A Real Hero 67

Please listen to a truly great military hero, Bradley Manning. He has been kept in abusive solitary confinement for a very long time now. He is plainly unbowed and undiminished.

There is another great hero out there too – the whistleblower who leaked the audio recording. Freedom fighters pop up everywhere – that is the great joy of being human.

    To me:

“We were told by Mary that the ADL has expressed support for the new Pontiff.”

“If that is somehow relevant to the Israeli/Palestian [sic] conflict, please explain why and how.”

Habbabkuk, you are the one that said the ADL has nothing to do with the Israel/Palestine conflict and you know you are wrong.

Mary has not posted anything that could be construed as anti-Jewish but you say:

    14 Mar, 2013 – 11:08 pm:

“I think you are [anti-Jewish], Mary, and so would any fair-minded reader who’s followed your contributions over time.”

Back that statement up with quotes from Mary.

I don’t expect that you will come back on that point.

    Scourge : you opine

“Habbabkuk, you are the one that said the ADL has nothing to do with the Israel/Palestine conflict”

You have already been outed by another poster as being a selective (and therefore dishonest) quoter. And now you’re at it again.

What I said was that POSTS like “The ADL supports the new Pope” have nothing to do with the Israeli/Palestinian conflict.

Could you please explain how ADL “support” for the new Pontiff impinges on or affects that conflict?

PS reminder : if it doesn’t, perhaps you could explain why Mary posted her comment?

    Thank you.

“The Dirty War”: Allegations directed Against Cardinal Jorge Mario Bergoglio [Pope Francis)

“In 2005, human rights lawyer Myriam Bregman filed a criminal suit against Cardinal Jorge Bergoglio, accusing him of conspiring with the military junta in the 1976 kidnapping of two Jesuit priests.”

“Several years later, the survivors of the “Dirty War” openly accused Cardinal Jorge Bergoglio of complicity in the kidnapping of priests Francisco Jalics y Orlando Yorio as well six members of their parish, (El Mundo, 8 November 2010).”
