Not Forgetting the al-Hillis 22278

The mainstream media for the most part has moved on. But there are a few more gleanings to be had, of perhaps the most interesting comes from the Daily Mirror, which labels al-Hilli an extremist on the grounds that he was against the war in Iraq, disapproved of the behaviour of Israel and had doubts over 9/11 – which makes a great deal of the population “extremist”. But the Mirror has the only mainstream mention I can find of the possibility that Mossad carried out the killings. Given Mr al-Hilli’s profession, the fact he is a Shia, the fact he had visited Iran, and the fact that Israel heas been assassinating scientists connected to Iran’s nuclear programme, this has to be a possibility. There are of course other possibilities, but to ignore that one is ludicrous.

Which leads me to the argument of Daily Mail crime reporter, Stephen Wright, that the French police should concentrate on the idea that this was a killing by a random Alpine madman or racist bigot. Perfectly possible, of course, and the anti-Muslim killings in Marseille might be as much a precedent as Mossad killings of scientists. But why the lone madman idea should be the preferred investigation, Mr Wright does not explain. What I did find interesting from a man who has visited many crime scenes are his repeated insinuations that the French authorities are not really trying very hard to find who the killers were, for example:

the crime scene would have been sealed off for a minimum of seven to ten days, to allow detailed forensic searches for DNA, fibres, tyre marks and shoe prints to take place.
Nearby bushes and vegetation would have been searched for any discarded food and cigarette butts left by the killer, not to mention the murder weapon.
But from what I saw at the end of last week, no such searches had taken place and potentially vital evidence could have been missed. House to house inquiries in the local area had yet to be completed and police had not made specific public appeals for information about the crime. No reward had been put up for information about the shootings.
Behind the scenes, what other short cuts have been taken? Have police seized data identifying all mobile phones being used in the vicinity of the murders that day?

The idea that the French authorities – who are quite as capable as any other of solving cases – are not really trying very hard is an interesting one.

Which leads me to this part of a remarkable article from the Daily Telegraph, which if true points us back towards a hit squad and discounts the ides that there was only one gun:

Claims that only one gun was used to kill everybody is likely to be disproved by full ballistics test results which are out in October.
While the 25 spent bullet cartridges found at the scene are all of the same kind, they could in fact have come from a number of weapons of the same make.
This throws up the possibility of a well-equipped, highly-trained gang circling the car and then opening fire.
Both children were left alive by the killers, who had clinically pumped bullets into everybody else, including five into Mr Mollier.
Zainab was found staggering around outside the car by Brett Martin, a British former RAF serviceman who cycled by moments after the attack, but he saw nobody except the schoolgirl.
Her sister, Zeena, was found unscathed and hiding in the car eight hours later.
Both sisters are now back in Britain, and are believed to have been reunited at a secret location near London.

There are of course a number of hit squad options, both governmental and private, which might well involve iraqi or Iranian interests – on both of which the mainstream media have been very happy to speculate while almost unanimously ignoring Israel.

But what interests me is why the Daily Telegraph choose, in the face of all the evidence, to minimise the horrific nature of the attack by stating that “Both children were left alive by the killers”? Zainab was not left alive by design, she was shot in the chest and her skull was stove in, which presumably was a pretty serious attempt to kill a seven year-old child. The other girl might very well have succeeded in hiding from the killers under her mother’s skirts, as she hid from the first rescuers, and then for eight hours from the police.

The Telegraph article claims to be informed by sources close to the investigation. So they believe it was a group of people, and feel motivated to absolve those people from child-killing. Now what could the Daily Telegraph be thinking?

“Yom Hazikaron (Hebrew: יום הזיכרון‎, Day of Remembrance) (in full Yom Hazikaron l’Chalalei Ma’arachot Yisrael v’l’Nifgaei Peulot Ha’eivah Hebrew: יום הזיכרון לחללי מערכות ישראל ולנפגעי פעולות האיבה‎, lit. “Day of Remembrance for the Fallen Soldiers of Israel and Victims of Terrorism”)[1] is Israel’s official Memorial Day.[2] The national observance was enacted into law in 1963.[3] While Yom Hazikaron has been traditionally dedicated to fallen soldiers, commemoration has now been extended to civilian victims of political violence,[4] Palestinian terrorism,[5] and terrorism in general.[6]” WIKIPEDIA

In view of Patriots’ Day celebrations; Patriot Act following 9/11 and justified by it; conspiracy and complicity in relation to the collapse of THREE WTC towers; Boston the political base of the Kennedy clan; fiftieth anniversary year of Kennedy’s assassination AND an Israeli birthday celebration. (While some Arab citizens of Israel celebrate Yom Ha’atzmaut, others regard it as a tragic day in their history referred to as al-Nakba (“the catastrophe”))

    Yet more co-incidences it seems.

65th birthday? 1948 UN Declaration of the State of Israel.

“In one Jerusalem park, children dashed about with blue-and-white Israeli flags draped around their necks like capes while the smell of grilled meat wafted over the crowds from portable grills.”

