Jack Straw – The Guilty Man Lies 292

My RT interview today giving eyewitness evidence that Jack Straw is lying about his personal complicity in torture. Straw has been allowed to lie repeatedly about his on UK media for the past 24 hours, as have other British establishment figures. Despite the fact that it is infamous that I was sacked by Straw for blowing the whistle on CIA torture, and the undeniable documentary evidence of this, not one UK media outlet has allowed me to contradict Straw. I have contacted every major British news outlet and been blanked by every one.

‘CIA will continue torture with help of mediators’ – UK’s former envoy to Uzbekistan

“Your whistle blowing stuff must still be applauded.”

Agree, and more, though I do hate to big people up. But keeping this blog going, all the campaigning, all the very brave writing. Under these circumstances after going through all that.

It gives me pause for thought.

O/T but pleasant: Miss France 2015.

“La nouvelle ambassadrice de la beauté française s’appelle Camille Cerf. A 19 ans, la jeune femme originaire du Nord-Pas-de-Calais s’est imposée au Zénith d’Orléans parmi les 33 prétendantes de 18 à 24 ans qui concourraient elles aussi pour la remise de la couronne.”

See her on YouTube, you will not be disappointed.

Military government came to Brazil in a March/April 1964 coup that very much had the support of LBJ, the CIA, and the U.S. ambassador in Brazil. Almost as soon after the assassination of JFK as the date when the Israeli reactor at Dimona went critical: Dec. 24, 1963. What a Christmas present for the world that was!

quote:”Today folks just moan about BBC lies,

Sorry CS, I’m personally not moaning about BBC lies, I’m over that phase – I simply haven’t watched BBC news for ages – I’m in the very fortunate position that I therefore didn’t hear a peep out of Jack Straw over the last couple of days

I recommend turning off your TV,
sales of TV’s in the UK are in decline, (minor peak in flat-panels over Xmas excepted)
kids make their own online entertainment
the British BroadCrapcasting in the 2020’s will be irrelevant, and they know it

    Great news from Cheltenham, allegedly.

One of the knock-on effects of Snowden’s leaks is that the NSA is terrified there might be more whistleblowers, and has taken extreme action in an attempt to reduce the risk of that happening by stripping 100,000 people of their security clearances. In other words, it no longer trusts huge swathes of the people it works with — hardly a healthy situation. Now it seems that GCHQ has succumbed to a similar paranoia about its employees:

GCHQ is sponsoring ways of identifying disgruntled employees and those who might go on to be a security threat through their use of language in things like office emails

The article in the Gloucestershire Echo — the English county where GCHQ is located — explains how potential whistleblowers will be identified:

“research will investigate the use of techniques from the field of natural language processing to detect the early indicators of an insider’s threat.”

That means changes in the way a person communicates can give a clue that they are unhappy and perhaps prepared to do something to harm the organisation.

Of course, what this also means is that people working at GCHQ will become more self-conscious, start to watch their words, and probably think much more carefully…

Reprieve has helpfully collated a list of statements by various politicians over the years that outline the UK’s position on rendition and torture, and how it has evolved during the past decade.

Nobody knew nothing about anything, very much, and anyway, it’s all a big conspiracy theory.

“Jack Straw, 13/12/2005: “Unless we all start to believe in conspiracy theories and that the officials are lying, that I am lying, that behind this there is some kind of secret state which is in league with some dark forces in the United States, and also let me say, we believe that Secretary Rice is lying, there simply is no truth in the claims that the United Kingdom has been involved in rendition full stop, because we have not been, and so what on earth a judicial inquiry would start to do I have no idea. I do not think it would be justified.””

“Tony Blair, 22/12/2005: “I have absolutely no evidence to suggest that anything illegal has been happening here at all, and I am not going to start ordering inquiries into this, that and the next thing, when I have got no evidence to show whether this is right or not. And I honestly, it is like all this stuff about camps in Europe or something, I don’t know, I have never heard of such a thing, I can’t tell you whether such a thing exists.””

Its about having The Courage (Even If You Are Just 15 Years Old) just walking home from the local park at 9:15 pm and not running away at the end of summer…and the Police and Their Meat Wagons Turn Up -just rounding up the easy targets (to collect the kids DNA for Tony Blair)

All The Kids Ran Away..Except My Daughter.

She Faced Them..We are Doing Nothing Wrong…

so the big fat Copper Threw My Daughter To The Ground – Cuffed Her From Behind with a Knee in Her Back and Threw Her into The Back of The Meat Wagon

“We’ve got a Really arsey one her guv she said something rude to me..she told me to eff off”

    What’s her name?

    She NEVER Told Them

and so we phoned her friends where is she?

She has been arrested by the police…

So I phoned the police station..Can I have my Daughter Back Please??

We have got no one of that name sir…

Look I know everything her friends told me…

But we have no one under that name sir…

    etc…

I got her out of jail at 3:00am

and I signed all the forms put in front of me without reading them

My Beautiful Daughter Flew into My Arms.

I had got her out of Jail.

    I’m Her Dad.

    Me

How about NDR or ARD in Germany, They are not best pleased with all the secrecy and spying by the US.
Or France 24, if any of them will cover it, then the BBC will have egg on their face, it will show how far the secrecy and clamp down here has progressed.
    just saying, said it before.
So looking forward to seeing Chloe’s face when you sit opposite here….;)

I sense growing indications (such as a subtle shift in BBC attitude) that, just as expected, the SNP are shaping into a fully fledged establishment neo-liberal party. The grass roots yes campaign is being well and truly co opted. But I would say that wouldn’t I.

Anyway, I suggest this trajectory is so quickly advancing that Craig Murray is in trouble. The Labour appeal is just a small part of this process (who did leak that?). Possibly he will be marginalised within the party. Possibly to advance he will need to compromise himself to an extent that would discredit him. My best guess, which is clearly sticking my neck out at the moment, is he is not going to be taking any seat next May.

So when my wife and I freed her from jail at 3:00 am,because I signed all the papers in front of me..and everything she had been accussed of..well I don’t know..she was with her mates..maybe had a little bit of cider and maybe a little bit of cannabis..maybe the boy she fancied let her have a little puff on his joint…(its in our local park – and all the parks police had been there all summer -looking after the kids no problem)

Maybe they thought they were Posh Kids and Had To Be at Grammar School The Next Morning – and they were just Clearing Up The Dregs…

so I thought she might be just showing..even a little bit of the signs of the first taste of alcohol or maybe even cannabis..But No

Clear as a Bell Complete Love For Her Mum and Dad..which came later…before she flew into my arms..It was Just Complete and Utter Fury Not at The Policemen..But The Police Girl Who Had Interrogated Her For Hours..Trying To Get Her Name Out Of Her…and She Thought She Was a Prisoner of War and Simply Wouldn’t Tell The Bitch Her Name…My Daughter Wanted To Kill The Cow…but she’s forgotten her now..you are a gilr you are supposed to be my friend and on my side..I am 15 years old..but you are fascist bitch…go fuck yourself you evil piece of shit.

    Tony

As someone who lives far away and doesn’t pay much attention to party machinations I sense growing indications (such as a subtle shift in BBC attitude) that, just as expected, the SNP are shaping into a fully fledged establishment neo-liberal party. Good to see you on RT. Thanks for your dogged campaigning over the torture issue.

    GCHQ spying on itself. LoL!

    Where will it all lead?

In a while they’ll have to spy on the spies who spy on the spies.

Then they’ll have to spy on the spies who spy on the spies who spy on the spies.

    Then ……

And it’s all to keep you safe from the crazed hoards of Muslamic Terrorists who want to chop off your head and Putinistas who want to sell you gas!

The House of Commons is short of work to do. Doesn’t it mind that it has been lied to by senior politicians? What is it for if it doesn’t mind? Garbage recycling?

Phil had another great day in the office.
Your trajectory double thoughts seemingly are not worried about a Tory UKIP coalition, or a grand coalition between the same old .yawn. adversaries Tory and Labour, just to cling on to power and save the status quo which is fleecing us. Nor what these nightmare coalitions would do to the fabric of society.
All you are worried/fixated about is that Craig should not do well next may, bless, just as a transparent Rumpelstilzken, you will have to shove your own words down your throat once he sits on the green benches.

“What did you did in the war, daddy?” James Elmer Mitchell and Bruce Jessen got very rich designing and fine-tuning torture techniques for the CIA.

WASHINGTON — Two psychologists were paid $81 million by the CIA to advise on and help implement its brutal interrogation program targeting detainees in the war on terror, according to the Senate torture report summary released Tuesday.

    [….]

For six years, starting in 2002, the two psychologists operated what amounted to a feedback loop of torture, coming up with new ways to inflict pain on detainees and then convincing CIA brass that the harsh tactics had worked.

    [….]

After initially helping to devise the “enhanced interrogation” efforts, they were designated as the only two contractors allowed to oversee these interrogations at sites around the world. In 2005, they formed a company to receive contracts from the CIA. According to the Senate report, the base value of their contract in 2006 was in excess of $180 million.

    [….]

By the time the CIA terminated their contract in 2009, the consulting firm founded by the two men had collected $81 million in taxpayer money.

Its all in the history it is all in the files..I signed the papers and wrote it live..on a Free website actually..its The Free Version of Freebrittania – I don’t know what politics they do..probably more Tory than Left wing..but I reckon some of these guys..or some of them who read what I wrote..have some power..cos they changed the law..or did as best as they could..all these completely innocent kids..never charged with any crime..and they have taken their dna ..in case they do just for our police database you see..and we share it with the USA..and there is no way despite all her American friends who invite her from meeting her at University to the USA..she will get in…

Cos She Has a Criminal Record..We arrested her when she was 15..The Police Told Me at The Disciplinary Interview..so I thought..well I need to get that changed too..

    American “democracy”:

“WASHINGTON — The $1.1 trillion spending agreement reached by House and Senate negotiators on Tuesday night would vastly expand the amount of money that donors can give political parties, bolstering party leaders’ ability to tap into the wallets of their largest contributors and reclaiming some clout from the outside groups that can accept unlimited dollars.”

“The campaign finance changes are among dozens of compromises reached behind closed doors that have cheered industries from coal and gas to agriculture and finance, while infuriating campaign finance watchdogs and environmental groups.”

“. Possibly he will be marginalised within the party”

Likely, I would say Phil. In spite of the pragmatism inherent in politics, there is a theory that the fringe of public opinion, is both hampered by a sense of futility and a powerful force for moving the needle the other way. I forget who said it, but it is amazing what you can get done in government if you let others take the credit. Craig might be unelectable with a fringe position. Time will tell. But wouldn’t it be good if there were enough noise created around a subject which is beneficial for all; like public mea culpas over torture which has been promulgated not by the State, but by culpable individuals?

Public service does not require an egoist, though they frequently prevail at the polls. I prefer humility. That’s the direction politics needs.
