Not Forgetting the al-Hillis 22278

The mainstream media for the most part has moved on. But there are a few more gleanings to be had, of perhaps the most interesting comes from the Daily Mirror, which labels al-Hilli an extremist on the grounds that he was against the war in Iraq, disapproved of the behaviour of Israel and had doubts over 9/11 – which makes a great deal of the population “extremist”. But the Mirror has the only mainstream mention I can find of the possibility that Mossad carried out the killings. Given Mr al-Hilli’s profession, the fact he is a Shia, the fact he had visited Iran, and the fact that Israel heas been assassinating scientists connected to Iran’s nuclear programme, this has to be a possibility. There are of course other possibilities, but to ignore that one is ludicrous.

Which leads me to the argument of Daily Mail crime reporter, Stephen Wright, that the French police should concentrate on the idea that this was a killing by a random Alpine madman or racist bigot. Perfectly possible, of course, and the anti-Muslim killings in Marseille might be as much a precedent as Mossad killings of scientists. But why the lone madman idea should be the preferred investigation, Mr Wright does not explain. What I did find interesting from a man who has visited many crime scenes are his repeated insinuations that the French authorities are not really trying very hard to find who the killers were, for example:

the crime scene would have been sealed off for a minimum of seven to ten days, to allow detailed forensic searches for DNA, fibres, tyre marks and shoe prints to take place.
Nearby bushes and vegetation would have been searched for any discarded food and cigarette butts left by the killer, not to mention the murder weapon.
But from what I saw at the end of last week, no such searches had taken place and potentially vital evidence could have been missed. House to house inquiries in the local area had yet to be completed and police had not made specific public appeals for information about the crime. No reward had been put up for information about the shootings.
Behind the scenes, what other short cuts have been taken? Have police seized data identifying all mobile phones being used in the vicinity of the murders that day?

The idea that the French authorities – who are quite as capable as any other of solving cases – are not really trying very hard is an interesting one.

Which leads me to this part of a remarkable article from the Daily Telegraph, which if true points us back towards a hit squad and discounts the ides that there was only one gun:

Claims that only one gun was used to kill everybody is likely to be disproved by full ballistics test results which are out in October.
While the 25 spent bullet cartridges found at the scene are all of the same kind, they could in fact have come from a number of weapons of the same make.
This throws up the possibility of a well-equipped, highly-trained gang circling the car and then opening fire.
Both children were left alive by the killers, who had clinically pumped bullets into everybody else, including five into Mr Mollier.
Zainab was found staggering around outside the car by Brett Martin, a British former RAF serviceman who cycled by moments after the attack, but he saw nobody except the schoolgirl.
Her sister, Zeena, was found unscathed and hiding in the car eight hours later.
Both sisters are now back in Britain, and are believed to have been reunited at a secret location near London.

There are of course a number of hit squad options, both governmental and private, which might well involve iraqi or Iranian interests – on both of which the mainstream media have been very happy to speculate while almost unanimously ignoring Israel.

But what interests me is why the Daily Telegraph choose, in the face of all the evidence, to minimise the horrific nature of the attack by stating that “Both children were left alive by the killers”? Zainab was not left alive by design, she was shot in the chest and her skull was stove in, which presumably was a pretty serious attempt to kill a seven year-old child. The other girl might very well have succeeded in hiding from the killers under her mother’s skirts, as she hid from the first rescuers, and then for eight hours from the police.

The Telegraph article claims to be informed by sources close to the investigation. So they believe it was a group of people, and feel motivated to absolve those people from child-killing. Now what could the Daily Telegraph be thinking?

Didnt somebody report (not proven) that SM did suffer some kind of radiation sickness?
    Here is a new therapy:

    http://www.genengnews.com/gen-news-highlights/neostem-wins-600k-for-stem-cell-therapy-against-radiation-poisoning/81246951/

Creating embryonic stem cells for science is one thing and even then there are ethic reasons to suppress it or else to control it strictly. It isnt allowed in many countries. However, producing and killing embryons for the sake of vaccine is something that has a lot of religious and ethic enemies. This is like bad science fiction since you would need to kill 100.000sands of embryons per week to create stem cells for the industry. Currently, embryonic stem cells are only possible to obtain by smuggling and illegal trade in countries like France where this is strictly prohibited by law.

Israel is far advanced in biogenetic stem cells technology. This science still is a try&hope med science but often this is the last hope for patients.

    http://stemcellofamerica.com/blog/

Look for what other illness this is currently used.

    http://stemcellofamerica.com/patient-experiences/autism-patient-william/

    http://www.the-scientist.com/?articles.view/articleNo/32876/title/New-Culprit-for-Parkinson-s-/

And of course there is a lot of danger involved because we do not know side effects.

    http://edition.cnn.com/2012/03/08/health/stem-cell-doctor-suspension/index.html

    And religious protest:

    http://realchoice.0catch.com/library/abortionists/biogenetics.htm

I did some research regarding unnatural deaths close to biomed experts who are in embryonic stem cells research. There are quite a lot.

