The mainstream media for the most part has moved on. But there are a few more gleanings to be had, of perhaps the most interesting comes from the Daily Mirror, which labels al-Hilli an extremist on the grounds that he was against the war in Iraq, disapproved of the behaviour of Israel and had doubts over 9/11 – which makes a great deal of the population “extremist”. But the Mirror has the only mainstream mention I can find of the possibility that Mossad carried out the killings. Given Mr al-Hilli’s profession, the fact he is a Shia, the fact he had visited Iran, and the fact that Israel heas been assassinating scientists connected to Iran’s nuclear programme, this has to be a possibility. There are of course other possibilities, but to ignore that one is ludicrous.
Which leads me to the argument of Daily Mail crime reporter, Stephen Wright, that the French police should concentrate on the idea that this was a killing by a random Alpine madman or racist bigot. Perfectly possible, of course, and the anti-Muslim killings in Marseille might be as much a precedent as Mossad killings of scientists. But why the lone madman idea should be the preferred investigation, Mr Wright does not explain. What I did find interesting from a man who has visited many crime scenes are his repeated insinuations that the French authorities are not really trying very hard to find who the killers were, for example:
the crime scene would have been sealed off for a minimum of seven to ten days, to allow detailed forensic searches for DNA, fibres, tyre marks and shoe prints to take place.
Nearby bushes and vegetation would have been searched for any discarded food and cigarette butts left by the killer, not to mention the murder weapon.
But from what I saw at the end of last week, no such searches had taken place and potentially vital evidence could have been missed. House to house inquiries in the local area had yet to be completed and police had not made specific public appeals for information about the crime. No reward had been put up for information about the shootings.
Behind the scenes, what other short cuts have been taken? Have police seized data identifying all mobile phones being used in the vicinity of the murders that day?
The idea that the French authorities – who are quite as capable as any other of solving cases – are not really trying very hard is an interesting one.
Which leads me to this part of a remarkable article from the Daily Telegraph, which if true points us back towards a hit squad and discounts the ides that there was only one gun:
Claims that only one gun was used to kill everybody is likely to be disproved by full ballistics test results which are out in October.
While the 25 spent bullet cartridges found at the scene are all of the same kind, they could in fact have come from a number of weapons of the same make.
This throws up the possibility of a well-equipped, highly-trained gang circling the car and then opening fire.
Both children were left alive by the killers, who had clinically pumped bullets into everybody else, including five into Mr Mollier.
Zainab was found staggering around outside the car by Brett Martin, a British former RAF serviceman who cycled by moments after the attack, but he saw nobody except the schoolgirl.
Her sister, Zeena, was found unscathed and hiding in the car eight hours later.
Both sisters are now back in Britain, and are believed to have been reunited at a secret location near London.
There are of course a number of hit squad options, both governmental and private, which might well involve iraqi or Iranian interests – on both of which the mainstream media have been very happy to speculate while almost unanimously ignoring Israel.
But what interests me is why the Daily Telegraph choose, in the face of all the evidence, to minimise the horrific nature of the attack by stating that “Both children were left alive by the killers”? Zainab was not left alive by design, she was shot in the chest and her skull was stove in, which presumably was a pretty serious attempt to kill a seven year-old child. The other girl might very well have succeeded in hiding from the killers under her mother’s skirts, as she hid from the first rescuers, and then for eight hours from the police.
The Telegraph article claims to be informed by sources close to the investigation. So they believe it was a group of people, and feel motivated to absolve those people from child-killing. Now what could the Daily Telegraph be thinking?

