The Al-Hilli Conundrum 6629

My post on the shootings in France has brought tens of thousands of people to this site – but not to read my dull contribution. People are coming to read the comments from other readers.

Today’s development of the bomb squad descending on the al-Hilli house does not in itself worry me enormously. You may recall the massive terror scare that was ramped up when some Muslim students in Manchester were found to own a bag of sugar.

In fact we have the opposite phenomenon today, with the spook-fed “security correspondents” on TV lining up to tell us it is probably just everyday household stuff. This deviation from the standard Islamophobic “Muslims = bombs” narrative is so startling it makes me wonder why the “move along, nothing to see here” line is being taken so quickly.

My own security services sources insist that al-Hilli was not a person of current interest to the UK intelligence agencies and was not involved in anything clandestine. I have no reason to disbelieve them. On the other hand, the limited and confusing information in the media is almost entirely from official sources. I find it very strange indeed how little attention has been paid to the murdered French cyclist, and how easily it is presumed he was just a passerby. Surely it is as likely he was the intended victim and the al-Hillis the accidental witnesses?

Please do read the comments on my first entry on the subject to see the debate unfettered by the censorship in the mainstream media. This is perhaps my favourite comment:

From Janesmith101

All comments regarding Sylvain, Al-Hilli and a possible nuclear link are being removed from sites I’ve posted on in The Guardian, Independent and Huffpo UK.

http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/2012/sep/09/alps-killer-motive-baffles-police

Here was my comment, I added as a point of fact it was completely speculative and an unproven theory in a later comment, also removed.

Sylvain Mollier, the ‘passing’ cyclist, was in fact a nuclear metallurgist who worked for a french nuclear company called Cezus (a subsidiary of Areva). Cezus fabricates and processes zirconium into metal and nuclear grade zircoaloy for nuclear fuel assemblies – it also has other applications in aerospace such as components and ceramics for missiles and satellites. Mr Al-Hilli was also a skilled aerospace engineer, on what looks to be his first camping holiday.

What is the probability that two highly skilled engineers managed be at the same remote place, at the same time, yet still managed to end up dead as a result of what looks to be a military style assasination?

As someone else pointed out in The Independent comments, the deceased were found by a ‘retired’ RAF officer who, we assume, will recieve perpetual anonymity as a witness. If the police are looking for a motive, try an intercepted rendevous by a security service fixated on denying a hostile power illicit nuclear technology.

http://wrmea.org/component/content/article/162-1995-june/7823-israel-bombs-iraqs-osirak-nuclear-research-facility.html

The Huffington Post UK reports that this wasn’t the family’s first trip to the camp site. An earlier report had asked other camp site visitors whether they had seen the family before and they had replied they hadn’t. If this isn’t wasn’t the first visit by Al-Hilli, it might slightly increase the odds that he knew or had met Mollier before, this being the last in a series of rendevous of a transactional nature. Mollier lived and worked locally.

Again, I’m not sure of the truth of these reports, there is some very sloppy journalism, as there is always seems to be. I’ve read for example Mollier’s company Cevus descirbed as a steel firm something which it is patently not, but perhaps it may have been a detail lost in translation.

An interesting comment summing up some of the strange coincidences, at least, surrounding these murders. My other favourite comment calls me a “macchiavellian shill”.

I have only one thought of my own I want to add at the minute. Al-Hilli was a Shia muslim and had been on pilgrimage to Qoms in Iran. What if it is indeed true that he was in possession of no especial nuclear or defence secrets to pass on to the Iranians, but the Israelis thought that he was? The Israeli programme of assassination of scientists involved in Iran’s nuclear programme is a definite fact. It makes as much sense as anything else at the moment, as a possibility.

I am not saying that is what happened. But the directions in which the mainstream media is being so strenuously pointed by official sources, like the massacre of an entire family over an inheritance, are certainly no more inherently probable. Certainly as we are now told all the shots were from one gun, for the assassin to get each victim in the head with none of them being able to escape, indicates real proficiency with the weapon and a very high level of training.

