The mainstream media for the most part has moved on. But there are a few more gleanings to be had, of perhaps the most interesting comes from the Daily Mirror, which labels al-Hilli an extremist on the grounds that he was against the war in Iraq, disapproved of the behaviour of Israel and had doubts over 9/11 – which makes a great deal of the population “extremist”. But the Mirror has the only mainstream mention I can find of the possibility that Mossad carried out the killings. Given Mr al-Hilli’s profession, the fact he is a Shia, the fact he had visited Iran, and the fact that Israel heas been assassinating scientists connected to Iran’s nuclear programme, this has to be a possibility. There are of course other possibilities, but to ignore that one is ludicrous.
Which leads me to the argument of Daily Mail crime reporter, Stephen Wright, that the French police should concentrate on the idea that this was a killing by a random Alpine madman or racist bigot. Perfectly possible, of course, and the anti-Muslim killings in Marseille might be as much a precedent as Mossad killings of scientists. But why the lone madman idea should be the preferred investigation, Mr Wright does not explain. What I did find interesting from a man who has visited many crime scenes are his repeated insinuations that the French authorities are not really trying very hard to find who the killers were, for example:
the crime scene would have been sealed off for a minimum of seven to ten days, to allow detailed forensic searches for DNA, fibres, tyre marks and shoe prints to take place.
Nearby bushes and vegetation would have been searched for any discarded food and cigarette butts left by the killer, not to mention the murder weapon.
But from what I saw at the end of last week, no such searches had taken place and potentially vital evidence could have been missed. House to house inquiries in the local area had yet to be completed and police had not made specific public appeals for information about the crime. No reward had been put up for information about the shootings.
Behind the scenes, what other short cuts have been taken? Have police seized data identifying all mobile phones being used in the vicinity of the murders that day?
The idea that the French authorities – who are quite as capable as any other of solving cases – are not really trying very hard is an interesting one.
Which leads me to this part of a remarkable article from the Daily Telegraph, which if true points us back towards a hit squad and discounts the ides that there was only one gun:
Claims that only one gun was used to kill everybody is likely to be disproved by full ballistics test results which are out in October.
While the 25 spent bullet cartridges found at the scene are all of the same kind, they could in fact have come from a number of weapons of the same make.
This throws up the possibility of a well-equipped, highly-trained gang circling the car and then opening fire.
Both children were left alive by the killers, who had clinically pumped bullets into everybody else, including five into Mr Mollier.
Zainab was found staggering around outside the car by Brett Martin, a British former RAF serviceman who cycled by moments after the attack, but he saw nobody except the schoolgirl.
Her sister, Zeena, was found unscathed and hiding in the car eight hours later.
Both sisters are now back in Britain, and are believed to have been reunited at a secret location near London.
There are of course a number of hit squad options, both governmental and private, which might well involve iraqi or Iranian interests – on both of which the mainstream media have been very happy to speculate while almost unanimously ignoring Israel.
But what interests me is why the Daily Telegraph choose, in the face of all the evidence, to minimise the horrific nature of the attack by stating that “Both children were left alive by the killers”? Zainab was not left alive by design, she was shot in the chest and her skull was stove in, which presumably was a pretty serious attempt to kill a seven year-old child. The other girl might very well have succeeded in hiding from the killers under her mother’s skirts, as she hid from the first rescuers, and then for eight hours from the police.
The Telegraph article claims to be informed by sources close to the investigation. So they believe it was a group of people, and feel motivated to absolve those people from child-killing. Now what could the Daily Telegraph be thinking?

Intetesting stuff on Collier:
He lived just outside Teele Square and had some involvement in local politics, having volunteered on Ward 7 alderman Bob Trane’s re-election campaign. Before joining the MIT force, he worked as a civilian for the Somerville Police Department, working on the department’s website and he helping to maintain it even after joining the MIT force. Collier also helped establish the website for the Somerville Youth Development and Boxing Club, the same club that the Associated Press reports Tamerlan Tsarnaev once trained at.
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. (AP) — Slain Massachusetts Institute of Technology police officer Sean Collier enjoyed climbing snowy mountains, training young boxers and playing kickball on a team called Kickhopopotamus
Collier climbed snowy peaks like Mount Washington in New Hampshire with the MIT Outing Club, where members knew him for his enthusiasm and his habit of bringing pepperoni as a trail snack. He helped teach the younger boxers at The Somerville Youth Development & Boxing Club, said trainer Bod Covino. And Collier played in a kickball league on Sunday afternoons with the Kickhopopotamus.”He participated in our national kickball competition in Las Vegas with his team and was certainly a kickball lover at heart,” Priscilla Vega, a spokeswoman for WAKA Kickball & Social Sports, said in an email

On US Sunday TV all across politics, left and right, it’s agreed Obama must “do something” about Syria. What? Nobody knows. Why? Nobody knows. Except Obama drew red line in sand, and if he doesn’t do “something” others will no longer fear and respect US. Like North Korea.