Part of a Boeing 9/11 landing gear found near a future mosque in NYC:
http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2013/04/26/sept11-plane-nyc/2116431/
“Davis was taken to… a jail with a reputation for inmates dying under murky circumstances.. .held in a section of the decaying facility where the guards didn’t carry weapons, a concession for his safety that American officials managed to extract from the prison staff… A small team of dogs was tasting Davis’s food, checking that it had not been laced with poison.”
“For many senior Pakistani spies, the man sitting in the jail cell represented solid proof of their suspicions that the C.I.A. had sent a vast secret army to Pakistan, men who sowed chaos and violence as part of the covert American war in the country. For the C.I.A., the eventual disclosure of Davis’s role with the agency shed an unflattering light on a post–Sept. 11 reality: that the C.I.A. had farmed out some of its most sensitive jobs to outside contractors — many of them with neither the experience nor the temperament to work in the war zones of the Islamic world.”
“If you’re going to send a Jason Bourne character to Pakistan, he should have the skills of a Jason Bourne to get away,” Haqqani shot back…”
“But then the judge ordered the courtroom cleared, and General Pasha’s secret plan unfolded… Through a side entrance, 18 relatives of the victims walked into the room, and the judge announced that the civil court had switched to a Shariah court. Each of the family members approached Davis, some of them with tears in their eyes or sobbing outright, and announced that he or she forgave him.””
“a month after Bin Laden was killed, President Obama’s top advisers were arguing in a National Security Council meeting over who really was in charge in Pakistan. Hillary Clinton came to Munter’s defense. She turned to Panetta and told him that he was wrong to assume he could steamroll the ambassador and launch strikes against his approval. “No, Hillary,” Panetta said, “it’s you who are flat wrong.”
“There was a stunned silence, and National Security Adviser Tom Donilon tried to regain control of the meeting. In the weeks that followed, Donilon brokered a compromise of sorts: Munter would be allowed to object to specific drone strikes, but the C.I.A. could still press its case to the White House and get approval for strikes even over the ambassador’s objections. Obama’s C.I.A. had, in essence, won yet again.”
“The killers were foreigners, [a politician] told the crowd, a group of assassins with a secret agenda to destabilize Pakistan and steal its nuclear arsenal. With a dramatic flourish, he said he knew exactly who had killed the men. “It was the Americans!” he shouted to loud approvals. “It was Blackwater!” The cheers grew even louder. He saved the biggest applause line for last: “It was another Raymond Davis!””

What’s highly unstable Raymond up to these days? Hooked up with another Blackwater/Templar type org? Not reduced to working with homeless and near-homeless vigilant cyber cops, I hope.
CNN reports on new lodgings of alleged bomber. A single cell with a steel door with a slot for food, a toilet and private shower. Where have we heard that before? No mention of suicide-proof or cams, but guards allegedly check every 15 min. No small dogs serving as food-tasters.
CNN also had pic of Tamerlan’s widow leaving home with her lawyer. It’s rumoured she “may” already have had one meeting with authorities.
CNN interviewed man-in-wheelchair who we were previously told saw Tamerlan drop bag right next to him.
Man: “Yeah, I looked him in the eyes.”
Not-totally-stupid CNN: “He was wearing sunglasses, but you looked him in the eyes?”
Man: “Yeah, yeah, I looked him in the eyes.”
Not any mention of a bag that I heard. There’s one still pic of a bag on the ground in that vicinity, but no vid of anyone placing it there.
Also no word on prints or DNA lifted from bomb components. You’d think they’d have prints quickly after the bombing and both suspects’ prints would be in Fed’ automated databases. It’s just like Chevaline, these goofy, lone-wolf, terrorists took exteme care not to leave prints on anything.
Q
26 Apr, 2013 – 3:29 pm there is an issue with the detonation of the Boston bombs. Was it by radio control from a toy; by mobile phone or just timing device? The last carries distinct risks to the handlers and would have to have to be set to different times a few minutes apart which doesn’t seem plausible somehow and very primitive. So if either of the former the bombers had to have either phone or radio transmitter on them AFTER they had dropped the bags and used them within the vicinity. The published photos give no indication of this, which although not conclusive raises a question. And surely the published pictures are not the only times they were picked up. As all the cameras are timed and the time of the explosions are known, it could be calculated how far they had got on foot and whether if captured on film they did indeed use phone or other radio device. If this proved negative someone else was needed to set them off. Or am I being too elementary?
and just as much can be learned from the remains of the explosive devices so this applies to that landing gear that for some reason has been there for twelve years undiscovered! Not your average bit of detritus after all. Not a remote location. Not an obscure event. You mean the area wasn’t thoroughly searched for remnants at the time? Unless subsequently planted, and that could be proved forensically, it should, if not interfered with, give much valuable information about the actual aircraft employed.

