Water Damage 167

The FCO claim that records of extraordinary rendition flights to Diego Garcia were destroyed by water damage is an insult to all our intelligence. The FCO is refusing to say where the records were at the time, or what else was damaged in the (presumed) flood. This is of a piece with, but much more serious than, the “accidental” shredding of all Tony Blair’s parliamentary expenses claims. It is not that they expect us to believe them – they just don’t care. They have the power, and we don’t.

Just as much an insult to our intelligence is the new scheme of security measures at airports. These are all to do with maintaining the fear levels that keep the population compliant, and nothing to do with aviation security. If you have some kind of bomb inside an electronic device, you need a power source to trigger it. The last thing a bomber wants is a flat battery.

It is over twenty years now since I went on a MI6/SAS hosted course at “the Fort” near Gosport. One of the things we were shown and had explained to us, was a laptop which had been converted into a very effective bomb incorporating a slim sheet of semtex. That laptop could switch on and work absolutely normally. The laptop battery was the power source for the detonator.

Explosives detectors at airports would today pick up the semtex. That a mobile phone with no power source could be a bomb, in a way not immediately spotted by x-ray or explosives detector, is a nonsense. If you want to cause real damage on a plane, buy two one litre bottles of 50% strength premium vodka in duty free and set fire to them. You would be surprised at the extreme heat that can produce in a confined space.

“Its also easy to extend Craig’s point about strong vodka. What about, in addition to setting fire to the stuff, a terrorist where to then smash the bottle and use the neck as an improvised and lethal knife?”

Who knew that East End pubs were terrorist training grounds!

Dennis Bergkamp refused to fly – a man ahead of his time.

Is this yon Fort? That was 2006. Probably been flogged off by now to the highest bid from a developer like Agent Cameron’s faves here.

Conservatives given millions by property developers

The Conservative Party has received millions of pounds in donations from developers who stand to benefit from the Government’s controversial planning reforms, The Daily Telegraph can disclose.
    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/earth/hands-off-our-land/8754027/Conservatives-given-millions-by-property-developers.html

The developers are all after Surrey’s Green Belt. It is being handed over to them on a plate by corrupt Tory-led borough councils by means of ‘Local Plans’. Said Tory councillors and some Tory MPs will get the heave-ho next May with a bit of luck. The houses are never ‘affordable’ but will accommodate the Londoners flogging off their houses to rich foreigners. Many of those will stay empty. What a rotten system we are living under.

Ah-that television programme. Like those one stop shops we see all around us, except in the media. Your regional outlet for the NWO.

“If we stick with the ‘sheeple’ definition of the masses”

And the useless idiot claims to be a socialist! To which particular theory does he ascribe as to how the 9/11 false flag was performed I wonder?

  • Rehmat

Scare-mongering has become a good business for many corporations and agencies. Many airports in the US, Canada and Europe are equipped with “naked body” detection system marketed by Israeli firms.

During 2012 London Olympics, British government spend nearly $1 billion on security. It even hired Israeli Mossad agents, who are well-known for creating false flag operations around the world.

ESLO, 12:52 pm; do you accept the 9/11 Commission version, largely based upon confessions extracted under torture?

  • Clark

Rehmat, a talk show host can’t make confessions on behalf of “American Zionist elites” or the Israeli government.

  • Jemand

Water damage sounds plausible. What wouldn’t, is how the water damage occurred to properly stored and maintained records. Anyone sacked for incompetence yet?

    “77-0. And counting”

Be sure to make every one count, Ba’al, but do try to hide your obvious excitement. People might get the idea you don’t really care for the Palestinian people and are more interested in seeing a high death toll so as to reinforce your hatred of jews/Israelis/zionists.

And Todd’s demise was just the tip of the iceberg.

Seems he was hoodwinked into going to Snowdonia in the expectation of what the Mahan Commission had learned about what Bertie Ahearn had corruptly down with Manchester’s Quality Street Gang to arrange the GFA – why Todd had that bottle of champagne with him to celebrate.

And once there, he was drugged into unconsciousness, stripped of protective clothes,m and left to die, like Dr, David Kelly.

