Not Forgetting the al-Hillis 22278

The mainstream media for the most part has moved on. But there are a few more gleanings to be had, of perhaps the most interesting comes from the Daily Mirror, which labels al-Hilli an extremist on the grounds that he was against the war in Iraq, disapproved of the behaviour of Israel and had doubts over 9/11 – which makes a great deal of the population “extremist”. But the Mirror has the only mainstream mention I can find of the possibility that Mossad carried out the killings. Given Mr al-Hilli’s profession, the fact he is a Shia, the fact he had visited Iran, and the fact that Israel heas been assassinating scientists connected to Iran’s nuclear programme, this has to be a possibility. There are of course other possibilities, but to ignore that one is ludicrous.

Which leads me to the argument of Daily Mail crime reporter, Stephen Wright, that the French police should concentrate on the idea that this was a killing by a random Alpine madman or racist bigot. Perfectly possible, of course, and the anti-Muslim killings in Marseille might be as much a precedent as Mossad killings of scientists. But why the lone madman idea should be the preferred investigation, Mr Wright does not explain. What I did find interesting from a man who has visited many crime scenes are his repeated insinuations that the French authorities are not really trying very hard to find who the killers were, for example:

the crime scene would have been sealed off for a minimum of seven to ten days, to allow detailed forensic searches for DNA, fibres, tyre marks and shoe prints to take place.
Nearby bushes and vegetation would have been searched for any discarded food and cigarette butts left by the killer, not to mention the murder weapon.
But from what I saw at the end of last week, no such searches had taken place and potentially vital evidence could have been missed. House to house inquiries in the local area had yet to be completed and police had not made specific public appeals for information about the crime. No reward had been put up for information about the shootings.
Behind the scenes, what other short cuts have been taken? Have police seized data identifying all mobile phones being used in the vicinity of the murders that day?

The idea that the French authorities – who are quite as capable as any other of solving cases – are not really trying very hard is an interesting one.

Which leads me to this part of a remarkable article from the Daily Telegraph, which if true points us back towards a hit squad and discounts the ides that there was only one gun:

Claims that only one gun was used to kill everybody is likely to be disproved by full ballistics test results which are out in October.
While the 25 spent bullet cartridges found at the scene are all of the same kind, they could in fact have come from a number of weapons of the same make.
This throws up the possibility of a well-equipped, highly-trained gang circling the car and then opening fire.
Both children were left alive by the killers, who had clinically pumped bullets into everybody else, including five into Mr Mollier.
Zainab was found staggering around outside the car by Brett Martin, a British former RAF serviceman who cycled by moments after the attack, but he saw nobody except the schoolgirl.
Her sister, Zeena, was found unscathed and hiding in the car eight hours later.
Both sisters are now back in Britain, and are believed to have been reunited at a secret location near London.

There are of course a number of hit squad options, both governmental and private, which might well involve iraqi or Iranian interests – on both of which the mainstream media have been very happy to speculate while almost unanimously ignoring Israel.

But what interests me is why the Daily Telegraph choose, in the face of all the evidence, to minimise the horrific nature of the attack by stating that “Both children were left alive by the killers”? Zainab was not left alive by design, she was shot in the chest and her skull was stove in, which presumably was a pretty serious attempt to kill a seven year-old child. The other girl might very well have succeeded in hiding from the killers under her mother’s skirts, as she hid from the first rescuers, and then for eight hours from the police.

The Telegraph article claims to be informed by sources close to the investigation. So they believe it was a group of people, and feel motivated to absolve those people from child-killing. Now what could the Daily Telegraph be thinking?

Will Obama, reverse the visa ban on this man ?
I’d say he has to after all the money he’s been given by the man.

    Shaw again :

“The official DoD report of May 11, 2004, which Auchi has spent four and a half years trying to discredit, encountered cover up efforts within the DoD. These in turn prompted Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld on December 10, 2004 to transfer the case to the Department of Justice to assure the integrity of the continuing investigation. The FBI is still working on the case with the continuing assistance of my office, and Auchi’s US visa to come to the United States was cancelled.”

