Not Forgetting the al-Hillis 22281

The mainstream media for the most part has moved on. But there are a few more gleanings to be had, of perhaps the most interesting comes from the Daily Mirror, which labels al-Hilli an extremist on the grounds that he was against the war in Iraq, disapproved of the behaviour of Israel and had doubts over 9/11 – which makes a great deal of the population “extremist”. But the Mirror has the only mainstream mention I can find of the possibility that Mossad carried out the killings. Given Mr al-Hilli’s profession, the fact he is a Shia, the fact he had visited Iran, and the fact that Israel heas been assassinating scientists connected to Iran’s nuclear programme, this has to be a possibility. There are of course other possibilities, but to ignore that one is ludicrous.

Which leads me to the argument of Daily Mail crime reporter, Stephen Wright, that the French police should concentrate on the idea that this was a killing by a random Alpine madman or racist bigot. Perfectly possible, of course, and the anti-Muslim killings in Marseille might be as much a precedent as Mossad killings of scientists. But why the lone madman idea should be the preferred investigation, Mr Wright does not explain. What I did find interesting from a man who has visited many crime scenes are his repeated insinuations that the French authorities are not really trying very hard to find who the killers were, for example:

the crime scene would have been sealed off for a minimum of seven to ten days, to allow detailed forensic searches for DNA, fibres, tyre marks and shoe prints to take place.
Nearby bushes and vegetation would have been searched for any discarded food and cigarette butts left by the killer, not to mention the murder weapon.
But from what I saw at the end of last week, no such searches had taken place and potentially vital evidence could have been missed. House to house inquiries in the local area had yet to be completed and police had not made specific public appeals for information about the crime. No reward had been put up for information about the shootings.
Behind the scenes, what other short cuts have been taken? Have police seized data identifying all mobile phones being used in the vicinity of the murders that day?

The idea that the French authorities – who are quite as capable as any other of solving cases – are not really trying very hard is an interesting one.

Which leads me to this part of a remarkable article from the Daily Telegraph, which if true points us back towards a hit squad and discounts the ides that there was only one gun:

Claims that only one gun was used to kill everybody is likely to be disproved by full ballistics test results which are out in October.
While the 25 spent bullet cartridges found at the scene are all of the same kind, they could in fact have come from a number of weapons of the same make.
This throws up the possibility of a well-equipped, highly-trained gang circling the car and then opening fire.
Both children were left alive by the killers, who had clinically pumped bullets into everybody else, including five into Mr Mollier.
Zainab was found staggering around outside the car by Brett Martin, a British former RAF serviceman who cycled by moments after the attack, but he saw nobody except the schoolgirl.
Her sister, Zeena, was found unscathed and hiding in the car eight hours later.
Both sisters are now back in Britain, and are believed to have been reunited at a secret location near London.

There are of course a number of hit squad options, both governmental and private, which might well involve iraqi or Iranian interests – on both of which the mainstream media have been very happy to speculate while almost unanimously ignoring Israel.

But what interests me is why the Daily Telegraph choose, in the face of all the evidence, to minimise the horrific nature of the attack by stating that “Both children were left alive by the killers”? Zainab was not left alive by design, she was shot in the chest and her skull was stove in, which presumably was a pretty serious attempt to kill a seven year-old child. The other girl might very well have succeeded in hiding from the killers under her mother’s skirts, as she hid from the first rescuers, and then for eight hours from the police.

The Telegraph article claims to be informed by sources close to the investigation. So they believe it was a group of people, and feel motivated to absolve those people from child-killing. Now what could the Daily Telegraph be thinking?

According to Craig Murray. the CIA is recycling the same script they used to entrap Julian Assange, this time to discredit a journalist in Chile.

Yes indeed, let’s not forget CM’s blog continues to roll on many other important topics.

Some of you have mentioned Mark Golding. He continues to comment on the threads of other topics here. He seems to be very well informed and astute.

just posted something but it didn’t show up- so here another try:

Mathis says at his twitter account that he lives in Annecy…

    Very weird and strange

There is a twitter feed of Rafael Pietro who did commit “suicide” 1 week ago. A said to be CIA agent. According to his twitter feed he lives in Venezuela and works in Colombia. His latest feed was introducing the book of Paula Briadwell on twitter. However, this feed was posted 1 week after his death!

According to himself, he is from Charlotte, NC.

    Check yourself.
    https://mobile.twitter.com/rafael_prieto

His latest feed posted (after he wss apparently dead)

    http://www.thedailyshow.com/watch/wed-january-25-2012/exclusive—push-up-contest-to-benefit-wounded-veterans

Of course this could be a second rafael pietro working in Colombia and being an american and always posting feeds regarding us army, veterans and us intelligence work ….
Perhaps all CIA agents working in tge South American Drug smuggling investigation are call Rafael Pietro. Lose one, and you still got 100 Rafael Pietros left.

