Not Forgetting the al-Hillis 22278

The mainstream media for the most part has moved on. But there are a few more gleanings to be had, of perhaps the most interesting comes from the Daily Mirror, which labels al-Hilli an extremist on the grounds that he was against the war in Iraq, disapproved of the behaviour of Israel and had doubts over 9/11 – which makes a great deal of the population “extremist”. But the Mirror has the only mainstream mention I can find of the possibility that Mossad carried out the killings. Given Mr al-Hilli’s profession, the fact he is a Shia, the fact he had visited Iran, and the fact that Israel heas been assassinating scientists connected to Iran’s nuclear programme, this has to be a possibility. There are of course other possibilities, but to ignore that one is ludicrous.

Which leads me to the argument of Daily Mail crime reporter, Stephen Wright, that the French police should concentrate on the idea that this was a killing by a random Alpine madman or racist bigot. Perfectly possible, of course, and the anti-Muslim killings in Marseille might be as much a precedent as Mossad killings of scientists. But why the lone madman idea should be the preferred investigation, Mr Wright does not explain. What I did find interesting from a man who has visited many crime scenes are his repeated insinuations that the French authorities are not really trying very hard to find who the killers were, for example:

the crime scene would have been sealed off for a minimum of seven to ten days, to allow detailed forensic searches for DNA, fibres, tyre marks and shoe prints to take place.
Nearby bushes and vegetation would have been searched for any discarded food and cigarette butts left by the killer, not to mention the murder weapon.
But from what I saw at the end of last week, no such searches had taken place and potentially vital evidence could have been missed. House to house inquiries in the local area had yet to be completed and police had not made specific public appeals for information about the crime. No reward had been put up for information about the shootings.
Behind the scenes, what other short cuts have been taken? Have police seized data identifying all mobile phones being used in the vicinity of the murders that day?

The idea that the French authorities – who are quite as capable as any other of solving cases – are not really trying very hard is an interesting one.

Which leads me to this part of a remarkable article from the Daily Telegraph, which if true points us back towards a hit squad and discounts the ides that there was only one gun:

Claims that only one gun was used to kill everybody is likely to be disproved by full ballistics test results which are out in October.
While the 25 spent bullet cartridges found at the scene are all of the same kind, they could in fact have come from a number of weapons of the same make.
This throws up the possibility of a well-equipped, highly-trained gang circling the car and then opening fire.
Both children were left alive by the killers, who had clinically pumped bullets into everybody else, including five into Mr Mollier.
Zainab was found staggering around outside the car by Brett Martin, a British former RAF serviceman who cycled by moments after the attack, but he saw nobody except the schoolgirl.
Her sister, Zeena, was found unscathed and hiding in the car eight hours later.
Both sisters are now back in Britain, and are believed to have been reunited at a secret location near London.

There are of course a number of hit squad options, both governmental and private, which might well involve iraqi or Iranian interests – on both of which the mainstream media have been very happy to speculate while almost unanimously ignoring Israel.

But what interests me is why the Daily Telegraph choose, in the face of all the evidence, to minimise the horrific nature of the attack by stating that “Both children were left alive by the killers”? Zainab was not left alive by design, she was shot in the chest and her skull was stove in, which presumably was a pretty serious attempt to kill a seven year-old child. The other girl might very well have succeeded in hiding from the killers under her mother’s skirts, as she hid from the first rescuers, and then for eight hours from the police.

The Telegraph article claims to be informed by sources close to the investigation. So they believe it was a group of people, and feel motivated to absolve those people from child-killing. Now what could the Daily Telegraph be thinking?

“Tim: And an interesting “thing” is Ahmadinejad does not talk of “wiping Israel of the map”. That is how the (parts) of the U.S. would have him say.
He DID talk of the “regime”. That is different to “state”. This fact is not often talked about.”

The way Ahmadinejad is popularly portrayed is as a nutter who would risk nuclear annihilation to bring about Islamic End Times – the return of the 2nd Mahdi up out of the well.

And fundamentalist Christians (some of them) are described as supporters of Israel because it’s important to Biblical End Time prophecies, and Israel must be preserved until it completes construction of the 2nd Temple.

The problem, as I recall, was Anders 7777, persisted in posting long, repetitive material here, as a back-up in case Icke was shut down by censors or lawsuits or something. Then complain of unfair treatment when others complained and Jon removed it.

I contend you could start a religion based on the precept that a divine presence created a perfect blue sky, and within years (15 minutes, now with the Internet) it would split into factions claiming there was a touch of cerulean or periwinkle – not exactly #0000FF or 0 0 255 as the Deity intended. Each faction ready to kill the unbelieving, blasphemous others.