Even so, Auchi was awarded the Riverside development…….Obama needs him but where are his ‘principles’ this man is a convicted crook in France & Italy, yet the British establishment fall over him too? Four Governments seem to treat him with kid gloves, with only token punishment, why ?

“CHICAGO – One of Britain’s most successful businessmen says he remains bullish on investing in the American economy and wants to complete a proposed $2-billion real estate development near downtown Chicago.”

Straw,I don’t know about those two sites, but the French generally don’t do winter camping so I think that date was probably up before the shooting.

The holiday season is only a matter of a few weeks.

I agree about the campsites. It’s just about three weeks after la rentrée scolaire 2012, 3rd or 4th September this year.

So how about a disaffected youth, wanting to make a big splash at the beginning of the term!? Or a bored grandpa with time on his hands after the kids have gone back to school??

As for Carter Ruck, looks like they failed to silence the Hawai’i Free Press.

Shame on the Guardian, Telegraph and the Times!

    Why didn’t they hire Sidleys??

The Karnabe company website in Lebanon is not “black”.
It just takes ages to load and it is a flash website. You need a flash player to load it. It is worth. It looks like the Onassis wrbsite. Must be a pretty rich family. They could easily pay the $ 350.000 for Susan’s lawsuit order and of course her lawyer when she injured that prominent jewish family with her car in NY in 2007.

Carnaby never suffered of any low money stocks as his father was rich and a former ambassador and closest friend of Rafik Hariri and General Aoun as a Maronite Christian from Lebanon.

As i said before: Carnaby is an al Hilli “twin” with his family having the same political past 100 years plus both families working for CIA since WW2.

Carnaby knew about the 1993 twin tower attack and he knew about 9/11. He was a friend of John O’Neill.

I dont care about Premel. I see what i can see and that is the family, the business and their friends and contacts. Know their family and youll know what they are thinking and doing.

Like the al Hillis, there was no blood found in the car nor on the streets although it was said that he were shot twice in the back. His wife was not allowed to see the dead body and they were not allowed to film the dead body although there is TX law that gives relatives the right to do that.

Does that remind us of al Hilli?

To me the reason is crystal clear. Those CIA agents who were funding jihadists and who are not pro Israel and those who oppose the Iran war and threaten to publish their 9/11 knowledge where they had been involved in one way or another, are being eliminated because they are becoming a threat on national security.

That list of assassinations of anti Israel CIA agents is getting longer as time will come.

Al Hilli was just one of the lot.

    Et al:

Could anybody find out whether Baligant was of Syrian descent? His name is Assyrian. 100%.

Seems that Leon Panetta, like Ehud Barak, will be leaving his Pentagon post when the Obama administration renews itself in January – most surprising, yet still unexplained ones for administrations which are doing so well at the polls.

The answer seems to be the secret arrangement that Panetta worked out with Barak when he visited Tel Aviv at the beginning of August. While they publicly announced their differences on how to deal with Iran’s nuclear ambitions, were they putting the final touches on the covert operation in France which would allegedly prove what Tehran was up to?

Was Barak told that William Hershkovitz had been recruited by Petraeus’s CIA, and would be coming soon to Israel to join a seecret plan to ambush Saad al-Hilli when he met up in France with an alleged Iranian agent?

Was it this information that got Paula Broadwell sending threatening e-mails to Jill Kelley, and she got her FBI friend Fred Humphries to investigate?

Of course, when the apparent plan turned out to be a massive cockup, little wonder that Ehud and Leon would be toast, making their way to the exits while others tried to reduce their similar serious problems to more manageable proportions.

For the meeting between the defense secretaries which tried to divert attention away from what was immediately planned, see this link:

Re Baligant. News reports at the time concentrated on his grandfather (words and pictures).

There was nada about his father.
Maybe deceased. Maybe distressed. Maybe elsewhere ?

As for the current battle within the “CIA”.
    Yes. I agree completely.

There are clearly those that want to protect “America” and there are those that want to protect “their interests”.

I think these battles have happened before…in one form or another. It’s almost “cultural” !

BUT this is clearly different. There is clearly a “divide” happening now. And “some group” who have the upper hand are clearing the decks.

