If the Pont St Esprit incident was an experiment, then there should be evidence of observers or agents, and that seems to be just what Albarelli’s “White House Document” refers to.

As the blogger that Bert linked to pointed out, the official theory of the JFK assassination is that it was a conspiracy. I don’t believe it.

I think LSD is the most plausable explanation for Building 7. It was tripping and just misjudged staying up.
I have no idea if this is true, but I read somewhere that Dr. David Kelly was much more than just a Weapon’s Inspector, but also an Incredibly Talented Scientist, and at the time of his Death The Top World Authority on Biological Weapons of Mass Destruction.
I very much doubt if he committed suicide, but I also don’t think Tony Blair had anything to do with his death, and was as shocked as everyone else. It was a Massive Embarrassment For The British Government, and Probably More of a Warning To The Individuals within The British Government more than anything else.

The CIA drug programmes do have a lot of things about them worth investigating. They ran secret prisons (also in Germany and Japan) maybe throughout the whole of the 50s and into the 60s and adminstered LSD to people in brothels (knowing that the subjects wouldn’t talk about it afterwards) but then the CIA destroyed a lot of its files when the House Select Committees started up in the seventies. That’s where the documents that led to this place in France came from.
Some people have suggested from this that Sirhan Sirhan shot Robert Kennedy under one of these programmes.
And then some people think that all the assassinations that have ever happened have been under the influence of some mind-control substance. On Internet forums they often write; “MKULTRA!” which is the name of one of the programmes.
Thing is giving someone LSD isn’t likely to make anyone remotely capable of assassinating anyone. Still less turn them into pre-programmed killing machines. IMHO.

About 8 years ago, he came out of retirement and played ONE fantastic Gig.
When he was about 20, his band STONEHEAD was on the point of signing a Major Record Deal, or maybe actually had. I forgot the detail – but he did give me his CD and it is really good.
He has got a completely Lovely Girlfriend who is Totally Straight and Runs a Brothel..
But when I see him, which is only about once every few years or so, he is completely Stoned.
I was so delighted to see him a couple of years ago, that I insisted he come back to our home.
His Girlfriend Drove Us Back Home In This Enormous Great Multi Person Carrier. I guess She Does Corporate Entertainment. It looked Brand New.
