Israeli economics minister Naftali Bennett has claimed of Binyamin Netanyahu that “The prime minister is not a private person but the leader of the Jewish state and the whole Jewish world.” Really? Netanyahu is the leader of all the Jews in London, or California, or Ethiopia, who may never have set foot in his state?
This extraordinary remark by Bennett lays bare the fundamental flaw in the very concept of Israel. It is not a modern state, defined as a territory and comprising all the various citizens of whatever descent who live within it. It is rather a vicious racist construct, defined absolutely by race, refusing territorial limits, and with an aggressive theocratic overlay that claims tribal superiority over the entire rest of the world.

But if I told you that Alex Salmond was the leader of all Scots around the world, including the Black Caps, you would quite rightly call me a nutter.
We would not tolerate the level of racism in any other country that we tolerate from Israel. There was a huge outcry against Labour MP Paul Flynn who dared question whether it was sensible to send a strongly professed Zionist Jew as British ambassador to Israel, but when the Israeli government itself proclaim the political leadership of all Jews all over the world, it is a logical impossibility not to ask the question.
I wish nothing but good to all people, including all Jewish people, but by their increasingly hardline racialist approach, their unceasing encroachment on Palestinian land and their rigorous adoption of all the racist mechanisms of an apartheid state internally, I feat that the window of opportunity for a peaceful future for those Jewish people living in what is currently Israel is closing fast.
It must be universally proclaimed: there is not a single racial group in the whole world from whom worldwide racial claims of political allegiance, or an internal racially based legislative order, are acceptable. Bennett’s remarks are beyond the limit of civilised political discourse.

I don’t thunk it’s actually productive to let people into a group working for anything who are obviosely working to disrupt. l imagine Craig may feel he’s being a model letting anyone post, or is just happy to have this minor thing, that’s cool, I’m not about to seriously take isse.
But really we are just publishers, on a blog. Semms to me it could be wthout the constant isses and more effective, and better for peoples health if some where banned. (though tbh I haven’t been around enouph to see some are, sometimes).

But the tactic backfired, violating a long standing rule of the port workers union about being transferred to work another ship.

Depending on your locale, California has limits on wells. I have the most liberal application since I live on acreage. The U.S. government’s liaison to the Libyan rebels since April of 2011 was US ambassador Chris Stevens, a rather nice chap who regrettably would link US involvement in arms shipment to Syria, a meme British intelligence planned to escalate and accuse Russia of so doing. Chris Stevens sooner or later would be killed by an ‘attack’ on the U.S. embassy in Benghazi, when MI6 refused to do America’s ‘dirty work’ in Gaddafi fashion.

Experience fighters (SAS/SBS trained), the rebranded IS would flood into Syria. Britain and the US of A were now fully focused on taking down Assad’s Syrian government. As in Libya this regime change was to be framed in terms of human rights, and now overt support began to supplement the backdoor channels. The growing jihadist presence was swept under the rug and covered up.
Per contra, as the rebels gained strength, the reports of war crimes and atrocities that they were committing began to create a bit of a public relations problem for London & Washington. Step in Israel and Mossad who proposed broadening the IS threat so that Assad’s communication network could be destroyed by forcing a concensus out of the growing menace to hit the jihadists bases with ‘accurate’ missiles thus creating a ‘fog’ to conceal other more conducive sabotage and wrecking.

Sheikh Riyadh al Haq, speaking in his weekly lectures I used to attend in Central Mosque Birmingham in the late ’90s chose the topic of the sins against humans and the sins against Allah.
He then gave the example, outside the rules and regulations of Muslim society, that for a Muslim to have sex with a non-Muslim was a sin against Allah, but not a sin against the community. It was entirely a matter between a Muslim and their Maker.
In other words it had no effect on the other person, their parents, partners, family or friends.
