Not Forgetting the al-Hillis 22278

The mainstream media for the most part has moved on. But there are a few more gleanings to be had, of perhaps the most interesting comes from the Daily Mirror, which labels al-Hilli an extremist on the grounds that he was against the war in Iraq, disapproved of the behaviour of Israel and had doubts over 9/11 – which makes a great deal of the population “extremist”. But the Mirror has the only mainstream mention I can find of the possibility that Mossad carried out the killings. Given Mr al-Hilli’s profession, the fact he is a Shia, the fact he had visited Iran, and the fact that Israel heas been assassinating scientists connected to Iran’s nuclear programme, this has to be a possibility. There are of course other possibilities, but to ignore that one is ludicrous.

Which leads me to the argument of Daily Mail crime reporter, Stephen Wright, that the French police should concentrate on the idea that this was a killing by a random Alpine madman or racist bigot. Perfectly possible, of course, and the anti-Muslim killings in Marseille might be as much a precedent as Mossad killings of scientists. But why the lone madman idea should be the preferred investigation, Mr Wright does not explain. What I did find interesting from a man who has visited many crime scenes are his repeated insinuations that the French authorities are not really trying very hard to find who the killers were, for example:

the crime scene would have been sealed off for a minimum of seven to ten days, to allow detailed forensic searches for DNA, fibres, tyre marks and shoe prints to take place.
Nearby bushes and vegetation would have been searched for any discarded food and cigarette butts left by the killer, not to mention the murder weapon.
But from what I saw at the end of last week, no such searches had taken place and potentially vital evidence could have been missed. House to house inquiries in the local area had yet to be completed and police had not made specific public appeals for information about the crime. No reward had been put up for information about the shootings.
Behind the scenes, what other short cuts have been taken? Have police seized data identifying all mobile phones being used in the vicinity of the murders that day?

The idea that the French authorities – who are quite as capable as any other of solving cases – are not really trying very hard is an interesting one.

Which leads me to this part of a remarkable article from the Daily Telegraph, which if true points us back towards a hit squad and discounts the ides that there was only one gun:

Claims that only one gun was used to kill everybody is likely to be disproved by full ballistics test results which are out in October.
While the 25 spent bullet cartridges found at the scene are all of the same kind, they could in fact have come from a number of weapons of the same make.
This throws up the possibility of a well-equipped, highly-trained gang circling the car and then opening fire.
Both children were left alive by the killers, who had clinically pumped bullets into everybody else, including five into Mr Mollier.
Zainab was found staggering around outside the car by Brett Martin, a British former RAF serviceman who cycled by moments after the attack, but he saw nobody except the schoolgirl.
Her sister, Zeena, was found unscathed and hiding in the car eight hours later.
Both sisters are now back in Britain, and are believed to have been reunited at a secret location near London.

There are of course a number of hit squad options, both governmental and private, which might well involve iraqi or Iranian interests – on both of which the mainstream media have been very happy to speculate while almost unanimously ignoring Israel.

But what interests me is why the Daily Telegraph choose, in the face of all the evidence, to minimise the horrific nature of the attack by stating that “Both children were left alive by the killers”? Zainab was not left alive by design, she was shot in the chest and her skull was stove in, which presumably was a pretty serious attempt to kill a seven year-old child. The other girl might very well have succeeded in hiding from the killers under her mother’s skirts, as she hid from the first rescuers, and then for eight hours from the police.

The Telegraph article claims to be informed by sources close to the investigation. So they believe it was a group of people, and feel motivated to absolve those people from child-killing. Now what could the Daily Telegraph be thinking?

The John Didier story stinks from start to its end.

    Perhaps this helps.

Annette Creegan does not have a significant history. However, we find another nurse and another Trinity hospital. There is always too much Trinity in our results.
Her story reminds me somehow on Moncy Shirley and her new much younger lover/boyfriend who suddenly arrived in her life from nowhere.

A 13 years old girl must either be very/extremely traumatized (raped?) or else being forced to be quiet if she does not call for help for a period of 7 days. No mobile phone? No internet? No trespassing small boats on that otherwise busy and small river? Today 13 years old girls are almost looking and behaving like adults. there must be drugs or an extreme trauma to make her quiet for such a long time.
    That story stinks.

Dominique Congratulations! one above the hollow of Hell, the wrong way on route, we had to manage with skill and composure. I remember the same place, a solitary trek that ended very badly for one of our clients. At the reflection, it is better to go through Mont Gelas, as had been planned, had he had a companion. Dominique aisni would have left his car and join the Saury valley directly, earning 2 or 3 hours of walking and avoiding the path and half-forgotten hollow disappeared from Hell. IT might even try the path practiced and very little air that reaches the flat bench, pouring Bornette. Dominique left her car at the end of the logging road Horses for pénibement around the mountain trail diverted and not maintained that joined the of Mongelas (Saury). It has reached the cottage of the valley in 3 hours, before continuing through the classic Coal, Rosay, Planay, fountain Fayard and Martinet horse and return to the endless road commbe of Ire. Regarding creegan and john didier:

Those are the twitter accounts of 13/14 years old katie creegan from mitcham (surrey).
The second account she started in november. She’s obviously living with her grandma now. There was an immediate stop of twitter messages between early august and mid september.

3 Feb, 2013 – 9:25 am International arms contracts, even between nations are a highly dangerous business. And who get the falling from window treatment? Not nececessarily those who benefitted but those who knew who did and cannot be trusted to keep silent. Is this the scenario we are looking at here?

“The frigate affair is politically sensitive as doubts still exist on the potential personal benefits indulged in by some high-ranking French officials. Additionally, a number of unusual deaths have been reported.
First, Taiwan Navy Captain Yin Ching-feng was assassinated in 1993, his death becoming a prominent unsolved murder of the 1990s. He was believed to have been about to publicize the payment of bribes in the frigate deal, according to eTaiwan.
Then in October 2000, Thierry Imbot, a former French intelligence agent operating in Taiwan, “fell from a window” of his apartment. He was followed in May 2001 by Jacques Morisson, a Thomson executive that had negotiated the contract, who also “fell from a window” to his death.
Thales announced it would appeal the decision, and use “every means available, in particular filing request of nullity of the decision.” The company knows it could face similar repercussions in a submarine deal made with Pakistan, and wants to avoid setting a legal precedent.” http://www.theepochtimes.com/n2/world/france-taiwan-frigate-deal-34800.html

Creegan: might eldery people who got nursed by mrs. Creegan start speaking about their secrets shortly before they died? Might a woman whose sister had died in a false flag op, try to find the truth?

    News quote regarding 9/11:

The mother of Joanne Creegan, a 32-year-old Dublin woman who was killed in the North Tower of the World Trade on 9/11, has said that she forgives Osama Bin Laden for his crimes and hopes that he will rest in peace.Joanna, from Churchtown, Dublin was working on the 105th floor of the North Tower as PA with Cantor Fitzgerald when the first plane hit. Her sister, Grace, who worked in the South Tower managed to escape.Speaking to the Evening Herald, Mary said “May the Lord have mercy on his soul. We all feel blessed that we hold no hatred…Why perpetuate the poison? Why continue the hatred?…“He must have been burning with hate, he was not a happy man. I wouldn’t like to be in his head.”Joanne had moved to New York with her sister Grace. They bought apartment, just two floors apart, in Brooklyn Heights. The pair were inseparable. They sent each other emails throughout the day and watched TV together at night. In the New York Times “Portraits of Grief”her sister Grace spoke about how difficult it have been for her since her sister’s death. She said “She was an excellent big sister…Sometimes it just hits me that I’ll never see her again. I won’t get to grow old with her.”

When we can’t even trust the guardian for unbiased reporting on Intelligence matters, we have come to a pretty pass. The paper published a truncated version of this letter under the heading of “Assange Allies”.