Who posted that last twitter feed with Paula’s book that is under investigation by the presidents security forces?

Mistaken identity 1. Sylvain Mollier, whose picture as an instructor in Chasseur a l’Arc de Franche Compte, lives at Mandeure, 177ml and 3hr 53min (google maps). He got a grant to refresh the facade of his house from the local council and signed a petition opposing his child’s new school syllabus – both quoting his home address in Mandeure. He meets trainee archers in this town on Saturdays. His is the widely used picture, but the wrong person.
Probable mistaken identity 2. Sylvain Mollier was a member of the Council of CRIIRAD (471 Avenue Victor Hugo, VALENCE)at a meeting in 2006, details of a 10 day trip to Belarus in a 2003 Newsletter also includes Compte Rendu de l’AG – Minmutes of the AGM by him. There is a Sylvain Mollier at Arthémonay 23mi, 43 mins away from Valence. His company (one person) does computer programming. There is a Sylvain Mollier in rue André Ducatez
26200 MONTELIMAR, no other details. 30ml 50 min from Valence. Either of these could more likely work at CRIIRAD than a foundry man on les trois huits (or 8 hour shifts) at Ugine.

Rafael pietro is from charlotte NC. PAULA BROADWELL lives in Charlotte, NC.

Paula Broadwell studied at Kings College London.

I would not like to wrestle her. According to what is said about her, she coild finish off 3 of us at once. She was described like she were Robocop by NYT.

I am still sure that this is all linked to Annecy. THIS IS ABOUT MONEY AND
INTELLIGENCE FINANCING AND MONEY LAUNDERING WITH DRUG MONEY! And now they got beaten up by the real mobsters because they created a mess.

Straw – What was that name that your were so shocked to see following Leo’s tweets? There are hundreds of followers, I’ve been trying to see, it’s impossible to find. Why don’t you say the name?

Shelock – You talk about Mathis’ twitter account. I suppose you mean Leo’s? If you mena Mathis I would like the name of that account. It’s interesting if they live in annecy. So do their mother, we must conclude, and this can be an important lead for researchers. Do we have any images of their mother?

    @ all

May be I remember/got it wrong- but I mean I’ve read within the first few days after the killings that Mr. Al Hilli had mentioned something like ” he needed to relief his back for a few days” as an excuse for going on holiday to France.
I googled – but no find
    Am I right or not?
    Thanx so far

previously puzzled by condolences sent on Roger Mollier’s death from the President and members of the Carnau. Thinking the Molliers were into weird and deviant ideas of Larouche there seemed a link to Cyril-Carau, occult SF and conspiracy writer. But the Carnau is the supporters club of the Albertville/Ugine Rugby Club. Roger was a founder member of that Rubgby Club. As of now, it seems more likely the family supported the PCF rather than Larouche/S&P

I posted the private address of lydia ringot yesterday.
Lydia Ringot-Sclosa lives (together with Francois Ringot) in73400 Cohennoz, Le Praz. That is a house about half an hour by car from ugine high up in the forest and mountains.

  • Shelock H.

    Kenneth,
sure we have pix of their mother. Since two days ago….
Go on Leo’s FB account- and you’ll see here togeth. with his new husband.
(but still not 100% granted- but most probably)

If BB and my search on page blanche france is correct, than the mother and husband are living in Marthod, Le Praz (BB wrote Cohennoz yesterday- but that seems to be the same (?)

But that doesn’t quiete fit to me, if Mme. Ringot has her salon in Albertville… the distances are quiete far- even in winter with snow…
But I didn’t look deep into these facts.

Anyhow- I ask how serious I can take you and your attempt about the children’s look/appearance, Thats just RIDICULOUS, IMHO!!!!!!!!

Go and retrieve a baby pix of you and go to the next mirror… and compare with your father and mother. That’s nonsense and a complete waste of time.
    Brrrrr, I get goosebumps ;-(

