Not Forgetting the al-Hillis 22278

The mainstream media for the most part has moved on. But there are a few more gleanings to be had, of perhaps the most interesting comes from the Daily Mirror, which labels al-Hilli an extremist on the grounds that he was against the war in Iraq, disapproved of the behaviour of Israel and had doubts over 9/11 – which makes a great deal of the population “extremist”. But the Mirror has the only mainstream mention I can find of the possibility that Mossad carried out the killings. Given Mr al-Hilli’s profession, the fact he is a Shia, the fact he had visited Iran, and the fact that Israel heas been assassinating scientists connected to Iran’s nuclear programme, this has to be a possibility. There are of course other possibilities, but to ignore that one is ludicrous.

Which leads me to the argument of Daily Mail crime reporter, Stephen Wright, that the French police should concentrate on the idea that this was a killing by a random Alpine madman or racist bigot. Perfectly possible, of course, and the anti-Muslim killings in Marseille might be as much a precedent as Mossad killings of scientists. But why the lone madman idea should be the preferred investigation, Mr Wright does not explain. What I did find interesting from a man who has visited many crime scenes are his repeated insinuations that the French authorities are not really trying very hard to find who the killers were, for example:

the crime scene would have been sealed off for a minimum of seven to ten days, to allow detailed forensic searches for DNA, fibres, tyre marks and shoe prints to take place.
Nearby bushes and vegetation would have been searched for any discarded food and cigarette butts left by the killer, not to mention the murder weapon.
But from what I saw at the end of last week, no such searches had taken place and potentially vital evidence could have been missed. House to house inquiries in the local area had yet to be completed and police had not made specific public appeals for information about the crime. No reward had been put up for information about the shootings.
Behind the scenes, what other short cuts have been taken? Have police seized data identifying all mobile phones being used in the vicinity of the murders that day?

The idea that the French authorities – who are quite as capable as any other of solving cases – are not really trying very hard is an interesting one.

Which leads me to this part of a remarkable article from the Daily Telegraph, which if true points us back towards a hit squad and discounts the ides that there was only one gun:

Claims that only one gun was used to kill everybody is likely to be disproved by full ballistics test results which are out in October.
While the 25 spent bullet cartridges found at the scene are all of the same kind, they could in fact have come from a number of weapons of the same make.
This throws up the possibility of a well-equipped, highly-trained gang circling the car and then opening fire.
Both children were left alive by the killers, who had clinically pumped bullets into everybody else, including five into Mr Mollier.
Zainab was found staggering around outside the car by Brett Martin, a British former RAF serviceman who cycled by moments after the attack, but he saw nobody except the schoolgirl.
Her sister, Zeena, was found unscathed and hiding in the car eight hours later.
Both sisters are now back in Britain, and are believed to have been reunited at a secret location near London.

There are of course a number of hit squad options, both governmental and private, which might well involve iraqi or Iranian interests – on both of which the mainstream media have been very happy to speculate while almost unanimously ignoring Israel.

But what interests me is why the Daily Telegraph choose, in the face of all the evidence, to minimise the horrific nature of the attack by stating that “Both children were left alive by the killers”? Zainab was not left alive by design, she was shot in the chest and her skull was stove in, which presumably was a pretty serious attempt to kill a seven year-old child. The other girl might very well have succeeded in hiding from the killers under her mother’s skirts, as she hid from the first rescuers, and then for eight hours from the police.

The Telegraph article claims to be informed by sources close to the investigation. So they believe it was a group of people, and feel motivated to absolve those people from child-killing. Now what could the Daily Telegraph be thinking?

“What is it with dentists getting caught up in world events?”

A reliable source reports that removal of Iqbal’s dental dummy from shed at Claygate prompted calling bomb squad. Same source speculates main purpose of bomb squad was excuse to clear press scrum.

