Spot on KevinB. The banking system is the biggest elephant in the room. Why precisely do we have to pay interest on every pound or dollar that’s printed to a private banking cartel that is not even required to publish its own accounts? Why is there never enough money available to fund decent social programmes, but always enough to fund endless wars? Why is anyone who raises these issues immediately marginalised?
