A Game of Substitution 436

“J K Rowling’s always been batshit insane, this is nothing new”.
“Why are people just surprised about J K Rowling now – she has been this mental for years.”
“The, I presume, mentally ill, J K Rowling”
“J K Rowling should get F back to England”
“Don’t feel too bad for that lunatic J K Rowling” – followed by a sexual reference to her partner.

The newspapers would be full of stories tomorrow about this dreadful cyber-abuse. But that will not happen because all those tweets were about me, and all sent within the last twenty minutes, from identifiable unionist tweeters, some well known. Substitute Craig Murray for J K Rowling and they are verbatim. Just do a twitter search on craig murray and see for yourself.

I have never much been into Twitter. When I post here it is automatically tweeted, that is all. It is only today I realised how much you can see of twitter conversations and the interesting links between people. I had not realised that the execrable Carl Gardner, former very junior government lawyer and anti-Assange campaigner, has such warm links with anti-Muslim pro-torture campaigner Douglas Murray of the Henry Jackson Society, Vice President Jim Murphy. And how very interesting to see Blair MacDougall, Ross McTernan, Allan Massie, Euan Mccolm and numerous others from Scotland’s corporate media, all tweeting each other about how absolutely ridiculous it is to believe that the UK state would ever be involved in anything nefarious.

The same people were, of course, tweeting each other euphorically about how fantastically Jim Murphy had demolished Nicola Sturgeon in the leaders’ debates. It subsequently turned out nobody in the country saw it the same way as their smug little gang. I fear they will find the same is true now. Indeed, in the two hours since I posted, over twice as many people have already read about the false flag schemes, as the entire membership of Scottish Labour. That is more than the circulation of the Scotsman. There’s a thought.

The same people, of course, told you I was lying when I blew the whistle on torture and extraordinary rendition in 2004. The security services and the British Government would never do such a thing, they said. I was insane, they said.

Everybody now knows that I was telling the truth about torture and extraordinary rendition, and the Labour Government and the establishment shills were the liars. I am telling the truth again now and they are lying again now.

Jim Murphy,on the politics show, on Sunday, said Labour, wouldn’t need to cut any public spending, after 2015/16.

Apparently, but not surprisingly, his Westminster master’s, see it differently.

Murphy has no powers to promise anything in Scotland, without first consulting his betters at Westminster.

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3035211/Ex-PM-Tony-Blair-accused-bidding-global-domination-vow-set-leaders-club.html

Tony Blair yesterday faced accusations of megalomania over an interview in which he vowed to set up his own leaders club of ex-statesmen – and appeared to dismiss the need for democracy.

The ex-PM said he wanted to create a cadre of former leaders to advise governments, saying: You can get some of these guys who are fantastic executors. Why not use their talents and their experience?

He added: Why not come and help the president of this country or the prime minister of that country?

Its a scary thought, that Blair could he a powerful group of ex-leaders.

Who could these men be? what kind of people would Blair attract? In my opinion, they would be of the ilk, of Mugabe and Kim Jong Un.

    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/politics/david-cameron/11531749/Eight-month-old-puppy-deemed-a-security-risk-to-Prime-Minister.html

An eight-month-old puppy was barred from getting too close to David Cameron after bizarrely being deemed a security risk, it has been reported.

The Prime Minister’s aides reportedly ordered that the terrier must be kept well away from the Conservative Party leader.

Owner Sarah Styler, 49, waited to speak to Mr Cameron outside a church hall in Cheltenham where he gave a speech about inheritance tax.

Shortly before he emerged from the building she was told that she would only be allowed to speak to the Prime Minister if her dog, a Jack Russell and poodle cross-breed, was removed from vicinity.

This exactly what I mean’t in one of my previous comments, about how politicians are now unapproachable, even though they work for you.

    http://rt.com/news/249109-sweden-submarine-hunt-workboat/

The unknown foreign vessel the Swedish Navy searched for near Stockholm last autumn was actually a “workboat,” a senior navy official says. Local media had alleged a hunt was on to try and find a Russian submarine, which was believed to be in the area.