@ NR: The optical/aural illusion that appeared horizontal to the ground at West, Texas before the fertilizer plant exploded might fit into the same category. Maybe it was burning fuel from a passing jet.

“@ NR: Is watching trains now a crime? There are train watchers who make a hobby of photographing trains that interest them.”

Post 9/11 some trainspotters were investigated/interrogated. The old USSR was paranoid re pics of anything that could conceivably be a military asset. Tourists arrested for pics of picturesque, rickety foot bridges. However, you could get access to what we would consider critical infrastructure, provided you promised not to bring a camera. They’d even send a limo for you.

The main US media, left and right, are agreed it is case closed. The authorities have “overwhelming” evidence the bros dun it (which we can’t see). May well be true. Who knows?

CNN TV, usually pro gov propaganda (when the gov is Democratic party) asks a few questions. How is Tamerlan’s widow avoiding interrogation? (I think she must be secret Saudi princess — do they have princesses over there or only princes? Maybe she was smuggled to US as orphan baby via Tol’yatti/Tolyatti/Togliatti Russia and Toronto — my joke.) 🙂

CNN says her lawyer claims she last saw hubby Thurs. morn, when she left for work and he stayed home to watch baby. Another parallel to Chevaline. New baby, unemployed, stay-at-home daddy with expensive tastes,* seemingly pleased father-in-law upon learning of death.

CNN also says she lived with spouse and bro-in-law (when he wasn’t at his dorm) in the incredibly grotty mancave, the Devil’s Lair, that was not-a-crime-scene. Though CNN says bomb-making materials were found there — think they’ve confused it with the dorm room, where an unspecified pyrotechnic device is added to ball-bearings on the list.

No mention of the white shingle cottage where earlier reports said she went to pick up cat. What happened to baby on Thurs?
When she learned bros were prime suspects from TV pics, you’d think first concern is baby? Did she call 911 to name the suspects? Where was baby on Monday while bros were out bombing?

CNN interviewed an expert bomb maker who claimed there’s no possibility novices could assemble a minimum of three pressure cooker bombs, crude grenades and pipe bombs without exploding themselves. The last pressure cooker bomb, the one Tamerlan allegedly hurled at police before advancing upon them firing, how did he detonate that? Hurl heavy bomb while under fire, make cell call, grab gun, become martyr. What were the detonators on the pipe bombs, fuses like cartoon anarchists use?

Is the model of pressure cookers they bought at Macy’s high fashion now, like OJ Simpson’s Bronco and Bruno Magli shoes?

CNN located boat owner and interviewed him. No news except confusion about amount of blood. Still no word on Mr. AnonCarjackVictimConfessor, except rumours he’s Chinese and that’s why they spared his life.

    * At least the younger bro had expensive tastes. “How does a 19 year old kid afford 900 dollar designer shoes, a REAL ROLEX, a BENZ, 500 dollars a week in primo weed to get his entire dorm floor stoned daily with all the pizza, beer and wings? The kid had a part time job as lifeguard, but was blowing through 1000 a week.” (Like anyone except a specialist can tell real from well-faked Rolexes.)

Above is from comment on A..x J.n.s i.f.w.r..c.m which we dare not link to anymore because the Associated Press claims Tamerlan was a 9/11 truther and radicalized by that site, not by jihadist videos. (NSA & GCHQ will never catch my clever coding. They haven’t caught much else.)

    Semi off-topic. Links up later.
The once alleged and arrested ricin terrorist is now unarrested. He was terrorized by a masked anti-terrorist team and for first hours thought they were saying rice — he’d never heard of ricin — because they were muffled by masks. He claimed he didn’t even like rice, which infuriated them further.

He was depicted publicly as a totally insane Elvis impersonator who dealt in body parts from the morgue. He was framed, released after a week, as is giving totally sane interviews. He’s lucky they admitted a mistake and didn’t extraordinarily render him to friendly nations for super-enhanced interrogation. (Syria wouldn’t help now, but what about Egypt or is it only the Stans?)

I thought framer was another Elvis impersonator insanely jealous of his talents or costumes, but he thinks it has to do with a reporter re the body parts story, and the anti-terrorist force moved on to terrorize that man. Hope they’re right this time.

US National Public Radio reported on Reddit and it’s affiliated gang-of-thousands misidentifying people. Read their hilarious and mealy-mouthed apology, which follows after a glowing account of their wonderful charitable deeds.
    http://blog.reddit.com/2013/04/reflections-on-recent-boston-crisis.html

NPR implied that Boston police have direct real-time access to private surveillance cameras as is the case in New York and London. Further, that authorities specially and privately provided the recorded video to the Reddit gang. (No doubt by way of a lunatic group of ex-military, ex-police that brag of connections to three-letter-agencies.)

To belabour a point, some of these same groups (not necessarily Reddit itself) were involved in framing/entrapping Bradley Manning and framing/misidentifying the red-wigged dude in Montreal, and who knows how many others, as well as threatening, harassing and falsely reporting to police anyone who challenges their allegations.

In Canada, Anonymous blackmailed the government into reopening a rape investigation in Nova Scotia on threat of naming what they alleged, with 99% certainty, were the real suspects. This after they’d misidentified a suspect in a previous cyber-bullying/suicide case in Vancouver.

A British Lord recently sued all Twitter users who repeated false allegations about him. The elite can protect themselves. There must be a few greedy lawyers, solicitors and barristers who could profit from suing these vigilante groups on behalf of common folk.

Copyright infringement for use of pics, perhaps class action or RICO suits in the US, or operation of fraudulent charities. There should be profit going after Murdoch’s New York Post and UK Sun for blindly accepting uncorroborated allegations by loony and venal vigilantes, often as a personal vendetta.

Sounds common, does it? Couldnt their “friends” sometimes update their given text just a little bit? Sounds like a copy of a copy.

    Quote:

“Under the tutelage of a friend known to the Tsarnaev family only as Misha, Tamerlan gave up boxing and stopped studying music, his family said. He began opposing the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. He turned to websites and literature claiming that the CIA was behind the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, and Jews controlled the world.”

Is this the norm now? After the event, anyone connected mysteriously start dropping down dead?

“Providence police Lieutenant Joseph Donnelly said of the man’s body pulled from Boston’s Providence River: “It’s very, very possible” that it could be 22-year-old Tripathi.

Amid the confusion of the Boston bombings last week, Tripathi was misidentified on internet forum Reddit as the suspect who has now been properly identified as Dzhokhar Tsarnev.”

    NR 9.39 re TWA 800 1996:

“On August 31, 2006, the District Court issued an initial ruling that the evidence submitted by Lahr as justification for his FOIA lawsuit was “sufficient for the plaintiff to proceed based on his claim that the government acted improperly,”[28] and that Lahr should be granted access to some, but not all, of the documents he was seeking, based on the FOIA statutes and case law.[28] In a further ruling on October 4, 2006, the court finalized the list of documents that the NTSB and CIA must provide to Lahr (again granting some, but not all, of his FOIA requests).[29] While the court reaffirmed its previous ruling that Lahr had provided proof “sufficient to suggest that the government acted improperly”, it also clarified that this “conclusion is based on a characterization of the evidence in a light most favorable to the plaintiff, but does not reflect or constitute any finding by the court.”[29] Upon being handed this verdict by the court, the agencies involved claimed the documents had been “lost” and could not be located, according to the plaintiff.[30]”

CIA again. These secret agencies of the state are effectively outside the control of the courts. In this case they removed evidence but prosecuted others for doing so when it pointed to explosions. Incredible how important evidence has a tendency to “go missing” in such high profile cases. Perhaps one of the first questions to ask when an aircraft comes down is “Who was on it?”

