Corruption Welcome in London 739

The FBI had somebody wearing a wire at the London Olympics to capture the FIFA corruption taking place in the margins. What were the British authorities doing? Nothing.

Britain prides itself as having in London the world’s leading financial centre. Substantial assets, both financial and real estate, from FIFA corruption are located in London. But Britain has taken over the crown from Switzerland as the major financial destination which will always protect ill-gotten wealth.

Alisher Usmanov played a major role as bagman for the corrupt Russian World Cup bid, particularly with delegates from FIFA’s Asian Confederation. His place as Britain’s third richest resident is very obviously based on extreme Russian corruption and he rose to power and wealth solely with the use of gangster muscle and contacts he gained and expanded while serving a prison sentence for blackmail. But he is a billionaire and beloved by the City of London so there is no danger of him ever being investigated in the UK.

That a key figure in FIFA corruption over Russia’s World Cup bid, is undisturbed in his large shareholding in Arsenal FC, says everything about the complicity of the British establishment.

Usmanov’s friend Gulnara Karimova is a startling example. She is now under formal investigation in Switzerland, France, Sweden and the Netherlands over the glaringly corrupt origins of her billions. Only a fake house arrest by her father has prevented her real arrest. Yet in the UK, where she has three homes including one in the No.1 Hyde Park criminals’ hangout, where she shops regularly and her son is at university, there is no move against her whatsoever.

I am delighted to see the moves against FIFA. But to me they illustrate very plainly what a corrupt stinking hole London has become.

    Fedup:

I know the US runs and funds IS, but surely the technical details of Islamic Theology are not being produced by the CIA. Sorry.

One part of it is. So your link about Hinckley Point and the Severn Estuary having the highest rates of childhood Leukaemia?

A respected oncologist who I met in circumstances that I wouldn’t wish to repeat. There were 3 nuclear power stations along the Severn Estuary all near to significant population centres.

” a video received from Yemen, believed to be taken May 20, 2015 ”

It’s a direct hit on an arms dump and the white flashes are exploding ammunition. It’s too small to be a nuclear explosion and anyway why drop an atomic weapon on a barren hillside?

The same event from a different angle.

Of course I appreciate that none of the above will stop you believing that the evil Israelis are dropping neutron bombs on Yemen from disguised F-16s even if you have not the slightest bit of evidence.

    @Habbabkux yesterday
it is good to see that you at least do not see Amnesty International as an agent in the pay of the Satanic USA…. 🙂

Habakkuk, As one of the many NSA truth-tellers/whistleblowers mentioned: when we are subverting a system, and we meet a person with integrity who says “No” to our requests, we simply recruit him!

The ‘recruiting’ obviously encompasses: Bribes (like Blatter), Kompromat, kidnapping of grandmother/threats against children, provision of pre-teens (elm-guest house) etc.

As to whether I suspect some members of Amnesty International to be ‘agents of influence for the USA’, the answer must be YES. I equally believe that some, more perhaps, will have been recruited by the “KGB”

I don’t consider the USA to be satanic, they are a sovereign nation and do what they need to do for their own national needs. Britain last had a war against the American colonies nearly 230 years ago.

One little follow-up question follows, and I’m sure you’re the right person to answer this Habby, when key individuals in UK’s civil society, political and economic infrastructure are ‘recruited’ to become Agents Of Influence for a foreign power, irrespective of which foreign power – shouldn’t a UK counter-intelligence/counter-espionage organisation such as the Security Service do something about this?

The JIC (joint intelligence committee) is supposed to holistically protect British Parliamentary Democracy, but speaking as a relatively naïve outsider, after a few years following the issues, even I can name a bunch of UK nationals who have become agents for foreign powers. Satanic, no – but worrying, Yes.

Kempe: is it therefore safe, as it is ‘closed’? Why isn’t Britain training nuclear engineers?

    Dounreay.

The Scottish Environment Protection Agency (Sepa) has been informed of the discovery at Sandside.
Initial tests suggest it contained between one a two million becquerels (Bq) of radiation – at least twice as “hot” as a particle found in 2007.

Additional monitoring is now being carried out at the beach.
The particles are linked to the reprocessing of nuclear fuel rods at Dounreay during the 1960s and 1970s, when they were flushed into the sea through the plant’s liquid discharge pipe.
The particle, which was found on 14 February, was the 208th to be recovered from the beach by contractors.