“Q 26 Apr, 2013 – 3:29 pm there is an issue with the detonation of the Boston bombs.”
From memory, the document read to surviving bro in hospital, (not formal charges – just reason to hold him) specifically alleges he used cellphone to detonate. Pics supplied to media of him holding something that could be cell phone in his hand, looking down as if entering a number, then placing device to his ear as if talking. Bomb detonates some specified seconds later.
This is contradicted by reports detonators were toy-car remotes. Unless toy-car remotes look like cell phones now — or maybe there’s an app to control a toy car from a phone, original remote not needed.
All pics of surviving, exploded bomb parts (they don’t say which pics belong to which bomb) show toy-car batteries not cell phone components. Except for one burned circuit board other parts are dented but no traces of burning, charring or smoke. That may be normal. Bomb expert could advise.
There’s a legend — old wives’ tale maybe — the safest place to be when a crate of dynamite accidentally exploded was on top of the crate. The blast went outward. Never tried it myself. Steve-O could test on next “Jackass” movie.

Last word was he was sitting up in bed and talking. Last word is likely as unreliable as all prior words we’ve heard.
The conspiracy theorists were concerned for his well being, remarking he was in a Jewish hospital being treated by Jewish doctors. One version even said by Jewish doctors flown in from specially from Israel.
If they told him that, it would scare a confession, plus some other stuff, out of him. Like a captured Jew hearing President Ahmadinejad sent his personal physician to treat him. As for his varying degrees of lucidity during questioning, from what we know of his partying ways, hooking a bong to his oxygen supply would achieve desirable results. It’s well-accepted medical treatment now.
NR26 Apr, 2013 – 4:06 pm What already???????????????!!!!!!!!!!!Victims of gunshot with head injuries appear to recover FAST these days.
These hospitals in Boston and Grenoble obviously use Woodoo or their doctors are Aliens.
A gun shot into his throat but only 5 days later he is being released from hospital and moved into a regular jail.
Zainab had a gun shot in her shoulder and critical head injuries and surgery, but only 5 days later she was transported into the UK and handed over to a foster family.
The media are talking BS and they dont even realise that. Has the world become really such stupid already? Where’s the sanity of our minds?
I would not even recover that quickly if I had a flu.
Interesting new facts:
Uncle Ruslan Tsarni was married with Samantha Ankara Fuller, daughter of this guy listed below:(what do you think of this find?)
He served 20 years as an operations officer in the CIA. Assignments include postings in: Germany, Turkey, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, North Yemen, Afghanistan, and Hong Kong.[10] In 1982, the CIA appointed him National Intelligence Officer for Near East and South Asia,.[11] In 1986, the CIA appointed him vice-chairman of the National Intelligence Council
In 1987, Fuller was identified as the author of a 1985 study that according to the New York Times was “instrumental” in the decision of the Reagan Administration to secretly contact leaders in Iran and “eventually led to the covert sale of United States weapons to Teheran in what became the Iran-Contra Affair

What if Islam had never existed? To some, it’s a comforting thought: No clash of civilizations, no holy wars, no terrorists. Would Christianity have taken over the world? Would the Middle East be a peaceful beacon of democracy? Would 9/11 have happened? In fact, remove Islam from the path of history, and the world ends up exactly where it is today.

I believe that this is a breakthrough for the “jason bourne” patsy identity of those two poor boys and it explains why Tamerlan was phoning his uncle Ruslan while the police was hunting them with guns and that he said ” uncle please excuse what my (mothers) family (suleimanov) has done, please help us. WE are innocent!”.
Tamerlan had not contacted his CIA uncle for years before this sudden phone call.
This is getting better than a movie script!