Al Hilli’s time in Dubai and Abu Dhabi is still unknown.
But it is a “melting pot” out there. And I believe that this massacre is somehow related to those days…and those contacts that were known to him.

Only in the future can we estimate the past…and even then it’s murky ! Rockefeller for instance !! et al !

Actually, it was the Guardian, the Observer and the New Statesman!

  • Katie

    Mochyn.

“But after threats from Carter-Ruck, Cohen’s “defamatory” article became one of six Guardian and Observer articles [16]scrubbed from the Internet this April.

“We’ll highlight below another article about Auchi, this one written in 2008 by Andrew Walden. It will explain why you haven’t heard much about Auchi to date. It’s because he has lawyers in Great Britain and the U.S. who, over the years, have…discouraged…writers for both the legacy media and the new media bloggers from even mentioning Auchi.

That includes the Chicago Sun Times and the Chicago Tribune.”

I believe they then went after Wikileaks.

    NR.
I shall come back when I’ve read all the links.

This man is determined to gag all, but how could he gag the son of a fellow member of Saddams party who witnessed all, maybe even involved, living in the UK, who then dies & son finds the papers etc.

Saad said he ‘had important papers to hide’ !

  • Katie

James we heard on camera a neighbour telling us that AH said he had important papers,he also offered to look after them.

Yes NR, lots of new names, but the old ones are there too Bill Ayers, Rahmen,Michelle O, all the old Chicago gang….The name Rexco is now synonymous with A.
Far too much to see one’s way through all that as all wealth is connected or competing & AH was not one of them in wealth, his problem was knowledge for which he was being manipulated by promises into that meeting with Mollier.

As for GDF remember they are now piling pressure on Hollande to reverse the ban on fracking……..posted weeks ago.

    BB,
I still don’t think that’s the reason they were killed, yes the women could easily have been involved with the CIA, but AH was far too loose tongued to be an agent…….. I think.
One can see from many of the names in NR’s link, like the Rothschilds/Soros, why AH would think the Jews were in charge….but I see nothing unusual about that view frankly, historically many feel like that, read the Koran & you can see why without even knowing about Palestine & present day probs.

  • Katie

    Mochyn.
You are all looking for a political reason.
Auchi has building going on in Palestine he is a known sympathiser he & AH belong to a long list of sponsors, but this has nothing to do with the reason NA would want him out of the way.

I suggest they have been ‘friendly’ until the father died, this would explain why he could set up AH for an unnecessary meeting, Mollier just becoming an unfortunate tool in the elimination of AH & co.

NA is known to have Mi5 connections, read more about him on Le Cercle.

  • Katie

So go back to the beginning.

    AH changes the locks .
He takes off at short notice
    He had important papers
    He was afraid.
    He had a stun gun

This to me says he knew ‘someone’ was desperate to get those papers, all the media have now forgotten these things & want to spread misinformation.
With the connection NA has in France & the UK he could do this with ease.

Trying to make out it was Zaid is a joke, lawyers would have all papers for the will was under probate for the last year.

No way can he be exposed because of his funding Obama because it would expose O’s corruption…..exposing NA means he would be shunned across the world including the royals.
Too many people & governments have too much at stake.

  • Katie

Last para of previous comment should read:

“No way can he… NA… be exposed because of his funding of Obama, it would expose O’s corruption…..exposing NA means he would be shunned/ tainted across the world including the royals.
Whilst he can sue for written articles, a document or two with Saddams seal on them could not be denied.

Too many people & governments have too much at stake…..cash,jobs,reputations,empires.