Letter to the Guardian, 29 January 2013:

    Dear Sir

With regard to the 24 January article in the Guardian entitled “Julian Assange Finds No Allies and Tough Queries in Oxford University Talk,” we question whether the newspaper’s reporter was actually present at the event, since the account contains so many false and misleading statements.

If the Guardian could “find no allies” of Mr. Assange, it did not look very hard! They could be found among the appreciative audience of the packed Oxford Union Debate Hall, and – in case you missed us – in the group seated right at the front of the Hall: the Sam Adams Associates for Integrity in Intelligence.

Many in our group – which, you might be interested to know co-sponsored the event with Oxford Union – had traveled considerable distances at our own expense to confer the 10th annual Sam Adams award to Dr. Thomas Fingar for his work on overseeing the 2007 National Intelligence Estimate that revealed the lack of an Iranian nuclear weaponization program.

Many of us spoke in turn about the need for integrity in intelligence, describing the terrible ethical dilemma that confronts government employees who witness illegal activity including serious threats to public safety and fraud, waste and abuse.

But none of this made it into what was supposed to pass for a news article; neither did any aspect of the acceptance speech delivered by Dr. Fingar. Also, why did the Guardian fail to provide even one salient quote from Mr Assange’s substantial twenty-minute address?

By censoring the contributions of the Sam Adams Associates and the speeches by Dr. Fingar and Mr. Assange, and by focusing exclusively on tawdry and unproven allegations against Mr. Assange, rather than on the importance of exposing war crimes and maintaining integrity in intelligence processes, the Guardian has succeeded in diminishing none but itself.

    Sincerely,

The Sam Adams Associates for Integrity in Intelligence:

Ann Wright (retired Army Colonel and Foreign Service Officer of US State Department), Ray McGovern (retired CIA analyst), Elizabeth Murray (retired CIA analyst), Coleen Rowley (retired FBI agent), Annie Machon (former MI5 intelligence officer), Thomas Drake (former NSA official), Craig Murray (former British Ambassador), David MacMichael (retired CIA analyst), Brady Kiesling (former Foreign Service Officer of US State Department), and Todd Pierce (retired U.S. Army Major, Judge Advocate, Guantanamo Defense Counsel). http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/annie-machon/lies-damned-lies-and-newspaper-reporting_b_2584870.html?utm_hp_ref=uk

So after nearly five months and no less than nearly twelve thousand posts on this thread alone, is there anything we can conclude, particulary in light of the deafening official silence? It is said, silences can be either powerful or impoverished. This one appears both inexplicable and pessimistic – sinister even.

In all those posts, many theories have been floated, even including suggestions that the whole thing was a conceit to conceal the removal of all the partipants. Except not all were “extracted” and it takes a huge leap of imagination to believe so many individuals from multiple agencies and professions could all be part of the deception. Until convincing evidence is provided to the contrary, I believe that four adults were indeed shot dead in the manner described and that two young daughters survived.

But not quite in the manner described. First because there have been so many official descriptions of what happened and second because many of these are either internally inconsistent or do not accord with observable evidence, even though what we the public have access to is severely limited. A heavy pall of secrecy and distortion hang over the case that does not inspire confidence in either the French or British prosecution of it. The problems of evidence have been well rehearsed in this blog so I will not attempt a recapitulation here. Instead I would like to take a look at motivation.

Once we accept that these people were indeed shot from a semi-automatic weapon by at least one individual, the question arises “Why?”. The official suggestions of a robbery gone wrong doesn’t work as there appears to have been no robbery. Over-seeing a drug deal doesn’t work either. They might get violent with police or someone who tried to disrupt the deal, but tourists? It would only have the effect of drawing attention and compounding the crime. Anyway a Forest vehicle was there at the time Maillaud says, and if we account for that one, there simply arn’t enough reported vehicles in the vicinity. A race hate crime? Then why shoot Mollier first? A psychopathic killer who waited in a remote spot to kill anybody who might be there? Then where did he go? How did he get away? Why no public warnings? Why no additional patrols? Why no other similar cases?