This is primarily UK Facebook censorship, internal Facebook clean-teams:
“Censoring political satire is a very dangerous game for Facebook to be playing and – even if it turns out to have been a mistake – automatically blocking links to website on the word of someone working in a government department is a real threat to freedom of expression and speech.”

Misc. Comments:
1: Tamerlan’s behavior might be explained by steroid use. Not that uncommon in boxing:
“Mood Swings – we have all heard about “Roid Rage.” (This can lead to uncontrollable aggression, a feeling of invincibility- just an increasingly nasty person who is impossible to deal with. They can actually become psychotic).”

2: “The US attorney in the Boston bombing case is the same one who helped lead Aaron Swartz to suicide.”
3: “New Hampshire State Rep. Stella Tremblay is calling for answers about whether the American government was involved in detonating explosives at the Boston Marathon last week and states she cannot rule out the government was involved in the bombings.”
@ Tim V: Yes, surely with all the video footage of the Boston bombers, someone could calculate how far away they were when the bombs went off. They must have a very good idea of what method was used for detonation. Did they — or someone — set off the bombs with one of those MP3-type detonators? It is most odd that they chose a brand of battery used by the military for the detonator. It is most odd that one of them wore a niche-market hoody that could point investigators in the direction of audio equipment, and batteries, rather than something more generic. It is most odd that the French ambassador turned up 10 days later in Jacksonville, Florida at French-owned SAFT battery manufacturing facility for a publicity appearance. It is most odd that at least one of the batteries produced by that company falls under the Tenergy brand, which is the kind used in the Boston bomb detonator(s). It is most odd that the manufacturing page of Tenergy’s website is no longer available.
It is also odd that the SAFT company produces batteries for airplanes, and that one of the recent battery fires in aviation news occurred in Boston.
It is also odd that just as the dust is settling on all this, someone found part of a Boeing landing gear near the 9/11 crash site, and near a mosque that is being built.

“The brothers, armed with handguns and a rifle, also lobbed explosive devices, some resembling crude grenades… Police believe they had at least six bombs, three of which exploded… One was a pressure cooker bomb similar to a device used in the marathon bombing…”
Tamerlan began walking towards the officers, shooting as he approached. Then, a few feet from the officers, his ammunition ran out… He was tackled by the officers, who attempted to handcuff him in the street. Meanwhile, Dzhokhar had gotten back into a car and raced towards the group.”
“One of them yells, ‘Look out!’, and here comes the black SUV, the carjacked car, directly at them… The officers were able to dive out of the way. Tamerlan was not. He was hit by his brother’s car and dragged a short way down the street…”

Standard police PR scripts. UK = “Nothing suspicious here.” Boston = “Fierce gunbattle, 200 rounds exchanged.”
Three versions of Tamerlan run over: 1 — by his cold-blooded brother escaping. 2 — by police pursuing brother. 3 – by no one at all.
Neighbor has pics/vids of gunbattle. Doesn’t prove either theory. Don’t believe it shows cooker exploding.
Pic of dead Tamerlane. Gory. NSAL (NotSafeAfterLunch) for the queasy. Doesn’t prove much except to ER experts or pathologist. The big tastefully blurred blurred area is where ER Doc say they opened chest and used retractors. Sais Tamerlan had a massive number of injuries and was in cardiac arrest. Upper torso doesn’t appear run over. Lower not shown.
You can see why mom says it’s not blood but paint. Looks like Mercurochrome or something. What looks like circuit board remains on right-arm. Head rests on what looks like wicker-basket containing belongings.
During frantic ID hunt media said ears were as good as fingerprints. Dead Tamerlan’s ears look nothing like live Tamerlan’s ears, but do match mis-identified Mike M., but I’ve forgotten what happens to ears after death and if they go floppy. If true, we’d have a tripleganger.
