Attempted Coup in Turkey Must Be Denounced 200

There should be no equivocation. The answer to Turkey’s problems is not a military coup against an elected government and a return to decades of military dictatorship. The Turkish people pouring out on the streets to resist the military are not only Erdogan supporters, and they are inspiring in their courage.

    O/T, for publicity’s sake – a worthy cause:

There has been much speculation in the media that former Prime Minister Tony Blair and other state officials criticised by the Chilcot Report can and should be taken to court by the Families in private civil proceedings. Many reputable legal experts commenting in the media have endorsed this view.

We, the Families, wish to bring such legal proceedings against any state officials who might have acted unlawfully or in excess of their powers.

However, we cannot take any action before our legal team, McCue & Partners, one of our country’s leading human rights and public interest law firms, has done a full and forensic legal analysis of the Report (2.6 million words over twelve volumes) and prepared a comprehensive opinion approved by expert Senior Counsel. There are no shortcuts.

We have estimated that, to complete this work, we require £150,000 to cover all associated costs. We are starting with a target of £50,000, which will enable us to make a start, but to help us get through this stage we need all the support we can get in raising the full £150,000.

    £30,962 pledged at this time.

      Khmer Rouge
During their four years in power, the Khmer Rouge overworked and starved the population, at the same time executing selected groups who they believed were enemies of the state or spies or had the potential to undermine the new state. People who they perceived as intellectuals or even those who had stereotypical signs of learning, such as glasses, would also be killed. People would also be executed for attempting to escape from the communes or for breaching minor rules. If caught, offenders were taken quietly off to a distant forest or field after sunset and killed.

This Erdogan monster needs to be removed, straight away.
If he has another few months strangling TURKEY the out-pouring of Turkish people towards GREECE will be immense.

LIVE Garde-Colombe: he stabs a woman and her three daughters in a holiday village
16 H 38: The two families knew from the beginning of the week. They took their rental VVF Saturday. The perpetrator would have had last night malaise during which the victim’s family brought him assistance. At this time, the mobile aggression is not determined. The man, a Moroccan national, is being heard at the gendarmerie in Laragne. It must be seen by a psychiatrist doctor this afternoon.
16 H 39: the prosecutor indicates that the man rushed on children at breakfast time. He also announced that the little girl of 8 years and a half evacuated to the hospital of La Tronche (Isère) was operated and that his days are not in danger.

Mum and three daughters stabbed for being ‘scantily dressed’ in a FRENCH resort
A YOUNG girl is fighting for her life after being knifed in a popular tourist destination for Brits because of the way she was dressed.
The eight-year-old is said to be in a critical condition after the attack in Laragne in Hautes-Alpes, in southern France.

She was air-lifted to a nearby hospital in Grenoble with a punctured lung.

According to police the knifeman fled the scene immediately after the attack, which took place on Tuesday around 10am local time.

Police confirmed a 37-year-old man – said to be of Moroccan origin – was later arrested.

Turkey ‘sorry for downing Russian jet’

urkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has apologised for the downing of a Russian military jet on the Turkey-Syria border, the Kremlin has said.

A couple of weeks ago Mr Erdogan sent a message to President Vladimir Putin expressing “sympathy and deep condolences”
to the family of the killed pilot, a spokesman said.

Turkey had angered Moscow by failing to apologize for the incident in November.

Russia responded by imposing trade sanctions and suspending Russian package tours to Turkey.

Mr Putin said at the time the restrictions would not be lifted until Russia received an apology.

    This might be significant,
it might indicate Syria is almost solved, in favour of Assad / Russia

Turkish citizen Alparslan Celik, who is suspected of involvement in the murder of Russia’s Sukhoi Su-24 bomber pilot Oleg Peshkov last November, will remain in custody until June 8, 2017, Anadolu news agency reported on Tuesday. The decision has been made by a court in the city of Izmir, TASS said

Move on a couple of weeks and there is a coup in TURKEY.
ERDOGAN not only survives but is ruthless, he sacks 50% of the judiciary.
Next we find that Turkish citizen Alparslan Celik, who is suspected of involvement in the murder of Russia’s Sukhoi Su-24 bomber pilot Oleg Peshkov last November is free.
I expect the judge who put Alparslan in jail is one of those
who has found himself to be unemployed?

Lots of “things” happeneing in Turkey in a very short time and they all seem to be connected.

Erdogan was so arrogant about the downing of the Russian jet, then he humbly appologizes to Russia, then there is a coup, the terrorist is freed and Erdogan becomes all powerful. Difficult judges removed at a stroke.

Some interesting articles; now seems like Israel and the US were both involved. Very rare for either of them to be so incompetant:
Behind The CIA Desperate Turkey Coup Attempt:
Turkey widens crackdown on military, judiciary after failed coup:
Mossad/CIA Implicated In a Coup Plot In Turkey:
Israeli Mossad Role in Turkey Coup Plot Revealed (This article aparently now taken down; here it is again:
‘Mossad implicated in a coup plot in Turkey, a NATO country; CIA fingerprints also found on attempt’:
‘Fresh from revelations, reported by WMR, that Israel’s Mossad and Chabad House-based criminal syndicates were targets in a criminal gangland retribution attack by a notorious Muslim gang in Mumbai, comes word that Mossad has, once again, been implicated in an intelligence and criminal network, this time in Turkey.

What makes this latest example of Israel’s failure to stem the criminal activities of its intelligence service and criminal syndicates worse is that Turkey, unlike Israel, is a NATO ally of the United States and, therefore, the United States is bound by treaty to protect NATO allies from aggression by non-NATO states, including Israel.

The Turkish and other Middle East media are reporting that the Mossad has been fingered in connection with a right-wing Turkish criminal and intelligence gang, known as Ergenekon, that stands accused of attempting to overthrow Turkey’s democratically-elected Justice and Development (AKP) Party of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and President Abdullah Gul. Several Turkish papers have named a Turkish rabbi, Tuncay Guney, aka Daniel T. Guney and Daniel Levi and code-named “Ipek” or “Silk,” as having served as a double agent for the Turkish National Intelligence Organization (MIT) tasked with infiltrating the shadowy but powerful “state within a state” group Ergenekon. Guney had been arrested by Turkish authorities in 2001 for distributing fake drivers’ licenses and phony license plates for luxury cars. A document recently uncovered by the Turkish press revealed that Guney had also infiltrated a police intelligence unit (JITEM) working with Ergenekon to destabilize Turkey. Guney was exfiltrated to the United States and he now heads up the B’nai Yaakov Synagogue and Community Center in Toronto, Canada. Guney has denied that he has been an agent for Israel, Turkey or the United States but the MIT has confirmed the document identifying Guney as an agent for MIT is authentic.

The Turkish daily Hurriyet has reported that Guney served in MIT’s Counter-terrorism Unit (CTU) and in the MIT unit that monitors Iran. Hurriyet also reported that Guney had developed a contact at the Iranian consulate in Istanbul, Muhsin Karger, the consulate’s political affairs undersecretary……’

    The plot thickens…..

Off topic but we do not have a current topic for Terror in France?
So much dribble about the Labour party though?
Tuesday at 9 h 40, a man attacked her neighbors in the holiday village of Lagrand. He rushed on the three girls aged 8 and a half years, 12 years and 13 years and a half before injuring their mother with a knife. He then fled before being arrested by the police who had deployed the Sparrowhawk plan.

    The status of victims

The 8 year old girl and a half has been the most severely affected by the stabbing. She was taken in absolute emergency to hospital in La Tronche (Isère). Operated, it is out of the woods. His mother and sisters were hospitalized at Gap.

What is known about the alleged abuser

Aged 37, he lives in the Yvelines (78). “From Moroccan nationality, he has a job and staying regularly in France. It has not been implicated in police investigations or gendarmerie for more than 15 years. It is unknown intelligence. It is confession Muslim, ongoing investigations, including the searches both on his vacation spot, that in his vehicle and his home in Yvelines, do not – at this point – helped highlight a radicalization in practice religion. According to his wife, he did not attend the mosque regularly and it was much less practicing it himself, the latter appearing to share for a rigorous implementation of its religion, “the prosecutor said in the Republic of Gap Raphael Balland in a press release.

    Leakage short

Shortly before the incident in the morning, the suspect had told the director of the holiday center he wanted to end prematurely to stay for health reasons. He was so calm and courteous. “In fact, the suspect loaded the essential baggage of his family in the vehicle with which he fled after the assault, however, leaving behind his own wife and two children aged eight and six who were breakfasting also in their holiday residence, “said the prosecutor.

    Judicial action

The prosecutor of the Republic of Gap opened an investigation of the attempt to manslaughter and attempted homicides of minors under 15 years (maximum penalty: life imprisonment). The investigation was assigned to the brigade research company Gap and Marseille Research section.

The suspect’s custody was extended this morning. “At the end of this custody, it is planned to present it to an investigating judge of the criminal division of Grenoble. If so, the prosecutor of Grenoble would become competent to monitor this issue,” said the prosecutor.

Given these elements, the anti-terrorist section of the Paris prosecutor’s office decided not to take the facts at this stage of the investigation. Thus, the reasons for the attack remain unknown in the state of investigations.

    The psychiatric report

“However, the medical examination and psychiatric examination of this individual have failed to highlight, as such, any psychiatric pathology. The expert psychiatrist found that his speech was coherent and in touch with reality, “says one of Gap Parquet side.

    The testimony of victims

The prosecutor at the time, the husband of the victim was not at the scene. The victim mother told investigators she had no understanding of the gesture of her attacker, as the relations they had between holiday neighbors were very courteous.

The day of the facts, she and her husband had even provided assistance to their future aggressor while it was uncomfortable in the evening. One child victims and her mother told investigators that their attacker had worn directly stabbing without saying a word.

Prosecutors in Gap therefore reiterates that the state, there is nothing to confirm originally aired on a mobile alleged rumor about light clothing of the victims that could displease the aggressor.

    That the alleged perpetrator stated

During his first hearing in custody, the individual in question claimed to have almost no recollection of the facts alleged against him.

        You have to be joking.

I wondered how long it would take before some idiot started screeching “False Flag! Crisis Actors!” and all that other BS.

        Congratulations – I think you’re the first.

I see – never mind the lack of blood on a truck which supposedly killed 84 and wounded hundreds more…
I suppose you believe the Sandy Hook ‘narrative’ – fortunately the school had been closed for some years (small detail, I suppose…). Not that you are likely to, but if you watch the following: ‘Operation Gladio – Full 1992 documentary BBC’:
you will find CIA-orchestrated terror attacks in Europe which although exposed, only led to a handful of terrorists jailed, and rapidly went into the MSM ‘memory hole’.
Those were REAL terror attacks; ‘Operation Northwoods’ included both real and faked terror, though it was not carried out, even though signed off by all the Joint Chiefs of Staff, including the Chairman, Lyman Lemnitzer, who although stopped from his hopes for reelection to the post, was instead made Supreme Allied Commander, Europe.

          • glenn_uk

Paul, I take it the thousands of witnesses in Nice were all lying. Nothing happened, except for some fakery designed for the TV, newspapers and so on.

Nobody _real_ was out there celebrating Bastille Day, right? Therefore, nobody except actors were involved. The police were all acting – right? Together with medical staff, etc. etc. etc. – are you really telling me you’re such a credulous fool, that this is the scenario you’re going with?

I’ve been over the Sandy Hook massacre with heartless morons shouting “False Flag” too often already. If you want to be a idiotic stooge for the NRA, that’s your problem.

“Operation Northwoods” does not mean that genuine terrorism or gun massacres are therefore all fake. Only an idiot would believe that , and you are the living proof.

          • LeeJ

But you do accept, Glenn , that the US govt was fully prepared to murder it’s own people for political ends? (as documented in Operation Northwoods)

          • glenn_uk

@ LeeJ: Of course elements of the US government is prepared to sacrifice its own citizens, in what it believes (through ludicrous ideology) to be the “greater good”. Northwoods was just a plan, however, which was rejected by JFK. Other plans were actually implemented, such as the Tuskegee syphilis study. Not as dramatic, but equally reprehensible.

You’ll see any number of people start shouting “False Flag!” every time there is genuine terrorist actions, or the inevitable result of the easy availability of high power guns. Such people will leap on tiny, inconsequential trivia, and become satisfied with explanations about hoaxes, “crisis actors”, faked this and that, and smugly – in their stupidity – declare every horrific event a staged event.

            Are you one of them?

Full confession from Gulenist fascist running dog traitor…

“Until today, I never thought Gulen movement was a traitor. But now, I [have] realized what they really are. They [the members of FETO] are bloodthirsty. I have never seen Fetullah Gulen, but he is the same,” he said.

“I feel regret not only for taking a part in this but also becoming a member of the Fetullah Gulen movement,” he added.

…”Now I’ve signed it, will you for God’s sake take the croc clips off my balls and shoot me like you promised….”