And only weeks since both Obama and Kerry called in to read the riot act. No wonder Obama refrained from referring to “terrorism” or “Al Qaeda”.

We are seeing in Chevaline and Boston a secret tug of war with a blue and white handkerchief tied in the middle. Sadly it is children who pay the price.

  • Q

@ Tim V: You don’t suppose Maillaud et al read Craig Murray, do you? If so, they could have reviewed the image of those men in a funky psychedelic van parked on the property next to Sylvie’s in Chevaline. They could have seen the white Peugeot 206, too. The 206 is quite distinctive from a Peugeot 306. They might have noted that the property in question is listed as “Mairie Chevaline” by Google Maps/Streets. Perhaps that is why it became a BMW. Abracadabra! White Peugeot 206/306 irrelevant!

They have managed to turn a woman into a man, but do you think they could make her/him vanish? I wonder if Sylvie/Sylvio has gone to a warm place like South Beach.

This is turning into a twisted fairy tale. It’s even starting to sound like someone ate the mushrooms in the forest. All that’s missing is a (lone) wolf, or a wicked witch.

It also saw the beginning of the American Revolutionary War and the death of a great president.

In the anniversary year of Jack Kennedy assassination, and the actual date of Lincoln’s who freed the slaves, (Good Friday, April 14, 1865) a hint to the existing one?

The significance certainly won’t be lost on the historian Obama, even if it is on the general population.

16 Apr, 2013 – 11:43 pm I think it is quite probable in fact. And others too. Indeed we have circumstantial evidence to that effect in relation to the several issues after I have flagged them up here. (I say “I” because those are ones I can remember) Particularly the time and nature of the first call but also the appearance of PD, the forestry vehicle, the photograph, changes to WBM’s story etc. Unfortunately, as with this latest of the white BMW X5, the change often creates more problems than it solves. It would be interesting to know how many “hits” the site as these days as an indication. Any chance of making the figures public Craig? If nothing else, it might reassure us we are not just talking to ourselves here.

    I am still reading here.
The story with the white BMW is like the story of snowwhite and the 7 dwarfs.
I dont waste my time on the propaganda BS released by Eric.

Other than that there isnt much news. We did investigate almost every angle. I would need to get more inside information regarding Philippe Brett. This could be a key person linking the French, Morange, al Hilli and Iraq.
However, that kind of investigation must be done by a French native speaker since in the media there is just basic information regarding his work and the corruption.

However, since Julia/Brett made a lot of headlines in France regarding ransom money corruption, there must be French forum discussions from that time giving us more insight. We need that information whatever we can get about Philippe Brett and Iraq and ransom money.

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints; Ephesians 6:10-18

FWIW, a man in black was spotted on the roof of a building near the finish line of the Boston Marathon as the bombs went off. This was captured in photographs taken by a witness. A pressure cooker lid was reportedly found on a roof near the scene.

Unlike what happened in Chevaline, the area is expected to remain a crime scene for several more days.

    Q
17 Apr, 2013 – 2:22 pm Not sure why you say ” Another April 15, 11 years ago:” as this article is current.

“Harriet Sherwood in Jerusalem guardian.co.uk, Wednesday 17 April 2013 10.36 BST”

“About 200 are “administrative detainees”, prisoners held without charge, including 14 elected members of the Palestinian legislature.”

The parallels between American policy and Israeli policy post 9/11 is almost spooky. Think state assassination, kidnap, detention without trial, torture techniques, death in custody. Now at Guantanamo the inmates in solitary confinement are on hunger strike too and who can blame them?

  • Tim V

    Q
17 Apr, 2013 – 3:35 pm – I noticed the “lone wolf” reference as well Q. Here’s another one from a “expert” source:

“4.40pm: The Boston Marathon blasts are typical of the ”lone wolf”, a source with knowledge of the investigations has told CNN.
The source was referring to a lone terrorist who builds a bomb on their own by following a widely available formula.
In this case, the formula has been likened to one that al-Qaeda has recommended to its supporters around the world.
The threat of the “lone wolf” alarms the intelligence community.”

The article you point to is a case study in blaming Moslem groups when no organisation has claimed responsibility. Then the “lone wolf” explanation was advanced for the Chevaline killings you will remember. http://www.france24.com/…/20120905-five-found-fatally-shot-fren. It seems wolves are becoming popular first choice. However the LW theory has to be accommodated to multiple devices apparently. Oops…

As ansider’s look at Israeli methods “the gatekeepers” is getting five star reviews. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Gatekeepers_(film)

“The film’s computer animations were created by the French company Mac Guff. In North America, it was released on 31 August 2012 by Sony Picture Classics at the Telluride Film Festival in Colorado[9][10] in the presence of Errol Morris, and a week later (6 September 2012) at the Toronto International Film Festival.”
    (Note date though prob. coincidental?)

    @Q 17 Apr, 2013 – 3:33 pm

The comparison between the way the respective crime scenes have been treated by the relevant investigating authorities, indeed their whole approach to the investigations is striking.

Of course it remains to be seen whether either the French approach or that of the US authorities results in these heinous crimes being solved and the perpetrators brought to justice.

