Sir Keir Rodney Starmer, is planning on spending, even more money on Ukraine.
Trump has said, Europe must pay, to sustain the proxy war against Russia.
The U.K. is currently a basket case.
Starmer is a lunatic, if he thinks the U.K. can sustain a war against Russia.

        Wiltshire
This seems like joined up thinking.

A waste facility in Wiltshire, is asking for permission to used their cleaned, waste Carbon dioxide, to help grow high valve crops, like avocado, in sealed greenhouses, on site.
The greenhouses will be slightly mobile, they will be placed over the concrete capped waste dump, extracted Methane will make electricity to power the equipment, some electricity will be moved to the National Grid.
The produce will grow more prolifically because of the heat from waste break-down and also because CO2 will be introduced into the sealed glasshouses. The glass housed can be shifted to allow the removal of left over waste and the introduction of fresh waste.

Overall, there will be very much less waste that enters long term landfill.

About twenty five years ago we were told we had gone past peak oil.
Recently British petroleum have claimed they are to develop a massive hydrocarbon resource, two and a half kilometres deep off the coast of brazil.
This is likely to be the biggest B.P. find for 26 years.
B.P. have pulled out of Russia, because of pressure, mainly from the U.S.A.
now, they will concentrate their business in the South Atlantic and South America.
          Brazil is part of BRICS.
The last summit of BRICS was held in Brazil.
Donald Trump is threatening Brazil, with massive penalties.
To me, this shows several things, one, the age of Hydrocarbons is certainly not over.
American control of the World economy is slipping away.
The dollar is not as powerful as it once was.
