Not Forgetting the al-Hillis 22278

The mainstream media for the most part has moved on. But there are a few more gleanings to be had, of perhaps the most interesting comes from the Daily Mirror, which labels al-Hilli an extremist on the grounds that he was against the war in Iraq, disapproved of the behaviour of Israel and had doubts over 9/11 – which makes a great deal of the population “extremist”. But the Mirror has the only mainstream mention I can find of the possibility that Mossad carried out the killings. Given Mr al-Hilli’s profession, the fact he is a Shia, the fact he had visited Iran, and the fact that Israel heas been assassinating scientists connected to Iran’s nuclear programme, this has to be a possibility. There are of course other possibilities, but to ignore that one is ludicrous.

Which leads me to the argument of Daily Mail crime reporter, Stephen Wright, that the French police should concentrate on the idea that this was a killing by a random Alpine madman or racist bigot. Perfectly possible, of course, and the anti-Muslim killings in Marseille might be as much a precedent as Mossad killings of scientists. But why the lone madman idea should be the preferred investigation, Mr Wright does not explain. What I did find interesting from a man who has visited many crime scenes are his repeated insinuations that the French authorities are not really trying very hard to find who the killers were, for example:

the crime scene would have been sealed off for a minimum of seven to ten days, to allow detailed forensic searches for DNA, fibres, tyre marks and shoe prints to take place.
Nearby bushes and vegetation would have been searched for any discarded food and cigarette butts left by the killer, not to mention the murder weapon.
But from what I saw at the end of last week, no such searches had taken place and potentially vital evidence could have been missed. House to house inquiries in the local area had yet to be completed and police had not made specific public appeals for information about the crime. No reward had been put up for information about the shootings.
Behind the scenes, what other short cuts have been taken? Have police seized data identifying all mobile phones being used in the vicinity of the murders that day?

The idea that the French authorities – who are quite as capable as any other of solving cases – are not really trying very hard is an interesting one.

Which leads me to this part of a remarkable article from the Daily Telegraph, which if true points us back towards a hit squad and discounts the ides that there was only one gun:

Claims that only one gun was used to kill everybody is likely to be disproved by full ballistics test results which are out in October.
While the 25 spent bullet cartridges found at the scene are all of the same kind, they could in fact have come from a number of weapons of the same make.
This throws up the possibility of a well-equipped, highly-trained gang circling the car and then opening fire.
Both children were left alive by the killers, who had clinically pumped bullets into everybody else, including five into Mr Mollier.
Zainab was found staggering around outside the car by Brett Martin, a British former RAF serviceman who cycled by moments after the attack, but he saw nobody except the schoolgirl.
Her sister, Zeena, was found unscathed and hiding in the car eight hours later.
Both sisters are now back in Britain, and are believed to have been reunited at a secret location near London.

There are of course a number of hit squad options, both governmental and private, which might well involve iraqi or Iranian interests – on both of which the mainstream media have been very happy to speculate while almost unanimously ignoring Israel.

But what interests me is why the Daily Telegraph choose, in the face of all the evidence, to minimise the horrific nature of the attack by stating that “Both children were left alive by the killers”? Zainab was not left alive by design, she was shot in the chest and her skull was stove in, which presumably was a pretty serious attempt to kill a seven year-old child. The other girl might very well have succeeded in hiding from the killers under her mother’s skirts, as she hid from the first rescuers, and then for eight hours from the police.

The Telegraph article claims to be informed by sources close to the investigation. So they believe it was a group of people, and feel motivated to absolve those people from child-killing. Now what could the Daily Telegraph be thinking?

“Farid Berrada, aged 46, was an important industrial company whose painting, called “Colorado” is listed. Between 1999 and 2001, he became Director General of the Office chérifien phosphate (OCP)…”

We’re back to the natural resources extraction industries. Phosphate rock and potash, turned into fertilizer and many byproducts, such as fluorine and phosphate-gypsum. SNC-Lavalin has special expertise in the field of processing.