“NR, neh, not this Marlin ain’t handlin’ notin’ but the brave (and all too miniscule) opposition to the Brave New World, which is nearly upon us (give or take a decade).”

“Note that one common theme to all “handlers” is that they are a somber lot. Whereas you, NR (for ‘naves and ‘rooks?) are a funny one (and keep it up, please), so entirely above suspicion.”

Agreed on the coming BNW. Third worldism for all, a vast underclass guaranteed (except for the PRNK) of a cabbage or a potato per day, provided they stand in line in the rain for three hours, surveilled by technocrats to keep order.

The only happy note is the uber-elite who create such societies always find themselves living in fear and paranoia. Stalin’s midnight Hollywood movie-musical entertainments, at the conclusion of which one or more or his favoured guests found themselves, on a signal from Beria, escorted to the basement. Beria himself, after Stalin’s death, taken to the basement of the Lubyanka.

Saddam’s after-dinner entertainment, in which he disposed of his close enemies in creative ways. Mao sending the intellectuals to the countryside to shovel pig shit [a good idea IMO at least for a spell now and then]. And so on.

Yes, the handlers are a humourless lot. Excepting at morning coffee break, when reports are compiled of the previous evenings events and the fascinating (and again creative) ways the deeds were done. Funny, even if you don’t know half the real names or who the code name Martin refers to.

This was in the comments to the Daily Mail story on Le Carre that Bluebird linked to above: “Capitalism can be very cruel, but, I will always be grateful for the work of our security services against the Soviets as the track records of Marxist regimes terrify me.”

I generally agree, but I doubt those subject to the excesses of capitalism and its security services, would support the statement.

Can I ask how long it is since you have been to the UK?

I sugeest over 11 years ago, our new registration plate style since 2001 is 2 letters then 2 numbers then 3 letters

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vehicle_registration_plates_of_the_United_Kingdom#Current_system

I think using CTRL & + that the nation code is of course GB as expected.

The regional code BF relates to Birmingham and the 08 means it was registered between 1st March 2008 and 31st August 2008.

@NR thats the title of Sadams book, of Flies Jews and Syrians interesting..
@Tim That was funny.. Marlin a sword fish Schutz a shooter..Millaud allusion to Millieu control of communications Mollier to do with grinding ..(hope not pills with Claire) To me that would be like Iqbal selling nitrous oxide because she worked at dentists office..Criminals used that on a uk family not long ago..to sleep and rob them..
I think maybe..we can do as the ant does as it attacks a long legged quarry..climb up the legs..Maillaud poor man, catching the bullets..he deserves an award for his role..I bet he plays good soccer..He is a shield for Michel Mollin, who is overseeing the hunt for the killers, and Christine de Curraize, also an investigating magistrate. What do we really know of the 2 magistrates..affiliations,sitting on boards..etc..They pull the investigators strings..and call the shots. I think we should find out..or maybe I missed that already..I read several articles on the corruption in France..
On the question of cheese..someone here mentioned..I found somewhere there is a grafitti posted by a separationist Savoite Libre….someone put Tome de in front which means free the Savoite Cheese! hahaha..delightful blog by an aussie ex patriot Wendy…quite a pretty girl..who lives there and writes on her experiences with the French..well worth a visit..unfortunately she says nothing about this matter..still nice to see her perspectives..festivals there..etc.
    http://www.lefrancophoney.com/

Speaking of Expatriates..I remember Blue Bird mentioned that other Sa’ad who worked in Netherlands..for what is now known as AECOM , and major contractor also in Dubai for Iraq projects.as Frederic R Harris.there is a uk branch too…. seemed to disappear..but I remember there seemed to be several people from the Netherlands at that Europa camp..Its coincidence I am sure..

I remember a Documentary where Winston Churchill and Adolf Hitler once crossed paths when very young at some famous restaurant or pub in UK. does not mean they planned WWII..

If possible can I have the link to the paper with fillipe saying no blood on girl..I had seen that first few days.. and lost link..I would appreciate very much..
    Thank you!

    “So, back to Sa’ad !”

I looked at the two pics straw44berry linked above. If what everyone is commenting on are the long, white lines, those are what you get if you run a scraper blade, like a bulldozer, over hard soil. Or what would happen if the rear of the BMW – the bumper or undercarriage – dragged as the front end lifted when it was hoisted onto the lorry.

Then why is that of interest to the press? They take pics with someone pointing to a specific spot.

