The mainstream media for the most part has moved on. But there are a few more gleanings to be had, of perhaps the most interesting comes from the Daily Mirror, which labels al-Hilli an extremist on the grounds that he was against the war in Iraq, disapproved of the behaviour of Israel and had doubts over 9/11 – which makes a great deal of the population “extremist”. But the Mirror has the only mainstream mention I can find of the possibility that Mossad carried out the killings. Given Mr al-Hilli’s profession, the fact he is a Shia, the fact he had visited Iran, and the fact that Israel heas been assassinating scientists connected to Iran’s nuclear programme, this has to be a possibility. There are of course other possibilities, but to ignore that one is ludicrous.
Which leads me to the argument of Daily Mail crime reporter, Stephen Wright, that the French police should concentrate on the idea that this was a killing by a random Alpine madman or racist bigot. Perfectly possible, of course, and the anti-Muslim killings in Marseille might be as much a precedent as Mossad killings of scientists. But why the lone madman idea should be the preferred investigation, Mr Wright does not explain. What I did find interesting from a man who has visited many crime scenes are his repeated insinuations that the French authorities are not really trying very hard to find who the killers were, for example:
the crime scene would have been sealed off for a minimum of seven to ten days, to allow detailed forensic searches for DNA, fibres, tyre marks and shoe prints to take place.
Nearby bushes and vegetation would have been searched for any discarded food and cigarette butts left by the killer, not to mention the murder weapon.
But from what I saw at the end of last week, no such searches had taken place and potentially vital evidence could have been missed. House to house inquiries in the local area had yet to be completed and police had not made specific public appeals for information about the crime. No reward had been put up for information about the shootings.
Behind the scenes, what other short cuts have been taken? Have police seized data identifying all mobile phones being used in the vicinity of the murders that day?
The idea that the French authorities – who are quite as capable as any other of solving cases – are not really trying very hard is an interesting one.
Which leads me to this part of a remarkable article from the Daily Telegraph, which if true points us back towards a hit squad and discounts the ides that there was only one gun:
Claims that only one gun was used to kill everybody is likely to be disproved by full ballistics test results which are out in October.
While the 25 spent bullet cartridges found at the scene are all of the same kind, they could in fact have come from a number of weapons of the same make.
This throws up the possibility of a well-equipped, highly-trained gang circling the car and then opening fire.
Both children were left alive by the killers, who had clinically pumped bullets into everybody else, including five into Mr Mollier.
Zainab was found staggering around outside the car by Brett Martin, a British former RAF serviceman who cycled by moments after the attack, but he saw nobody except the schoolgirl.
Her sister, Zeena, was found unscathed and hiding in the car eight hours later.
Both sisters are now back in Britain, and are believed to have been reunited at a secret location near London.
There are of course a number of hit squad options, both governmental and private, which might well involve iraqi or Iranian interests – on both of which the mainstream media have been very happy to speculate while almost unanimously ignoring Israel.
But what interests me is why the Daily Telegraph choose, in the face of all the evidence, to minimise the horrific nature of the attack by stating that “Both children were left alive by the killers”? Zainab was not left alive by design, she was shot in the chest and her skull was stove in, which presumably was a pretty serious attempt to kill a seven year-old child. The other girl might very well have succeeded in hiding from the killers under her mother’s skirts, as she hid from the first rescuers, and then for eight hours from the police.
The Telegraph article claims to be informed by sources close to the investigation. So they believe it was a group of people, and feel motivated to absolve those people from child-killing. Now what could the Daily Telegraph be thinking?
You may have misunderstood Q’s contribution about locked doors James
11 Jan, 2013 – 11:38 pm (Easily done) He was referring to the three Kurdish ladies in Paris I think not the BMW though your points/questions are still valid.
Do you think if air bags were not activated, doors would have been. I think we need to appreciated this wasn’t a car travelling at a constant speed impacting on a solid object but one that is accelerating on loose surface and embedding on sloping fairly soft ground. If the doors were locked on the inside, which would be an expected response under the circumstances, its probably unlikely the G force was insufficient to spring the automated systems even if this includes locks. Of course this in no way prevented police opening doors if they had wished as they could have reached in through smashed windows. I suppose if it had been an empty locked car, the alarm would have been set off but was disarmed with them inside and engine running? Am I right?
Spout away, James. Haven’t we all? It’s a shadowy planet with shadowy people.
James, Q
There are also two sides in the PKK as there are two sides in the CIA.
The PKK terrorists are trained by Israel. Why? Because they train them to destabilize Iran and Syria.
The two sides in the PKK are leaders Bahoz Erdal and his opponent Murat Karayilan.
http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murat_Karay%C4%B1lan
http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sakine_Cansiz
Cansiz was on the Karayilan side. One side is supported by CIA #1 and by MI6 while the other PKK is supported by CIA #2 and by Israel.
Yes, the SAH assassination could link, too. The PKK has strong links to Sweden.
Here is a link (in German only, but use google translate) that describes Israel’s support for PKK terrorists in order to create terror in Iran and in Syria.
Sorry. Forgot the german link:

Q
Op Gladio…and the few hundred Kurds in a demo.
Stalin once said, “one death is a tragedy, a million a statistic”.
And so it is.
The Americans have clearly done this work in Paris for the Turks.
They may not have wanted to…but it is better than the alternative
The French maybe p*ss’d at this, but I am sure they can be come to some agreemnet. I can’t help thinking that this is in someway connected to Al Hilli.
Every angle I have looked at. From family (Al Hilli to Mollier…and Molliez!) to nukes, satellites and Japan with AREVA (and the Chinese)…but what I see is waht BLUEBIRD said. The CIA war. Why a “war” ? Well it is to fight or not to fight war !
“Do you think if air bags were not activated, doors would have been”
Tim.
Had a M3 Conv years ago from new.
It is what BMW said (this was in 03 when I was younger and dafter) but they did say, this was an attack MO (bought a tracker “dealer fit” from it, so who knows, they made money) and that it does not trigger the air bag (that is over a certain Kilo/mile per hour thing) if hit from the rear (sensor are in the bumper) but it does have to be an “abrupt” thwack.
@Blue
I have a great book for you.
I’ll get the title.
And YES, there are two sides.
The Pkk no doubt.
Zioist (in Israel, not Israeli, theres a difference).
BUT from what I have seen, the Israeli Govt.Com are on very high alert. Forget what Katie said, the city is relaxed, but you always feel uptight (that’s the way it is) but there are times that they are “jumpy”. This time they (and I hate sitting explaining why I have two passports to three tw*ts in unironed uniforms) seemed more jumpy.
Ironic it was a BMW !
Kurdish oil in Iraq:

Remember that the gypsum mines in Iraq are in Kurdish territory. The al-Hilli family owned a gypsum factory, as we discussed in the past. I don’t think we pinpointed the factory’s location.
Once again, past discussions are relevant.
Q
Kurd oil I can answer. I have done before.
I know alot about that.
Easy answer is… I bought shares in Gulf Keystone (ticker GKP) way back when, and made some good money.
Look back to pre war Iraq…and the agreements.
You’ll see what I mean.
My pressing issue is “what the hell is going on now”.
By that I mean Al Hilli was (or may have been) out spoken on Israel.
So that gets him killed ? No way. There are many.
And many high profile.
Al Hilli had someting.
And I firmly believe it goes back to the “in fight” with the CIA.
There is war in the air.
Some want it, Some don’t. It is there were the “thing” is.
Al Hilli had a dog in that fight.
Who’s dog I don’t know. But it was worth killing him, his wife and trying to kill his family for.
I have always being “anti” the “mossad did it” view.
Now….! I think there is something in the air.
Something’s up, James, when the spouse of a NATO country leader sells off her entire stock market portfolio, as reported this week. That kind of thing hardly inspires confidence.
Q
Tell me more.
I have been away. Only in hotels with wifi.
So no real indepth news…just “local sh*t” as you go into areas.
Hence the bombing report in Tel Aviv.
Also, heres a clip.
trying to find out whats happening and hit on an OB thing.
He’s answereing a question. He doesn’t say one thing or another.
The interesting thing is,,,this is not off his own bat.
He “falls back” as trained on the “US dot Govt” answer.
They are (the US) pissed off with the Israeli problem, it is beyond human rights and is in fact a War Crime (as reorted by the jew and zionist Richard Goldstone (South African lawyer and judge).
Heres the clip
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oniFAoHgSmw
But I feel, overall, some people are trying to get a war. Others are trying to avoid it.
Convinced Al Hilli is in this somewhere.

Last summer US Gov. was ordering large quantities of ammo for odd departments like Agriculture and game wardens in addition to Homeland Security.
President Obama plans to take his oath of office for his new term swearing on the Lincoln Bible (same as first term).
I wonder if the Smithsonian museum has Abe Lincoln’s signature, stovepipe top hat. It would add a nice touch.

“Just for you, NR, there’s a red clue. Didn’t the other erstwhile redhead visit an internet cafe in Paris whose Turkish staff member turned him in?”
“@NR: Remember how the one with the bad red wig shared a cell with a person of a certain ethnic origin?”
I knew about the Persian from Lebanon and the Azerbaijani oligarch, but I never made the connection with those two in Berlin. The second wasn’t a cellie, but on the same block, which was just as well since they allegedly shared the same tastes in food and had the same dinner manners. 🙂
“Karl Marx Strasse, a busy shopping street running through the multi-cultural south-Berlin district, which is home to numerous Turkish and Lebanese cafes and snack bars.”
Word games: There was le jeune colossé on a motorbike above Martinet and bad Red met with le Colosée at a bar in Paris, and now this: “… Project Colisée, an RCMP investigation that led to the 2006 arrests of several Mafia leaders in Montreal, including both Paolo Renda and Nicolo Rizzuto Sr.”
2 Colossé and 1 Colisée. It is too big a coincidence. 🙂
And, “… construction workers saw a black Dodge Cobra with a siren on top pull over the silver Lexus and that two men, dressed as police, appeared to arrest Renda.”
Do the old mafias do extractions or just disappearances? Somebody here or on MZT thought the killers might have been in uniform in the green forestry vehicle, pretending to be on official business.