    That is it !

The same “cut and paste” job. That’s your “proof”.
And you do have the link I guess ?
    Or is that “it” ?

“Advisory Notice or ‘D Notice’ was in effect with regard to certain facts about this story.
No mention of his links to the Security Services

No mention of his links to Iran

No mention of his links to nuclear weapons research

No speculation regarding Israel involvement in the killing”

    @makka

    @James, Mark, etc,

as your work here is so transparent, is it not now a waste of time?
I for one just skip past all your posts to get to something that might be worth reading.

Annoying as the basturdz are, gotta live with it. Go back a few hundred posts and old james was cock of the north. Now he’s going to be lucky to be a tea lady at legoland.

    Karma, makka, karma! 🙂

And oh how we laughed…. Mot

But you STILL haven’t provided the proof for what you quote.

    You can see my problem.

Infact, you can see alot of peoples problem

Mate THIS (I) will not go away.

@James I never claimed to have proof, if you want to trawl through hundreds of posts looking for the D notice one be my guest, I’m not here to wipe anyone’s crack for them.

This Al Hilli looks like perfect spook material
    SOAS does it for me.

    @GuyFawkes @haden @dopey

Good posts. Unanswered questions for the controlled MSM. {don’t look here..)

There was a report that SSTL staff had been warned against talking to the press – did anyone also spot that?

The MSM has been shut down – lots of leads ignored, eg broken bike rack, Swedish Connection, Mollier’s house, Dentistry…not to mention Martin’s one bizarre coached outing.

Is it possible that the only side view of of the car has been photoshopped in the enlarged version, to make it look like the wheels are buried?

No driver side shots owing to it being parked (strangely, I feel) right in the corner of an empty lot. Driver’s door against the forest. Fishy.

Are there any good photos/videos of the area of car park where the car was allegedly being driven hard in reverse by a dead man (allegedly)? This one doesn’t quite show it..
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wOotB46u9tU&NR=1
Ought to be quite a “hole” there and melted rubber (ho ho)

Journalists being allowed to wander around a crim scene , later shut off again – with bloodstains/glass is unbelievable It is a photo-op for the gullible MSM journos/photographers to put the official narrative out.

We should stick to speculating around corroborated facts. Everything we have from the police/Martin/Philippe D/Sylvie is potentially chaff.

We admitted we were powerless over alcohol—that our lives had become unmanageable.
Came to believe that a Power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity.
Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of God as we understood Him.
Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves.
Admitted to God, to ourselves, and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs.
Were entirely ready to have God remove all these defects of character.
Humbly asked Him to remove our shortcomings.
Made a list of all persons we had harmed, and became willing to make amends to them all.
Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others.
Continued to take personal inventory, and when we were wrong, promptly admitted it.
Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we understood Him, praying only for knowledge of His will for us and the power to carry that out.
Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, we tried to carry this message to alcoholics, and to practice these principles in all our affairs.

This CAN NOT be correct Watcher! I am spitting feathers!

Inconvenient fact. A doctor or pathologist will have to certify people dead. Otherwise they are alive and can be saved. Are we to believe that this was done and still no child was found. No. This is the big elephant in the room. They want to preserve a crime scene, but how do they know the adults are not still alive?
Q.Comment le médecin a-t-il pu constater les décès sans intervenir dans la voiture ?

    A. D’après ce qu’on m’a rapporté, il a constaté les décès à travers la fenêtre droite avant à moitié explosée.

    It must be a lie.

This was a high security lockdown from the off, with prior knowledge I feel. Even more Dr Kelly deja vu.

    @Anders7777

but seriously, what is in the big bags? Picnic for grandma in the forest? Toys for the children to play with in the isolated car park?

  • Felix

from the spooky Guardian, Sept 7
French gendarmerie general Jacques Hébrard says pathologists are due to start autopsies on the bodies of four adults who were shot dead in the French Alps. Hérbrard said the positioning of the bodies is ‘very important’ as it will indicate whether the shooter was close to the car or not

there is a short 24 second clip.