I read the afghan CIA bribery before. Not really surprising, isnt it?
The same happened in Iraq, Syria and everywhere else.
Lawrence of Arabia was the first bribery expert and a big traitor and liar on the other side. All the Middle East problems we are having today were basically generated by the liar and bribery master Lawrence of Arabia.
In the NYT article, however, i saw one significant sentence:
“He is an enemy of the FBI and a hero to the CIA”
“Several days after the blast, investigators discovered the plant was storing 1,350 times the amount of ammonium nitrate required for oversight by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Fertilizer plants and depots must report to the DHS when their inventory of the substance reaches 400 pounds or more.
“We’ve known since the early 1900s when we first began manufacturing nitrogen fertilizer that ammonium nitrate is, potentially speaking, a very combustible substance, used in the first bombing of the World Trade Center in 1993, the Oklahoma City Bombing in 1995 and in the improvised explosive devices (IEDs) used to kill to many people in Iraq, Afghanistan and other regions of the world,” Mitchell says.
“If this is true and the plant stockpiled this much ammonium nitrate, it certainly could account for the huge fireball seen 40 miles away and the earthquake-like jolt that was strong enough to register on the Richter scale,” Mitchell says.”
http://southeastfarmpress.com/cotton/texas-explosion-causing-unfounded-fears-fertilizer-transportation-storage-and-use?page=2
“However, anhydrous ammonia-related emergencies are more commonly associated with transportation accidents, such as train derailments or highway incidents involving tanker trucks, in which toxic amounts of ammonia gas are released into the air, sometimes forcing the evacuation of entire sections of a city or town.”

14 days after the bombings, the authorities finally inspect alleged bomber’s widow’s parent’s home in Rhode Island. Pics of evidence team (no bunny suits) removing boxes, including one marked DNA, according to CNN.
Even CNN lightly mused upon the unseemly delay, and had no knowledge if the widow has actually been formally interrogated, but can only assume she has.
The Chevaline murders was on Crime Watch apparently and I missed it even though I was on my bike. I’m told it’s definitely a dark BMW X3! If it’s on the BBC it must be true.

Gone west.
“One week later, the fires are out, most of the funerals have been held, but major questions remain unanswered. A team of up to 70 investigators is probing the source of the explosion. Reuters reported last Saturday that the plant had on site 2,700 tons of ammonium nitrate. This is 1,350 times the amount that would require a facility to self-report its stockpile to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).” http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/2013/apr/25/west-texas-explosion-deadly-profit-safety
The question is, was the explosion part and parcel of a planned event, of which Boston was only a part, or just an “accident”? It’s certainly been eclipsed.

29 Apr, 2013 – 11:43 pm “Police want to speak to the owner of a right-hand drive 4×4, possibly a grey or black BMW X5.”
This is now the British Police. The first time they have wanted to speak to anyone about anything, publically at least.
“Police are looking for a 4×4 vehicle, possibly a grey, black or dark coloured BMW X5, was being driven on the Combre d’Ire Road, Chevaline at around 3.20pm on September 5.
“At around 2.20” So is this the vehicle that WBM said he saw, variously reported to have passed himgoing up and coming down, about which he could remember virtually nothing? The vehicle that was first announced was likely a Mitsubishi Pajero that then turned into a Forestry vehicle that had been traced and had nothing to do with the event? If not the vehicle reported by WBM the statement must mean someone else saw that vehicle on the Combe d’Ire. (It is too specific to be other) We the public know of no-one else who reported a BMW X5. Maybe we could have greater confidence in the appeal if the police were to explain WHY they think it was a BMW X5 and the further significance of it being a RHD car and the time of 3.20 which if the other times are accurate, must mean at that time it was on its way TOWARDS Martinet and therefore PRIOR to the killings. It would also mean the vehicle had to come back down (unless unlikely it didn’t). So like so much else in this bizarre case, it raises far more questions than it answers.
Thanks Tim. It also means that our good friend WBM must have seen a good deal more than he let on in his interview, as was clear from his body language at the time. He must have seen both the make and model (more or less) of the car, and the fact that it was RHD, which means he must have (dun dun daaahh) actually seen INTO the driving compartment, at least to have seen a steering wheel if not in fact the face of the driver. If he did see the face of the driver then it’s no wonder WBM had brown trousers about letting on.
I think they’ve made a mistake with the amount, Tim. The other articles quote 270 tons.
http://www.reuters.com/article/2013/04/20/us-usa-explosion-regulation-idUSBRE93J09N20130420
“Over the last seven years, according to reports West Fertilizer filed, 2012 was the only time the company stored ammonium nitrate at the facility.
It reported having 270 tons on site.
“That’s just a god awful amount of ammonium nitrate,” said Bryan Haywood, the owner of a hazardous chemical consulting firm in Milford, Ohio….He said he found several items that should have triggered the attention of local emergency planning authorities – most notably the sudden appearance of a large amount of ammonium nitrate in 2012.
“As a former HAZMAT coordinator, that would have been a red flag for me,” said Haywood, referring to hazardous materials.””