Harakat Nour al-Din al-Zenki (Arabic: حركة نور الدين الزنكي‎‎, Nour al-Din al-Zenki Movement) is an independent insurgent group involved in the Syrian Civil War. It is part of the Syrian Revolutionary Command Council and has received U.S.-made BGM-71 TOW anti-tank missiles. As of 2014, it is reportedly one of the most important rebel factions in Aleppo

      • michael norton

The weapon was spotted as early as April 2014 in at least two videos that surfaced showing Syrian opposition forces in the Syrian Civil War using BGM-71 TOWs, a weapon previously not seen in use by the opposition. Such a video, showing a BGM-71E-3B with the serial number removed, can be seen in a 27 May 2014 episode of the PBS series Frontline.

In February 2015, The Carter Center listed 23 groups within the Southern Front of the Free Syrian Army that have been documented using US supplied TOWs.

A sudden influx of TOWs were supplied in May 2015, mostly to Free Syrian Army affiliated factions, but also independent Islamist battalions; as a requirement of being provided TOWs, these Syrian opposition groups are required to document the use of the missiles by filming their use, and are also required to save the spent missile casings.
Groups provided with TOWs include the Hazzm Movement, the 13th Division, 1st Coastal Division, Syria Revolutionaries Front, Yarmouk Army, Knights of Justice Brigade, and the 101st Division. Free Syrian Army battalions widely and decisively used TOWs in the 2015 Jisr al-Shughur offensive.Russia attempted a rescue operation after a Su-24M was shot down at Syria–Turkey border on 24 November 2015, a video of Free Syrian Army 1st Coastal Division using a TOW missile to destroy a disabled Russian helicopter on the ground after its crew had retreated was posted on YouTube.

In February 2016, a video appeared of FSA rebels using a TOW missile to hit a Russian T-90, despite the tank being equipped with the Shtora soft-kill active protection system. Normally, the Shtora uses an electro-optical disruptor and launches instant smoke screens to disrupt missile tracking, but no countermeasures were observed. This alludes to the possibility that the countermeasures were not engaged or did not detect the threat, but the Russian manufacturer suggests it may have just been switched off. The missile successfully hit the T-90 and impacted the Kontakt-5 explosive reactive armor, leaving the tank intact. The tanks manufacturer stated the missile did not penetrate the armor as evidenced by a crew man seen bailing out of the tank

Seems like America is using Syria as a proxy war to fight Russia.

        • michael norton

It does seem to me that the “civil war” in SYRIA is mainly a construct of TURKEY, SAUDI & U.S.A.
Now I believe SAUDI does not people who are not SUNNI, so they are opposed to IRAN, they are opposed to SYRIA and they are opposed to IRAQ.
The U.S.A. is obssessed by the U.S.S.R. / RUSSIA, this is why they orchestrated the collapse of the Soviet Union, this is why they pointed Osma bin laden at Russia in AFGHANISTAN.
America does not like Russia having a naval base in Syria, it does not like Russia having a naval base in Crimea.
I suspect America had wound up people in UKRAINE to become belligerent to Russia.
Many have lost their lives in the Russia/Ukraine conflict, the economy of Ukraine has gone through the floor, as has its chance of joining NATO & the E.U.

I am not sure but it looks at least possible that the originator of the Syrian conflict was the U.S.A.

TURKEY coup attempt: State of emergency announced

The state of emergency would protect those values from attacks against them, he said, in a speech in Ankara.

The president praised those who were killed fighting against the coup as “martyrs”.

The nation would “never forget the bravery and sacrifice of those who lost their lives”, he said, describing “epics of heroic bravery throughout the night”.

Mr Erdogan said foreign nations should stay out of Turkish affairs, adding: “This nation has the right to determine our own destiny.”

      A dangerous man.

I have to reply, as amazingly (?) there is no ‘reply’ button on your post.
I don’t know if that means you are a ‘gatekeeper’ on this blog, but whatever.

Unfortunately you have not replied vis-a-vis ‘no blood on the truck’, or Sandy Hook school closed for several years before thwe alleged massacre.
    Ball in your court.

    • glenn_uk

Paul I believe the ball is definitely in _your_ court, since you are the one making the outlandish claims.

Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence, after all.

I just had a quick look at that “No blood-splatter!! OMG!!” site of yours, and really, is this the best you’ve got? I cannot even be bothered with it – it’s just too stupid.

A kindly word of advice – don’t go mentioning to anyone connected to these desperately sad and horrifying events that it’s all a big lie, and you have a silly website reference to prove it. Not unless you are prepared to deal with a highly offended, possibly violently offended, individual(s) as a result.

    • Clark

Paul, look carefully at comments on this site, particularly replies to replies to replies to… etc. Is there a limit to the depth of this replying process? Don’t take my word for it as I might be another gatekeeper; count ’em! When you’re satisfied of the answer, reconsider your suspicions. Then maybe read Bad Science by Ben Goldacre, which documents a lot of media distortion.

Not so much gatekeepers as plotlosers.

      • glenn_uk

Anyone of sense will see that replies don’t indent (i.e. the reply box moves further to the right) and get a “reply” button option after the 4th direct reply. Hell, maybe every 4th reply comes from one of these “gatekeepers” who cleverly shut down the conversation, but are outfoxed by a Truth-Teller like Paul, who confounds them by replying at the bottom.

But this is explaining, which means the argument is being lost. Why bother pointing out that a particularly gruesome photo of a deer being hit by a truck smack-on at 70mph, or a locomotive hitting an animal at speed, might have a different outcome to a lorry ploughing into a crowd at a considerably slower speed, but with no less deadly effect?

The majority of cars involved in fatal collisions with pedestrians entirely lack the massive blood-spatter that would satisfy the likes of Paul. Therefore, most (if not all) street accidents involving cars are “False Flag” operations, presumably!

It’s not enough to merely question, no – the most fool-hardy and insensitive assertion from anyone, anywhere, on some unheard of and uncredited website is all the “proof” one needs. And rational people must run around to disprove what must now be considered the conventional wisdom.

Get that? Rationality can be turned on its head, by the unsubstantiated say-so of _any_ website. And it’s up to you to prove otherwise, to a sceptical audience that’s already declared you a “gatekeeper”. Remember Operation Gladio, and “Northwoods”, after all. That is proof that no accident has ever occurred, and there are no terrorists. QED.

“Don’t believe everything you read on the Internet” – Winston Churchill.

        • Paul Barbara

I obviously appreciate that the pics were of vehicles likely travelling at high speed – but it does not seem likely that a slower-moving truck, hitting not one butgetting on for 300 people (as opposed to one animal) would not be splattered with blood. Also, there is no video of the truck hitting anyone – they could have pixelated the people so that relatives and friends of ‘victims’ would not be further traumatised (notice not ONE CCTV picture of any of the so called London bombers was ever shown on TV or in the papers – just one shot of one of the alleged bombers coming out of a chemist on the Kings Cross main-line station.).
You forgot Sandy Hook in your reply.
As you rope Churchill into the business, here’s some some of his REAL quotes, which are unlikely to get much MSM coverage these days: Winston Churchill:  “We will force this war upon Hitler, if he wants it or not.” – Winston Churchill (1936 broadcast)
“Germany becomes to powerful. We have to crush it.” – Winston Churchill (November 1936 to US-General Robert E. Wood)
“Germanys unforgivable crime before WW2 was its attempt to loosen its economy out of the world trade system and to build up an own exchange system from which the world-finance couldnt profit anymore. …We butchered the wrong pig.” – Winston Churchill, The second World War (Bern, 1960)
“The war wasnt only about abolishing fascism, but to conquer sales markets. We could have, if we had intended so, prevented this war from breaking out without doing one shot, but we didn’t want to.” – Winston Churchill to Truman (Fultun, USA March 1946)
“Should Germany merchandise again in the next 50 years we have led this war (WW1) in vain.” – Winston Churchill in Times (1919)
“This war is an English war and its goal is the destruction of Germany.” – Winston Churchill (Autumn 1939 broadcast)

Another more well-known one is about teaching the Kurds a lesson by bombing them with chemical weapons.

          • Paul Barbara

In above I meant ‘not ONE CCTV picture of them on the Undergound stations or trains’, not pics of them in Luton or wherever.

          • michael norton

Well, a strange as in unusual, therefore almost certainly not false flag, terror event, happened this week in a holiday camping in South East France.
a man apparently of Moroccan descent staying with his family in a chalet, knifed the four women and girls in the adjacent chalet.
I assume it was the mother of the girls said he did not say a word, he just started cutting.
The Moroccan then calmly packed his gear, called in on the manager and said he was unwell and so departing before the end of his booking.
This man left his family behind.
The authorities then enacted “le plan Epervier”

So, all four victims are still alive, the perp. is alive.
The perp. did not shout Allahu Akbar

the man has now been quickly apprehended.

        • Paul Barbara

Notice the ‘discoloration’ on the front of this very unclear video of the truck – unlike the very clear in-focus pic of the pristine truck in the ‘blood-splatter’ pic. Can you explain that?

          • michael norton

While I do not say the Nice lorry attack was “false flag”,
I do state that it is astonishing that the lorry front was not covered in blood and body parts,
            how could this be?

It could have been washed off, straight away, afterwards but that would be destroying a crime scene, surely,
only something that could be initiated from on high?

          • michael norton

Actually, from the al-Hilli thread, three persons were massacred in their vehicle, ( child in car unhurt)
by multiple gun shots, including head shots, yet from the available photograph
no visible blood, in or on the car.
There was plenty of visible blood on the cyclist, on the ground, outside of the car.

          • michael norton

Two stories we have been following on the al-Hilli thread:

FRENCH investigating magistrates have dismissed charges against two elite officers who were sensationally accused of raping a Canadian tourist at Paris police headquarters in 2014, judicial sources said Tuesday.

The 34-year-old woman claimed she was gang-raped by two policemen she met in a pub across the Seine river from the headquarters of the criminal police department in the French capital.

The Paris prosecutor’s office had recommended that the two men face trial and could yet appeal the decision by the magistrates to dismiss the case.
he affair cast a cloud over the accused officers’ elite BRI unit, which fights gang crime.

The woman said that after a night of heavy drinking with the accused and other officers, she agreed to follow them back to their workplace, known as “36 quai des Orfevres” after its address.

She left the building later in shock and reported a rape.

One policeman admitted to having sex with her but insisted it was consensual. The other denied having intercourse with her.

There was further embarrassment for the “36” later that year when 52 kilos of seized cocaine, with an estimated street value of two million euros ($2.2 million), vanished from the building.

Sebastien Schapira, a lawyer for one of the two accused, hailed the decision as “just”, claiming the woman’s testimony was incoherent and contained “untruths”.

The woman’s lawyer has yet to react.

So you can see, the police /authorities are not all squeaky clean in FRANCE

Two Turkish pilots who downed a Russian fighter jet in November 2015 on the Syrian border have been arrested, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said. He told Al Jazeera late on July 20 that the authorities do not know if the pilots’ decision to down the jet was influenced by their links to Fethullah Gulen, a US-based Islamic scholar said to be behind the failed military coup attempt on July 15. The downing of the Russian jet on November 24, 2015, sparked a diplomatic crisis between Turkey and Russia, striking a serious blow to Turkey – especially to its tourism industry which is hugely reliant on Russian tourists, Hurriyet Daily News wrote.

I had thought the belligerent Erdogan
had claimed, straight after the downing, that he had ordered it?

I don’t claim it was a hoax, but it does look as though it could be. Other odd points: he supposedly left an ID card, but no driving licence? One would need to show a driving licence with the appropriate qualifications to drive that class of truck.
‘Huge cache of guns, grenades and ‘larger weapons’ found inside bullet-riddled truck sparking fears Nice massacre could have been even MORE deadly’: screams the Daily Mail; then when one reads the article, all thats found regarding the ‘Huge cache of guns’ etc is ‘…Identity documents belonging to a 31-year-old French Tunisian were later found in the vehicle, according to security sources. A source close to the investigation said an ‘inactive’ grenade was also discovered inside, as well as ‘several fake rifles’. So much for the ‘huge cache’.
And there is a picture of the truck, heavily discolored in front (as opposed to the pristine front of the truck in the video clips I referenced previously. Very fishy!
Though as I said, I’m not sure about the Nice business, I am sure the Boston Bombing was faked across the board, with the only death one of the Chechen brothers murdered by the cops (who claimed his brother ran him over). He was shown on video, naked, being led to a police car, so how on earth could he have been run over by his brother?

‘Turkish navy ships still missing since coup attempt as it remains unclear which side admirals are on’:

How on earth can a fleet of 14 ships still be ‘missing’? At the very least, the Americans and Russians, and probably Israel, must have tracked them down. Satellites, military and civilian airliners, as well as coastguards and all the ships looking out for ‘illegal immigrants’ in small boats must be ‘searching’ for them, yet haven’t found them?
Have they been scuppered? Even if so, there would be a lot of debris on the surface, as well as an oil slick.

