The Al-Hilli Conundrum 6629

My post on the shootings in France has brought tens of thousands of people to this site – but not to read my dull contribution. People are coming to read the comments from other readers.

Today’s development of the bomb squad descending on the al-Hilli house does not in itself worry me enormously. You may recall the massive terror scare that was ramped up when some Muslim students in Manchester were found to own a bag of sugar.

In fact we have the opposite phenomenon today, with the spook-fed “security correspondents” on TV lining up to tell us it is probably just everyday household stuff. This deviation from the standard Islamophobic “Muslims = bombs” narrative is so startling it makes me wonder why the “move along, nothing to see here” line is being taken so quickly.

My own security services sources insist that al-Hilli was not a person of current interest to the UK intelligence agencies and was not involved in anything clandestine. I have no reason to disbelieve them. On the other hand, the limited and confusing information in the media is almost entirely from official sources. I find it very strange indeed how little attention has been paid to the murdered French cyclist, and how easily it is presumed he was just a passerby. Surely it is as likely he was the intended victim and the al-Hillis the accidental witnesses?

Please do read the comments on my first entry on the subject to see the debate unfettered by the censorship in the mainstream media. This is perhaps my favourite comment:

From Janesmith101

All comments regarding Sylvain, Al-Hilli and a possible nuclear link are being removed from sites I’ve posted on in The Guardian, Independent and Huffpo UK.

http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/2012/sep/09/alps-killer-motive-baffles-police

Here was my comment, I added as a point of fact it was completely speculative and an unproven theory in a later comment, also removed.

Sylvain Mollier, the ‘passing’ cyclist, was in fact a nuclear metallurgist who worked for a french nuclear company called Cezus (a subsidiary of Areva). Cezus fabricates and processes zirconium into metal and nuclear grade zircoaloy for nuclear fuel assemblies – it also has other applications in aerospace such as components and ceramics for missiles and satellites. Mr Al-Hilli was also a skilled aerospace engineer, on what looks to be his first camping holiday.

What is the probability that two highly skilled engineers managed be at the same remote place, at the same time, yet still managed to end up dead as a result of what looks to be a military style assasination?

As someone else pointed out in The Independent comments, the deceased were found by a ‘retired’ RAF officer who, we assume, will recieve perpetual anonymity as a witness. If the police are looking for a motive, try an intercepted rendevous by a security service fixated on denying a hostile power illicit nuclear technology.

http://wrmea.org/component/content/article/162-1995-june/7823-israel-bombs-iraqs-osirak-nuclear-research-facility.html

The Huffington Post UK reports that this wasn’t the family’s first trip to the camp site. An earlier report had asked other camp site visitors whether they had seen the family before and they had replied they hadn’t. If this isn’t wasn’t the first visit by Al-Hilli, it might slightly increase the odds that he knew or had met Mollier before, this being the last in a series of rendevous of a transactional nature. Mollier lived and worked locally.

Again, I’m not sure of the truth of these reports, there is some very sloppy journalism, as there is always seems to be. I’ve read for example Mollier’s company Cevus descirbed as a steel firm something which it is patently not, but perhaps it may have been a detail lost in translation.

An interesting comment summing up some of the strange coincidences, at least, surrounding these murders. My other favourite comment calls me a “macchiavellian shill”.

I have only one thought of my own I want to add at the minute. Al-Hilli was a Shia muslim and had been on pilgrimage to Qoms in Iran. What if it is indeed true that he was in possession of no especial nuclear or defence secrets to pass on to the Iranians, but the Israelis thought that he was? The Israeli programme of assassination of scientists involved in Iran’s nuclear programme is a definite fact. It makes as much sense as anything else at the moment, as a possibility.

I am not saying that is what happened. But the directions in which the mainstream media is being so strenuously pointed by official sources, like the massacre of an entire family over an inheritance, are certainly no more inherently probable. Certainly as we are now told all the shots were from one gun, for the assassin to get each victim in the head with none of them being able to escape, indicates real proficiency with the weapon and a very high level of training.

    The source said there was no indication as to the extent of the damage to Zainab’s vision long term, but one eye was seriously damaged.

    =====
    I lost the vision in one eye due to a similar blunt force trauma attack. Only mine was very very pointed, an steno blow. I hope to God she is OK and her retina not damaged. This is assuming all this is legit.

    So we have fairly massive injuries, bleeding from the shoulder, probably scalp and eye socket too.

    Yet didn’t PD say he saw no signs of injury?

    Yet didn’t PD say he saw no signs of injury?

    She was face down, and unresponsive.

    He didn’t turn her over.

    All wounds to the front?

    But if she was in recovery position (exRAF), she couldn’t have been face down … one side of face must be visible

    “Mrs al-Allaf, a Swedish passport holder, and her son had been living in southern Stockholm when she joined the Hilli’s on their French holiday.

    Her husband, Mr Thaher’s father, Abdul al-Saffar, died last year from kidney problems.

    Neighbours at their flat said they had not seen the son for about a month while Swedish relatives said they believed he had travelled to England.”

    Saad’s accountant said just before they left for France Saad rushed off to pick up the mother in law…from READING, Berkshire. Maybe the son IS in England. His mother certainly was.

    pd and raf man norman wisdom need to be rendered to sirte and told unless they talk they get some sodomical gadaffi action.

    sorry i got confused why would the cia render mi6 or mossad operatives and ask them to talk when they already know all the answers.

    @nuid

    yes I saw that. Interesting if its accurate…and does that apply to all French networks, or just some?

  • nuid

    “and does that apply to all French networks, or just some?”

    No idea. It seems to apply to that mast, in that location, and in a mountainous region. I really haven’t a clue. BTW, that’s a weird page you linked to, about Haydar.

  • nuid

    “Yet didn’t PD say he saw no signs of injury?”

    Yes, and he “tapped her hands” but got no reaction, so he bent down to her. Surely he’d have seen some blood. And damage to her face?
    (The poor child. It’ll be years before she’s recovered.)

    =====
    Tiny child, if a shoulder shot, surely would go right through? Unless a 7.65 mm low powder cartridge, as issued to Skymarshalls, who like the same weapon as Mossad. Don’t won’t bullets hitting other px at 40,000 ft.

    Surely DP whilst clasping hands and speaking English to Zainab, would have turned her over. All the injuries IMO would have been very apparent.

  • anders7777

    =====
    Precisely, the whole point of RP is not to swallow the tongue, face sideways. So you gotta be blind not to spot trauma injuries.

    Stories yet again do not add up.

    first the brother as killer.

    Close friends have told The Daily Telegraph that Mr Hilli, 50, had spoken of an ongoing financial dispute with Zaid, 52.

    ‘He was a control freak, I wanted him wiped out of my life’: Astonishing letter shows level of animosity between French Alps murder victim and his brother

    Childhood friend reveals note sent to her in row over father’s assets

    An astonishing letter showing the degree of animosity between two brothers has been revealed today

    He also said he wanted him ‘wiped out’ of his life.

    send the bomb squad around to the family home to make the dead look like angry iraqi garden shed bombers.

    then the son

    Alleged violent past of son of Alps murder victim

    In 2004 he was said to have screamed at his father: “I want to kill you and there is nothing you can to about it” to his father before hitting him.

    then we have swarthy eastern europeans with ww2 machine guns.
    talk of the criminal underworld.
    next they will find a village idiot or drug up a local and get a confession.
    i hope all you spooks have an alibi for the dates and times because these clowns are getting desperate.
    who knows who they will pin this on.

    they kill you and your family and they destroy any reputation you had.
    in years to come the bomb squad will be remembered.
    i always thought that iraqi was a bit dodgy a bit swarthy.

    can piss pale mk ultra killers from vauxhall and israel ever be swarthy or is always the innocent that are called that.

    Can anyone put me straight as to the sequence of events once the police arrived on the scene?

    ie photos of the car after the shooting…including photos of the car on the recovery truck, and photos of the ambulances leaving wth the bodies inside are all in obvious daylight.

    The 4 year old wasnt discovered for 8 hours, so close to midnight when she was discovered? And the bodies were still in the car at that point.

    So when did they remove the car on the recovery truck and the bodies? The next day?

  • Guy_Fawkes2010

    @dopey Yes the car was removed in daylight the next day as far as I remember, then scene opened up to the press. Does anybody have any pictures that were taken of the scene from the press following the removal of the car ?

  • anders7777

    So when did they remove the car on the recovery truck and the bodies? The next day?

    =====
    We have copter shots of the RC truck , so suggest next day, at least in daylight.

  • Blue_Bear

    I watched BBC News at 10 and Newsnight tonight and unless I missed it whilst making tea they didn’t mention it. I also thought today about how few photos we’d seen of any of the family. Seems odd to me.

    Do we know RAF-man is at home? Are we sure he’s not with the French authorities?
