited situations where it is safe to share the dangerous secret – when you are on your death bed. Do we have to wait that long to be told the secrets of Chevaline?

I posted those links to Kennedy and 9/11 because in both there is not only irrefutable evidence of conspiracy and cover-up of heinous crimes, but the subsequent death tally of witnesses prepared to speak, indicates fairly conclusively, an on-going policy to kill to do so.

This is a truly chilling conclusion for it means that there must be government within govenrment, quite free of any accountability or democratic control, able to make life or death decisions of fellow citizens, with the necessary expertise and resources, knowing no system of justice with ever bring them to account. Murder with impunity. Is that what we have here. It seems very likely doesn’t it?

The case is proved that both Mossad and the CIA have the ability and “previous”. It would appear that both operate with the sanction and approval of their elected governments and officials. As I have said many times, others agencies might have had cause and capacity to do it at Chevaline, but I am quite sure if they had, the French and British reaction would have been quite different. Both Marlin and I have discussed this at length before (where is he btw?)

The relevant question is what part did Britain and France have in it? France have given every indication they facilitated. How do we read Britain’s silence? Must we conclude darkly (and the Gareth Williams case would appear to support it) that Britain also supports the priciple of extra-judicial assassination? Are we in so deep that any effort to complain or point the finger would involve such catestrophic consequences, it is regarded as impossible?

pravda article on the death of phillip marshall http://english.pravda.ru/society/stories/11-03-2013/124028-Phillip_Marshall-0/ from NR 10.

“The Americans have not provided one single proof of Osama’s death. They only released a photo of the man, who looked like Osama, in which experts easily found traces of montage. “The analysis showed that the picture was obviously a montage. They put the beard and the lower part of the face from Bin Laden’s old photographs to the disfigured face,” said Mladen Antonov, editor in chief of AFP’s photo department.

The participants of the operation, in which US SEALs allegedly killed Bin Laden, were killed afterwards too. A couple of months after the elimination of Bin Laden, on August 8, 2011, the helicopter that for some reason had all the participants of the operation on board, was downed. The crash killed 38 people, with 22 SEALs among them. Such one-time loss of the U.S. Army in Afghanistan have never occurred either before or after.”

Yet more evidence of an unaccountable, unassailable, cabal of murderers. Why is not this, rather than the control of the press, the talking point of the day?

“… the American public are still directed into hating Manning for “stealing” this information and supplying it for publication.”

“Justice Hugo L. Black: “The guarding of military and diplomatic secrets at the expense of informed representative government provides no real security for our Republic.””

“In a January hearing the judge, Col. Denise Lind, asked prosecutors directly whether they would have brought the same charges had Private Manning leaked the materials to The New York Times instead of WikiLeaks. The prosecutors’ answer was unambiguously yes.”

“We cannot allow our concerns about terrorism to turn us into a country where communicating with the press can be prosecuted as a capital offense.”

    “Death to Whistle-Blowers?”
    http://www.nytimes.com/2013/03/14/opinion/the-impact-of-the-bradley-manning-case.html?_r=0

The New York Times, which, after publishing selected WikiLeaks, has done its best to smear Manning and Assange (including reporting the allegation by Assange’s roomie that he abused cats and never flushed the toilet), is seeing some chickens coming home to roost.

Although i am suspicious about Stedman and even more so suspucious that Saad ever worked as a kitchen designer, we could exchange airbus with Boeing and we would find something. Who knows how bright Stedman is regarding airplane construction and names? Perhaps he cannot even see a difference between airbus and boeing and he thought that al hilli worked for Boeing’s new airbus? I know a lot of people who cannot see the contradiction.

Search “kitchen, boeing, dreamliner” and you will find this:

    My question still remains unanswered:

To whom will one go to leak important information, e.g. regarding 9/11 conspiracy?
Adding another of the millions of blogs and youtube clips would not make sense, would it?
Going to FOX news? BBC? NYT? Al Jazeera?
Going to an ambassador or a politician? Wouldnt that endanger their lives, too? How many were already killed? And where would the ambassador or the senator or the former secretary of state go to?

I see no way to publish the truth in our world.

“The deal being that the media are “free” to report that “Justin Bieber has lost his left nipple” that “real reports” no longer mean anything.”

Hah! You’ve given me an opening to go on an off-topic ramble. Just yesterday I followed Biebs (am now officially one of 35,000,000+ Beliebers) to see what happened to him after the UK tour, plus news about his dead hamster, and then today found this:

“Justin Bieber Just Invented An Amazing New Use For Instagram”
    http://www.businessinsider.com/justin-bieber-just-invented-an-amazing-new-use-for-instagram-2013-3

So we should not laugh at him too much. He could become a great inventor like Hedy Lamarr,
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hedy_Lamarr
and save us all from neo-Nazis, old-timey-Nazis, asteroids, and Chinese or Iranian hackers.

Which leads on to this rant. Murdoch’s UK Sun called Biebs “A Scrotum” for the bad things he yelled at their paparazzi, so I am safe in calling their Star Reporter Alex West a Saggy, Wrinkly, Old Scrotum.

West is currently in the courthouse in Montreal, where he is playing dual roles, both as a reporter for The Sun and acting as a witness for the prosecution. Which indicates the forensic evidence is not so good as people think and they’re using him to make a circumstantial case.

West has his own lawyer, maybe to prevent him from perjuring himself and ending up in solitary in an igloo. The Canadians should do that anyway, just for The Sun dissing Biebs, a national treasure. 🙂

    AMS1087
    Company Directors are…

    1. James Barnett (Design Engineer) 2. AMS Nominees
In 2007 it changes to 1. James Barnett 2. Sa’ad Al Hilli

The company does “Aerial Photographers & Surveys”

A company local to them is “Aerial Target Systems Ltd”. They are also “Aerial Photographers & Surveys”…and they make a “drone”.