Some links if anyone is interested, though it takes an expert to analyze all the connections:

    What bizarre comments you make.
No lesser is expected from a person using the picture of a deceased man on his every post.

Thanks for the drugs link re SH and Holmes. This is my opinion, too. Drugs alone dont make you a shooter, but they might do what somebody tells their mind. Some kind of mind control under hypnosis, supported by drugs.

It is off topic, but there is a link between the Holmes shooting and the latest Aurora shooting. Thete is Jacque Archuleta who went to the cinema together with Alex Espinoza who is her boyfriend. Blog posters reported that he was apparently the guy who uploaded videos of the shooting that were soon pulled off the www. Some said that he was an imposter and red herring. Of somebody is interested, i will provide links.

Sonny Archuleta had a twitter account. He was very christian, studied the bible, he supported Israel and Zionism excessively and he supported Christian missionary in Iran.

He was “the sun” and Superman.

I note gun sales rapidly increased in the United States.

It would seem these shootings have provided a way to further arm a nation. And in a “self funded” way.

What now if the Govt.com decide there should be an “all new” policy with regard to gun ownership ? Would that divide a nation ?
What would the state of Texas do ? How would others states react ?
Importantly, would an issue like this divide a (“the”) people ?

A series of mass random shootings. New Federal and State laws that are opposed by a proportion of people (armed) and accepted by others (unarmed, however protected by force of law).

From history I guess it would only take 7 states to secede over an issue…and you have yourself a “civil war”.

    Interesting satellite links Q
7 Jan, 2013 – 6:54 am. The average Joe has absolutely no idea what is going on up there and in that category of course I include myself. For thousands of years man gazed at the heavens and plotted their movements. Those who could accurately foretell cosmic events were held in special regard. They were in communion with the Gods. It was a select priesthood that has morphed with time into Scientists, rather leaving the priests flailing for a role. From Copernicus astronomy consisted in looking outwards into unfathomable space, and with ever more ingenius optical and radio devices the picture became clearer yet no less miraculous. However from the late 1950’s and Sputnik onwards the novel ability to look back at our own planet has developed a technology and industry of its own with far reaching consequences, including strategic and military ones. Whereas America and Russia enjoyed dominance, other nations (China, India, France, Britain, Israel to name a few) are catching up. This is a cutting edge technology of which we know little of its practical, day-by-day application, other than our TV picture and mobile phone. Geopolitically the world has coalesced into the major population/cultural/economic blocks we see today, all hovering over oil and the other natural resources and viewing one another, both literally and metaphorically with a wary eye – the most notable of these now America v. China.

Now returning to the little matter of Chevaline we have strong links here to two sensitive industries metals essential for nuclear energy and cutting edge sattelite and aircraft technology. Both have military application. As to geo-political connections we have clear middle east connections with Mollier (Areva with Dubai http://www.areva.com/EN/news-8011/transmission-and-distribution-areva-awarded-major-contract-by-dubai-utility.html and UAE http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2012-08-15/rio-tinto-areva-others-win-3-billion-u-a-e-contracts.html and historically to Iran) and Al Hillis (Iraq/Israel/Iran). We have connections through Al Hillis employers and companies to British, European and American aircraft/defence companies. I don’t at present see any obvious links to Serbia (the “Paramilitaries” suggested), China, Russia, Korea, India or even Syria other than through Iran or French mercenaries fighting there.

Now what can we glean from all this? First that the technical/commercial information known or accessible to both Mollier and Al Hilli was both politically and militarily sensitive. Second with an absence of other viable explanations, this must have been a state sponsored killing. Third, the implications of what was known and intended to be done was so significant as to require an intervention of “extreme prejudice”. Fourth no terrorist or criminal group has claimed responsibility and the indications of French cover-up point to allies of France rather than enemies. Fifth Russia has “previous” but it tends to be reserved for its own defectors. Extreme radical groups could do it but it is unlikely they could have done so in France, too complicated an operation and much easier opportunities. So sixth we come inexorably to Israel and the United States. Both are not averse to “direct action”. Indeed America demonstrates on almost a weekly basis. Israeli follows a national policy of assassinating what it decides are its enemies. In this the policy of the two nations hardly seems distinguishable. They have both been suspiciously silent about Chevaline. If states are the chief suspects, these two are top of the list I would say. There is something macho about the way it was carried out. The use of the four wheel drive, wheels spinning, precise use of the bullets, sparing the child, the rather too obvious Luger gun part left behind, even the references to “Miami Vice” and “Hollywood”. Now the shades of the convenient killer fitting precisely a Maillaud suggestion of “Crazed mentally ill individual lately hospitalized” has shades of CIA planning don’t you think a la JFK and Lee Harvey Oswald don’t you think?

  • Q

    Thank you, Tim V.

Recent convenient patsies: James Holmes, Adam Lanza, the alleged trio of insurance scammers in Indianapolis. Most often these patsies have some vague mental illness that is alluded to. One is unable to speak, one is dead, and the other three may be facing the death penalty.

  • Q

Note: James Holmes can and does speak, but his lawyers did the talking in court. He appeared dazed and confused.

    Quote
There was some drama during Thursday’s mostly procedural hearing. A woman seated in the second-to-last row of the courtroom stood up and said she had evidence of judicial misconduct on behalf of the public defender.”I tried to deliver information vital to the defense of James Holmes to the public defender,” the woman–in a red dress with a shaved head–said, her voice shaking. The woman, who was held by two deputies, said the defense team told her they were not willing to speak to Holmes about that information.”It will do the victims’ families justice to have this information,” the woman, who identified herself as Allison Michelle Ernst, said as she was led out of the courtroom.

    ++++

Perhaps she is an idiot, but perhaps she got something to say. Why was nobody talking to her?

“French police are planning to interview the man suspected of killing three women and injuring two men on Wednesday night in Daillon, Switzerland, for connections to the Swiss Alps shooting last September.

“Police say a 33-year-old Swiss man with a history of psychological problems opened fire late Wednesday in his tiny Swiss village.

“To halt his rampage, Swiss police shot the man. He’s now recovering in hospital and will soon be able to speak. Now, authorities in nearby Haute-Savoie, France, are hoping to interrogate the man after he regains consciousness, Agence France-Presse said.

“French police in Haute-Savoie, who are wondering about a possible link between this killing and unsolved homicides in the region in recent years, made this request,” a police representative told AFP.

    Off-Topic from:

“TV News was interviewing students in other cities before they returned to school for the first time since the Sandy Hook shootings. Most approved of armed guards posted at their schools.”

“One teen was wearing a skateboard cap with the word “OBEY” in large letters. I was not familiar with the brand, and found it is high-end and I am in the Vans and DC Shoes sector of the SK8R economy. Progressivism is never cheap.”

“It is the skateboard and clothing brand of Shepard Fairey, designer of the Barack Obama “Hope” poster. From his company’s web page [if commercial links are permitted]:”

    http://obeyclothing.com/about/

“”OBEY Clothing was founded on the art, design and ideals of Shepard Fairey.””

“”Fairey steeps his ideology and iconography in self-empowerment. With biting sarcasm verging on reverse psychology, he goads viewers, using the imperative “obey,” to take heed of the propagandists out to bend the world to their agendas.””

“Well and good, but what about persons who aren’t as smart as skateboarders, like Phds and teachers and economists and mayors and such, and miss the “biting sarcasm verging on reverse psychology”. They will OBEY instead of DISOBEYING. Which seems to be what they’re doing.”

“Or is that what President Obama and Mr. Fairey intend?”

If the last is true it means they are engaging in double-double sarcasm and reverse-reverse psychology.

[Let me recommend that OBEY web page to any web designers as an example of style and simplicity. Clean and uncluttered, doing what it’s intended to do and no more.]

Already posted above here on this page that the french have their killer.