Actually, Hebrard from the PJGN – Pôle judiciaire de la Gendarmerie nationale (Paris) gave a long 17 minute interview with a talk-sport channel…

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7RnA2jd9EIE

Small extract here (google translate) from BMFTV/RMC site:
Friday on RMC and BFMTV, the commander of the gendarmerie judicial pole, Jacques Hebrard brought some elements concerning the investigation of the killing of Horses (Chevaline) in Haute-Savoie which killed four people. He has detailed the use of new technologies that are currently supporting the work of the police and gendarmes.

With 3D lasers, says the general, “we have the ability to model the scene with an accuracy of one millimeter to more than 25 meters. We will then be able to completely change the site. It will not be a video image but bundles of points. With this, we will be able to reconstruct the trajectories of shots. The important thing is whether there were one or two shooters. “Casings found on the scene of the massacre, the General told police investigators’ work: “It is necessary to identify the projection of all sockets, locate, depending on point of impact. This will tell if one or more shooters. Many projectiles were found. You can determine where they stood: ambush or not, near or far. ”

“We also behaviorists who are interested in methodology, the area where it all happened. They give elements ambiance, analysis, elements on author profile. These are humanities, alongside scientific analysis, but why not? There are also specialists microtraces or work on vehicle tire tracks, “also said General Hébrard.

Wonder how the investigation is going??
I guess there are two parallel investigations going on.

I have been pondering the BBC ‘ex-RAF guy’ interview for a while and still undecided so am going to park that one for a while. Whatever, they would not introduce someone who had not been located at the scene so he was there in some capacity or other.

Bearing in mind the interview would have been scripted it may be that what was not asked is more relevant than what was. And the one thing which strikes me was the absence of questions about the dead French cyclist (Mollier). Any interviewer would have wanted to ask about him passing RAF guy, how long before etc. but we got nothing so he was clearly a disallowed topic. Why?

    Unquote

I think people are reading to much into the interview in particular they are projecting how they think they would/should react and applying it to another.
The trouble is we all have a coping mechanism and how others act is not how necasserily how you would act, also you may not act how you think you would act.

As for press questions – typical media will be more interested in the more gory parts than the mundane facts.

    Quote

Also, no photos of Mollier, comment from friends or family etc. Highly unusual if he was an innocent local in the wrong place at the wrong time who may have bravely tried to intervene rather than turn and cycle back down that hill like the wind.

Also worth looking at what we can check from the interview. Obvious part is his cycle route and timings. Said he wad been doing maintenance on his house and went out for a 2 hour max ride. We know where the house is and where he ended up. Do the timings fit and is this a plausible route for a 2 hour ride?

    Unquote

The family may just want privacy hence no statement.

Also interested in ‘Ex-RAG guys’ comments about car being stuck in wheel spin. Seems odd that a decent car on a level dry surface would dig itself in like that. Does not look as though it was wedged against the bank so if he was reversing back how would wheels have started spinning and digging in suddenly?

    unquote

high powered torquey engine, low profile broad tyres, more than possible especially on a loose surface and harsh acceleration.

    Quote

Another curious comment is the one the 7 year old is reported to have made about there only being one bad man. Kind of makes me think she saw others there who she did not see as bad.

    Unquote

You could be over analyzing the girls expression or perhaps she saw mollier blunder in

I dont believe a D notice is in effect
    1) it wouldnt apply to foreign media
    2) word appeared on one website as unattributed news

I think this was just some one making mischief.

Nor do i think mossad or MI6 or DGSE or CIA.

The crime is bizare and apparently motiveless, so are we talking revenge by an Iraqi group (if its correct he worked with british intellegence in iraq)or possibly the hit man scenario (motive TBD)

Im working on the basis that the french police have a good reason to believe mollier was not the (primary) Target.

Yes a Dr has to certify death, however perhaps given the nature of the injuries it was apparent to all present that they were beyond any help.
This is probably also why they would not confirm cause of death prior to autopsy, with many of the earlier media reports being a mixture of rumour conjecture and hearsay.