  • Paul Barbara

And what do ya’ll make of this? Talk about ‘destroying the ‘evidence’!!!
According to Le Figaro, the Mayor of Nice has received a requisition sent by the Ministry of the Interior, claiming that all the pictures taken at the site where 84 people died on the 14th of July, to be destroyed in order to “prevent their dissemination”.

The sub-directorate terrorism (SDAT) has expressly requested the deletion “complete” is nearly 20 hours of footage from all the cameras that have filmed the scene of the crime between the 14 July at 22: 30 and July 15 to 18h. In effect, a “judicial order” urgent, that obtained the French newspaper Le Figaro, was sent on 20 July to the supervision centre urban Nice. o-surveillance

Shades of 9/11, when all CCTV was extremely rapidly confiscated by the authorities, and returned months later with nothing on them.

Turkey has detained the nephew of US-based cleric Fethullah Gulen, in connection with the failed coup attempt, state media report.

Muhammet Sait Gulen will be taken to the capital, Ankara, from Erzurum, the eastern region where his uncle was born, the Anadolu news agency says.

Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan blames the coup attempt on Mr Gulen.

Earlier, the president extended the period in which suspects can be detained without charge to 30 days.

    What an undemocratic hell hole

    ‘Did Russia save Erdogan?’:

‘Arab media outlets quoted diplomats in Ankara as disclosing that Turkey’s President Erdogan was alerted by Russia against an imminent army coup hours before it was initiated on Friday, while a western media outlet said Erdogan asked his supporters to remain in the streets after receiving advice from Tehran.
Several Arab media outlets, including Rai Alyoum, quoted diplomatic sources in Ankara as saying that Turkey’s National Intelligence Organization, known locally as the MIT, received intel from its Russian counterpart that warned of an impending coup in the Muslim state.

The unnamed diplomats said the Russian army in the region had intercepted highly sensitive army exchanges and encoded radio messages showing that the Turkish army was readying to stage a coup against the administration in Ankara.

The exchanges included dispatch of several army choppers to President Erdogan’s resort hotel to arrest or kill the president.

The diplomats were not sure of the Russian station that had intercepted the exchanges, but said the Russian army intelligence unit deployed in Khmeimim (also called Hmeimim) in Syria’s Northern province of Lattakia is reportedly equipped with state-of-the-art electronic and eavesdropping systems to gather highly sensitive information for the Russian squadrons that are on an anti-terrorism mission in Syria…..’

‘How they blew the coup’: intelligence-agency-thwart.html?

‘….The National Intelligence Organization (MIT) had received information about a possible coup attempt. It was not the first time that MIT had received such raw intelligence. Director Hakan Fidan worked diligently from 3 p.m. until early the next morning to abort the attempt. Fidan contacted the top brass at the General Staff and took measures to potentially head off any coup. At that point, the coup plotters, much better organized and greater in number than initially thought, decided to move the timing forward rather than abort the operation. In short, Fidan’s diligence forced them to launch their plot six hours earlier than planned.

This had important repercussions that made the plotters appear incompetent. First, they failed to impose proper command and control over the armed forces. Indeed, early in the process, Brig. Gen. Semih Terzi, a prominent plotter, was killed by a junior officer. Terzi’s death not only demoralized the coup plotters but also crippled their command and control system. The plot could no longer be controlled from a single center, and instead weakly linked groups launched uncoordinated actions.

One question has perplexed many: If the operation were a real coup attempt, why was Erdogan not detained at the start? Because some of the groups lacked means of communication and therefore did not know that the timing had been changed. The members of the elite commando unit that had been tasked with seizing Erdogan at the resort town of Marmaris had turned in their mobile gadgets and thus could not be alerted to the altered plan. Sticking to the original plan, they went to detain Erdogan at around 3 a.m. and couldn’t find him……’

Taken together, these two articles would explain how it could well have been a US-backed coup, but unlike in past coups, this time the Russkis blw the plans…beginning to look that way.

‘“We’ve shot four people. Everything’s fine.” The Turkish Coup through the Eyes of its Plotters’: h-the-eyes-of-its-plotters/

‘A group of plotters of the failed Turkish coup attempt used a WhatsApp group to communicate with each other. Bellingcat has transcribed, translated, and analysed the conversation, thereby cross-referencing the messages with photos, videos, and news reports of the evening, night, and morning of July 15-16.