    Incidents

In July 2008, 18,000 litres (4,755 Gallons) of Uranium solution containing natural uranium were accidentally released. Due to cleaning and repair work the containment system for a uranium solution holding tank was not functional when the tank filled. The inflow exceeded the tank’s capacity and 30 cubic meters of Uranium solution leaked with 18 cubic metres spilled to the ground. Testing found elevated uranium levels in the nearby rivers Gaffière and Lauzon. The liquid that escaped to the ground contained about 75 kg of unenriched uranium which is toxic as a heavy metal while possessing only slight radioactivity. Estimates for the releases were initially higher, up to 360 kg of natural uranium, but lowered later.[4][5] Ground and surface water tests indicated that levels of radioactivity were 5% higher than the maximum rate allowed. In the near vicinity and above ground, the local watchdog group CRIIRAD has detected unusually high levels of radiation. [6]
French authorities banned the use of water from the Gaffière and Lauzon for drinking and watering of crops. Swimming, water sports and fishing were also banned. This incident has been classified as Level 1 on the International Nuclear Event Scale.[7]
In July 2008, approximately 100 employees were exposed to radioactive particles that escaped from a pipe in a reactor that had been shut down.[8] Additionally, a nuclear waste leak that apparently had remained undiscovered since 2005 spilled into a concrete protective shell in Romans-sur-Isere. Areva, who owns the site, ensured that the leak had not caused harm to the environment, but the issue sparked discussion[9] about an old French army terrain, where nuclear waste was deposited in shielded dumps. The layer of dirt covering the waste is reported to have been thinned due to wind and rain erosion, directly exposing nuclear waste material to open air. Also, the speed with which the Tricastin incident was reported to the Autorité de sûreté nucléaire (8 hours) and subsequently to local authorities (another 6 hours) is subject of ongoing discussions. The European Commissioner Andris Piebalgs may send inspectors to the sites to investigate recent events further.
Other implications following the incidents resulted in a drop in the sale of wines from the Tricastin area. Acting on the wishes of the wine growers to change the name of the appellation to something without “Tricastin”, to avoid being associated with the nuclear power plant, in June 2010, INAO signalled its intention to allow a name change from Coteaux du Tricastin AOC to Grignan-Les Adhemar effective from the 2010 vintage.[10]

    You mixed something up.

The Schutz pharmacy is in grignon next to albertville. Ringot’s hair saloon is in Ugine. We discussed even google street view about her address yesterday.
Cohennoz is a mountain/forest area north of ugine. Le Praz is where they live. At least the mobile phones of lydia and francois ringot are registered at this address in Cohennoz.

Mathis has his school listed on his fb page. I have not checked it, but i assume that his school is in ugine.

Straw Thank you, I have got your message. Actually I stumbled upon this name myself, but fail to see the significance of it. Aren’t (most of) such name auto-generated anyway. Thanks for posting this Q 9 Nov, 2012 – 9:56 pm re. uranium processing. I think Mr Average is blithely unaware of advanced science and technology required to produce high grade fissile material from the raw material. This is where Mollier types are so important with twenty plus years of the practical issues. Sophisticated technology succeed or fail on the fine detail of composition and design. It is quite possible that in the convoluted world of international politics Iran has actually been sent materials or information from the west, intended to introduce inherent defects in order to sabotage the programme. It is not inconceivable that Areva was part of this.

Yes, it was mentioned about his back in one of the early reports. It was discussed here on the first thread and most people agreed that going on an energetic holiday was not a good way to cure your back pain.

  • olifant

Tim V. As you say http://www.criirad.org/ reports from 2008 are about EDF Tricastin Nuclear Power Station, 4 x PWR reactors. Its between Montelimar (where another Sylvain Mollier lives) and Avignon, its also a Nuclea Weapons Research site and Uranium Enrichment plant which make it “one of the most important nuclear technology sites in the world”. CRIIRAD is at Valence 54 miles to the north.
But, as mentioned above at 10/11/2012 11.46, the likelihood of Sylvain Mollier deceased from Ugine being linked to CRIIRAD or to Tricastin is almost nil.
But what would be nice to know is how Solidarite et Progres have sufficient income to have staff, HQ, website, leaflets and generate supporters nationally and locally. Where does this come from? USA? Seems likely that Communist Party in Ugine would be the main beneficiary. Of which the Molliers may be supporters. Although possible scenarios of future austerity / social breakdown may be where S&P could see a future.

  • straw44berry

If SM was a football manager he could have been on ‘gardening leave’ and the recent birth was just used as cover for his misdemeanors -not that we have any proof or inkling he was anything than a perfect employee.

  • olifant

@ Tim V the cap on the BMW dashboard has been discussed before. But but but that picture is of someone who lives at Mandeure….. Evidence of his address, grants from Mandeure Council, things he does there, petitions he signs for from there, all from Mandeure – all these have been shown above….. Is there any evidence that it connects to someone from Ugine?

Also there seems nil likelihood that Sylvain Mollier paricipated in CRIIRAD. Too far away when there are two other SMs much nearer. Also do nuclear power workers generally support anti-nuclear groups? Hardly a normal thing for a worker to do in a town like Ugine. Lots of things one can say about “nuclear”. But this seems a diversion from the mystery of Chevaline. Correct me if I’m wrong.

NEW photos added of Leo and a very young Louis (from july this year), and they are now clickable (most of them), so they will take you direct to the page they are taken from. This is all for the sake of verification of sources.

I would still very much like to see a photo of Molliers former wife. I bet she has a large “günther” (~ nose).