We have to include MDs who are working in neonatal, pediatric and abortion science, too. Then add up all biomed experts who are working in that field, including metabolism.

There seems to be a lot of money at stake next to ethical discussions.

There are a lot of killers and terror attacks close to such MDs and biomed experts. I have no idea whether that is competition similar to criminal competition in criminal drug dealing, or else this is a signal from religious groups. Perhaps this is both.

Simply collect evidence of terror and family killings that are close to such biomed experts or MDs who work in neonatal, abortion, pediatric and metabolism. Some of those accidents could simply be coincidence, but there is a lot of “coincidence”.

Sorry for that long essay, but i found something that unites Morange, Schutz, al Allaf, al Saffar and even Kadhims poultry farm into some common grounds. It simply does not fit for SAH, but do we know everything? What’s about Elekta?

    Q and tim

Differ between embryonic and adult stem cells. For treatment of most illness (stay young forever and never die!) you need embryonic stem cells only. To cteate those for industry you need embryon farms looking like poultry farms. You can imagine that there are groups strongly opposing that science and industry. How much money would be in a “forever young” market? Worth killing and terror? Yes!
Side effects during try&hope science? Yes!

Didnt Baligant also work for a Belgian pharma company specialised in stem cell science? I think to remember having read something.

This is partly about adult stem cells smuggling, too, but it still criminal. It exists and the mafia takes part.

Q “Poultry is used in the maufacture of vaccines”.

Very much so (especially in the past). My friends dad had a large farm that produced eggs for a large “Big Pharma Co”.

They made a ton of money in the 80’s and 90’s.
And I mean a ton of money !

    And a note on that….
Grandmother, mother and daughter were at “the scene”.
That’s three directly related generations !

Wonder if this nutter and his crew, or folks like him, were vacationing in Annecy, driving cars with US Washington state number plates?

    http://www.cbsnews.com/2100-202_162-20043734.html

“Raymond Davis an American CIA contractor who shot and killed two Pakistani men was released from prison and left Pakistan after more than $2 million in “blood money” was paid to his victims’ families… ”

From the comments: “You don’t fork over 2.35 million $US in blood money to buy a pardon, if you want to have your day in court with a claim of self-defense via shooting at people through your windshield and in the back 10 or more times as they retreat. This guy is a major psychopath and murderer. U.S. law REQUIRES that he be tried for the crimes he has admitted to through a pardon under another countries legal system.”

Wait, there’s more. The fun doesn’t stop. From the WikiPedia:
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raymond_Allen_Davis_incident

” U.S. officials revealed Davis was a contractor for the CIA after it was reported in The Guardian. According to The Telegraph, he was acting head of the CIA in Pakistan.”

“Davis opened fire and killed both of them with his own 9mm Glock pistol… when Davis fired at Faizan and Faheem, they were sitting on their bike in front of his car with their backs towards Davis. Davis shot them through his windshield. After the shooting, Davis is alleged to have exited his car to take pictures and videos of the casualties with his cell phone. There are additional reports that Davis shot five rounds through his windshield, got out of his vehicle and shot four more rounds into the two men as they lay on the pavement.”

“Minutes later, four men in a Toyota Land Cruiser Prado with fake registration plates made an unsuccessful attempt to reach the scene.”

“Davis was the operator of “Hyperion Protective Services LLC” based in either Nevada or Orlando, Florida. Davis was also a CIA contractor as an employee of Blackwater Worldwide (now Xe).”

“On October 1, 2011, Douglas County, Colorado, sheriff’s deputies arrested Davis in Highlands Park, Colorado, at the Town Center in Highlands Ranch, for third-degree assault… stemming from a dispute… about a parking space…”

Exactly. We have a lomg chain of biomed and pharmacy experts and scientists in this family and then we have another university degree scientist (kadhim) running a poultry farm. That didnt fit into the picture of their families at all. However, looking at specialised poultry farms and what they were good and used for from the 1960tees, designs a very good fitting piece for that puzzle.

Almost everybody in this investigation was somehow related to biomed, pharmacy and biogenetics. The Morange background made me think into that direction. Then i found a couple of al Allafs and al Saffars researching in embryonic stem cell science. Then i found Morange biomed and stem cell research. Then i found the name Schutz (not sure whether or not related) in a biomed stem cell research article.

