Corruption Welcome in London 739

The FBI had somebody wearing a wire at the London Olympics to capture the FIFA corruption taking place in the margins. What were the British authorities doing? Nothing.

Britain prides itself as having in London the world’s leading financial centre. Substantial assets, both financial and real estate, from FIFA corruption are located in London. But Britain has taken over the crown from Switzerland as the major financial destination which will always protect ill-gotten wealth.

Alisher Usmanov played a major role as bagman for the corrupt Russian World Cup bid, particularly with delegates from FIFA’s Asian Confederation. His place as Britain’s third richest resident is very obviously based on extreme Russian corruption and he rose to power and wealth solely with the use of gangster muscle and contacts he gained and expanded while serving a prison sentence for blackmail. But he is a billionaire and beloved by the City of London so there is no danger of him ever being investigated in the UK.

That a key figure in FIFA corruption over Russia’s World Cup bid, is undisturbed in his large shareholding in Arsenal FC, says everything about the complicity of the British establishment.

Usmanov’s friend Gulnara Karimova is a startling example. She is now under formal investigation in Switzerland, France, Sweden and the Netherlands over the glaringly corrupt origins of her billions. Only a fake house arrest by her father has prevented her real arrest. Yet in the UK, where she has three homes including one in the No.1 Hyde Park criminals’ hangout, where she shops regularly and her son is at university, there is no move against her whatsoever.

I am delighted to see the moves against FIFA. But to me they illustrate very plainly what a corrupt stinking hole London has become.

    Mr Goss

Why in the poisoning case do you think the relatives want toxicology tests to be performed overseas? Why is that?

  • Ba'al Zevul

I applied to “A Small World” just to see what would happen, and blow me down, the membership committee has accepted me! I told no lies on my application form. I’m tempted, like Groucho Marx, to resign on the grounds that “I don’t care to belong to any club that will have me as a member”.

What is the annual subscription? Obviously filtering out the bootless and unhorsed is best performed by setting the bar here, rather than having a blackball committee. An approach which reliably ensures that not only those who can afford to mingle with the aspirant classes, but those who ever so slightly can’t, are ensnared in a bankers’ draft for ever. It is not inconceivable that as applicants are not, as in former happier days, exclusively white, male and pillars of Empire; so value added must now be the only criterion.

You give the impression of having joined. Is this so?

I fear you have discombobolated Baal Zevul-Komodo, who is now scratching around to find another way of rubbishing “A Small World”.

Having joined and thereby demolished his original argument, make my day by telling him that the annual subscription is a perfectly reasonable amount! 🙂

When I go out venturing I discover similar sights, not the lies theat our MSM would have us believe, but what is actually happening, what we are supporting. I was particularly impressed by Jack Novak, the New Jersey gentleman who has been able to see through our propaganda and has gone to the Donbas to help them defend against the fascists.

He is very similar to this Texan.

“I presume this is a joke since it has no connection to the truth.”

    and

“Why in the poisoning case do you think the relatives want toxicology tests to be performed overseas? Why is that?”

The first is a bland statement with no substance behind it and no explanation. The second is a bland statement which if it has substance behind it is not provided by Resident Dissident (who as we all know only reads the headline to links he provides). Presumably this is because when he does provide something to back up his fantasies it turns out by and large to be incredulous nonsense.

I hope you are okay: get well soon if you are not. Thinking of you.

    Kind regards,

Yes Mary, if you are not well get well soon. If you are on holiday relax and enjoy yourself. It would be good to hear from you.

“I don’t think you’ll find anything close enough to the City/Offshore/Government nexus to seriously contest my point*”

The point that I questioned being that London is uniquely corrupt. It’s clearly not true. Loondon may be the most corrupt. But more so is not unique.

I am simply suggesting that Craig’s increasing emphasis on London as the problem, as uniquely corrupt, as “evil”, misrepresents our problems.

