British State Viciously Abuses Child Fantasist 234

The sentencing of a 15 year old Blackburn boy – 14 at the time he committed his thought crimes – to life imprisonment is grossly inhuman. It is not quite as evil as the decision of the appalling Saudi regime to crucify and behead a child dissident, but it is recognisably a product of the same world view. History books will look back on this era as one of astonishing state cruelty.

As I have posted repeatedly, Islamic terrorism in the UK is virtually non-existent. It has killed precisely one person in the last decade. As a massive security industry employing many, many thousands depends for its very existence on this tiny threat, the work of the government, media and security services in exaggerating the “danger” is unceasing and increasingly desperate. It is based on an endless series of stories of thwarted terrorist plots.

The most famous was the liquid bomb plot which in fact had no bombs and no air tickets, and where the traces of “suspicious chemical” found in baby feeding bottles was Milton baby bottle sterilising solution. Then there was the ricin plot with no ricin, and the Manchester “Easter bomb plot” where the “bomb ingredient” found in a kitchen was an ordinary bag of sugar.

In the event of the absence of any terrorism, the focus has shifted to thinking about terrorism, and the result has been the conviction of a series of fantasists who can be held to “prove” the terrorist threat. Of these the very saddest is the State’s crushing of this young child. He had no bombs, owned no weapons, harmed nobody. He was however the “mastermind” behind the dreaded “Anzac Day Beheading Plot” where jihadists in Australia did… nothing whatsoever. Nobody attacked anybody. Some people texted about it.

Aha! But don’t we realise that, but for the tens of billions we lavish on the security services, somebody in Australia definitely would have got beheaded by someone? It was only the arrest of a schoolboy in Blackburn that prevented beheadings in Australia, just as it was only the execution by drone of two men in a car in Syria that prevented something absolutely awful from happening in the UK, somewhere by someone, somehow. “What they are yet I know not, but they shall be the terrors of the earth.”

I don’t understand how stupid you have to be to buy into this stuff. But then I don’t understand what a vicious callous bastard of a judge you have to be to sentence a child to life imprisonment. He is doubtless a very disturbed child and probably very unpleasant to deal with. But he did not harm anyone; pretending he could have is part of the charade of the security state.

I also do not understand why the child’s beheading fantasies get him locked away for life, yet it is apparently OK for the Saudis to behead and crucify anyone they like, and still be grovelled to by the entire British establishment, up to and including the monarch. So far as can be ascertained, the Saudis behead more people than ISIL and for identical reasons, yet I see no Conservative demands to bomb them. One interesting result of the Russian bombings in Syria is that the media are for the first time openly publishing that the CIA and Saudis are funding and arming some of the most dubious combatant groups in Syria.

The power players in all of this, on all sides, are cruel men. Justice Saunders in a British court has just proven that includes the British establishment.

    Here in the U.S., conspiracy law requires not only an agreement (which implies an intent), but also an overt act by one of the participants in the conspiracy.

  • lysias

    I don’t think the Oregon shooter’s postings constituted a crime, but perhaps the law should be such as to permit taking such a person’s weapons away after he makes postings like that.

    The US and Britain have carried out much more aerial bombing in Syria than Russia has. The US has flown thousands of raids and the British, hundreds.

    The US and British bombing is against international law because it is not in self-defence and it is not authorised by the UN Security Council.

    The Russian bombing is not against international law because it is at the request of the Syrian government and carried out against forces seeking to overthrow it.

    I am not saying that any of the bombing is justified.

    I am just saying what the legal position is, which you won’t read in the western press.

    “Here in the U.S., conspiracy law requires not only an agreement (which implies an intent), but also an overt act by one of the participants in the conspiracy.”

    That’s the part about confidence that a crime will certainly be committed unless prevented. And that’s what I call ‘material progress’. “overt act” is the proper legal term. Thanks for adding that, Lysias.

    “I heard that the Oregon shooter laid out his plans on social media but no action was possible due to timing.”

    I heard he talked about it on 4chan, that’s more like anti-social media than social.

    What was Harper-Mercer’s trouble? Warped.

    ‘She said the gunman told people to get on the ground before ordering them to stand up and state their religion.

    If students replied that they were Christian, he replied: “Good, you’ll see God in a second.”‘

    US Gunman Ordered Victims To Reveal Religion
    Police shoot dead gunman Chris Harper-Mercer after the 26-year-old opened fire at a college campus, killing at least nine people.

    That’s generally true. Expressing what you intend to do privately is not an offence in jurisdictions based on British legal principles. However, if it is knowingly published, it could constitute a threat – in this case a death threat. Certainly enough to be arrested pending investigation.

    20-year-old Eccles man who had actually built a nail bomb. He came from an extremist family. He held extremist views which he did not disavow in court. He expressed no remorse, nor a change of view. He HAD A BOMB. And yet, no terror charge. A 2 year jail sentence. No LIFETIME supervision order. “Prosecutor Roger Smart accepted McGee was not a terrorist but an immature teenager.”

    Sixer the twenteen year old’s extremist views were in line with the current racial politics that deems only Muslims are terrorists! Therefore the confused twenteen year old teenager was only intent on killing a few Muslims, Niggers, and such like immigrants and asylum seekers. so a few less over here is a better prospect. It is surprising the nice Judge did not issue a letter of commendation for the confused twenteen year old’s services to community and country.

    Reading the comical plot; “find a proper lonely person” to get a taste of beheading!!! I suppose there was a quick step by step how to build a portable guillotine in the pdf format found on his computer too!

    I see the lad was initially charged with Section 5 of the 2006 Terrorism Act.

    http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2006/11/section/5

    People should understand that even a perceived act of terrorism, fantasy or not,will be in the UK from now on dealt with most severely.

    The British government have adopted and are pushing the threat of terrorism, in the UK, as high and likely.

    Whether or not the lad has emotional problems or not, won’t stop the authorities in Britain,in their quest of highlighting the ever present threat of terrorism, of which we all know isn’t that pressing, as the authorities would have you believe.

    Events such as 9/11, 7/7 and Woolwich, whatever your perspective on them, have allowed authorities around the world to impose ever stricter laws on their citizens under the guise of protection from radicals and terrorism….promoting fear works.

  • giyane

    A Muslim councillor on Dudley declared that it was perfectly normal politics to make a false claim about an EDL demonstration in order to appear to have successfully resolved the threat.

    Why can’t a Muslim teenager in Bradford brag to his peers about his jihadist credentials?
    The adults in the counci play false flag games. The adults in the mosques send young men to ‘jihad in Syria. The adults in Saudi don’t give a fig about the Hajjis in Mecca or the 14 million homeless in Syria and USUKIS have been backing Al Qaida, the armed wing of the Muslim Brotherhood ( a perfectly respectable Islamic institution in the UK ) for 4 years and are even now arming Islamic State.

    Mr Injustice Saunders could do well to read this blog, or at least stop buggering children and talk to them about their lives instead.

    Britons can go and fight in the IDF and are exempted from any punishment of course. Nothing to do with a ‘thought crime’. It’s real killing and maiming.

    FactCheck: what about the Britons who fight for Israel?

    ‘The British government is shamelessly on the Israeli side, even while entire families in Gaza are being pulverized by western weapons and military technology. Meanwhile, the French government imposed a ban to prevent French society from showing its solidarity with the besieged and massacred Palestinians in Gaza.

    But why ban mere demonstrations of solidarity while France, the US and other Western governments are allowing their Jewish citizens to be enlisted in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) which is actively killing Palestinian civilians?’

    http://www.middleeasteye.net/columns/recruiting-kill-it-not-just-israeli-war-gaza-1615026750

    Whereas those going to Syria to fight are arrested and charged on return. Double standards. ‘A supreme court judgement* from last year ruled that the legal definition of terrorism can include “any or all military attacks by a non-state armed group against any or all state or inter-governmental organisation armed forces in the context of a non-international armed conflict”.’

    Republicofscotland (et al) : Are you going to claim the latest mass shooting in Oregon is yet another “False Flag Operation”, or are you going to wait for that jackass Spivey to say it first?

  • Trowbridge H. Ford

    Thanks, Jemand.

    Was only suggesting that the counter terrorists know about Chris Mercer, and have him under surveillance, if possible, before he struck.

    Everyone seems to have been essentially asleep.

    Mercer was born in England, and became a fantasist IRA volunteer until he struck, shooting Christians in the head, and non-Christians in the legs, if possible.

    One thing I have often reflected on is that you never seem to see some old white-bearded git of an imam putting himself forward to be a suicide bomber or a suicide pilot, or front-line fighter, or whatever.

    It always seems to be the very young and the dispossessed. Why’s that? After all, these elderly fellows who encourage and applaud the young martyrs, have had their lives, unlike the young ones. And they believe that it is glorious to sacrifice yourself for the sake of Allah. So why don’t they get out there and practise what they preach, and give the youngsters a chance to have a life on earth before they have to enter Paradise?

    Just my thinks. If I’m mistaken, I will be delighted to be corrected.

    Kind regards,

    John

    The Flemings also sympathize with the Catalan independence movement: http://www.politico.eu/article/flemish-nationalism-n-va-bourgeois-toasting-catalonia-independence-election

    Meanwhile, here’s an Irish take in the Irish Times: http://www.irishtimes.com/opinion/catalonia-may-ultimately-have-to-decide-whether-to-accept-spanish-rule-or-resist-1.2374911:

    Catalan nationalists have been studying Irish history. Frustrated in their attempts to get Madrid’s approval for a legal independence referendum, they have been inspired by the first Dáil. As we know, in December 1918 the UK general election produced a majority of Irish MPs in favour of independence. In January 1919 they convened in Dublin and proclaimed the Republic.
    Similarly, last Sunday’s election victory for pro-independence parties in the Catalan assembly elections will be used by various Catalan nationalist parties to emulate the Irish actions of 1918-1919. Their pre-election commitment to convene and declare independence within 18 months has put Madrid and Barcelona on a collision course.
    The rise of separatism in Catalonia presents a real problem for Spain and highlights the inflexibility of the Spanish constitution in dealing with this crisis. Unlike the case of Scotland, there is no legal mechanism in Spain to allow an autonomous region or community to secede. Unlike the UK, there are no plans in Spain to devolve sufficient powers to head off disintegration. The stakes are high. The Basques are watching from the sidelines, and pro-Catalan sentiment is rising in Valentia and Majorca.

    While Catalan nationalists are quick to quote the “Irish solution” of 1918-1919, they are decidedly uncomfortable in discussing the sequel, when London refused to recognise the first Dáil and arrested many of its leaders.

    The result was the War of Independence and civil war. The real lesson of Irish history is clear. Should Madrid reject the Barcelona initiative, Catalan nationalists may ultimately have to decide whether to accept Spanish rule or resist.

    I can see a possible way out of civil war: Podemos wins the Spanish national elections, and offers Catalonia a restructuring of the Spanish state that satisfies Catalan grievances.

    If Ireland had actually been given home rule in 1914, it’s entirely possible that the rise of Sinn Fein and total independence could have been avoided.

    Similarly, if Stafford Cripps had granted the demand of the Indian Congress to have total dominion status, including control over the Indian military, on his mission in early 1942, the Quit India movement might never have arisen, and partition of India might even have been avoided.

    _______________

    That’s correct – because UK law allows military service in the legally constituted armed forces of a sovereign state which is internationally recognised and which is not at war with the UK.

    There is similarly no obstacle to Britons with, say, dual UK-Greek or dual UK-USA or dual UK-Russian nationality doing their military service or volonteering to serve in the armed forces of the Hellenic Republic, the United States of America or the Russian Federation.

    When the portrayal of Muslims vigourously for most of the boy’s life so far has been entirely negative and associated falsely with intolerance, beheading, terrorism etc. it’s hardly surprising that he embraced the stereotype massaged into being by the state and their despicable captive ‘free’ media. You can be certain there’ll be more like him, confused, seeking to fit an imperfect mould fashioned to demean and demonise, to alienate those from his background. He’s a creation of the governing deep-state and the Labour-Tory puppet pols, using the levers such as religion, race. any difference to sow division, all exacerbated by grinding poverty to further exclude.

    Quite an intentional consequence.

    The police however are quite busy enough with minors making accusations of assault, which prove false and malicious, conspiracies, assault charges later dropped but proceeding with charges of resisting arrest and breach-of-the-peace resulting from the accused protesting their innocence and declaring the preposterousness of the allegation, whilst enduring sustained assault themselves from the arresting officers.

    Little Angels.

    OT – They are saying satanyahus 45 second break was not preplanned and coached by a shpielberg from Hollywood, but rather a reaction to an extraordinarily loud fart by a UN Rwandese Official in the background !! The UN microphones have captured the rude interruption it appears.

  • Habbabkuk (la vita e' bella)

    I very much doubt that a “restructuring of the Spanish state” – whatever form that might take – would be enough to satisfy the Catalan separatists.