24 Apr, 2013 – 10:28 am lifted almost word for word from SAH’s profile. The thing that strikes me about many of these secret ops is how unimaginative they are and how they harp back to agreed earlier protocols. This was true of 9/11 – a rerun of a seventy’s plan, of the shower suicide, of the unfortunate demise of the patsy, of the clean-up, of the circumvention of judicial process by whitewash, of the unseating of a leader or regime that fails to tow the line. You can almost hear the instruction: “Didn’t we work up a car crash in the tunnel once for that Serbian fellow? Might fit. Dig it out.”

    @ Tim V
No matter how much is “wrong” with a story, it doesn’t affect the main narrative and accepted history, and certainly not what’s taught in schools. Not JFK, MLK, RFK, TWA800, 9/11 and on, any suggestion of conspiracy is at best mentioned as a sidebar. In the case of TWA800 there’s a separate entry in Wikipedia under “other theories”.

I hope you caught my warning that you’re now on a “watch list” as a dangerous, leading 9/11 truther, capable of radicalizing not only fanatical anti-government Christians, but also impressionable young Muslims, according to the Associated Press. The rest of us too, ’cause were communicating with you in an Internet forum. 🙂

You’ll be pleased to learn some US senators are reading here. I suggested President Obama was remiss in not using Boston as a precedent for drone strikes on US soil. I forgot to stick a smiley face behind that and now some senators reversed position, including Rand Paul:

“I never argued against any technology being used when you have an imminent threat, an active crime going on. If someone comes out of a liquor store with a weapon and $50 in cash, I don’t care if a drone kills him or policeman kills him,”
    http://www.politico.com/story/2013/04/rand-paul-drones-boston-90551.html

Here’s a conspiracy I never heard of. An attempted US coup d’etat way back in the 1930s: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Business_Plot

News says US authorities are at the moment in far off Southern Russia interviewing alleged bombers’ parents. Maybe they brought a pallet of shrink wrapped 100s to induce them to get on the same page and denounce their sons as fiends and monsters, radicalized by Truther Imam Alex Jones.

Haven’t heard if they’ve had any success in talking to expertly lawyered up local widow. Is it possible that side is in fact related to the Illuminati Russell Trust, owners of the Skull & Bones building? 🙂 It’s a joke — no letters from Carter Ruck needed.

Or authorities saw it as an excuse for stops in London, Moscow and other 5 star destinations to co-ordinate with their counterparts and straighten out conflicting stories.

We should have known red hair would surface in the Boston story:

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2314095/Who-Misha-Boston-bombing-investigation-hunts-mysterious-bald-red-bearded-Armenian-man-experts-speculate-role-deadly-terror-attacks.html?ito=feeds-newsxml

As we recall, red wigs are the usual MO, or hair that is dyed red. Real gingers are in short supply for these stories. But do men dye their beards red? And how many men have reddish beards, when their hair is a different shade? This one was bald, so can we assume we have our requisite fake red hair? This is for you, NR: :0

  • Q

@ NR: Re: semi-off-topic. One of the bizarre findings in the Elvis impersonator case was that investigators could not find DNA on the envelope, because it was self-sealing. As if whoever filled an envelope with would lick it.

  • Tim V

As I’ve never been a “leading anything”, the news that I’m now a leading “truther” comes as a pleasant surprise. I shall just have to wait and see if there is any practical consequence when I apply to go see my distant relatives in Utah. The trouble is that a whole political, social and economic class signed up to the official account of 9/11 (indeed we all did at the time) so to admit a state-sponsored fraud occurred would shake the very foundations. So the lie is perpetuated. The same with the assassination of JFK and no doubt many others. If you cannot trust the official organs of investigation, what other opportunities or channels are available? Jim Garrison tried it but we know what happened to that effort.

  • NR

@ Q: There are too many good quotes in your DM link on Misha to quote them. Two readers’ comments: “one can only hope the Armenian is somehow connected to the Kardashian clan” “Cambridge is rife with bearded men who have a core hatred for America.” Wonder if Misha knew henna-headed Anna Chapman?

Many connected lawyers in the family: “Uncle Ruslan Tsarnaev, who worked for the CIA-front organisation USAID… … says that Tamerlan Tsarnaev was influenced by an American Armenian called Misha… …The cops said they were going to set up at the Armenian Church.”
    http://aangirfan.blogspot.co.uk/2013/04/boston-bombs-its-all-fake.html?m=1

No worries, the Reddit mob will soon find Misha, if not in Boston, then Australia, Estonia, Montpellier France, at the Eaton Centre in Toronto and Montreal, sequentially or simultaneously. The police will ignore their leads, causing their on-the-ground vigilantes to take direct action.

@ Tim V: Some truly horrible people are suggesting the Reddit mob might have caused Sunil Tripathi to suicide by falsely naming him. Unlikely, unless dead only a few days, but it would be cosmic-level poetic justice upon their heads. As you say, how likely is it to find a fiend’s doppleganger conveniently dead. Did he fall in the water while eating a Satsuma orange?

Perhaps a turning point: (once again another uncle of a dead one who allegedly worked for CIA – for the wrong one?)

    http://beforeitsnews.com/scandals/2013/04/boston-bombers-uncle-on-feds-payroll-tied-to-cia-2431140.html

Was Boston Bombers ‘Uncle Ruslan’ with the CIA?The uncle of the two men who set off bombs at the Boston Marathon, who struck the only grace note in an otherwise horrific week, worked as a “consultant” for the Agency for International Development (USAID) a U.S. Government Agency often used for cover by agents of the CIA, in the former Soviet Republic of Kazakhstan during the “Wild West” days of the early 1990’s, when anything that wasn’t nailed down in that country was up for grabs.

But the biggest red flag, the one pertinent to murder in Boston, was Oligarch Kukibayev’s use of money laundered through a network of offshore companies  […] from which Kazakhsxtan claims Ablyazov embezzled a very cool $6 billion dollars. And this is where “Uncle Ruslan” Tsarni comes in.The purchase of the Prince’s estate was put together, according to prosecutors in Italy and Switzerland, by a group of oil executives who comprise “a network of personal and business relationships” allegedly used for “international corruption,” reported  The London Telegraph.Tsarni, called “a US lawyer who has had dealings in Kazakh business affairs,” by the Sunday Times, clearly appears to be a member of that network. The Sunday Times reported, “A statement by Ruslan Zaindi Tsarni was given in the High Court in December, claiming that Kulibayev bought Sunninghill and properties in Mayfair with $96 million derived from a complex series of deals intended to disguise money laundering.”

More on the Tsarnaev CIA links:

    http://stuffaintright.wordpress.com/2013/04/24/4um-tamerlan-tsarnaev-attended-cia-sponsored-workshop/

Tamerlan Tsarnaev attended a workshop sponsored by the CIA-linked Jamestown Foundation, Izvestia reports today. The Russian newspaper cites documents produced by the Counterintelligence Department Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia confirming that the NGO “Fund of Caucasus” held workshops in the summer of 2012 and Tsarnaev attended. The Caucasus Fund was established in November, 2008, following the Geoergian- Ossetian conflict. The main purpose of the organization, according to Izvestia, is to “to recruit young people and intellectuals of the North Caucasus to enhance instability and extremism in the southern regions of Russia.”The Jamestown Foundation is a known CIA front. It “is only an element in a huge machine, which is controlled by Freedom House and linked to the CIA,” writes the Voltaire Network. “In practice, it has become a specialized news agency in subjects such as the communist and post-communist states and terrorism.” CIA director William Casey and Russian dissident Arkady Shevchenko were instrumental in creating the organization. Jamestown’s board of directors includes Zbigniew Brzezinski, former National Security Advisor to Jimmy Carter.