    * Thanks but I don’t need a ns article to understand the corporation.

No, I haven’t joined. I got an e-mail saying I was accepted and giving me some code-word to get in and pay the subscription. I haven’t used it (yet), so I don’t know how much it is. I’ll let the forum know when I have gone into it and tried it.

I think the point is, that all they want is your money, they don’t care who you are and it certainly isn’t invitation-only, because I just stepped up and applied. It looks like a bit of a high-class scam to me.

I’m off now. I haven’t finished with Mr Warren yet.

    Kind regards,

    John

  • nevermind

My regards to mary, hope you are healthy. That you have been stalked here by a cyber nerd Eintaenzer who has nothing but spite and vermin to spit, is a sad reflection of the open post policy here.

Sorry no flakes for the others, but you have the spirit of krishnamurti watching over you.

“RobG go get fucked, i wouldn’t touch you or your links with a 10-foot barge-pole you retarded drunk stinking cunt”.

  • Ba'al Zevul

Keep snapping at his ass or arse even; he’s bound to go mad or give in at some stage.

LOL. He went mad a long time ago IMO. Recent pics show him looking increasingly worn and worried, however. I wish I could claim credit for that, but I obviously can’t. He’s slowly marginalising himself, even with the African states he hopes to impress into buying his lack of personal expertise at anything.

He’ll probably be burning the midnight oil with his lawyers to get Chilcot rewritten in his favour, and the foul-up with the EAT gig this weekend indicates that he has some pressing reason to be dumping the charidee income into Cherie’s charidee account rather than Windrush 3 LP. Which may mean that HMRC or -heaven forfend! the Charities Commission – have got off their indolent arses and are taking an active interest in him.

So we live in hope. He’ll be in Bethlehem on the 15th, keynoting a UN-backed conference on religious tourism, but it is not clear whether he will be doing so as the ex-Quartet envoy…

  • Ba'al Zevul

The point that I questioned being that London is uniquely corrupt.

The point I made was that the City of London is structurally unique.

Thanks but I don’t need a ns article to understand the corporation.

    Jolly good.

  • Ba'al Zevul

Thanks JSD. I think we may take it that Umunna is not only overendowed with cash but amenable to snob scams.

Still it goes on on a daily basis. And still our governments, and Resident Dissident, support these breaches of Minsk 2. Amnesty International and the OSCE in Ukraine has really let the world down by claiming that these violations are perpetrated by both sides. If they were perpetrated by both sides there would be documentary evidence of civilian bombings outside of Donbas. People believe what they want to believe, but the truth is the truth. Poroshenko has admitted that Kiev will not stop bombing the Donbas region until it, and Crimea, are back in Kiev hands. Yatsenyuk’s argument is that Kiev will not stop bombing the Donbas until Russia moves out of the region. They are so full of shit they almost put Resident Dissident to shame.

    [mods-cm.org – went to Spam at 09:09]

    free market?

on 18th December 2014 Sberbank suffered a massive information attack, with people receiving text messages saying it was facing problems paying out deposits:

“Unfortunately, we could not avoid the panic. You saw what happened. But I can only say this: first, the attack was coordinated, thousands of sms-messages were sent in each region, including a large number of mailings done from foreign websites.

“The target was to destabilise the country’s largest bank and financial situation in the country.”
The total amount withdrawn from Sberbank on 18th December 2014 apparently came to some 300 billion rubles (about $6 billion), making it the biggest bank run in Russian history

at least according to German Gref, the CEO of Russia’s biggest bank.

Such a massive withdrawal of rubles from the banking system would have put pressure on the ruble, especially if (as was likely) many of these rubles were converted into dollars…

The attempt to destabilise Russia’s biggest bank failed, partly because of prompt action taken by the government, but also because most of the population refused to panic.