But that doesn’t look like the location where the loading took place. Another question is the odd angle of the lorry prior to loading the car. Maybe they didn’t want the lorry maneuvering in the crime scene, and positioned it where it is, intending to push or drive the car into position for loading.

There isnt only a Saad al Hilli but there is also a Zaid al Hilli in the Netherlands.
This could be coincidence of course. What makes me mad, however, is the lack of their families. No parents, no grandparents, no nothing. As if they got the al Hilli names only after they had arrived in The Hague. To be honest, their lack of family connections look like as if they both adopted the name “al Hilli” AFTER they had arrived in the Netherlands and thatteir real name of birth is a different name we dont know.
But why did they do that? And why Saad and Zaid but not e.g. Hussein and Ahmed?
As i said: this is the first arab family for whom i cannot even find a single relative. It makes me mad.

  • bluebird

Those are the Dutch Saad and Zaid al Hilli

    http://nl.linkedin.com/pub/sa-ad-al-hilli/2/744/74

    http://nl.linkedin.com/pub/zaid-al-hilli/18/636/829

They have interesting contacts, including 2 sylvain molliers, but i strongly believe that this is all crap.

However, there was a new ali al hilli in those contacts whom i did not know so far. He lives in iraq and is owner of al diwan contracting. Al diwan contracting leads me to that interesting iraqi company of the Taha family.

    http://www.taha-partners.com/tahagroup/page.php?page=diwan

This is an interesting family. They have the same history like Hashim al Hilli. Even in Saddams jail the same time. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were friends.

It is really worth reading their family history.

    http://www.taha-partners.com/tahagroup/page.php?page=family

And finally, look at their clients. The WHO is WHO of american, french and australian military.

    http://www.taha-partners.com/tahagroup/page.php?page=clients

Still in strong believe that the two Dutch al Hillis are no al Hillis but doubles who originally had a different name.

From 2006: “Iraq’s WMD Secreted in Syria, Sada Says”

“Mr. Sada, 65, told the Sun that the pilots of the two airliners that transported the weapons of mass destruction to Syria from Iraq approached him in the middle of 2004, after Saddam was captured by American troops.”

“He declined to disclose their names, saying they are concerned for their safety. But he said they are now employed by other airlines outside Iraq… The pilots told Mr. Sada that two Iraqi Airways Boeings were converted to cargo planes by removing the seats…”

    http://www.nysun.com/foreign/iraqs-wmd-secreted-in-syria-sada-says/26514/

Also, did Saddam not transfer Iraq Airlines passenger planes to his former enemy Iran?

The reason I want people to look closely at these marks is because early on a reporter hi-lighted that they were there and filled in by police whilst we don’t know how they were made it fair to assume it was during or after the attack otherwise they would have just left them as they were, someone has gone to the trouble to cut turf to patch them up ,if its damage caused by police I could understand that if its caused during the attack then thats curious.
If you pause the video you will see an oblong its a bit deceptive as I was looking at the edges and thinking that was the mark but it is a gouge that has been turfed over so you can see the square ends.
Again the cameraman in this video has made a point of showing them.

VIDEO: British holidaymaker on a bike describes what he saw at the scene…

You have to scroll about 3/4 way down the page to it I cant find a direct link , pause at 00.25 and look at the marks on the ground.
    An oblong shape .

Some highlights of the Taha family (they could be twins of al Hilli’s family).

Khair E I Taha married Feb 1990 Ban Y S al Saffar in Kent.

Mohammad I K Taha married Ms O’Brian from Belfast in March 1979.

Fakhri I Taha (born Jan 28 1931) was living in the US consulate in Jerusalem/Israel. He died there in July 3rd 2008.

Perhaps this all is just coincidence, but somehow this reminds me of the al Hillis.

Today there are some Taha family members still in the UK. Most of them, however, live in Tampa area, Indianapolis area, Quebec and Fresno (CA) area today.

I can’t look at video right now, but I noticed a pic half-way down your linked page of a cyclist stopped at the roadblock by police. He has a Vitus racing bike – they have some expensive ones US$3,500+, so people do go up the road on expensive bikes, just to Martinet I’d guess.

James they are not cuts thats what I thought at first its a gouge that has been returfed look at the oblong in the video what you see as cuts are the edges of the turf,

  • Q

I believe the cuts in the ground could have come from a car jack, or the car carrier that was used to remove the al-Hilli vehicle from the site. The vehicle was removed on a car carrier, rather than a dolly, which would have been wider than the vehicle’s own wheels. The ground was wet, according to what has been reported, so this makes a cut in the surface more likely than if the hoists had been used on hard-pack. There are cuts, rather than an indentation.