Felix’s complete posting on Icke:-
Re BMW 5 Series 530D SE Touring OE04 WJZ and its caravan….
Taxed until 01 05 2013
Date of First Registration 12 08 2004
I am convinced the caravan was towed to France from the UK. A photo shows a UK Co-operative bag hanging from the window; the Al-Hilli’s local supermarket is The Co-operative in Claygate. It seems reasonable to assume it was carried inside the caravan.
Astonishingly, the date the Al-Hillis left the UK was never disclosed. I asked a FoI of the Surrey police; I asked if CCTV had been sought at UK ports and if the vehicle and caravan had been traced, where and when it left the UK. (of course, ferry bookings would also have to be made which would be a start for the cops)
Came there answer: No answer, because it is a “live investigation”. So, despite all the information which the police have imparted to the press on this “live investigation”, they do not seem to want to divulge the date the Al-Hilli family travelled to France. Why so?? Any ideas anyone???
Felix…
Well it is a “live investigation”.
HOWEVER, if they sought someone for the murders, then there would be an appeal.
And an appeal in the UK as the French claim the crime “originated” from there.
Or an appeal in France. After all, they have a “serial killer” running around. A “tourist killing serial killer” at that !
Yet there isn’t.
Sounds like they know “who” already.
This website is the only place I have seen suggesting the family travelled via the Dordogne. Where did they get that idea, is it correct?
More recent suggestions on CM mentioned by me et al about using a route avoiding toll roads that went via Brussels and Nancy, a very different route.
If they did leave earlier does that suggest that they were less rushed and didnt leave in a hurry and by not informing the school of their holiday never intended to return to the UK.
If SAH was under instructions and about to ‘meet, his movements at the first campsite suggest he wasnt used to this and made himself noticed by his actions.
There is a strong link between Hezbollah and PKK: DRUGS!
They use the same criminal mafia networks in Europe and the same African(!!) banks for money laundering.
http://www.washingtoninstitute.org/policy-analysis/view/an-anti-crime-strategy-to-combat-the-pkk
Remember that the three killed PKK women in Paris were responsible for PKK weapons purchase. They got the drug money, too.
There is an internal war going on regarding the use of PKK drug money between Murat Karayilan and Bohuz Erdan. One fights for Israel in Syria and in Iran, the other one fights for the Kurdish rights only. Finally it is all about money and drugs from Iraq and Afghanistan.

http://www.hurriyetdailynews.com/pkk-using-colombian-method-in-protecting-drug-fields-.aspx?pageID=238&nid=26019
Drugs do link Hezbollah with PKK. Both Hezbollah’s and PKK’s headquarters are in France and Sweden. Hezbollah would never accept that drug money was used for Israel and for an Iran war. However, there is one side in the PKK that does exactly that and that mafia side seems to be violent and getting support by Mossad .

12 Jan, 2013 – 12:21 am . If only all pilots would post who they were taking from where to where, I guess we might have cracked this little connumdrum by now (and a lot of others). It’s why Governments generally are so fearful of the public knowing what is really going on via Wikileaks etc.

12 Jan, 2013 – 12:31 am (as always). It is a topic I have been tempted to spout on. The great difficulty with “internal unrest” in a country is to what extent it is supported or covertly created by foreign powers. CIA has been past master at this. I surely don’t need to cite all the historical examples. It would be quite naive to believe that this was done to promote “freedom”, “democracy” and “human rights”. It has been done largely to limit the power of other nations considered enemies or to protect sources of raw materials or protect markets. North Africa and the Middle East is currently subject to melt-down and civil chaos. The question is to what extent this has happened as a result of naturally occuring internal movements or manipulation by outside agencies such as the CIA. Bengazi showed despite assurrances, the American State is not an homogenous whole but a combination of different, sometimes conflicting, priorities and actions. The President and Secretary of State were seriously compromised and an Ambassador killed by a perfectly predictable event and inadequate protection. We know of the US intervention in Iraq in 2003 but hardly anything about the CIA/Israeli covert actions thereafter. Now Syria/Turkey/Kurdistan/Iran. What are secret objectives/actions of the super powers? American to Israel via Geneva probably all part of that wider picture as was the little matter of obliterating four individuals at Chevaline.
Felix
12 Jan, 2013 – 6:51 am WELCOME BACK! You have been missed. If SAH crossed the channel by boat (wouldn’t have been train would it?) I am sure there is video boarding and embarking. The police must know the route, times and have visuals indicating what was on the roof. I’m still not clear whether the Surrey Coroner (presumably) has opened and Inquest into the deaths – usually postponed awaiting police enquiries. But he must have given permission for burial or it couldnt legally have taken place. Anyone know?
