The Unionist/Zionist Media Nexus In Action 166

For those of you who believe that we have a diverse media, I present without much comment these tweets between Murdoch, Guardian and Independent television employees. It is interesting that their two less famous sympathisers who are included in these exchanges are both primarily motivated by support for Israel. Simon Myerson’s twitter ID self-describes him as “Ocean_Going Zionist QC”. Tomas Doran’s twitter ID self-describes him as “Friend of the Jews.” Of course Freeman, Daisley and Cohen have all been specifically cited on this blog in the past for their dreadful anti-Palestinian propaganda. All of these people are also fierce opponents of Scottish independence.

It is not the content of the twitter spat that is important – it is the links between these mainstream journos who pretend to represent opposing views, but combine to attack anybody who actually does so.

” destruction of one’s own way of life would appear to be the end-game of Western liberal society.”

Hmm. Would it be missed? I am heartily inclined to think there is little to recommend Western lifestyle.

Congestion. Bad food. Pasty white faces and yellow teeth. Is there anything else?

Did you see what happened in Nigeria recently, Clark? Over 80 killed, children burned to death by Islamic fanatics. Day after day all over the Islamic world, suicide bombings, beheadings, crucifixions, mass-rapes, slavery. It takes a particularly Western form of illness to carry on blaming it all on ourselves.

Anon1, we are OFF TOPIC. I’ve pointed out an alternative venue and e-mailed Craig. Do you want to debate, or just get your disgusting bigotry into the limelight of the front thread?

  • DAve

Anon1 says …. “I was under no illusions about what Islam wants”

    “what Islam wants”

    That says it all really.
If not a troll, and idiot.

  • Anon1

Stop replying to me then, Clark.

What did you email Craig? Let me guess:

“Dear Teacher, Anon1 is making these horrid disgusting vile sick obscene waycist comments about Islam. I know you’ve endured thousands of these emails from me before but please don’t bin this one. I wish I could still be a mod so I could delete all the comments I don’t like. Clark’

Imagine the horror of settlers in the Western US. Native Americans prancing around the prairie half-naked, killing buffalo with prehistoric weapons and raiding other tribes raping the women folk and taking slaves.

Those Indians need to be wiped out.

  • Ben-Sweden is the Saudi Arabia of Feminism

The West is far too civilized to understand less developed cultures. It’s easier to exterminate them than come to an understanding.

  • Clark

Anon1, actually I’d like to debate you, but we are off-topic (for the third time; have trouble comprehending English, do you? That’s common with bigots, I find).

  • Herbie

Dunno that their intellectual, academic or journalistic status matters that much.

I suspect that many peeps are much more impressed hanging with the views of these superficialists than with much better informed, but perhaps less well known commentators.

That’s the game. Has been since mass suffrage emerged in early 20C.

The only question is to what extent that model’s still working.

You could argue that msm is in decline in terms of influence, but there’s a lot of faux alternative media out there, funded by corporates.

    And.

Music and Fashion mainstream media still are a very important means of influencing young people, and other impressionables.

  • Herbie

    And Celebrities too, of course.

Journalism about celebs and their doings does seem to fascinate a large proportion of the population.

This has been known for thousands of years, of course.

Such culture might be easily manufactured, were one of a mind, having time, access to necessary resources and so on.

  • Clark

    Herbie, 12:35 am: I agree.

“Music and Fashion mainstream media still are a very important means of influencing young people, and other impressionables”

Also fiction. The constant glorification and normalisation of war, lesser violence and particularly institutionalised violence (the “tough but good cop” etc.), and the exultation of violent “heroes”.

  • Herbie

“Also fiction. The constant glorification and normalisation of war, lesser violence and particularly institutionalised violence (the “tough but good cop” etc.), and the exultation of violent “heroes”.”

    Absolutely!

    Thanks, Clark.

20C popular fiction, Film and books, are still massively powerful in constructing world view.

The idea, popular some years ago, that the internet might change things in a Gutenberg kinda way is looking a bit fanciful these days.

    Pity.

Chomsky said something similar a few years ago.

  • Clark

Craig, yes of course it does. I don’t think there’s anything embarrassing on it! Would you like me to send you cropped versions?

  • glenn_uk

Anon1, you actually made an interesting point: “ It is not compatible with Western civilization unless Western civilization yields to what it wants. Anyone who seriously considers themselves to be a Muslim does not integrate into this society. It is the same in Israel but Israel is at the hard end of it.

That may be, and Israelis may be just as bad. I can accept this – a lot of these miserable Islamic societies appear to want to exist in the 14th century (or at least, the grim freaks that run the show do so). Israel is just as bad, so why are we propping them up, and acting as their apologists as if they could do no wrong – providing them with money, weapons, political cover to the point of our own shame.

Why do you act as if Israel is so entirely in the right, when you know better.

  • glenn_uk

Craig: “Just realised above the screenshots above show what else I had open at the time

I took a fair look, there’s nothing there to be ashamed about. Apart from using Google, when a more anonymous search engine (ixquick.com, duckduckgo.com, dogpile.com etc.) would be preferable.