This is making a picture. Then i saw similar (already discussed) killings related to biomed and biogenetics. It’s all a straight line of connections into biogenetics and human stem cells therapies. Then i found the mafia connections and then i saw at least 10 assassinations in the past year related to biogenetics and human stem cells science.

Otherwise i would never had mentioned that idea. Btw. Connecticut is the center in the USA of embryonic stem cell science and funding (involving neonatal, biomed and metabolist science).

Smuggling of adult body parts or elephant teeth is unethically but not related to biogenetic embryonic stem cells science.

I am sure that Areva works on stem cell therapies regarding radiation desease and that they are funding such science. However, in France it is legally pretty impossible to obtain or to produce embryonic stem cells. You could only smuggle them for illegal therapies into illegally working labs. I dont think that the pasteur institute would undertake such a risk. Therefore those biomed labs will be in different places than at a reknown lab like it is the pasteur institute.

I fully agree with you that people who are suffering deadly illness like radiotion illness, might try to use everything to save their life. Perhaps even funded by Areva since they need test patients. That is just speculation but perhaps this is one of the many possibilities here.

However, if that were the case, we would have to search for enemies. Religious? Mafia? Competitors?

“Ideological and Theological Foundations of Muslim Radicalism in
    France
    Samir Amghar
    1
    MICROCON Policy Working Paper 4

ABSTRACT: With nearly 5 million Muslims, France is home to more people of Islamic faith
than any other European country. In the French public arena the ‘Islamic threat’, widely
mediatised at the time of the attacks on the World Trade Centre in New York, has taken
on a connotation of combat and revolution and become a synonym of violence and
terrorism. Yet, far from constituting a homogenous movement, the Islamic threat is
polymorphous. In this paper, we document the different forms of radicalism in France,
with a view to understanding its permutations over the last 20 years, along with the
various motivations of the members and sympathisers of these diverse forms. We
conclude that it is necessary to recognise that all these different forms of radicalism are
the product of experiences of injustice and exclusion, which can be directly linked to
realities on the ground. However, the link between Muslim populations and radicalism
cannot be reduced to an economic equation in which poverty is the common
denominator. It seems more likely to be the inadequacies of social and political regulation
that is a problem, along with the lack of recognition, contempt and “the great wall”
between the estates where Muslims live, and the rest of the population.

    “Celebrating criminality

In Israel, the murder of Palestinians and their mutilation is openly applauded at the highest levels. Is anyone in the West watching? asks Saleh Al-Naami
The tension in the audience was apparent last Saturday as it waited for Emanuel Rozin, presenter of the popular Israeli television Channel Two, to announce the channel’s “man of the [Hebrew] year”. To heighten the audience’s suspense, Rozin listed the personality’s achievements before announcing his name.

“He’s the man who has only done good deeds… He’s the person who is famed for cutting off Palestinians’ heads with a Japanese knife… He’s the man who was born with a knife between his teeth… He’s the head of Mossad, Meir Dagan!” The hall thundered with applause when Rozin announced Dagan as man of the year.

Rozin made sure to mention some of Dagan’s “secret” achievements, especially the assassination of Hizbullah operations commander Imad Mughniyah, and providing the intelligence information that allowed the Israeli air force to bomb a research station in northeast Syria, among others. After announcing Dagan man of the year, the station broadcast a profile of him that addressed his achievements during his military service and as the head of Mossad.

All of Dagan’s colleagues and acquaintances that were interviewed heaped praise on his creativity in killing Palestinians and Arabs. Retired General Yossi Ben Hanan, who was a colleague of Dagan’s, was witness to his insistence on killing Palestinians himself once they were turned over to him. Ben Hanan praised his close friend effusively for this.

Just before and after Dagan was chosen man of the year, a number of press reports were published about atrocities he committed against Palestinian and Lebanese civilians. These reports, written by top Israeli journalists, confirm that Dagan was promoted as a result of these atrocities.

Aluf Ben Ahed, a senior commentator in Haaretz newspaper, published a report on Dagan on 26 September in which he wrote that former prime minister Ariel Sharon himself insisted that Dagan be appointed head of Mossad, “due to his immense experience and his hobby of cutting off Arabs’ heads,” as he put it.

Ben Ahed wrote that the relationship between Sharon and Dagan went back to the early 1970s when Sharon was commander of the southern region and Dagan was commander of the death squad Rimonim and Sharon entrusted Dagan with arresting and killing Palestinian resistance fighters in the Gaza Strip.

Sharon greatly enjoyed watching Dagan personally sever the heads of Palestinian resistance fighters after killing them. Ben Kasbit wrote that a number of soldiers who served under Dagan in the Gaza Strip during that period later suffered from psychological complexes due to their execution of Dagan’s orders to kill Palestinians in atrocious manners. After leaving the military service, some of them later committed criminal murders, and when they were tried they said that they had been affected by the atrocities they had committed against Palestinians under Dagan’s orders.”