Dounreay Site Restoration Limited (DSRL) said further analysis may confirm the find as “significant”. If so, it would be the first particle from Sandside to be given that classification.
Initial tests estimated that an isotope called Strontium-90 in the particle had a radioactivity of between one and two million Bq.
The most active particle found at Sandside so far was the one discovered in 2007 with a reading of 500,000 Bq.

from BBC news 20th February 2012

The highly-active Strontium particles are , thankfully, short half-life, just decades, but I think there will be consequential dead Seagulls in Caithness for millennia.

Frank Gardner has had a tough life, being wheelchaired by an angry anti-Western Saudi mob while reporting as a journalist. This morning on the Today programme he politely stated that Islamic State isn’t a problem because it is Islamic, but because it is beyond the bounds of what is Islamic behaviour. That must cost him a lot personally to say that.

But his job at the BBC is to talk tripe. The chief talker of tripe on the matter of Islamic State, John Kerry, failed to see a kerb and smashed his thigh-bone near his artificial hip. This short-sightedness by Obama’s main agent in Europe and the Middle East should worry us deeply. Islamic state is a creation of USUKIS Inc.

12 years ago my contact in the CIA told me they were going to give us a caliphate.
It is a USUKIS Inc colonial caliphate to gain total hegemony in the Middle East using their mercenaries Al Queenida, Al Cuntida (Israel) and Al CIAda. The ultimate purpose is to train a new generation of the Al Qaida list in the out of control states of Libya and Syria. War can be waged, with USUKIS military support against a completely defenceless population. Make no mistake, this is USUKIS Muslim on real Muslim fighting. It is purely political and mercenary. It is not jihad.

The Deobandi mosques in the UK, working hand in hand with MI5/6, supply soft western Muslim kids to do their jihadi strut in Syria. This is no radicalisation of Muslim youth, this is prostitution. A package is arranged whereby these guys’ family members are put on full benefit support, larger than what you can earn doing work. Saudi and Qatar pay wages for this dogmatic uprooting of Syrian intelligent Islam by Takfiri greedy donkey recruits.

I don’t know what goes on in the other mosques because I despise their Takfiri beliefs and I try to avoid them.

Frank Gardner is talking bollocks of the elitest order when he says that Islamic state’s ideology has attracted Muslim youth. There is obviously a hardcore in Islamic state who do suicide bombings and executions. But the UK and European recruits are being trained for future missions, weaned from the luxuries of Western life. They are being prepared for a pseudo-ideological battle with Russia and its former Muslim colonies. Wars and genocides are planned for years ahead.

The battle is entirely colonial and political, thousands of brain-washed fascist Muslims supported by thousands of Islamophobic UK troops.

People, I am telling you the truth. Here on this blog you see the daily activities of the paid trolls playing with words to confuse you. Any Radical Islam would fundamentally oppose colonial, political mercenary war on Muslim populations. What Frank Gardner calls radicalisation is in fact bribery and corruption by the West and its Middle Eastern oil-rich allies who are scared of their sheltered lives falling apart.

Let me repeat it. Islamic State is wholly owned and controlled by this reactionary, neo-con, neo-fascist, capitalist robber gang of USUKIS + Europe and AUS/CAN trash. You are the radicals who risk your lives to contribute your witness of truth on this blog. Al Queenida are not radicals. They murder and oppress Muslims for dosh for USUKIS hegemony.

Nor are they going away. So if you’re planning to live to your 80s as I am, you’re in for another 20 years of murder and illegal war culminating in a showdown with China. By that time it will be obvious to all that China is morally the winner and Frank Garbage Gardner, his wheelchair and his USUKIS propaganda will be on the garbage tip.

So far the populations of both China and Russia have vast areas of dogged Muslim belief, while the populations of Europe and the US have only a handful of Muslims. Are we really so naive as to believe that the spoilt Western Muslims have something to teach the Uighers and Usbeks who have retained their faith through progroms and persecutions. I don’t think so. They plan, but God also plans, and God is the best of planners.
The wee might be about to blow back in USUKIS’ face.

What terrible news about Charles Kennedy. The last truly popular LibDem leader, I feel, removed not just because of personal problems but because he stood squarely in the path of the Orange Book free marketeers who have wrecked the party, as they have wrecked Labour. But hey, the world must be made safe for Big Business, and who cares about those crushed by its advance.

“Where did I say there was “no useful function” that can be performed by an agent of the state???
But finding out where a person lives or works is NOT one of them. And you might apologise for contradicting me.”

Some hope. It’s like watching a swan surrounded by city traders.

What a romantic image. More like a city trader* trying to get a grip on a greased and furious cat, if you ask me.

