Really? No one but every commentator with any knowledge of Afghanistan. Is there not someone in the foreign office staff who might say you will look really stupid if you say that? I’ve been reading for months on various sites that this was what was going to happen. I can’t believe they didn’t know this also so why would Raab say such a thing?