The transcript is composed of two different sources. The first source is a video which was uploaded to Twitter in the morning of July 16, and appears to show the conversation on the phone of a surrendered, captured, or killed coup plotter. This video revealed the WhatsApp conversation from its start at 21:15 to 22:45. The second source is 21 photos that show the rest of the conversation, has already been transcribed. The photos are courtesy of Al Jazeera Türk’s Selahattin Günday, and we are thankful that he was willing to share them with Bellingcat. We owe many thanks to “Has Avrat”[1] for fully translating the transcript, as well as contributing to the analysis. All times mentioned are in the local time zone, which is EEST (UTC+3).

This article will chronologically highlight and analyse most the most striking parts of the transcript, including the following:

    The WhatsApp group consists of high-ranking military officials, mostly of the Turkish Land Forces, including two Brigadiers and eleven Colonels;
    The group is just one coordination group of the coup attempt, as it focuses on (predominantly) land forces in Istanbul and Sakarya only. There were likely other coordination groups for actions elsewhere in Turkey. It is thus important to bear in mind that this is a snapshot of the conversation of some of the coup plotters, and not a full picture;
    At least one member of the group communicates with “Ankara”, where the coupist headquarters was located (probably in Akıncı Air Base);
    At least three out of the five coupist regiments are part of Turkey’s NATO Rapid Deployable Corps;
    The conversation and communication between the coup plotters appears to be chaotic, as several numbers still had to be exchanged amidst the attempt;
    Traffic congestion is a problem throughout the night, and so are private broadcasters;
    There is a constant repetition regarding taking their superior hostage, the Commander of the First Army;
    Air support is requested many times, including the suggestion to strike the Bosporus Bridge;
As the morning breaks, the coup plotters realise it is over. “Shall we escape”, a Colonel asks. “The choice is yours”, he gets as response. “We have not decided yet. But we have left our position. I’m closing the group. Delete the messages if you want”.

A full transcript in both the original Turkish and translated English of the WhatsApp conversation can be viewed and downloaded here as a PDF-file.
    2115 — Group created

On July 15, 2016, at 21:15, Major Murat Çelebioğlu creates a WhatsApp group with the name “Yurtta sulh”. This refers to the first two words of a famous sentence pronounced by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the first President of the Republic of Turkey, in 1931: “Yurtta sulh, cihanda sulh”, meaning “Peace at home, peace in the world”. It was later accepted as the approach to foreign policy for Turkey, but also became the slogan of the Turkish Land Forces.

Subsequently, Major Çelebioğlu adds a number of people to the group and tells them that he will be making announcements in the group, and that the members can share importants updates here. “I’ll pass them on to Ankara”, Çelebioğlu says, referring to the coupist headquarters in Ankara……..’

I was alerted to the above by Forbidden Knowledge: nato-s-rapid-deployable-corps-27770

‘According to Newsbud’s Sibel Edmonds, the intercepted communications expose the infiltration of the CIA-Gülen network within Turkey’s police
force and show that the coup was staged by the CIA, in partnership with NATO.

Edmonds estimates that over the past 20 years, 20% of the military has been infiltrated by the Gülen Movement and a whopping 70% of Turkey’s police forces. Edmonds doubts that any of these discoveries will be
reported by the Western Mainstream Media.

Instead, following the lead of NBC during the night of the coup, several of the most important news outlets in the US and in the UK falsely reported that President Erdogan had fled Turkey and was seeking asylum in
Germany, in what Edmonds calls a classic PsyOp to demoralize theTurkish people.
Edmonds says that this implicates NBC as a co-conspirator in the failed coup.

Edmonds is leading a call for NBC to come clean about their collusion with the CIA and NATO, in propagating this psychological operation by
organizing an Occupy NBC gathering in front of their New York City
headquarters at 30 Rockefeller Plaza this coming Thursday, July 28, at
9:00 AM. If anyone reading this is planning to attend, she asks to please confirm by emailing:
[email protected] and to join Newsbud’s #ConfrontNBC Campaign
    on Twitter.

Iran-born Edmonds, a former FBI translator who is fluent in Turkish,
Azerbaijani, Farsi and English is half-Turkish and lived there prior to coming to the US as a student at George Mason University. Although she is not particularly pro-Erdogan, she is very bothered by this covert
assault on Turkish sovereignty by the West. She notes that Turkey
would have been another Libya had this coup succeeded.

Let’s hope the aftermath of the coup will be to break US/NATO and Gladio’s grip on Turkey. There seems to be an anti-Erdogan bias throughout the MSM – in itself indicative of Western machinations.