In 2008 the performed in The Red Bull Flugtag (flying challenge) and they did really well. They had help. And note worthy help came in the form of Shane Slater.

“The team does have a secret weapon: Element Energy director Shane Slater, who helped design the plane using his expertise from a previous job working as an Aeronautical Engineer at Boeing”.

Note an “Aeronautical Engineer at Boeing”. Not Airbus.

He is a director at “element Energy” there is also a “Shane Slater” who is also is a very high flyer at QinetiQ (the “Defense & Space” people !).

Now we know QinetiQ and Boeing work together. But are the “two Shane’s the same” ?

Interestingly Element Energy is “hi tech” in the battery world.

“Technically the system combines the strengths of a fuel cell with the strengths of the lightweight lithium batteries. By storing the energy produced by the fuel cell it reduces the on/off cycles the fuel cell needs in order to perform and increases the total life and efficiency of the system”

    http://www.element-energy.co.uk/services/engineering-solutions/hybridising-micro-generation/

And due to their “hi tech” work, they have just been aquired by Volterra Semiconductor Corporation, (Fremont, Ca).

The amount…is undisclosed (but I bet there was lots of champagne !)

And Volterra. What do they do ?

“Volterra’s product line consists primarily of integrated circuits and chipsets that manage power for low voltage, extremely high current applications, such as desktop and notebook PC and workstation motherboards”

Back to Hafnium then ! (and of course zirconium).

The links to Aviation run all the way through this.
From Tom Bryer and ATS, to Shane Slater with “The Cullinan Bird”, Boeing, QinetiQ (and Timet at CEZUS, Ugine).

Does therefore “lithium batteries” (and Hafnium) ?

And what did Al Hilli do ? Does he link through via AMS1087.

15 Mar, 2013 – 7:31 am – Sorry BB I thought I had (in a round-a-bout way perhaps) I was agreeing with you. It is very difficult first to find an outlet interested, second to get them to publish, third to trust them, fourth the ultimate power of the state to prosecute the outlet if they fail to provide their source. The cases listed prove it is very dangerous to be in possession of sensitive information. Even more dangerous to make the information public. The current prosecutions of journalists and papers serves to remind them not to be too nosey.

p.s. We haven’t heard from “Marlin” for some time. Do you know why?

  • Tim V

Assange may be right – only the internet offers the opportunity “to speak truth unto power”; to provide insight into the murky world of government and big business. It’s why demonising him and it has been such high priority.

This could be like flogging a dead horse, but once again, it seem that nuclear material could be part of this story. An old vessel sailing solo (allegedly) and unarmed, the need for the metal to be processed, the old ship not being au courant with tracking technology, certain people having knowledge of shipping routes and times, etc.

The AMS mission is to provide a rapid survey of radiation and contamination following a radiological emergency. AMS accomplishes this mission by using specially equipped aircrafts to conduct the surveys. ”

Let’s hope it works a bit more reliably than it did on 9/11 (from Andrews obviously)

“NNSA is a semi-autonomous agency of the Department of Energy. It enhances U.S. national security through the military application of nuclear energy, maintains the U.S. nuclear weapons stockpile, promotes international nuclear non-proliferation and safety, reduces global danger from weapons of mass destruction, provides the U.S. Navy with safe and effective nuclear propulsion, and oversees its national laboratories to maintain U.S. leadership in science and technology.”

So America wasn’t behind the systematic assassination of Iraqi University sector academics. Rather it chose its nuclear weapon authority to help them. Real thoughtful of them. This was 2004. Did it work?

Your Grenoble weapon grade uranium shipment link is excellent. It links a satellite ship tracking expert with a metallurgist and a weapon grade uranium delivery from the USA to Grenoble on a British ship. It certainly could link the dead ones with french, american and british intelligence alerts.

This is the first papef that logically links mollier and ship tracking expert leonardo with areva, weapon grade uranium, france, the uk and the usa.

Who wants to get weapon grade uranium in metal form from an unsecured ship that can only be tracked by ship tracking experts and the uranium can get “cleaned” by a metalurgist?

    [edit]Israeli spies (2004)
Main article: 2004 Israel – New Zealand spy scandal
In 2004, two Israeli intelligence agents working for Mossad, Eli Cara and Uriel Kelman, were convicted and jailed for attempting to obtain New Zealand passports through submitting fraudulent applications. A third suspected Mossad agent, Zev William Barkan, who was a former Israeli diplomat based in Europe was involved in stealing the identity of a tetraplegic Aucklander to obtain a passport fraudulently in his name.[32] It was not until a year later that the Israeli Government formally apologised to the New Zealand Government for its actions.
    [edit]Israeli spies (2011)
Following the death of an Israeli, Ofer Mizrahi, in the 2011 Christchurch earthquake, the New Zealand Government investigated whether he and his companions had links to Mossad. There were concerns that the travellers may have been trying to infiltrate the police national computer system to gain access to information which could be used to clone New Zealand passports,[33]
Mizrahi, who died in the earthquake after being crushed by falling masonry in a parked van, was found in possession of more than one foreign passport.[34] His travelling companions, Michal Fraidman, Liron Sade and Guy Jordan, met with Israeli officials and left New Zealand within twelve hours of the earthquake.[35] Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu phoned New Zealand Prime Minister, John Key four times to enquire about the four Israelis.[34] However, no conclusive evidence could be found to implicate the backpackers.[35] http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_Zealand_passport