Deep sympathy to all the victims and their families.

“The Waco siege (sometimes called the “Waco massacre”[4]) was a siege by the United States Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) of a compound of the religious group the Branch Davidians, in which 76 people died. The siege began on Sunday, February 28, 1993, and ended violently 50 days later on April 19.[5]” WIKIPEDIA.

    Well fancy that!

Ref. an earlier post regarding the synchronisities of the Boston bombing, it should be noted that “West” is only seventy five miles south of Dallas, and we all know what happened there fifty years ago. Why do these connections with significant events keep cropping up? It may mean something. It may mean nothing.

A conspiracy! As good as the one where W. flew Saudis home posthaste post 9/11:

“According to terrorism expert Steve Emerson, 20-year-old Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi, the Saudi national first suspected of being involved in Monday’s twin bomb attack, is being hastily deported. Alharbi was put under armed guard in hospital after the bombing, was visited by Saudi diplomat Azzam bin Abdel Karim, and later had his apartment raided by federal and state law enforcement agents.”

““I just learned from my own sources that he is now going to be deported on national security grounds next Tuesday, which is very unusual,” Emerson told Fox News last night.”
    http://www.infowars.com/obama-covering-up-saudi-link-to-boston-bombing/

One detail is that in a pic of the FBI exiting the home of the not-a-suspect Saudi student, they are carrying a large spool of yellow wire. Unlike Claygate the investigators did not bother with bunny suits and masks.

Reader’s comments are mostly, “But they’re the bad guys!”

Below are Chinese jokes that apply equally to the West now. The three characters did comedy on CCTV, the Chinese state TV service, prior to 2005, but these jokes are likely satire based on that, or else The Party had a better sense of humour than it is said to have.

    1. Zhao Benshan: Please listen to the question, which school’s graduates has the highest crime rate in the world?
    Fan Wei: Vocational schools.
Gao Xiumin: Wrong! The Central Party School of the Chinese Communist Party.

    2. Zhao Benshan: Please listen to the question, what four languages must Chinese government officials be proficient in?
Fan Wei: English, French, Russian, and Japanese.
Gao Xiumin: Wrong! False speech, empty speech, boastful speech, and polite speech.

    3. Zhao Benshan: Please listen to the question, what has to be hidden and secretly used, and then secretly given to others after you’re finished using it?
    Fan Wei: Film negatives.
Gao Xiumin: Wrong, unwritten rules [casting couch].

    4. Zhao Benshan: Please listen to the question, what simultaneously makes fake drugs, talks about the efficiency of fake drugs, and criticizes the dangers of fake drugs?
    Fan Wei: Con-artists.
    Gao Xiumin: Wrong, CCTV.

    5. Zhao Benshan: Please listen to the question, you only have a 10 square meter home and your neighbor has gone from 0 square meters to 100 square meters. Has your residential floor space increased or not?
    Fan Wei: Not.
Gao Xiumin: Wrong, your average residential floor space has been increased 45 square meters.

    6. Zhao Benshan: Please listen to the question, who demands that you’re always responsible to her whereas she will never be responsible to you?
    Fan Wei: A mistress.
    Gao Xiumin: Wrong! The bank.

    7. Zhao Benshan: Please listen to the question, what have you been told since you were small as existing, but up to now have never seen before?
    Fan Wei: Ghosts.
Gao Xiumin: Wrong! A communist society.

    8. Zhao Benshan: Please listen to the question, what place looks luxurious and clean on the outside but in actually is about undressing and hiding filth?
    Fan Wei: Public toilets.
Gao Xiumin: Wrong! The entertainment industry.

    9. Zhao Benshan: Please listen to the question, what gets beaten and immediately dives into the water only stick out its head reappearing not far away wearing a vest?
    Fan Wei: A tortoise.
Gao Xiumin: Wrong! A sacked government official.

    10. Zhao Benshan: Please listen to the question, “China’s urban pollution is not caused by cars, but by bicycles. The pollution from bicycles is greater than cars”. This quote was said by whom?
    Fan Wei: An insane person.
Gao Xiumin: Wrong! A Chinese expert.

    11. Zhao Benshan: Please listen to the question, there is a person who often speaks on your behalf, but you’ve never met them, why?
Fan Wei: The father of one’s illegitimate child.
Gao Xiumin: Wrong! An National People’s Congress representative, who doesn’t know who you are but still represents you.

    Above from: http://www.chinasmack.com/2013/stories/boston-marathon-bombings-chinese-netizen-reactions.html
WARNING: A GG rated gory image on page, the sort we’re not allowed to see, lest precious chilluns has nightmares or grandmama takes the vapours. One New York paper was caught not only blurring a photo, but shopping clothes back on a damaged leg, for no apparent reason, as other media used the pic unaltered.

Referring to the arrest on April 15, 11 year ago, Tim.

April 15, 1986 was another day of note:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1986_United_States_bombing_of_Libya

These dates may be nothing but coincidence. For another coincidence, gun legislation did not pass in the U.S. yesterday. Texans were vocal in their opposition to the proposed legislation.

This story may or may not have any bearing on what happened yesterday:
