Michael Moore took them to Cuba where they were treated free (for his film ‘Sicko’ – I’ve no time for Michael Moore, after the way he used Mark Taylor in ‘Bowling for Columbine’, then didn’t lift a finger of support when Mark was persecuted by Big Pharma and the police).