The cat was successful in having an argument essentially about nothing over half a page or so of the blog. Check the conversation back.

    * I don’t accept the analogy, obviously.

@Giyane, well you may or may not be making all that stuff up about constant/total-war against the official enemy, hmm, good meme – there might be a book or film plot that someone could write on that theme?

as to whether Daesh/IS/ISIL is created/supported by the west, there is much evidence on this – from the secret Turkish convoys, the secret American Benghazi smuggling of Libyan ordinance, the secret Israeli meetings with the Al-nusra front, but of course – all of these might have been secret meetings seeking to reign in the disaster post failure of the Blair/Bush Second Gulf War. Remember that Saddam was a mad ass dictator, but he was OUR mad ass dictator, until he suddenly wasn’t. Then we had the ‘illegal’ war, which basically handed control of the regions to IRAN. Some fuck-up, cost trillions, got wrong result!

I suppose Daesh is the Wahhabi/Sunni counter-balance “Plan B” to defeat IRAN on the former territory of IRAQ, western supported obviously. Saudi Arabiaas the Disneyland guardian of the holy sites is never wrong! tho’ I always suspected that Frank was hit by the Saudis themselves.

As for influence on the 5% of the UK population who align themselves with the greater Islamic tribe, there is a whole spectrum of opinions concerning Daesh, as you would expect. Sources of influence go much further than just the main media propaganda. Family networks and foreign news media feature widely. It’s not monochrome. I’m not yet convinced either way.

For another wacky example, BBC keep mentioning the mad ass dictator of Syria barrel-bombing his own population with chemicals, evil stuff. When asked what is the evidence? Answer comes back that the barrel was dropped at night from a helicopter, and only Assad has helicopters, ergo INVADE/regime-change etc., as you pointed out Giyane, there have recently been cases in Yemen of Israeli jets painted to look like Saudi jets. Does Israel have Helicopters? Does Turkey or KSA have them?

increasingly, national Security protects us from IS/Daesh, or does national Security Theatre protect us from IS/Daesh Theatre? Sixty-seven out of seventy failed!

“The ultimate purpose is to train a new generation of the Al Qaida list in the out of control states of Libya and Syria.” You should have added here Giyane “which we created.”

Your comment contains a lot of sense. Not sure about the zealously-faithful Muslim population of China. Faith is important to many but I do not see Islam as being more important than the others. Zealots are the worst of all religious pratitioners. I have not seen many zealots among Muslims I have met. But they live in the west. I see quite a lot of proselytising sites on line, especially in Africa and Pakistan. Uzbekistan is not part of Russia. And Russia is far from being Islamic.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Religion_in_Russia

Chinese ancient religions Tao and Shintoism are major there with Buddhism and Islam having their own pockets.

As to the showdown with China I think, if there is no nuclear war, it will not be with China but with BRICS countries. (It could start very soon if Greece aggrees to join BRICS.) With Brazil and South Africa I should think that Bloc would have an overwhelming Christian make up.

I agree that the west has engineered hatred among Muslims in the Islamic Middle East and that some young people are ideologically attracted to being involved in this madness. So yes, you’re right. I used to believe in Israel’s right to exist as a state. But with the discriminate and indiscriminate bombing of Palestine together with land-grab everywhere it has negated that right. And if it did test out a nuclear bomb in Yemen that totally removes any right to legitimacy in my opinion. Thanks to Brian for this link.

Ba’al, if that is not a fake site I can make a pretty good assumption of what is going on there with the paragon of freedom and democracy, Qatar. LOL. 🙂

    Thank God it wasn’t Russia!

“More like a city trader* trying to get a grip on a greased and furious cat, if you ask me.”

Why on earth should I be furious? I wasn’t furious. And as for “greased”, you’re the one who kept changing his stance. Not me.

“The cat was successful in having an argument”

Obviously the cat wasn’t arguing with itself …

“essentially about nothing over half a page or so of the blog.”

Half a page is nothing. When there’s a gap in Craig’s posting, there can be utterly useless hot air spewed over as much as ten pages of this blog. And there often is. And it wasn’t over nothing either. If there are people coming here reading or commenting using pseudonyms and thinking they’re anonymous, they need to know otherwise.

You really, really don’t like being told that you’re wrong, do you. Especially when you have to admit it later.

“I know nothing of football, but what the hell is going on here?”

My first thought was that $500k didn’t sound very much. Then, near the end the article, I read this:

“The [Clinton] foundation website also shows that the “State of Qatar” has donated between $1,000,001 to $5,000,000 through 2014”

The Clintons’ business practices have of course raised eyebrows in the past and the number of mysterious deaths amongst erstwhile associates is well over a hundred. All the stuff about Barry Seal and Mena Airport in Arkansas makes fascinating and horrifying reading.

  • Ba'al Zevul

So, was Clinton involved in awarding Qatar the 2020 (if wrong excuse ignorance) World Cup? How? Or was this a backdoor bribe, such as all the other Gulf states and Saudis have paid, for Hilary to facilitate dodgy arms sales?

  • MJ

Gawd knows. If there’s any truth in the Mena Airport story it might just as easily have been a deal to keep the Qatari royal family in nose candy for a week or two.

The Palestinians have been shafted as per usual.

    Professor Mazin Qumsiyeh writes –

‘Israeli FIFA head shakes hands with Rjoub and declares victory

Life here goes on in all its ups and downs. On the down side we noted with dismay how Mr. Jibril Rjoub decided unilaterally to capitulate to the Israeli government and not pursue them in FIFA (Fédération Internationale de Football Association) even though they violate basic human rights including rights of athletes. The capitulation decision was with no democracy, no consulting of people (even our own athletes).

There is an Avaaz campaign to gather signatures to “red card” Mr. Rjoub https://secure.avaaz.org/ar/red_card_rjoub/?rc=fb&pv=61. This is one of a series of setbacks that keep proving that the Oslo process was indeed a second Nakba for us. It created a cadre of benefited elites who for the sake of PR must keep speaking as if they are against the occupation but in practice facilitate and entrench the occupation/colonization.’

The Israeli boot on the throats of the Bedouins

    Early day motion 60

EVICTION OF PALESTINIAN BEDOUIN COMMUNITIES FROM ISRAELI-OCCUPIED WEST BANK
    Session: 2015-16
    Date tabled: 01.06.2015

    Primary sponsor: Morris, Grahame M
    Sponsors: Cryer, John
    Corbyn, Jeremy
    Burgon, Richard
    West, Catherine
    Sharma, Virendra

That this House notes with deep concern that, despite being a clear and egregious violation of the Fourth Geneva Convention, Israel advanced a ‘relocation plan’ that will see 7,000 Palestinian Bedouins and herders, 60 per cent of them children, who currently reside in 46 small residential areas, forcibly transferred and their homes demolished; further notes that, according to the UN Office for the Co-ordination of Humanitarian Affairs, most families have pending home demolition orders, 85 per cent of which lack connection to electricity and water, and that two-thirds of Palestinian communities have experienced extreme settler violence creating a coercive environment that functions as push factors; affirms Article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention, and the International Committee of the Red Cross’s legal interpretation, that mass forcible transfer and forced evictions of protected peoples in occupied territory is prohibited under international humanitarian law and human rights law; reminds the Government of its obligations to ensure that Israel, as an occupying power, abides by its legal obligation to protect the civilian population in the occupied territory and administer it for their benefit; believes that these plans will undermine Palestinian presence in the area, further disconnect Palestinian Jerusalem from the West Bank and disrupt the territorial contiguity of the occupied territory; urges the Government to condemn Israel’s actions and policy as flagrant violations of international law; calls for urgent action to be taken to oppose these policies; and further calls on the Government to pressure the State of Israel to immediately scrap the outrageous relocation plans.

” is it therefore safe, as it is ‘closed’? ”

    Well, safer.

Contrary to popular belief it’s the isotopes with short half-lifes that are the dangerous ones. Because they decay faster they emit more radiation. With a half life of 38.8 years when first released that Strontium 90 particle would’ve been at least twice as radioactive as it is today.

FIFA Names Official Behind $10m Transfer
FIFA denies its secretary general Jerome Valcke is the official behind the payment and names its late finance chief instead.
    14:04, UK,
    02 June 2015

FIFA has admitted it processed a $10m (£6.6m) payment from South Africa to one of its former officials but denied its secretary general was involved.

The organisation said the transfer was approved in 2007 by Julio Grondona, the chairman of its finance committee at the time.

He died last year aged 82 after serving as an executive member for 26 years.

FIFA issued a statement after a report in the New York Times alleged Jerome Valcke was the “high-ranking FIFA official”, mentioned in an indictment filed in New York, who made the transfer.

Football’s governing body said neither Mr Valcke “nor any other member of FIFA’s senior management were involved in the initiation, approval and implementation” of the payment to former vice president Jack Warner.