28 Nov, 2012 – 6:01 am Although I can’t really go along with a complicated extraction I think your discussion of several “Agencies” is really useful though. I believe behind the “scenes” this event could have caused shockwaves, particulary, despite assurances of working closely, between the French and British. The British do have specialist and highly secretive assassination capability as do most States most probably. I imagine that part of this dark and fearful art is to make the action as unlike a killing as possible, unless high visibility is part of the objective. My feeling in this case is that both SAH and WBM were/are British assets and the murders were NOT part of the British script. I am not convinced that the French carried out the murders (I am not sure apart from the Rainbow Warrior incident, they are capable) but I do think for some reason they knew and allowed it to take place by a third “agency” and have been prepared to so confuse the subsequent investigation to provide cover-up. So who has capability, motivation and track record? Sunni groups from Iraq might have motivation but is it realistic to believe the French would allow them to operate on their territory? Iran or Syrian backed groups? What would be the purpose? If anything we may imagine Shia states might conceivably benefit from these individuals. Russia/Serbia? The ability and track record but again lacking any obvious motivation. Any other European State – no. North African States are in such melt down it’s highly unlikely they would undertake such a complicated exercise without French knowledge and support, which just not be forthcoming leaving aside any obvious rationale. South Africa’s not a goer is it? So in my book, by a simple process of elimination, only two states remain as possibilities. Both have capability, both have possible motivation (stopping technology to Iran) both have convincing recent modus operandi. Both have close intelligence ties to the French and share general policy objectives. Can anyone come up with a better suggestion?

28 Nov, 2012 – 6:21 am re tarp the rather strange thing is the earlier photo @

    (http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl=http://s0.wat.fr/f/58xjj_480x270_29vq2s.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.wat.tv/video/tuerie-chevaline-ce-que-on-58xjj_2i6xp_.html&h=270&w=480&sz=24&tbnid=z34GTMoaXwtdIM:&tbnh=68&tbnw=120&zoom=1&usg=__nJoxvFh1Hbw8MdTPLBk0t5tK7eU=&docid=uy7XuVdsUG1qlM&hl=en&sa=X&ei=fxy2UJToHKaO0AW-mIFA&sqi=2&ved=0CEAQ9QEwBQ&dur=994)

with forensic in white disposable he appears to be lifting tarp to view with policeman in blue pointing so it looks to me as if theres something under there. Contrast this with the later photo as they are manoeuvring car onto flat loader were there is no sign of tarp or bike which is later seen wrapped on front of loader as it goes past press on 6th september.

In this image @ http://s0.wat.fr/f/58whr_480x270_29ueur.jpg it’s possible to see if you enlarge to max several white coats gathered around the blue tarp.

On this one it looks as if whatever was there has been moved and it might be folded into a small square http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-20373970

When the lorry leaves (pic at http://www.leparisien.fr/faits-divers/en-images-a-chevaline-l-enquete-apres-la-tuerie-06-09-2012-2152926.php?pic=4#infoBulles1) it’s a karki coloured tarp that covers the car so they are not the same.

The video coverage of the lorry leaving from the other side shows what appears to be a wrapped bicycle at the front of the wrapped wrapped car.

    Wonder if Baligant had….

Taken his children “out of school” before the new term.
Lived in a “million pound” house…gifted to him.
Had a Taser Gun at home.
Recently replaced his locks on his house.
    Had a Swiss bank account(s)
Had in the Swiss bank account(s) a few 100’000’s of GBP? USD? EUR?
Had a broken roof rack…that no one talks about.

Then I guess, if a few of those boxes get ticked, I’d agree with the French police.

However “In France, in isolation, unsolved, firearm used” must account for a few hundred cases at least !

    Tim V
Looks to me like they (the police in the picture) are reaching out at for the blue tarp. Maybe they double wrap the car.

And yep…that to me looks like a bike, covered and infront of the BMW on the flat bed.

The thing there is (I need to review other pics) is that bike on the flat bed when the helo over flys ? If not, where is it as they load the flat bed with the BMW ??

A reminder that in the original Operation Mincemeat, “Major William Martin” was already stone cold dead from rat poison when he was dropped in the ocean.

@Straw44berry: Going back to the explosion, the tempered glass of car windows doesn’t break from a sonic boom. Surely the wall of heat from a gas explosion would have caused some melting of car windows so close to the explosion, but there is none.

On another matter, Jill Kelley’s attempted deal with Korea was over coal gas.

  • Q

Another note: the news articles said that the money in Saad al-Hilli’s bank account was untouched. But what about other valuables locked away in a deposit box? This is left unstated.

@NR: Here’s more to add to the story of Sarkozy hiding out in that shack in the Canadian woods:
