Entirely off-topic, but as I started the thread I might get away with it, and we could all use some light relief…
It’s the peak of the Perseid annual meteor shower some time around now; tonight and the next two nights could be good times to take a look, if it isn’t too cloudy. There should be around a hundred per hour, though you can’t see all of those. They all appear to streak away from the same point in the sky, in the constellation of Perseus, but can appear any distance from it in any part of the sky, so the best way to see as many as possible is to choose the darkest spot with as few obstructions of the horizon as you can, and relax on a blanket or a deckchair taking in as much of the sky as you can.