    And the same applies, incidentally, to the Flemish separatists.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    BTW, since George Orwell’s name was mentioned recently, it is speculative to opine that Orwell had “great sympathy” for Catalonia per se. Orwell’s “great sympathy” was with the Spanish Republic which was under attack and his presence in Catalonia was due to his wish to fight not in an International Brigade but in the P.O.U.M militia (which only existed in Catalonia).
    At least 500 Yemeni children are no more. Wickedness. Those who remain alive are starving.
    The United Nations says over 500 Yemeni children have been killed and nearly two million people are at risk of malnutrition, some six months into the Saudi regime’s military campaign against the impoverished Arab nation.
    Christophe Boulierac, spokesman for the UN Children’s Fund (UNICEF), said on Friday that 505 children have been killed and 702 others wounded since late March, when Saudi Arabia unleashed deadly air raids on Yemen.
    “The situation for children is deteriorating every single day, and it is horrific,” Boulierac said.
    The UN official also warned of the dire humanitarian situation in the country, which has deteriorated since Riyadh started its military aggression in Yemen, with the aim of undermining the Houthi Ansarullah movement and restoring power to its ally, the country’s fugitive former President Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi.’
    As I have said before – and shall repeat whenever necessary – the Catalan, Flemish and Lega Nord separatist movements in Spain, Belgium and Italy respectively are all fuelled by a desire not to have to support through their taxes the poorer parts of their countries.
    It is basically an economic question – and a question of selfishness.
    I should not be at all surprised if that was not also the idea in many Scottish nationalists’ minds…..when the orice of oil was high.
    For the Chaffy Trolls
    Provoking righteous indignation is considered a legitimate mass mind control technique of clinically mad government agents.
    When any sensitive political / national security issues hits the news human nature dictates that we form an emotional response based on individual sense of right and wrong.
    We are encouraged to doubt the veracity of MSM output by hangouts of police falsifying evidence, court cases held in secrecy, bent judges, unaccountability of the security forces etc.
    Often we cannot resolve the intractable problem of knowing what to believe yet are still happy to form a judgement.
    This allows a government set up logical conflicts in self intellect and opposing views held by others.
    By permitting ourselves to believe firmly in something we know that cannot be relied on as truth we go along with the “official narrative” in either an accepting manner, couldn’t give two or they’re all a bunch of bastards response.
    The outcome therefore is the truth of any sensitive issue, amongst the public, is reduced to an unknown.
    A countermeasure to this type of mind control is to eradicate the doubt makers, one way is to introduce a system where any politician, civil servant, policeman or judge who is caught out lying is locked away for life with removal of all possessions and pension benefits.
    Another more viable solution is only vote for truly independent MP candidates this would reduce the opportunities for politicians to generate disinformation in an organised manner.
    Mary the “charitable” community trust fund was bringing over the uniformed vigilante zionist thugs aka “army” from zionistan to teach as certain faiths schools’ pupils the art of hand to hand fighting. Imagine a Muslim school was seen bringing a Judo instructor from one of the countries of origin, the brouhaha would have caused?
    The lamentable state of affairs are clearly indicative of zionist hatred of Muslims and their war on all things Islamic has been contracted out to UK, et al.
    John you have asked a very interesting question. although given the range of laws the could be invoked answering it may prove to be tricky.
    However for the sake of a thought experiment let us consider the case of a trapped animal caught with one of its legs in a trap. All too often the animal will gnaw its own limb off to free itself and get away from the trap. This case was illustrated in case of Aron Ralston amputating/cutting his own arm off, with a pen knife.
    All too often the greater degrees of injustice, oppression/suppression, occupation, can yield the same mind set as that of the animal caught in the trap with no way of getting away from it.
    As an aside and totally unrelated;
    we all have seen dumb bombs strapped with a very expensive outer jacket of electronic manufactured by Boeing manifesting a modicum of artificial intelligence, to be celebrated as intelligent precision bombs.
    Lets face it, our dear leaders and great leaders are always sending our boys and our heroes to fight without so much as breaking into a sweat or missing a meal, or suffering the awful constipation that the food packs bring about.
    John you are an intelligent person and we are on a thought crime thread, I hope it may have created more question for you.
    BTW thanks for the baseline advice in the other thread, sometimes the best of us can lose the sight of the woods for the trees.
    A very good point that cannot be contested. It is the duplicitous nature of governments and media. They have changed the commandments from “Four legs good, two legs bad” to “Four legs good, two legs better!” And nobody has noticed.