  • Leonard Young

@Anon1 “It’s fascinating though isn’t it, to watch the liberal-left explain away Islamic fanaticism. It either didn’t happen (conspiracy) or it’s our fault.”

So all those thousands of Syrian refugees are Islamic fanaticists? Why are they leaving in droves? Because they hate radical Islam and ISIS as much as you do. No-one is “explaining away” in the manner you describe. Your thinking is black and white and lacks nuance. It’s possible to regard the West as being a part cause of the rise of barbarity and at the same time condemn the fanatics. It is not either or.

It was all about Ceonophus and Sunflowers….

and when she didn’t post any more for 6 weeks…

Her husband posted using her name and password…writing that she has been in a coma for 6 weeks…And so I said ,,shit we all love her…lets pray for her together..and we did…

And she came back to life after being in a coma for 6 weeks…

And so being a cynical bastard…no this can’t be true..its got be am internet fake

I asked her – are you for real…Yeh – come and visit us…and so we Did…

I hope She is Still Alive and Well.

    Nice Girl

    Tony

  • Tony_0pmoc

I will remember her name in a minute..and I think I have still got her number..and then we would phone each other up at 2:00am and sometimes my wife answered the phone…

Totally for Real…we can’t fake this stuff…and when we turned up in their very posh home they invited their neighbours round and said,,,this is Tony??? I thought wtf?

Some things are very strange -I can’t explain them

But I am not complaining…if you try and be nice to people…they just do a little bit more than reflect…

And that is how The Human Race gets better..just be nice…

We can’t take on the evil people by fighting them…

But we can by embarrassing our slugs and parasites

before we shake them off our backs.

BBC World Service Newsnight Extra at 4 am this morning was discussing Syria.

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p03j8ws6

An agitated woman called Gulnar from Istanbul was putting across Turkish concerns about Syrian Kurds bein helped by Russia to control the border.

‘Should Turkey accept being boxed in? ‘ she asks at the end of the programme?

    Poor little Turkey!

The chiefs of USUKIS, Kurdish President Barzani’s son , Islamic groups in Kurdistan met in Amman to open the way for USUKIS trained ISIS to leave Jordan and travel through ** TURKEY ** to attack Mosul and Baghdad. The Iraqi commander was bribed by Saudi Arabia to order the newly equipped Iraqi army to abandon its weapons and run.

Russia recently released aerial photos of oil tankers of ISIS stolen oil extending for miles , heading for ** TURKEY **

** TURKISH ** troops were seen fraternising with ISIS at border checkpoints near Kobane.

Obviously because it is an operating arm of NATO we should have high-pitched stress-reports on the UK governments policy programmes wringing their hands and squirting crocodile tears over how poor little Turkey is being boxed in.

‘If you won’t let me out I’m going to start world war 3.’

Yes darling , in the cupboard under the stairs. do you want to come out now and join the international community?

“The Unionist/Zionist Media Nexus In Action”

Zionists are by definition Nationalist, it is the name for Jewish nationalism. They use the same arguments as other nationalists.

There is a big difference between Britain and Palestine though, Britain is an example of how nations can live together and share sovereignty in peace. Hopefully one day, when the horrors are consigned to the history books, this might be used as an example for the people of the Middle East to share sovereignty and work together in peace and harmony for the common good.

On the other hand the hate preachers may succeed in dragging Britain down, dividing and pitting one against the other, Palestine may end up the model for a future Britain.

Anon1; ” Anyone who seriously considers themselves to be a Muslim does not integrate into this society.”

    A meaningless crude generalisaion, as it all depends on the lose meaning of “integration”; for example you have as much chance of finding devote Muslims down at your Local enjoying a beer with you, as you do with any members of the fasted growing part of the Jewish Community, that of the “inwards looking” Ultra Orthodox Haredim, who “want to live in Britain but not necessarily be British”;

I’m sure Criag must have read this tweet from Hadley

    “Hadley Freeman ‏@HadleyFreeman · Feb 15

My favourite quality in a man is a refusal to apologise and a fondness for throwing tantrums and flouncing off for attention. It’s v v sexy.”

  • Resident Dissident

Shock horror 5 journalists from different newspapers talk to each other and agree on something – and its al part of a Zionist conspiracy. Makes it easier to understand how conspiracy theories start doesn’t it?

  • John Goss

“Whatever the rights and wrongs of the Iraq War I don’t think it explains away Islamic fanaticism, which is causing death and destruction on a daily basis in every continent.”

This is the quote of a racist living in its own bubble. A stable Iraq. A stable Libya. Both turned into ‘failed states’ together with other ME countries. And the racist does not know that the western-created “Islamic fanaticism” (of which it is a willing postulator) cannot see that the ‘death and destruction’ was caused by us. And chooses with the phrase “Whatever the rights and wrongs” to try to make it appear there are two sides to this western-made nightmare. This is why I despise racists. Thankfully most people here are savvy in this respect.