Off topic:The name of the Swiss shooter is Florian Berthouzoz (33). The name of his uncle, whom he shot, is Eddy Berthouzoz. His uncle is a keen cyclist who took part in many bike races in the area (a cyclist life is dangerous in that area). His uncle is also listed as a Wallis Mountain guide and member of the mountain safety and rescue staff in Wallis.
Berthouzoz was in a psychiatric hospital in 2005. According to his relatives, his military weapons were seized and destroyed in 2005 and due to their knowledge he did not own any guns. He did not have a car nor did he have a drivers licence.

I said before that ever since President Obama’s re-election there have been many favorable comparisons of him to President Lincoln. So if there is any move to secede, he could quickly do as Lincoln did and suspend the constitution, and no rightists dare object because Lincoln is their hero.

Wait for the Oscars, when “Lincoln” wins big, and who should step up for the award, flanked by his Hollywood friends, none other than the president himself, wearing a stovepipe hat and reading his proclamation to a worldwide audience from the back of an envelope.

The big winner in the whole mess will be Mexico. Their cartels and military will seize back Texas and the bottom half of California, plus other southern states.

Even Canada could take advantage of the mix-up and grab northern territories, like those states that have oil sands and maybe the north west pacific ones and the top half of California – the good pot growing territories.

China would need to send troops to help keep the US together and get back the money they loaned. If it came apart, the new pieces would all go, “It isn’t us that borrowed the money, it was the evil banksters in New York City and Washington. Go ask them.”

Saad al-Hilli made a trip to France in December 2011 for his work with this company:

Another fact to consider is that the U.S. Department of Defense-developed GPS system is facing increasing competition from rival systems. Some of these will be civilian-operated, while others will be under the control of various governments and their entities:

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-18633917

GLONASS is not new, but it is apparently caught up in a corruption and unreliability scandal.

  • Q

@ Tim V: Can it be said that things are falling into place rather tidily with the foregone conclusion?

  • Q

Why GPS matters to the U.S. military:

    “Military
Attaching a GPS guidance kit to a ‘dumb’ bomb, March 2003.

As of 2009, military applications of GPS include:

Navigation: GPS allows soldiers to find objectives, even in the dark or in unfamiliar territory, and to coordinate troop and supply movement. In the United States armed forces, commanders use the Commanders Digital Assistant and lower ranks use the Soldier Digital Assistant.[62][63][64][65]
Target tracking: Various military weapons systems use GPS to track potential ground and air targets before flagging them as hostile.[citation needed] These weapon systems pass target coordinates to precision-guided munitions to allow them to engage targets accurately. Military aircraft, particularly in air-to-ground roles, use GPS to find targets (for example, gun camera video from AH-1 Cobras in Iraq show GPS co-ordinates that can be viewed with specialized software).
Missile and projectile guidance: GPS allows accurate targeting of various military weapons including ICBMs, cruise missiles, precision-guided munitions and Artillery projectiles. Embedded GPS receivers able to withstand accelerations of 12,000 g or about 118 km/s2 have been developed for use in 155 millimetres (6.1 in) howitzers.[66]
Search and Rescue: Downed pilots can be located faster if their position is known.
Reconnaissance: Patrol movement can be managed more closely.
GPS satellites carry a set of nuclear detonation detectors consisting of an optical sensor (Y-sensor), an X-ray sensor, a dosimeter, and an electromagnetic pulse (EMP) sensor (W-sensor), that form a major portion of the United States Nuclear Detonation Detection System.

    From: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Global_Positioning_System

These are the useful applications that are known to the public. As with all technology, there may be uses that are not known to the public.

I was never quite sure about Anders7777. In any case, his outrageous nature and colorful (expletive deleted) rants made me solidify my stance, clarify my position, back my theories with links and dig deeper. Surely he would have been cut off at the pass in other less-tolerant internet forums.

Provocative and obnoxious are two words that describe him at times. Did he achieve what he set out to do, and why was it so important to him?

Will his grave marker read, “Don’t be a shill”?
