A Horror We Made 589

We are directly responsible for the disasters in the Mediterranean. The bombing of Libya into failed state status is now coming back to haunt us. The ludicrous idea, propounded by Blair, Robert Cooper and the Henry Jackson Society, that you could improve dictatorial states by massive bombing campaigns that targeted their basic infrastructure, is now a total bust. Sadly so are Iraq and Libya, to the permanent detriment of many millions of people. We caused both the Islamic State and the Mediterranean boat disasters, and we caused them with bombs.

But the lack of any effective policing is only part of the problem. What makes people so desperate that they are prepared to give all of the small amount they own, to ruthless gangs, in exchange for a dreadful sea crossing with a one in ten chance of drowning? Most of the refugees are sub-Saharan African. We only see the European end of the saga, not the terrible conditions on the cross Saharan journeys that they start with.

There will be no security anywhere if the world does not address the terrible scourge of African poverty and under-development. That is a huge subject on which I have written extensively and worked much of my life, and I do not wish to open it here. But what it does show is the utter stupidity – inhumanity yes, but also stupidity – of UKIP in thinking that cutting development aid will increase the economic security of the UK.

Chinese banking is dependent on Zio-banking and zio-banking is the United States and the UK. So is the Zio-banking hegemony going to block itself? No the zio-bankers will use Chinese money to destroy the Islamic core of Pakistan with trinkets and bangles of western luxuries, 3 piece suites and cars.

Look for example at Kurdistan which they set up a few years ago to be the next Dubai. House prices rocketed from a tenth of UK prices to soften the Muslims with petro-dollars. Now they are fighting for survival against Israel’s Islamic State dogs of hell Daish.

There will never be a plan to allow Islam to flourish while the Zionists control the world. Allah says in His Qur’an that if the jews come to power, they will not give you more of it than the black dot on a date stone.

China block America… Ha! ha! ha!

“We do not fight people like you fight an enemy in a war. We are ordered by Israel to target its enemies, the Muslims, and destroy them and all the lives in them. Those with enough spirit to escape our destruction are drowned by us when they reach our shores. Then there are no people left to complain.”

Oh my god. The guy’s an absolute loony.

“China has just taken a massive step towards, blockiing the US in Pakistan,China’s president Xi Jinping is to set up a Pakistani-China Economic Corridor, expected to be worth $46 bn to Pakistan, the amount dwarfs the spending by the US in Pakistan”

“Economic corridor” was the marketing behind the Chinese-built Karakoram Highway. The real reason was to provide China with a land invasion route to India. China is basically buying Pakistan as a strategic asset. There isn’t $46 bn worth of economic benefit to be had out of the country.

Can you please describe how to you distinguish Nazis from non Nazis? Does one need to wear brown or black uniform and have swastika and salute with right hand forward to be called Nazi? Or ones policy could also be taken into account?

Dozens of non Russians (some of whom have been born in Russia and have Russian nationality) are being killed every month in so called xenophobic accidents. Only tiny number of such cases delivered to courts and even smaller number of people convicted. Issue with Russian judicial system? Perhaps.

“As Clark has mentioned those of us who support the Russian propaganda over western propaganda are in a minority.I am proud to be one of that minority… ”

Yet another historical analogy. Mr Shaw has visit Soviet Russia once (accidentally at the height of Stalin’s purges) and was convinced that whatever he had been showed and told (by Soviets) was true and nothing but truth

Illegal war in Iraq? I am not disputing. But is Russian war in Ukraine legal? Was annexation of Crimea legal (from the prospective of International Law?).

Where putin is going to turn his “polite green men” next? May be his best pals Lukashenko and Nazarbaev will be introduced to justice in Russian style (which is accidentally supported by Mr Goss).

Well I don’t know about that,Giyane, I do however know that China, has created it very own world,to rival the west’s and the USA’s Fed.

Quite a few countries have signed up to including the UK,much to the dismay of the USA.

Are you suggesting that commentators on this blog are not as smart as western people in 1930th?

There is no excuse for one who choose one extreme propaganda over another. One’s intellectual ability or even integrity can be called to question if one does so. Another extreme is ALSO extreme and 1930th provided us with clear illustration of that.

Here is the story,in which its claimed,Pakistan would/could benefit to the tune of $46bn.

And heres another, with a different figure of investment spread out over the “Silk Road”

Either way China looks to be making big moves.

You would not want to live in Chinese world would you? 600 million who still live countryside earn less than 1USD per day. This explains extreme urbanisation in China where urban population grow by around 1 million per week. But then life for new city dweller is not much easier. They work 18 hours per 24 hours and earn around 12 USD per day. Much of which goes to support their urban life and rest to their family in countryside.

In fact income gap in China is much much wider than anywhere in western world.

Mr Murray has mentioned Africa countries but for you to know that nowadays around 65% of natural resources exports from Sub Saharan Africa goes to China which does not even employ locals but ship workforce from China.

No I certainly wouldn’t like to live in China, their human rights record alone is appalling

I was merely pointing out, that China appears to be planning some sort of huge expansion, across Asia,in a bid to capture a larger chunk of the market.

It will eventually (if its not already) become a threat to western economic stability, unless we do something about it.

“RENTON: I hate being Scottish. We’re the lowest of the fucking low, the scum of the earth, the most wretched, servile, miserable, pathetic trash that was ever shat into civilization. Some people hate the English, but I don’t. They’re just wankers. We, on the other hand, are colonized by wankers. We can’t even pick a decent culture to be colonized by. We are ruled by effete arseholes. It’s a shite state of affairs and all the fresh air in the world will not make any fucking difference.”

The author of these words has moved on. Irvine Welsh last week :

“There have been three phases of Scots’ consciousness, Welsh suggests: “When I was growing up, it was that childish one: it’s the English’s fault. Then it changed in the 80s and 90s to the Renton thing: it’s our fault, the self-flagellating thing. Now it seems to have evolved into a healthy pragmatism that it doesn’t matter whose fault it is; the point is to get on with it and make it better. That’s been the evolution in my lifetime and it’s made it easier for people like me to get involved. Twenty years ago I would have been very anti-independence.”

Which is pretty much my own journey too.

That sounds as if it might be a profound – nay, very profound – insight, Winston.

But it is probably just a little too profound for those on this blog not blessed with prophetic powers.

Could you therefore just tease it out a little further for our edification?

    Thank you.

Mr Goss gets literary (for want of a real argument):

Regarding the Chinese economy,Saudi Arabia and the USA,are doing the western economy (in the long term) a lot of damage by keeping the price of oil low.

In times past keeping the price of oil high to a certain degree, helped restrict the Chinese economy, but with the cheap glut of oil that’s on the market now,it’s no wonder China is thinking big.

How do you slow down an expanding Chinese economy that will eventually undermine our own and other western economies.

No wonder China, sees the UK as a service industry, and not a quality manufacturing industry.

“But is Russian war in Ukraine legal?”

What seems to have passed you by is that Russia was legally entitled to have its forces in Crimea before the referendum which showed that the vast majority living there wanted to secede to Russia.

As to the war in Ukraine on what were its own residents that clearly came from Kiev. People of the Donbas also wanted to join Russia. Pro-Russian Ukrainian separatists have not fired a single weapon in the direction of Kiev but just tried to prevent an unelected Fascist coup-government from taking the residents land from them. You support this evil? Clearly you do.