Could it be the people from Manx, who said they passed by the murder site before the killings and had returned to the same campground used by the al Hillis? Or the people from Norfolk that knew the al Hillis from the previous year?
Could X have mistaken SAHs BMW for the dark BMW in question?
Off-topic again. Boston: The left-side media, CNN, displayed some unexpected, subtle racism. After asking if alleged bombers’ mom could be charged as an accessory (taken out by a drone strike, though they didn’t say that) they defended widow Tsarnaev vigorously. If by chance DNA was hers there are innocent explanations. She and her family knew nothing, according to her lawyer. She was under the spell of Tamerlan.
CNN learned she was finally interviewed for a whole 90 minutes by authorities in the comfort of her lawyer’s office. Did the widow Oswald get that treatment?
Maximum rage in US now directed towards mom, who knows nothing of PR. Less rage toward surviving son. When President Obama sees polling on this, expect Seal Team Six sent to Dagestan. Prez and Sec Kerry watching in SitRoom. Two more Hollywood movies. Will they give her a proper Muslim burial at sea?
@ Bluebird. You may have the “right” Misha. A few of the press doubt the one in Rhode Island is the one originally named. Maybe a reporter tugged on his red beard and it came off.
Boston is full of coincidences. This is the guy who worked something on Jeff Bauman’s legs while there was still fog immediately after the blast.
His name is Christian Williams.
On his website he says: “I can make people belief”
On his website friends are saying that his fingers were degloved by the explosion. He hss no skin at sll on his fingers. He still managed to work something on Jeff’s legs. This guy is awesome. A real hero.
Whatever we hear from such events: Coincidence is everywhere. Particularly when they want to make us belief ….

I had different Russian sources who told me that this Misha is Misha Pozhininsky. Also of what we had heard before about “Misha having been depressive and suicidal” in the USA, fits exactly to Pozhininsky.
I can only cite my sources, however, of course this Misha could have been another one, too. However, logic points straight towards Misha Pozhininsky.

Thanks for that Pink
30 Apr, 2013 – 6:17 am. Hardly a feast was it? just ONE vehicle and the kids are doing well. WOW! Is that the total advance after a team of up to eighty detectives plus all the resources of French and British forensic and communications expertise have been applied for nearly EIGHT MONTHS?
Another item on the programme (I didn’t watch it) apparently flags up how (I think) a mobile phone gave details of movements over a protracted period. So we can be quite sure the police know of all the movements of the Al Hillis before the event, and indeed whether both mobiles found in the car had the same trail. The same goes for SM, and for WBM and PD both before AND after the massacre. The police therefore can have no doubt about timings so why do they still give the impression of doubt?
This says nothing of what they must know about the general telephonic traffic and the intelligence this must have afforded. There is nothing in the Crimewatch Appeal to instil any confidence in the British side of the investigation sadly – the credibility of the French one having been irretrievably lost already.
Just one final observation on the programme: Matthew Amroliwala stated that the vehicle was seen about 20 minutes before the murder took place. Note how this differs from the written report above, which states “about 3.20 pm”. If both can be taken as trustworthy (and my god they have had enough time to get it right) we must conclude they have fixed the murder to 3.40pm. As we know (or have been told) that there was no-one on that route, apart from the victims, but WBM and a forestry vehicle (PD swears he saw neither vehicles or people) then only those two could conceivably be the source of the description.
The first serious question then must be why it has taken almost eight months for a public appeal to be made on Crimewatch, presented almost as a scoop – though we know a BMW x5 was mentioned some weeks ago – and why a completely different make, model and distinctive L or RHD was allowed to circulate, when the BMW X5 must have been known from the first, as the only two available sources were the “heroic” WBM and “innocent” crew of the forestry vehicle? Finally if the French are holding to the Forestry vehicle story, it must have passed the BMW X5 at least once on a narrow access road. Both professional training and manoeuvre would have guaranteed detailed information from the first.
As usual this is a mishmash of indecipherable half-truth and nonsense that has marked the case from the beginning and it is sad to see the British police are apparently signed up to it.