So we are left with Maillaud’s rather feeble “lone crazed gunman escaped from a local mental institution”. Why then no reports of missing patients? Such people have long and detailed documentaion and are known to the authorities. Again why no public warnings not to go out alone or at night – although this killing happened of course mid afternoon? Nor do elements of the violence fit, taking control and precision against multiple unrestrained victims and driving (?) off in a perfactly controlled manner? (If the killer escaped on foot, he would surely have been located by the multiple troops and helicopter heat seeking search) And what is the logic of Maillaud promoting this particular theory if he has already stated he believes the murder is based in England or Iraq? The two are quite mutually exclusive. How could hold to the one and promote the other?

    So what have we left?

Warning: Be very careful… if you walk in the Combe d’Ire …
La patrie des bûcherons The land of the loggers (ledauphine.com 2008)
    Chevaline …….
    l’époque gallo-romaine …..
    Depuis le moyen age ….
    Vie religieuse ……
    The forge
The second half of the 19th century is a turning point in the economic history of Chevaline. This rural village, like its neighbors, saw the arrival of many loggers, Piedmontese. In addition to the exploitation of the “black forest” or Combe d’Ire, whose timber was used by ancient industry, a road was provided in 1935. Work lasted twenty years. The drop hammer (martinet) of Mr. Perolaz had been consecrated on September 3rd, 1804. This installed drop hammer (martinet) owed its name to an old hydraulically actuated forging mill. It served as power hammer (marteau-pilon or hammer-pile). The tradition says that this forging mill was supplied by ores (charcoal) transported on the backs of Tarentaise mules, and from Maurienne and undoubtedly from the valley of Belleville for more than two centuries,. Various sharp tools, such as knives like sabres, would have been manufactured there. Of this trip hammer (martinet), there only remains a levelled area, much covered under a thick layer of humus, clinker and of blast-furnace slag.
    The charcoal burners
The rational exploitation of the woodland wealth of the Combe d’Ire and the locality of Martinet, only really started around 1860. At this point in time the shacks, the huts and the masonries were built which sheltered the coalmen, as well as the loggers. Then came the sawmill, the Rivollet sawmill, still in active in the last century (there is a sawmill at the edge of Chevaline on route du Moulin near the start of the forest road where the police barrier was) In his novel “the Visionary”, Henri Bordeaux describes the fears and the tragedies lived out by the loggers in this dark landscape. The novel so vivdly told of the spirits here that it became a legend. One says that while walking along the Combe d’Ire one should not move stones, under penalty of seeing oneself afflicted by the evil eye of the visionary (visionnaire ?fortune teller) At the beginning of the last century, commissioning of metal ovens facilitated the task of the charcoal burners, increasing the output. But the forest was deserted (?over-logged). The war of 1939-45, and the restrictions which marked the years of German occupation reactivated the use for charcoal. It thus that this forest rediscovered its old vocation of domestic fuel and that of a very new energy for the private petrol engines. It is perhaps possible to see in all this, the origin of the name of the Montaigne de Charbon, the Mountain of Coal.

Thanks all for your interest in Creegan. Is the link with the 9/11 Creegan certain?
It’s certainly a wacky story, just before the Al-Hilli conundrum. I can’t believe nobody else is flagging it up as a load of nonsense, neatly packaged as murder/suicide. I did see the twitter tweets – all very public. [the house at no 30 has been given the Sylvie Lecoeur streetview Treatment btw]

Mr Didier was variously from Kettering Arkansas and Arizona in the media. I found it strange a US citizen would be recruited for IT in the UK health service and then made redundant. I also see no funeral for him. I’ll add to the Icke thread as and when, screenshots and photos to follow.

Ms C seems to check out – was she married or single mother? Suspect the latter.

As you indicate, she is a confident and bubbly 13 year old, who was back tweeting a week after the boating tragedy. So why no evidence from her was apparently adduced at the inquest leaves me baffled.

There is something deep state about this.

Didierjean. John Didier. It is too astonishing for words.