On a cheerier note, here’s some exceedingly lame reasons why you have to live with pedophile toffs.

    http://www.project-syndicate.org/commentary/peter-singer-considers-the-merits-of-scotland-and-catalonia-s-bids-for-independence

Super-duper influential world cosmic intellectual Peter Singer manages to write about secession without ever using the words self-determination. He avoids the legal term because the law is clear. Instead Singer regurgitates England’s arguments for No – essentially, “no one will let you determine your political status.”

Singer’s reaching and stretching to make Kosovo a special case. To do that Singer has to ignore the relevant ICJ ruling, which affirmed that secession does not breach international law. Kosovo didn’t need a NATO hardship waiver to secede. Same goes for Scotland and Catalunia.

He babbles some human-rights words to boost his cred but Singer wouldn’t know a widespread human rights violation if it bit him on the ass. To make his statist arguments – “You Catalans and Scots have no valid reason to secede” – Singer has to ignore systematic British and Spanish economic-rights derogations, along with British violations of the right to peace amounting to crimes of concern to the international community. Those crimes and derelictions compromise the UK’s sovereignty, and to reclaim the UK’s forgone sovereignty for the Scots, all Scotland has to do is accept the laws the UK breaks. It’s R2P, suck it.

Singer wrings his hands about the UK losing North Sea oil money when it’s not the UK’s oil. The right to free disposition of natural wealth and resources is a right of peoples, not states. He knows that perfectly well because if he purports to to know ethics, he has read the ICESCR.

This is not about keeping the Duchy of Savile intact. The NATO apparatchiks of Project Syndicate are panicking because the writing’s on the wall. NATO will break up like the Warsaw Pact did, and the US will break up like its twin, the USSR. It’s that or mass extinction.

I don’t give a flying f about Burberry or their shareholders. I am just using this petition to highlight the gross discrepancy between the public sector workforce on strike today and what is going on in the corporate and private sector.

‘Unison general secretary Dave Prentis told BBC Breakfast workers had been left frustrated by pay freezes, adding that “enough is enough”. “When Cameron brought in the two-year pay freeze, our local government workers, our members, had already had a one-year pay freeze.
“So they’ve had a three-year pay freeze and then a 1% increase when inflation has gone up by something like 20%,” he said.

In other words the public sector is taking the brunt of the ‘cutz’.

Burberry’s new CEO, Christopher Bailey, is set to earn £10.3 million this year alone — and now Burberry’s shareholders have had enough.

This outrageously high pay package is not based on Bailey’s performance or the company’s progress — it just doesn’t make sense to pay him such a huge lump of money. This isn’t about logic. It’s about greed, and executives lining their pockets at all costs.

Burberry’s shareholders are so outraged by the opulent pay package that they are preparing a protest vote and rejecting CEO pay at its annual general meeting tomorrow.

If enough of us join these shareholders, we could rein in one of the highest CEO salaries in the UK!

Can you tell Burberry’s shareholders to vote AGAINST this excessive CEO pay?

The media like Sky and the BBC are demonising those on strike and a succession of creeps like Gove, Maude and Gauke are being brought on to give out the propaganda. The Tories and the media are also attempting to diminish the support for the strike by querying the numbers who voted to go on strike and who are out on strike. Also threatening to bring in legislation to make it illegal to strike. Full on fascism. No velvet gloves.

  • Ba'al Zevul (With Gaza)

No. He indicated that ‘spooks’ were present. The sequence of events is given here. The ‘spooks’ could have been anyone, including a hotel managers’ conference and plainclothes police. Evidence is needed here.

What is oddest is the appearance of the Chinook. The usual recovery route is via the RAF, for whom Snowdon is a routine callout site. The RAF (SARF) at RAF Valley flew (and I think still flies) Sea Kings, which are ideally adapted for mountain rescue: the RAF are usually called out via the police for civilian incidents. Trying to land a Chinook during blizzard conditions on a hillside would be a lot more hazardous than winching up a body into a Sea King, and Chinooks are not based at Valley, but Odiham in Hampshire (they often visit Valley, but would not be designated for MR)

There is certainly something unexplained here. But bearing in mind that Todd had attracted unwelcome investigation for paying his girlfriend a monster severance package (allegedly)while doublecrossing his wife, there’s no unique link to the rendition issue.