Even 36 years later, he is still referred to in the movie as “D.” The man, a pilot, flew over the airfield, took pictures, and then requested permission to land. The commander of one of the operational units in the Mossad, referred to as “Mike” throughout, recalled that “D” spiraled around the airport before landing, taking pictures from every possible angle, and then approached the air traffic controllers and chatted them up for information.” http://www.timesofisrael.com/mossad-tried-to-kill-saddam-in-the-1970s-new-documentary-reveals/#comments

What have we heard about the 4×4?

    1. The early paper report that green 4×4 rushed past Martin TOWARDS the crime scene (In one case it is reported “French detectives were last night hunting the driver of a green 4×4 vehicle and a motorcyclist seen speeding TOWARDS the murder scene shortly before the massacre was discovered.” Another says “The witness, who is a former RAF man, was cycling on the heavily forested road south of Chevaline on his mountain bike, when he was OVERTAKEN at speed by a green 4×4 vehicle and a motorcyclist”)

    2. In his interview Martin gives the impression it passes him (with a motor bike) travelling AWAY FROM the crime scene.

    3. Reported as white 4×4 driving dangerously (not as Peugeot 306 as seen by Sylvie Lecouer, 49, who lives in Chevaline said, “A small white car, maybe a Peugeot 306 or 206, it was not a 4×4, with one man behind the wheel in a complete panic”)

    4. Report of two occupants with long hair stopped elsewhere.(Murder squad detectives are hunting a car with UK number plates seen speeding away from the scene of the Alps massacre.French police said yesterday that a witness saw a dark Mitsubishi Pajero 4×4 being driven by a nervous-looking man.The car was spotted near the village of Chevaline. It was then seen being driven along the A39 motorway towards the city of Lyon.A police source said yesterday: “A witness says the driver had darkish skin and looked nervous. It is crucial we find this car.”

    5. Police put out request for black Paljero (“French police said yesterday that a witness saw a dark Mitsubishi Pajero 4×4 being driven by a nervous-looking man”)

    5. Finally Maillaud reports it was a Forestry vehicle (despite the British registration!!!) after all and ruled out!

The sought for vehicle never located. A vehicle somewhat fitting the description crashes on a mountain road on the 29th September killing a man Brun closely linked with Mollier but ignored by police. The driver of the White Peugeot located according to Maillaud identified and ruled out. No word where he had been, what he was doing there, or leaving at such speed.

28 Dec, 2012 – 7:52 am thanks for those references (radio 5 and google earth) What I have still not seen is a notated map showing where WBM and SM lived, precisely where the disputed 3.15 photo was taken, where all the witnesses were (builders/lecouer/individuals who heard the shots etc). Clearly as long as the barrier was up, if you ignored the vehicle prohibition and chance of being booked by the forestry guys, alternative exit routes were available.

But before pursuing the hypothetical with no evidence (other than the unidentified motor cyclist seen apparently twice – once by farmer and once by forestry men) we need to get the French to state clearly what the witnessed vehicles were.

Have they decided if the the green 4×4 passing WBM on the way up is the same vehicle as one that passed him on the way down? If they are satisfied it was a forestry vehicle there just when the murders were happening, what did they see/hear? What did they report? What was the white Peugeot driver doing there at the critical time, where had he been, what did he see, why was he driving away at such speed? If the green 4×4 was a forestry vehicle, why was it reported by them as having British plates? Are the green 4×4 and black Paljero versions of the same vehicle or different? etc etc

    You see what I mean?

@BB: No mention of stem cells obtained from cord blood stored from children born in France. What are the rules about use of stem cells from one’s own offspring in France?

  • Q

Cord blood banking is allowed in France, but as far as I know, private cord blood banks are not allowed.

Cord blood is treated as a blood product, and subject to the kinds of regulations that cover ordinary transfusions in some countries, rather than being treated as a source of stem cells. It’s a gray area, with yet-evolving laws.

Its the best I have got ATM I know that there is locations for BM’s house and for the one the builders were working on it was in Chevaline so along the main road somewhere and I remember, someone finding the owners information for the UK too. I am working my way through the old stuff and if I find them I will post for you ,Strawberry might have some links from DI saved .
I know there was some recent posting on the start point of the bike ride for BM about the time the Maestro’s got arrested as it was near there ,a search might find that discussion.

As for SAH going past the barrier I would go past it and do a bit of off roading if need be.
I think the one refuge is only 5 minutes walk.
Some old posts from 2009 on the Rosary refuge make complaints of unsavoury Motorbikers being there ,but if you want to mess about on a bike like the young lad who was around the day of the murder its probably great fun.