  • felix

Small correction – Didier had left the hospital to go travelling, as you said. Also, DC Christina Stone of Norfolk police told the inquest that the 13 year old said the boat had travelled for 25 minutes before mooring (that’s 1,000 quid for the hire perhaps….) and that John Didier had spoken to her, saying her mother – “absolutely devoted to her daughter” had “left the boat”. That leaves us with 6 and a half days to account for before the boat was “discovered”. And the MSM passes this off without comment.

Daily fail on who might own a gun like the one used .

It was a semi-automatic Luger PO8, firing 7.65mm ammunition, standard issue for the Swiss army between 1900 and 1945. Such an old-fashioned weapon — more than 60 years old — is not one you would normally associate with a ‘professional’ assassin. So could the killer have been Swiss, not French? Military service for 22 weeks is compulsory in Switzerland at 18. The weapon issued then is for life, or at least until the age of 50, when Swiss men are taken off the reservist list.

Swiss people are very often living in Haute Savoie. I have no distinct proof but i am pretty sure that Mr. Schutz is of Swiss origin and that he grew up near Geneve. Given his age it is not unlikely that he has got such an old Swiss army weapon.

    Tim V.

Question. “So what do we have” ?

    Answer. Quite alot in reality.

We have a “Press Pack” who are as keen as mustard.
Within hours of the shootings they FIND M. LFR and Mme SL, both key witnesses… and publish their accounts.

However they are NOT keen enough to ask about the broken roof rack.

We have “Det Insp” EM who WITHIN HOURS of the shooting has partially solved the mystery by ruling out one of the victims as a target….and began the search for “the lone nut”.

Indeed he did this..and made a press release stating the same BEFORE he had discovered that there were a futher 10 casing to find !

We have a “photoless” lost local boy…on his 5K racer.
The “5K” adds to the story of “the racer”, even though the Mayor uses the term “mountain biker”.

I guess the mayor didn’t go to “media class” that morning.

We have an Iraqi born Brit tourist, up an isolated forest track,
….who has (along with his family) been shot dead in a carpark.

A particularly well known car park, I must add.
On a particularly well known route !

And finally, we have a “man hunt”, for a serial killer.
    Without road blocks.
Without a “Crime Watch” type reconstuction.
And without nationwide “24/7” media coverage.

So we DO actually have a great deal.
We have an “investigation” that has more spin than a HotPoint washing machine (Super Turbo !).

  • James

I believe that Mollier was on a mountain bike.
This I believe because I think the mayor cocked up.
And by the fact that WBM didn’t comment on such an unusual sight.

I think this is crucial as it shows that…
    A. Mollier was not lost and
    B. Mollier’s where-abouts were known.

And that would be significant for an “ambush”.
Thus throwing out EM’s immediately released theory. The Lone Nut.

I wonder why they did never release that photo – where they are smiling – to the media? This is totally unusual because such a picture would never become negative. They create questions and conspiracies by releasing nothing but BS.

    Off topic

But this shows how strange some settings might be. Would they have released some pictures and some info on SAH and SM, the conspiracy would have ended long ago. Just secrets are mysterious and interesting, arent they?

    Look at the picture:
The right nun carries a necklace with a yellow ID card and walks like a security guy with herhands in her pockets. Ever seen a nun walking like that? NOT!
The left nun is even better. Does she carry a handgun or is she a plumber?

    Both nuns look like guys.

    @Bluebird
Thanks for you leg-up re Didier.
Have put more up at Icke. Married? Divorced? Did a lot of travelling in the US..
age(s) just right. Where did Ketting, (Dayton) Ohio come from? Disinformation at the inquest?? That google cache did come up briefly, but now lost to me at least, but it did confirm.
Thanks for reminder of “orphan” which I had seen but forgotten.

    Bizarre.