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-549488/Suicide-police-chief-Why-didnt-earlier-ask-rescue-services.html

  • Ba'al Zevul (With Gaza)

Oh, and if I wanted to commit suicide, hypothermia is one of the better ways to go and I’d seriously consider it.

  • Trowbridge H. Ford

Beg to differ, as Walker stated quite clearly that the usual procedure was not followed, starting with alerting rescuers what licensed vehicle Todd was driving – what was parked right outside where Walker was, and would have ignited a much bigger search to start with, and he thinks would have saved Todd’s life.

And the rest of what you claim is just more diversion over the rendition murder.

  • самизда́т

NATO Pact governments can make shit up because they have absolute confidence in their censorship capacity.

Look how far an internationally-recognized legal expert has to go to circumvent media censorship when he wants to talk about rule of law: http://larouchepac.com/node/31170

To Larouche. Imprisoned, his associates marginalized to invisibility. No one wants to talk about the rule of law but outcasts.

The government put Boyle himself on the no-fly list for his pains. And that’s a guy who’ll never be in charge, corked up like that. This is how suppressed the rule of law is. That’s some serious totalitarian shit.

  • Ba'al Zevul (With Gaza)

Walker stated quite clearly that the usual procedure was not followed,

I’m not disputing that. Am I? RTF comment. The usual procedure wasn’t followed, and nor would I expect it to be if a senior police officer – and one to which some scandal attached – were involved. And when a mountain rescue team is called-out, would it not be reasonable to assume the guy is known or believed to be off -road, rendering VOSA details superfluous? On-road, the police can handle the task. Or be reliably instructed not to, whatever you like.

Anyway, good luck with that. We probably now know a good deal more about rendition than Todd did. RIP. Don’t forget the laser as you leave.

  • Trowbridge H. Ford

And Walker concluded when Todd’s body was finally brought down the mountain by stretcher, there were only spooks there, not the usual uniformed personnel expected.

Top American Spy ‘Told To Leave Germany’

    By Sky News US Team

The German government has asked the top US intelligence official in Berlin to leave the country, a Berlin lawmaker says.

The move comes amid reports of two cases of suspected US espionage in Germany and a longer dispute over alleged NSA spying on the US ally.

Clemens Binniger, a lawmaker from Chancellor Angela Merkel’s party, said the US intelligence official had been told he was no longer welcome in the country.

Mr Binniger, who chairs a parliamentary committee on the intelligence services, told reporters on Thursday “the government has asked the representative of the US intelligence agencies in Germany to leave the country as a reaction to the ongoing failure to help resolve the various allegations, starting with the NSA and up to the latest incidents”.

Another suspicious destruction of inconvenient data. At least they don’t claim ‘accident’.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Able_Danger

“On September 15, 2005, Weldon asserted that he had identified an employee who had been ordered to destroy the 2.5 terabytes (TB) of data collected by Able Danger two years before the 9/11 attack.[“

  • Trowbridge H. Ford

Sure we know now more about Britain’s support of America’s rendition program than Todd did because he was continually lied to about it, and threatened to get the liars for it just before he was killed.

Reduced to personal attacks about the use of lasers by the USA in other tragedies. Pretty pathetic.

  • Ba'al Zevul (With Gaza)

Walker is/was a mountain rescue team leader. He has/had no special expertise in spotting spooks. What he saw were men in suits – highly conspicuous gear on a Welsh winter night in the country- and therefore, actually, not immediately credible as secret servicemen. Nor very likely to have just been up Snowdon and killed someone, either, It’s not suit country.

There are anomalies in the account, I freely grant you. But not the ones you are fixated on. (And do remember that if a journalist reporting on anything other than a lost cat will generally and unintentionally get something crucial wrong.)

Speculation is your enemy. Stick to history.

“You remember him allegedly taking off his clothes on Snowdonia that bitter night while doing so, conveniently dying of hypothermia.”

    Yes Trowbridge:

Todd was reported missing by Greater Manchester Police and rescue teams from Llanberis, North Wales, started a search for him at 01:00 on 11 March 2008 after being alerted by hill walkers.

And former British foreign secretary Robin Cook died in mysterious circumstances on Ben Stack, a mountain in Scotland, and the authorities were alerted by a group of err…hill walkers.