The failed attempt to provoke a run on Sberbank – and the ruble’s impressive recovery since December, proving that the sell-off was wildly excessive – must provoke questions about how spontaneous and market-driven the December ruble crash really was.

last year a proxy war by SMS/text-message, now proxy war by football association, will we live to see hand-to-hand welly throwing or the clash of unladen swallows next?

The UK spooks on TV this weekend could not restrain themselves from repeatedly repeating the other possible lie – that Russia is about to invade the Baltic states!!

Really?, apart from the photos on Eesti social media of American Troops urgently stocking up on BEER in Tallinn over the weekend, obviously expecting an imminent attack, the whole Estonian populace is currently preoccupied & shocked that the Commission has asked them to accept a thousand of Tony’s refugees from the middle east. Estonia is going frankly ape-shit over this, the bear to the east has been forgotten, except I’m sure it will be soon pointed out that the Libyan crisis is Putin’s fault (once the social media spinmeisters get on-shift) http://news.postimees.ee/3204833/interior-min-estonia-not-agreeing-with-commission-s-refugee-quota-proposal

UK has an opt-out from receiving refugees, but not from creating refugees?

  • YouKnowMyName

@ JG Minsk 2: I think the drums of kinetic war & information war are being beaten strongly this week, (for Sanctions)

I wrote a comment about how over the weekend UK TV commentators were talking-up the increasing invasion threat to the baltic states and I contrasted that with the relaxed attitude of the front-line troops themselves. Estonian Supermarket security cam footage was sharing on FB pictures from Tallinn on Saturday of the US full-camo Troops digging-in for a long campaign! (This involved several completely stuffed-to-the-brim shopping-trolleys of individual beer bottles) Haven’t they heard of multi-packs or small barrels? I estimate it was five-hundred quid of beer, just beer – no pretzels.

Surely NATO has it’s own emergency PK Beer supplies and doesn’t need to improve the Estonian economy that much? In many US overseas operations even the drinking water is flown-in, how do they know that Put*n hasn’t personally p*ssed in all of the bottles of Baltika?

This first comment that I wrote about NATO beer disappeared as soon as I sent it, maybe was selected as Spam by the CM filter? I did mention Vlad once, and I don’t think I got away with it! I also mentioned the full-scale information-war mass SMS attack against Russ*a’s biggest bank, 18th December last, which managed to evacuate six billion dollars of cash reserves in a day, still seems to have been a FAIL, as Russ*a is still in business, like Blatter.

Do we know of any *successful* information-war attacks, other than the first Scottish referendum, or is SIGINT warfare stuck at the level of this embarrasing GCSB blowback – having to apologise for calling an allegedly fat person , fat!

    America Lies:

    http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/wireStory/fall-ramadi-raises-doubts-us-strategy-iraq-31139536

My contacts in Iraq estimate the US proxy army called Islamic State have ‘acquired’ more than 100 heavy M1A1 Abarams and at least 1,000 Humvees, equipped with M2.50 caliber machine guns and MK-19 40mm grenade launchers and a “large number” of American tanks.

IS are moving heavy armaments into Syria to smash Assad’s government forces while their US trained ‘advisors’ convey US military satellite information to IS commanders.

    America is out of control…

To be noted that the articles in the two links provided by Mr Golding in his posts
    are by

    – Dr Helen Caldicott: as the founder of the “International Physicians against Nuclear War” she might be considered to have a certain (vested?)interest in talking up the risk of a nuclear conflict over Ukraine;

    – Press TV: no comment necessary, I think.

You will get into serious trouble with a couple of the Loonies on here for recommending an event organised by Amnesty International (UK branch), you know!

But it is good to see that you at least do not see Amnesty International as an agent in the pay of the Satanic USA…. 🙂

YouKnowMyName. That’s shameful of the NZ secret services calling Mr .com fat. To be honest I was more surprised by his name than the actions of one of the secret services of the 5 eyes. I suspect you’re right regarding beating the drums of disinformation to get the sleeping sheeple marching to their beat.