Re: John Didier. On this original DM page:
    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/ news/ article-2197121/ Norfolk-boat-deaths-Mother-strangled-NHS-worker-John-Didier-hospice-n urse.html

Note the two pics of John Didier (apparently the only two extant) copyright by http://www.hotspotmedia.co.uk which packages stories and sells to media — they had a lot on the Pete Barnes helo crash. Who sold them those pics? There’s the strange one of JD and another dude cooking. There’s a Donald Duck PINK sippy-cup on the counter. A masonic clue? 🙂

The DM says, “A previous version of this article incorrectly reported that police had named the dead man as John Didier. In fact, police have not yet named the man and have not issued a photograph of him. The police did not reveal that the dead man was an American citizen. In fact, the officer confirmed during a briefing only that the man was a foreign national.”
So who named him and had pics handy?

“Ms Creegan, of Mitcham, Surrey, worked as a community nurse treating dying people in their homes for the Trinity Hospice charity in South West London.”
Bluebird’s suggestion the dying gave her secret info is better. In their homes they could give her docs, pics. Maybe paedophile clues as all this was happening around Jimmy Savile time.

“A neighbour of Ms Creegan’s said she had lived alone with her daughter until just over two years ago when Didier, from Phoenix, Arizona, arrived. He had been working as an IT analyst at the St Charles’ Hospital in Kensington but left the job to go travelling.
While Annette went out to work, and paid for and did all the shopping, he never did. She did everything for him. John was almost always indoors.”
    Hiding?

    Two readers’ comments:
“Is there any reason we need to know the colour of the sex toy?”
“I own a purple sex toy……what’s the point in mentioning this when reporting on a murder?”
Only if it’s a colour clue. This re Sandy Hook: “In the CIA’s brainwashing programme, use is made of butterflies, the song ‘Somewhere over the Rainbow’ and the colour PURPLE.”

And off-topic: “Newtown is part of the Diocese of BRIDGEport.
Bridgeport supplies child prostitutes for VIP clients in New York and Washington.” Masonic clues often involve bridges.
As Tim V said, the upper levels put in clues for the superstitious, to remind them who’s in charge.

And this strange comment: “I know that feeling of being left alone in a strange place, waiting and hoping. I was 15 and my parents never came back either. — xxxxxxx , Palma De Mallorca, 05/9/2012”

There is a recent death in California of a John P. DIDIER, interesting only in that relatives in Phoenix offer condolences. He ran an aviation business. “An icon in Sacramento’s aviation community and beyond…”

And just for fun, not to name names as it’s likely unrelated, search on: +”topshot” +”helicopter” +”mast” +”uk” then a separate search on: +”life size elephants” +”target drones”

On John Didier, from the DM page I linked above: “Our daughters are about the same age – they did their Holy Communion together and both do Irish dancing.” Catholics! We know what that means, and what BB said above about nuns carrying guns. Except I thought Catholics weren’t supposed to be Masonics. Or they’re bad Catholics or bad Masonics.

Also, in the cooking pic, JD is wearing a tee with the logo Stinnes, which is an esteemed German shipping company, except it had links to u-know-who — 88 and 420, and was likely financed by the evil Prescott Bush and the evil Joe Kennedy.
Maybe they run MK-Ultra mind control cruises. Wonder if they own “Le Boat” the place JD rented from?

    Felix

unfortunately i cannot open the mylife link. could you copy/paste it here?

I checked for the life of Katie and found her DOB as well as the DOB of Annette in ancestry. Both were born in Wandsworth, London. However, I found a little gorl with the name Katie Annette Creegan growing up in Glendale, Arizona at an address of Edward Creegan. There is a wishlist on amazon.com that suggests that Katie was a small kid at that time.

    http://www.amazon.com/registry/wishlist/1Z4H427DHQVMQ/ref=cm_pdp_wish_all_itms

Unfortunately there is no entry whether Annette lived in Arizona and therefore i cannot confirm whether or not this is the same Katie. It could be another girl with the same name and the same age. I dont know.
However, if true, that wpuld close the Arizona link to John Didier. Where did they meet each other? In Arizona?

Wasnt Wally Hilliard and his Express Air from Glendale Arizona? Perhaps coincidence but we can find such 9/11 links everywhere close to Creegan.

Btw, that name can be spelled Cregan and Creegan. It is even both ways spelled in ancestry. That makes relatives confirmation tough.