Swedish Rear Admiral Anders Grenstad told the Swedish TT news agency on Saturday that what was thought to be a vessel or a foreign submarine was actually just a “workboat.”

The Swedish Navy changed the wording from “probable submarine” to “non-submarine” when referring to the reconnaissance mission connected to the unidentified vessel spotted in the Stockholm archipelago.

The massive hunt was used by the Swedish Defense Ministry to justify a six billion kronor ($696 million) hike in defense spending between 2016 and 2020.

This deception, and it appears to be just that, has me wondering whether or not,Russia actually flew aircraft over or close to British airspace,a few weeks back.

Or is it more likely, and I think it is that,Westminster were/are scaremongering, hoping to frighten the UK public into agreeing two things.

One more spending on renewing arms, and two further demonising Russia, pushing the likelihood of a new cold war even closer.

Oh the hypocrisy of the Western press and media, over Russia informing Denmark that it would have nukes aimed at it if it joined NATO’s defence shield.

Remind me again, where Europe and the USA’s nukes are pointed at.

Thd USA and the UK have stirred up so much aggression towards Russia, that countries like Denmark have very little option but to join NATO.

A clear line across the western border of Russia needs to be plotted by the main agitator the USA,in order for the new cold war,to become full blown.

The new cold war will be a dream come true for the arms trade, that, has many powerful friends in governments around the world.

    Fear=Russia,is the new western motto.

    Will we ever learn.

I’m not arguing with your main point. Blair’s made a career out of helping the powerful to oppress the weak. The thought of him leading a task force of like-minded conscienceless ex-leaders is frightening. However I disagree with your choice of examples.

I’m sure that both Mugabe and Kim Jong Un have skeletons in their cupboards – you don’t stay at the top for long without being ruthless – but both have been demonised by our MSM for protecting their countries against Western aggression. Practically everything we think we know about Kim Jong Un has come to us through the MSM and is therefore useless for basing a judgement on, but I feel I know enough about Mugabe to declare him unqualified for Blair’s hit squad by virtue of having displayed some moral principles in the past.

Saudi Arabia and the USA’S engineering of cheap oil prices,in order to bankrupt Russia’s economy,is a re-run of Ronald Reagan’s time in office as American president of the 1980’s.

Will thinks be different this time around, has Russia learn’t any lessons from the past,it’s obvious the US is relying on an old trick, that was effective in the past.

In my opinion the US has forced down the price of oil which,in turn has damaged the UK’s oil, industry.

Does anyone in Scotland know of any reason why Coulson’s perjury trial, which was due to take place next week, has been postponed to commence on 11 May?

Date of General Election 2015 – May 7th. Any connection? Surely not. 😉

    “John Goss, Kempe, Dave –

NO, the Russian government DID NOT threaten to nuke Denmark. It was just a STUPID HEADLINE.”

I did read it, which is why I said “(admittedly in translation)” because that is what the article indicated after this sentence which does say:

“Mikhail Vanin told the told Jyllands-Posten newspaper: “I do not think that the Danes fully understand the consequences if Denmark joins the US-led missile defence shield. If that happens, Danish warships become targets for Russian nuclear missiles.””

As I do not read Danish I have to rely on third parties. Fred reposted the headline, not me, and I resent being called a fool by someone who clearly did not read my comment. I used this as a lead-in to the article about how Russians have gone from idolising the USA and western democracies to despising us. The one Habbabkuk did not read.

Every country which joins NATO undertakes to uphold the principles and policies of the Alliance, and the commitments which NATO has already made.

This includes the commitment that NATO poses no threat to Russia, as most recently stated at the Wales Summit.

Therefore, as the number of countries which join NATO grows, so does the number of countries which agree that “the Alliance does not seek confrontation and poses no threat to Russia.”

A paradoxical if ever there was one.

    NATO are fooling no one.

Impressive and heartening figures, certainly better than anything Mr Goss and his fellow propagandists can lay claim to.
